The sun shines on a city by the sea with a big bridge.

(A song plays)
PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL
WE'LL BE THERE ON
THE DOUBLE

Six dogs run into a tall tower with a periscope at the top. A boy with brown hair presses a button. Six shields appear on screen.

The song continues WHENEVER THERE'S A PROBLEM
'ROUND ADVENTURE BAY
RYDER AND HIS TEAM OF PUPS
WILL COME AND SAVE
THE DAY.

The six dogs leave their six special kennels.

The song continues MARSHALL, RUBBLE, CHASE,
ROCKY, ZUMA, SKYE
YEAH, THEY'RE ON
THE WAY.

Marshall is a Dalmatian firefighter, white with black spots. Rubble is a brown search and rescue bulldog. Chase is a black and brown German Shepherd police dog. Rocky is a gray recycling dog. Zuma is a brown Daschund. Skye is a small fluffy brown Cocker Spaniel.

The song continues PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL
WHENEVER YOU'RE
IN TROUBLE
PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL
WE'LL BE THERE ON
THE DOUBLE.

Ryder and the dogs race down a street, each in a special type of car. Skye flies a helicopter.

The song continues NO JOB IS TOO BIG,
NO PUP IS TOO SMALL
PAW PATROL,
WE'RE ON A ROLL!

Fast clips show the Paw Patrol rescuing a kitten from a tree. Then, Ryder gives the pups some treats.

The song continues SO HERE WE GO
PAW PATROL
WHO-OH-OH
PAW PATROL
WHO-OH-OH-OH
PAW PATROL.

They all sit on a grassy hill, and the title of the show appears inside a shield and a bone: Paw patrol.

The song ends.

Today's episode is "Pups Save the Bookmobile."

Up at a summer camp, Ms. Marjorie is passing out books to the from her bookmobile.

Everest barks and says HI, MISS MARJORIE.
DID YOU BRING US
SOME NEW BOOKS?

Ms. Marjorie says I CERTAINLY DID, EVEREST.

Everest says I LOVE WHEN YOU VISIT
IN YOUR BOOKMOBILE
AND LET ME PICK OUT A BOOK
FOR JAKE AND I TO READ.

Ms. Marjorie says YOU'LL NEVER BE SORRY
TAKING TIME FOR A STORY.
(laughing)

Everest says DO YOU HAVE ONE ABOUT PENGUINS?
OR POSSUMS?
(gasping)
HOW ABOUT PENGUINS AND POSSUMS?
OR BUNNIES?
BUNNIES ARE THE BEST!

Ms. Marjorie says NOT TODAY, BUT HOW ABOUT A BOOK
ON POLAR BEARS?

Ms. Marjorie hands Everest a book.

Everest says POLAR BEARS ARE COOL...
FOR REAL.
THEY LIVE IN THE ARCTIC.
THANKS!

Ms. Marjorie says NOW, DOES EVERYONE
HAVE A BOOK?

Two kids nod.

Ms. Marjorie says WONDERFUL!
AS LONG AS THIS RICKETY OLD
BOOKMOBILE KEEPS GOING,
I'LL KEEP BRINGING YOU NEW ONES.
SEE YOU SOON!

Everest says THANK YOU!
(kids giggling)
MAYNARD!
AS SOON AS I GET THESE PUT AWAY,
WE'RE HITTING THE ROAD!

(chattering)
Ms. Marjorie decides to relax in the back of the bookmobile with a book.

Ms. Marjorie says OOH! THIS ONE'S MY FAVOURITE.
(gearshift cranking)
(gasping)

Maynard accidentally releases the emergency parking brake as he climbs into the passenger seat, leaving the bookmobile to roll away.

Everest gasps and says MAYNARD? MISS MARJORIE?
UH-OH, TIME TO CALL RYDER!

At the Lookout, Ryder is reading a story to the pups.

