8 year old Ella, who has curly black hair, runs down a staircase with a toy rocket ship. She wears a teal space suit, and a helmet with animal ears.
[Giggling]
Ella runs into a living room and gives her little sister the rocket ship.
[Upbeat music plays]
A singer sings, COME WITH ME, TO THE STARS.
Ella’s mom picks up Ella’s little sister and smiles as Ella runs outside. Outside the house, in outer space, Ella runs past her dad.
The singer sings, THE GALAXY IS OURS!
Ella waves to her dad.
She says, BYE DAD!
Ella jumps onto her moon scooter, a circular spacecraft, and takes off.
People say, LET'S GO!
The singer sings, LOOK AT ALL THE WONDER.
INTER-STELLAR.
Ella flies over a planet with Madhu, a blue and green alien, and Slippy, a boy with black hair who flies a red spacecraft.
The signer sings, LOOK UP SO MUCH SPLENDOUR.

Ella flies on Madhu.
The singer sings, LOOK OUT FOR ADVENTURE.
Ella and Slippy explore a planet together with Maggie, a blue star. Elsewhere in space, Slippy and Madhu look startled.
They say, WOAH!
They dodge Ella and her moon scooter.
The singer sings, COME EXPLORE THE MILKY WAY!
Ella and her family sit on a spacecraft.
The singer sings, LOOK UP!

Ella, her family, and her friends admire a giant colourful cloud together.

Slippy and Madhu fly alongside a planet.

EXTRA SPACE RACEY.
The boosters on the bottom of Slippy’s spacecraft, his space racer, are connected by red and blue wires.
[Engine rumbling loudly]
Slippy loudly says, THANKS FOR HELPING ME TEST THEM,
MADHU.
CHECK THIS OUT!
He hits a gas pedal and zooms around Madhu.
Madhu says, VROOM, ZOOM!
WHAT CAN'T YOU DO NOW?
Slippy races around an asteroid. He flies back to Madhu.
[Engine idling]
Slippy’s boosters twitch. Madhu looks worried.
Slippy says, I CAN'T WAIT
TO SHOW ELLA!
Elsewhere in the galaxy, Ella says, I CAN'T WAIT TO SHOW
SLIPPY AND MADHU
HOW MANY FLAVORS
OUR NEW SMOOTHIE MACHINE HAS.
In the Ryder family kitchen, a smoothie machine has many buttons, some in the shape of fruits.
Maggie, a blue star, says, WHEN YOU FACTOR
IN ALL THE COMBINATIONS.
THE MACHINE OFFERS
10,000 POSSIBLE FLAVORS.
Ella says, 10,000? THAT'S A LOT.
HOW AM I GOING TO DECIDE?
Maggie says, MIGHT I SUGGEST
PROCESS OF ELIMINATION?
NARROW IT DOWN TO WHAT YOU DO
WANT BY FIGURING OUT
WHAT YOU DON'T WANT.
Ella says, HMM.
She looks thoughtful. Slippy and Madhu glide through space side by side. Slippy’s rocket boosters twitch and release a grey smoke.
[Engine sputtering]
Slippy’s racer jerks left, right, and upside down.
Madhu says, HOT DOG!
His racer flips up right side up.
Madhu says, COOL STUNTS!
Slippy says, THANKS, BUT THESE
ONES AREN'T ON PURPOSE!
MY NEW ROCKET
BOOSTERS ARE OVERHEATING!
He looks worried.
He says, EMERGENCY LANDING!
Slippy lands on a nearby dusty, desert-like surface. His space racer bounces off the ground as he skids forward.
Slippy says, WHOA, WHOA!
WHOA!
His robot falls off the spacecraft.
Slippy says, WHOA!
He slows to a stop. Madhu flies down to the surface.
Madhu says, SLIPPY?
Slippy says, I'M OKAY!
Madhu looks relieved. Slippy hops off his racer.
[Slippy grunting]
Slippy says, says, BUT I THINK THESE.
NEW ROCKET BOOSTERS
I MADE ARE A BIT TOO POWERFUL.
He reaches for one of the boosters and it falls off the racer.
[Crashing]
Madhu says, NOT ANY MORE.
