Birdwell Island's Outdoor Movie Night inspires Samantha to make a movie of her own! But including all of your friends in a project means contending with a LOT of ideas. While Samantha figures out what it means to be leader, Emily Elizabeth must learn how to let her friend enjoy the spotlight.

Brody heads to Warkworth, Ontario to meet up with a renowned blacksmith named Douglas. Douglas turns the heat up as he shows Brody his tools, and the coal forge he uses to heat up metal to make it bend. They get to work getting the steel to the right temperature before manipulating it. Brody gets to bend the steel using a fork tool, and with Douglas’s help they weld steel together to make a bracket.

Elinor has a need for speed and wants to make her racecar go faster! So she and her friends observe birds and fish and come to realize that they are both very fast because of their shape of their bodies, tails and wings. The kids then decide the best way to make their race car go faster is by changing its shape. They make the car more aerodynamic by building it the same shape as a bird or fish. Ready, set.... gooooo! --- Substitute Teacher Mr. Hamster wants to learn everyone's names, but he has trouble telling the Goat twins apart, so Elinor, Ari and Olive decide to help him. This is tricky because the Goat Twins look so much alike, especially today, when they've decided to wear the same colour dress. After observing them closely and studying each Goat's characteristics, the kids realize that even though the Goats are very similar, there are many small ways to tell them apart if only you take a closer look.

M is for move.

The sky is full of big grey rain clouds in the real world. Messy watches his sandcastle outside get washed away by the pouring rain. Why does it have to rain? He competes in the Okido flower competition and finds out why!

Aarav and Gratian visit the crafting zone and Mandisa shows them how to make colourful caterpillar crafts using socks. The kids stuff the socks with wool and make caterpillar bodies with a string of yarn. Over in the paint zone, the kids give each section of their caterpillars a different colour, before adding googly eyes and pipe cleaner antennae.

A thunder storm causes a black out in Adventure Bay. Afraid, Corny runs away from Farmer Al's Farm. Skye finds him but the pups need to light the way to get them home safely! --- Uncle Otis and his Golden Nugget are hurtling down Jake's Mountain in a Runaway Mine Car. Ryder and the Pups need to rescue him before it crashes.

JoJo learns about fridge magnets and how helpful hooks can be for reaching things like her rubber ducks. Gran Gran decides to teach JoJo about some clever inventions that made life easier. Then JoJo accidentally drops Gran Gran's keys behind the sofa. It's time for a Gran Gran plan! They combine the hook from JoJo's rubber duck game and her hobby horse to make a 'key collector'. But it doesn't work. JoJo wants to improve her invention, so Gran Gran has another idea - a fridge magnet to attract the keys onto the key collector! Success - the magnet gets the keys, so JoJo and Gran Gran can go to the park. Inventing was fun!

The Bears learn that everyone can look at the same thing and see something different. They learn to appreciate each other's point of view and imagination. Scout learns that his friends see things differently; there isn't one right way. BOOK: 'Picture the Sky'. The book describes the many ways the sky can appear, and the many things the sky can be. There is more than one way to picture the sky!
