Theo thinks Riley would be the perfect candidate as someone who brings the joy of music to the Retirement Home residents every week. They just need an awesome song about changing the world for good. Rachel 1 learns of this and wants the front page all to herself! She sends the other Rachels off on an errand and gets to work. What could bring more joy to the town than watching her epic rollerskating moves to some loud music? The citizens of Greenville will love it! Calamities ensue thanks to the loud music.