Slippy says, NO PROB.
I CAN FIX THIS IN A JIFFY.
JUST GONNA TO NEED SOME TOOLS.
He looks confident.
He calls out, GLITCH!
The robot hops up onto four wheels.
[Glitch squeaking]
Glitch rolls up to the booster still on the space racer.
[Glitch squeaking]
Glitch looks at the booster, then scratches his head.
Madhu says, OH!
WHAT DID HE SAY?
Slippy says, HE SAYS HE WARNED ME
THIS WOULD HAPPEN.
Glitch offers Slippy a wrench.
Slippy says, DON'T WORRY, BUDDY.
IT'LL JUST TAKE A SECOND FOR ME
TO RECONFIGURE
THE BOOSTERS.
He kneels by the booster.
[Clanging]
Madhu says, ONE.
[Clanging]
Madhu says, OKAY. NOW LET'S GO.
Madhu starts to leave.
Slippy says, I MIGHT ACTUALLY.
NEED A MINUTE OR TWO, MADHU.
Madhu says, HMM. FIRST,
A SECOND BECAME 2 MINUTES.
WILL THIS 2 MINUTES BECOME
TEN OR MORE?
OH! IS THIS A GAME?
WHAT ARE THE RULES?
Madhu looks excited.
Slippy says, WHY DON'T YOU GO ON AHEAD,
MADHU.
I KNOW YOU'RE EXCITED TO SEE
ELLA'S NEW FROZEN
SMOOTHIE MACHINE.
I'LL BE THERE IN A JIFFY.
Madhu says, OKEY DOKEY.

Madhu flies away.
[Glitch squeaking]
Glitch looks worried.
Slippy says, DON'T WORRY, BUDDY.
WE'LL BE FINE.
[Rumbling]
The ground shakes. Slippy’s eyes widen and Glitch looks at him. Slippy quickly gets to work on his space racer.
[Suspenseful music plays]
At the Ryder house, Madhu flies into the living room.
Ella says, YAY!
MADHU AND SLI –
She turns toward the door.
She says, HUH?
WHERE'S SLIPPY?
Madhu says, HE'S FIXING HIS RACER
ON JUPITER'S MOON.
BUT HE SAID
HE'LL BE HERE IN A JIFFY.
HOW LONG IS A JIFFY?
Madhu looks thoughtful. On Jupiter’s moon, the space racer’s fallen booster is re-attached.
Slippy says, THERE!
He smiles. The booster falls off and he frowns. Slippy makes a communication bubble call to Ella.
Ella says, SLIPPY!
Slippy says, I WON T BE THERE IN A JIFFY.
THE DAMAGE IS WORSE
THAN I THOUGHT.
GLITCH AND I MIGHT EVEN
NEED A TOW.
The call’s connection flickers in and out.
Slippy asks, COULD YOU COME PICK US UP?
Ella says, SLIPPY, YOU'RE BREAKING UP.
I CAN HARDLY HEAR YOU.
Dust slowly moves toward Slippy from behind.
Slippy says, ELLA, CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW? ELLA?
[Suspenseful music plays]
Slippy asks, WHAT'S THAT SMELL?
In her house, Ella says, SLIPPY?
She looks at the call’s poor connection.
Slippy says, ELLA HURRY!
Glitch waves his robot hands desperately.
Ella says, SLIPPY?
SLIPPY!
Her and Madhu looks worried.
Ella says, WELL, WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR?
LET'S GO.
She runs outside.
Maggie says, I WILL PLUG IN OUR COORDINATES.
WHICH OF JUPITER'S MOONS
IS SLIPPY STRANDED ON?
Madhu says, THERE'S MORE THAN ONE?
Maggie says, OH, GOODNESS. YES.
JUPITER HAS AT LEAST 79 MOONS.
She shows Jupiter’s moons.
Madhu says, 79 MOONS?
Madhu looks amazed.
Madhu says, WOAH, JUPITER'S SO LUCKY
TO HAVE SO MANY PRETTY MOONS.
Ella says, BUT SLIPPY'S
UNLUCKILY TRAPPED ON ONE.
Madhu frowns.