Ryder reads "AND THEN, HEIDI HOPPER SAID
TO THE BABY SPIDER,
"'QUICK, JUMP ON MY BACK
AND I'LL CARRY YOU AWAY
FAR FROM THE ROCKSLIDE!'."

Marshall says OOH, I LOVE
HEIDI HOPPER STORIES!

Ryder reads "THEN, HEIDI WENT BOING, BOING,
BOING, FAST, FAST, FAST,
"KEEPING JUST AHEAD OF
THE ROLLING ROCKS
UNTIL SHE HOPPED RIGHT UP TO...
A RAGING RIVER!"

(pups gasping)

Zuma says DUDE! WHAT DID SHE DO?

Ryder continues reading "HEIDI DECIDED IF YOU CAN'T
STOP, HOP!
"AND THEN, SHE JUMPED CLEAR
OVER THE RIVER,
AND GOT THE SPIDER TO SAFETY."

Pups say HOORAY!

Skye says YAY FOR HEIDI!

Rocky says SHE SAVED THE DAY!

Rubble says WHAT A BUNNY.

Marshall says HEY, LOOK!
I'VE GOT FLOPPY EARS
JUST LIKE HEIDI HOPPER.
(laughing)
BOING, BOING, BOING!

Rubble says AND I'M A ROLLING ROCK.

Skye says ME TOO!
WATCH OUT, HEIDI!

(barking)
The roll over and play on the grass.

(phone ringing)

Ryder says HI, EVEREST, WHAT'S GOING ON?

Everest says RYDER, MISS MARJORIE
AND MAYNARD
ARE TRAPPED IN THE BOOKMOBILE,
AND IT'S ROLLING OUT OF CONTROL
DOWN MOUNTAINVIEW ROAD!

Ryder says WE'RE ON OUR WAY!
NO BOOKMOBILE IS TOO FAST,
NO PUP IS TOO SMALL!
(beeping)
PAW PATROL, TO THE LOOKOUT!

He takes out his phone and presses a colourful button.

Suddenly, the pups' collars light up and beep.

Pups say RYDER NEEDS US!

They all race in barking and howling.

Marshall trips over a book and slides off.

Marshall says BOING-- WHOAAA!
WHOA!
WHOA!
(crashing)
WHOOPS, SORRY.

He crashes into the rest, and they all fall into the elevator.

Marshall says GUESS I SHOULD HAVE STOPPED
BEFORE I HOPPED.

(laughing)

They all take the elevator up. The elevator stops halfway to the lookout, and as it continues going up, all the dogs appear in their special uniforms. They get to the lookout.
(Elevator dinging)

They form a line, and Chase says PAW PATROL, READY FOR ACTION,
RYDER, SIR!

(beeping)

Ryder turns on the wall screen and says THANKS FOR HURRYING, PUPS.
MISS MARJORIE'S BOOKMOBILE
IS OUT OF CONTROL.
WE HAVE TO RESCUE HER
AND MAYNARD.
AND MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE
GETS HURT.
SO, FOR THIS MISSION,
I'LL NEED CHASE.
I'LL NEED YOU TO TAKE YOUR TRUCK
AHEAD OF THE BOOKMOBILE
AND YOUR MEGAPHONE
TO CLEAR THE ROAD.

Chase says CHASE IS ON THE CASE!

Ryder says SKYE, I'LL NEED YOU TO USE
YOUR HARNESS
TO LIFT MISS MARJORIE TO SAFETY.

(barking)
Skye says LET'S TAKE TO THE SKY!

Ryder says AND EVEREST, I'LL NEED YOU
TO USE YOUR GRAPPLE
TO GRAB THE BOOKMOBILE
AND SLOW IT DOWN
SO WE CAN SAVE MAYNARD.

Everest says OFF THE TRAIL,
EVEREST WON'T FAIL!

Ryder says ALL RIGHT!
PAW PATROL IS ON A ROLL!

He slides down a pole, and Chase and Skye go down a slide.

A song plays.

