Howie and Baboo hit the dance floor in their make believe music video before wondering, "Why does music make me want to dance?" They join dancer/ choreographer Jasmyn at a local dance studio and with the help of the world's youngest DJ, Dextrous One, they learn that a beat, like a heartbeat, can make people want to groove.