Ella asks, DO YOU REMEMBER
WHICH MOON YOU WERE ON?
Madhu looks thoughtful.
Madhu says, I REMEMBER IT WAS ROUND.
AND, MOONISH?
Ella looks worried. On the moon Slippy is stuck on, Glitch hands Slippy a tool. Dust moves across the ground around them.
[Rumbling]
The ground shakes. Slippy looks worried.
[Dramatic music plays]
Slippy gets to his feet and looks up. Brown smoke billows out of a volcano.
Slippy says, YEAH.
THAT COULD BE A PROBLEM.
Glitch hides behind Slippy.
At the house, Ella asks, DO ANY OF THESE SEEM FAMILIAR?
MADHU?
Madhu says, UM, IT MAY HAVE BEEN THAT ONE.
OR WAS IT THAT ONE?
Madhu looks at Jupiter’s many moons.
Madhu says, I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET HERE.
I DON’T REMEMBER
WHICH WAY I CAME
ANYMORE.
Ella says, IT'LL TAKE FOREVER TO CHECK
ALL 79 MOONS.
[Ella sighing]
Ella briefly closes her eyes.
She says, OKAY.
WE GOT TO STAY COOL
AND FIGURE THIS OUT.
Maggie says, WE DO NOT NEED TO CHECK
ALL 79 MOONS
IF WE USE THE PROCESS
OF ELIMINATION.
Ella says, RIGHT! YOUR SMOOTHIE TECHNIQUE.
WE JUST NEED TO NARROW DOWN
THE FLAVORS.
Madhu says, MOONS HAVE FLAVORS?
Madu looks amazed.
Maggie says, NOT QUITE, BUT THEY DO HAVE
DIFFERENT CHARACTERISTICS.
SOME ARE ROCKY. SOME ARE ICY.
SOME ARE BIGGER
THAN EARTH'S MOON.
AND SOME ARE VERY SMALL.
Ella says, SO, MADHU,
IF YOU CAN REMEMBER DETAIL
OR TWO,
WE CAN NARROW IT DOWN.
Madhu says, OH! OH! I REMEMBER SOMETHING!
THE MOON WAS BIG AND ROCKY!
Ella says, PERFECT.
MAGGIE,
COULD YOU PLEASE BRING UP
JUST THE ROCKY MOONS?
Maggie displays Jupiter’s rocky moons.
Madhu says, OH, I THINK IT'S THAT
BIG ONE THERE!
Madhu points to one of the larger moons.
Maggie says, THAT'S CALLISTO, THE SECOND
LARGEST MOON OF JUPITER
AND THE THIRD LARGEST
IN OUR ENTIRE SOLAR SYSTEM.
IN FACT...
Before Maggie can continue, Ella says, MAGGIE, WE GOT TO GO.
COME ON!
Ella pulls Madhu out the door and jumps on her moon scooter.
Ella says, TO CALLISTO!
She takes off on her moon scooter. Madhu flies beside Ella. Out in the galaxy, a planet has hills that look like ice.
Ella calls out, SLIPPY? SLIPPY?
Madhu looks around.
Madhu says, CALLISTO.
YOU ARE SUCH A PRETTY MOON.
Madhu picks up a rock.
Madhu says, HELLO
ROCKS.
Madhu smiles.
Ella says, MADHU!
Madhu says, RIGHT!
COMMENCE SLIPPY SEACH.
Ella and Madhu search the area.
Ella asks, NO SLIPPY?
Madhu says, NO SLIPPY,
BUT LOTS OF CRATERS.
Ella says, THIS IS THE WRONG MOON.
Maggie says, MADU,
CAN YOU REMEMBER ANOTHER DETAIL
SO WE CAN NARROW IT
DOWN SOME MORE?
Madhu says, IT WAS ROCKY LIKE THIS,
BUT THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE
WONDERFUL ABOUT IT TOO.
Ella looks hopeful.
Madhu says, OH, WAIT!
I THINK THERE WERE FOUNTAINS.
MAGNIFICENT FOUNTAINS.
Ella says, PERFECT.
MAGGIE, PLEASE
BRING UP ALL THE MOONS THAT ARE
ROCKY AND HAVE FOUNTAINS.