It sings PAW PATROL
PAW PATROL

Skye says YEAH!
YEAH!
(giggling)

The song continues CHASE!
PAW PATROL

Chase lands on his police car, and it turns into a police truck. He drives away.
(siren blaring)

Chase says RUFF! YEAH!

The song continues SKYE!
GO, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO
GO, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO
PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL

Skye lands on her van, which turns into a helicopter. She flies away.

Ryder races out on his quad.

The team crosses the bridge over Adventure Bay and get to the woods.

(tires screeching)
(siren blaring)

Ryder says THERE THEY ARE!
I HOPE MISS MARJORIE'S
DOING ALL RIGHT.

(rumbling)
Ms. Marjorie reads sitting on a sofa.

Ms. Marjorie says WHOA!
WINDY OUT THERE.

Ms. Marjorie knocks the wall and says MAYNARD! WE'LL BE LEAVING SOON!
(chattering)

Ryder says CHASE, GET AHEAD
OF THE BOOKMOBILE
AND CLEAR THE ROAD.

Chase says CAREFUL, CAREFUL.
NOW!

Chase speeds up and drives past the bookmobile.

Chase says THAT WAS CLOSE!
RUFF, MEGAPHONE!
RUNAWAY BOOKMOBILE!
LOOK OUT AHEAD!

Everest says HEY, RYDER!
AM I GLAD TO SEE YOU.

Ryder says BACK AT YA.
PULL IN CLOSE,
THEN LAUNCH YOUR GRAPPLE.

Everest says SURE THING!
(barking)
GRAPPLE!

The grapple secures the bookmobile.

Ryder says SKYE, NOW.
MOVE IN!

Ms. Marjorie says SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE'S
MAKING TEA.

She opens the back door and says WHAT'S GOING ON?
WE'RE MOVING?

Ryder says MISS MARJORIE!
BUCKLE INTO THE HARNESS!

Ms. Marjorie says I CAN'T LEAVE MAYNARD
WITH MY BOOKS.
MAYNARD!

Ryder says WE'LL SAVE MAYNARD
AND THE BOOKS.

Skye airlifts Ms. Marjorie to safety and out of the bookmobile.

Ms. Marjorie giggles and says WHOO-HOO!

(gasping)
Everest says WHOA! IT'S A BOOK BARRAGE!

Books start falling out of the Book Mobile.

Ryder says EVEREST, RETRACT YOUR GRAPPLE
AND PULL BACK TO SAFETY.

Everest says OKAY.
I'LL START PICKING UP BOOKS.

Ryder says GOOD IDEA.
I'LL GET SOME MORE HELP.
ROCKY, RUBBLE, MEET US OUT
BY MOUNTAINVIEW ROAD.

Rocky and Rubble appear on Ryder's phone.

Rocky says YOU GOT IT, RYDER!

Rubble says ON OUR WAY!

Skye drops Ms. Marjorie off on a patch of grass nearby.

Ms. Marjorie says THANKS, RYDER.
PLEASE SAVE MAYNARD,
AND MY BOOKS!

Ryder says ROCKY, RUBBLE,
GET THOSE BOOKS!

Rocky says CLAW!
I'LL GRAB.

Rubble says AND I'LL SCOOP!

Ryder says WAY TO GRAB ALL THOSE BOOKS!
OKAY, EVEREST, LET'S TRY THIS
AGAIN WITH THE GRAPPLE.
WE'VE GOT TO SAVE MAYNARD.

Everest says NOW, SLOW DOWN.
GOT IT!
OH, NO. I DON'T GOT IT!

(chattering)
(siren blaring)

Chase is forced to a stop at a railroad crossing as the crossing's red warning lights were flashing and the bells ringing.

Chase says HUH?
(railroad signal clanging)
(train horn sounding)
UH-OH, I GOT TO CALL RYDER.

Ryder says SKYE, USE YOUR HOOK TO SLOW DOWN
THE BOOKMOBILE.

