Episode 1A - Pole Vault

In the season three premiere, ten elite athletes representing different sports have gathered to compete in the ultimate sports competition where one of them will be crowned the All-Round Champion. Excitement mixed with nerves overcome the athletes as they leave behind family and friends for ten weeks and meet each other for the first time on their way to Niagara Falls. Pole Vault is revealed as the first sport and Lacee must train her fellow athletes for the first competition in only three days.