Maggie narrows the search down to four planets.
Madhu says, OH, THERE.
THAT SEEMS FAMILIAR.
Maggie says, THAT IS EUROPA.
IT IS ALMOST THE SAME SIZE
AS EARTH'S MOON
AND SOMETIMES SALTY
WATER GEYSERS
ERUPT THROUGH THE ICE SHEETS
THAT COVER ITS SURFACE.
Ella says, THEN EUROPA IS WHERE
WE'LL GO-A.
Ella and Madhu fly off the moon.
Ella says, WE'RE COMING SLIPPY.
On Slippy’s moon, Slippy continues working on his rocket boosters.
[Clanging]
[Rumbling]
Rock’s burst from the volcano.
Slippy says GLITCH LOOK ITS..
Glitch and Slippy get a closer look at the rocks coming toward them. Slippy looks disappointed.
He says, …JUST ROCKS.
OKAY, LET'S KEEP WORKING.
The rocks fly toward Slippy and Glitch.
[Dramatic music plans]
Slippy says, ON SECOND THOUGHT.
TAKE COVER!
He and Glitch duck behind the rocket booster. Slippy covers his ears and closes his eyes. They narrowly avoid a falling rock. Slippy opens his eyes. He looks shocked and scared.
[Glitch squeaking]
On another moon, Ella runs across a smooth, blue surface. Madhu stands on top of a hill that looks like glass. Ella looks around.
Madhu says, WHAT A MAGICAL
AND MYSTERIOUS MOON.
Madhu jumps and slide down the hill.
Madhu cheers, WHEE!
WOO-HOO!
Madhu slides across the moon’s smooth surface.
Ella says, ANY SIGN OF SLIPPY?
I'M STARTING TO GET
REALLY WORRIED.
Madhu says, NO SLIPPY.
I'M WORRIED NOW, TOO.
Ella says, MADHU,
CAN YOU REMEMBER ANYTHING ELSE
ABOUT THE MOON?
Madhu says, WAIT.
THE FOUNTAINS WERE NOT ICY.
COOL.
OTHERWISE,
I WOULD HAVE SLID DOWN THEM.
NO, THEY WERE WARM FOUNTAINS.
AND THEY WERE ORANGE.
MY FAVORITE COLOR.
Ella says, OKAY.
SO THE MOON WAS
ROCKY WITH ORANGE FOUNTAINS.
AND IT WAS WARM.
NOT COLD.
MAGGIE, DID YOU GET. ALL THAT.
Maggie says, CALCULATING.
She rotates.
She says, GOT IT.
IT MUST BE THE VOLCANO COVERED
MOON.
IO.
Ella says, DID YOU SAY VOLCANO?!
Madhu says, V-V-V-VOLCANO!?
BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE HIS
LAVA SURFING SUIT.
Ella says, OR WORKING SPACE RACER
TO ESCACPE!
Madhu says, OH! OH!
Madhu looks panicked. Madhu wiggles their arms dramatically and flies around in circles. Ella crouches and closes her eyes. She looks scared.
Maggie says, I AM CONFUSED.
IS WIGGLING YOUR ARMS
AN ATTEMPT TO RESCUE SLIPPY?
OR MERELY A PANIC REACTION?
Ella stands. She looks determined.
She says, MADHU! MAGGIE'S RIGHT.
LET'S JUST STOP AND
TAKE A DEEP BREATH.
Madhu stops and takes a deep breath with Ella.
Ella says, SLIPPY NEEDS US.
AND IF WE'RE GOING TO RESCUE HIM
FROM THIS
HOT MESS,
WE'RE GOING TO NEED COOL HEADS.
COORDINATES FOR IO, PLEASE,
MAGGIE.
LET'S GO!
On Slippy’s moon, a volcano erupts. Ella and Madhu fly toward another moon.
Ella says, WE'RE COMING, SLIPPY!
A large rock crashes to the ground beside Slippy. Skippy looks scared as he hides behind his racer with Glitch. Lava slowly pours out of the volcano nearby.