(clanging)
Skye says GOT IT!
IT'S PULLING PRETTY HARD.
I DON'T THINK I CAN STOP IT!

Ryder says I'VE GOT AN IDEA.
AUTO-PILOT!

(grunting)
(chattering)

Ryder climbs aboard the bookmobile.

Ryder says HIYA, MAYNARD.
TIME TO BUCKLE UP!
SKYE, RELEASE YOUR HOOK.
I'M GONNA HIT THE BRAKES.

(tires screeching)
(train horn honking)

Chase says RYDER, THERE'S A TRAIN
COMING FAST!
AND THE BOOKMOBILE'S HEADED
RIGHT FOR IT!

Ryder says THE BRAKES AREN'T WORKING.
I'M TRYING THE EMERGENCY BRAKE.

The emergency brake handle breaks off.

Ryder says HUH? THAT'S NOT GOOD.
UH, PUPS?
I'M NOT SURE I CAN STOP.

At the Lookout, Marshall says I KNOW!
RYDER, IF YOU CAN'T STOP,
DO WHAT HEIDI HOPPER DID.

Ryder says WHAT DO YOU MEAN, MARSHALL?

Marshall and Zuma say IF YOU CAN'T STOP, HOP!

Ryder chuckles and says THAT'S IT!
ROCKY, RUBBLE,
I NEED A RAMP, QUICK!

Rocky and Rubble arrive at the railroad crossing.

Rocky says HEY, I BET THOSE STEEL GIRDERS
WOULD WORK.
DON'T LOSE IT, REUSE IT!

Rubble says LET'S GO!

Chase says HURRY!
THE TRAIN'S ALMOST HERE!
(train horn honking)
HERE IT COMES!

Rocky and Rubble build a ramp.

Ryder says NOW, ALL WE NEED IS SPEED!
(engine revving)
(tires screeching)

The pups gasp.
(Maynard chattering)

Ryder uses the ramp to launch the bookmobile over the train and land it safely on the other side.

Ryder says WE DID IT!

Rocky says WHOO-HOO!

Rubble says WAY TO DRIVE!

Later, Maynard jumps onto Ms. Marjorie's arms and she hugs him.

Ms. Marjorie says THANK YOU, RYDER.
THANK YOU, PUPS!

Ryder says YOU'RE WELCOME!
AND REMEMBER, IF YOU EVER NEED
US, JUST YELP FOR...
(clattering)

The bookmobile falls apart from all the damage.

Ms. Marjorie says HELP?
OH, NO, MY POOR BOOKMOBILE.
NOW, HOW AM I GOING TO GET
BOOKS TO THE CHILDREN?

Everest says WE'RE SURE GONNA MISS
ALL THOSE GREAT STORIES.

Ryder says DON'T WORRY, MISS MARJORIE.
WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED.
PUPS, LET'S HOP TO IT!

At the Lookout, the PAW Patrol rebuilds the bookmobile.

Marshall says STAND BACK, EVERYONE.

Marshall uses his water canon to wash the vehicle.

Ryder says PAW-SOME JOB, PUPS.
MISS MARJORIE IS GOING
TO LOVE THIS!

(horn honking)

Ms. Marjorie drives her brand new bookmobile and says YEE-HA! WHOO-HOO!
(button beeping)

She parks and a platform carries her sofa out of the bookmobile and places it on the ground.

The kids say WHOA.

Ms. Marjorie says HIYA, KIDS.
EVEREST, I HAVE A VERY SPECIAL
BOOK FOR YOU THIS MONTH.
IT'S CALLED
HEIDI HOPPER,
THE BRAVEST BUNNY IN THE WORLD.

Everest says A BUNNY STORY?
WOW, BOOKS ARE SO COOL.

Ms. Marjorie says LIKE I ALWAYS SAY,
YOU'LL NEVER BE SORRY
TAKING TIME FOR A STORY.

Marshall sighs and says I LOVE HAPPY ENDINGS.

The end credits roll as rock music plays.
