Episode 7A - BMX Racing

It's week seven for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. BMX Racing is this week's sport and Marshall is deemed the Sport Leader and will have to train his fellow athletes for the big race in only three days. After a leisurely bike ride and Jasmine getting lost, the training turns extreme and tough both physically and mentally on the athletes.