[Dramatic music plays]
[Glitch squeaking]
Slippy tries to push his racer as the lava approaches. Above, Ella and Madhu look determined as they approach the moon. Ella grabs a cable hook connected to her moon scooter. Slippy climbs onto his racer and reaches for Glitch.
[Glitch squeaking]
Slippy grabs Glitch and stands on the racer. Madhu swoops down and grabs Slippy. Ella swoops down after them and connects her hook to Slippy’s racer, now surrounded by lava. A volcano erupts. Ella’s moon scooter lifts the racer off the ground as lava spreads across the rest of the moon’s surface.
[Calm music plays]
From a distance, the group of friends look down at Jupiter’s moon, Io.
Madhu says, OH, SO BEAUTIFUL!
SO ORANGE!
Ella says, I'M SORRY
WE COULDN T GET TO YOU
SOONER, SLIPPY.
Slippy says, YOU GOT HERE AT EXACTLY
THE RIGHT TIME!
FOR US ALL TO SEE
THE HOTTEST SHOW OF THE YEAR!
THAT VOLCANO WAS ASTRONOMICAL!
[Glitch squeaking]
Slippy says, GLITCH SAYS HE
DID NOT ENJOY THE VOLCANO,
BUT HE IS VERY HAPPY
WE'RE ALL TOGETHER AGAIN.
Ella says, ME TOO, GLITCH!
The friends all cheer, YAY!
Ella says, HEY, I ALMOST FORGOT.
THE NEW SMOOTHIE MACHINE!
Slippy hops onto his spacecraft, being pulled by Ella’s.
Slippy says, OOH, A COLD SMOOTHIE
WOULD REALLY HIT THE SPOT
RIGHT ABOUT NOW.
In the kitchen, Ella says, TA-DA!
10,000 FLAVORS.
PICK YOUR FAVORITE, SLIPPY.
Slippy says, WHAT'S THIS?
He presses a rainbow button on the smoothie machine.
[Dramatic music plays]
Maggie says, I AM CONCERNED.
ALL 10,000 FLAVORS
MIGHT BE TOO MUCH
PRESSURE.
The smoothie machine shakes on the counter. The friends look worried.
Slippy says, OH, NO!
Liquid pours out of the smoothie machine. The friends try to stop it.
Madhu yells, HOW DO WE STOP THIS THING?
Ella climbs onto the counter behind the smoothie machine and presses a button. Liquid stops pouring out.
Slippy says, YOU DID IT, ELLA!
Ella says, ONE ERUPTION IS ENOUGH
FOR TODAY.
She tries the mix of smoothie flavours.
She says, EW!
Slippy says, ALL FLAVORS
IS ALL YUCK!
Madhu says, I LIKE IT!
[Laughing]

TO RECONFIGURE
THE BOOSTERS.
He kneels by the booster.
[Clanging]
Madhu says, ONE.
[Clanging]
Madhu says, OKAY. NOW LET'S GO.
Madhu starts to leave.
Slippy says, I MIGHT ACTUALLY.
NEED A MINUTE OR TWO, MADHU.
Madhu says, HMM. FIRST,
A SECOND BECAME 2 MINUTES.
WILL THIS 2 MINUTES BECOME
TEN OR MORE?
OH! IS THIS A GAME?
WHAT ARE THE RULES?
Madhu looks excited.
Slippy says, WHY DON'T YOU GO ON AHEAD,
MADHU.
I KNOW YOU'RE EXCITED TO SEE
ELLA'S NEW FROZEN
SMOOTHIE MACHINE.
I'LL BE THERE IN A JIFFY.
Madhu says, OKEY DOKEY.
SEE YOU THERE!
Madhu flies away.
[Glitch squeaking]
Glitch looks worried.
Slippy says, DON'T WORRY, BUDDY.
WE'LL BE FINE.
[Rumbling]
The ground shakes. Slippy’s eyes widen and Glitch looks at him. Slippy quickly gets to work on his space racer.
[Suspenseful music plays]
At the Ryder house, Madhu flies into the living room.
Ella says, YAY!
MADHU AND SLI –
She turns toward the door.
She says, HUH?
WHERE'S SLIPPY?
