The Halloween Costume Crisis

Clifford and Emily Elizabeth are so excited for Halloween! But once they hang the perfect decorations and start to put on their perfect costumes, they discover that Clifford's doesn't fit! What to do?! Emily Elizabeth enlists Mr. Howard to help figure out a new "perfect" costume for Clifford - but in the end, they realize that Halloween will be magical no matter what, just so long as it's spent with a best friend.