Madhu says, HE'S FIXING HIS RACER
ON JUPITER'S MOON.
BUT HE SAID
HE'LL BE HERE IN A JIFFY.
HOW LONG IS A JIFFY?
Madhu looks thoughtful. On Jupiter’s moon, the space racer’s fallen booster is re-attached.
Slippy says, THERE!
He smiles. The booster falls off and he frowns. Slippy makes a communication bubble call to Ella.
Ella says, SLIPPY!
Slippy says, I WON T BE THERE IN A JIFFY.
THE DAMAGE IS WORSE
THAN I THOUGHT.
GLITCH AND I MIGHT EVEN
NEED A TOW.
The call’s connection flickers in and out.
Slippy asks, COULD YOU COME PICK US UP?
Ella says, SLIPPY, YOU'RE BREAKING UP.
I CAN HARDLY HEAR YOU.
Dust slowly moves toward Slippy from behind.
Slippy says, ELLA, CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW? ELLA?
[Suspenseful music plays]
Slippy asks, WHAT'S THAT SMELL?
In her house, Ella says, SLIPPY?
She looks at the call’s poor connection.
Slippy says, ELLA HURRY!
Glitch waves his robot hands desperately.
Ella says, SLIPPY?
SLIPPY!
Her and Madhu looks worried.
Ella says, WELL, WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR?
LET'S GO.
She runs outside.
Maggie says, I WILL PLUG IN OUR COORDINATES.
WHICH OF JUPITER'S MOONS
IS SLIPPY STRANDED ON?
Madhu says, THERE'S MORE THAN ONE?
Maggie says, OH, GOODNESS. YES.
JUPITER HAS AT LEAST 79 MOONS.
She shows Jupiter’s moons.
Madhu says, 79 MOONS?
Madhu looks amazed.
Madhu says, WOAH, JUPITER'S SO LUCKY
TO HAVE SO MANY PRETTY MOONS.
Ella says, BUT SLIPPY'S
UNLUCKILY TRAPPED ON ONE.
Madhu frowns.
Ella asks, DO YOU REMEMBER
WHICH MOON YOU WERE ON?
Madhu looks thoughtful.
Madhu says, I REMEMBER IT WAS ROUND.
AND, MOONISH?
Ella looks worried. On the moon Slippy is stuck on, Glitch hands Slippy a tool. Dust moves across the ground around them.
[Rumbling]
The ground shakes. Slippy looks worried.
[Dramatic music plays]
Slippy gets to his feet and looks up. Brown smoke billows out of a volcano.
Slippy says, YEAH.
THAT COULD BE A PROBLEM.
Glitch hides behind Slippy.
At the house, Ella asks, DO ANY OF THESE SEEM FAMILIAR?
MADHU?
Madhu says, UM, IT MAY HAVE BEEN THAT ONE.
OR WAS IT THAT ONE?
Madhu looks at Jupiter’s many moons.
Madhu says, I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET HERE.
I DON’T REMEMBER
WHICH WAY I CAME
ANYMORE.
Ella says, IT'LL TAKE FOREVER TO CHECK
ALL 79 MOONS.
[Ella sighing]
Ella briefly closes her eyes.
She says, OKAY.
WE GOT TO STAY COOL
AND FIGURE THIS OUT.
Maggie says, WE DO NOT NEED TO CHECK
ALL 79 MOONS
IF WE USE THE PROCESS
OF ELIMINATION.
Ella says, RIGHT! YOUR SMOOTHIE TECHNIQUE.
WE JUST NEED TO NARROW DOWN
THE FLAVORS.
Madhu says, MOONS HAVE FLAVORS?
Madu looks amazed.
Maggie says, NOT QUITE, BUT THEY DO HAVE
DIFFERENT CHARACTERISTICS.
SOME ARE ROCKY. SOME ARE ICY.
SOME ARE BIGGER
THAN EARTH'S MOON.
AND SOME ARE VERY SMALL.
Ella says, SO, MADHU,
IF YOU CAN REMEMBER DETAIL
OR TWO,
WE CAN NARROW IT DOWN.
Madhu says, OH! OH! I REMEMBER SOMETHING!
THE MOON WAS BIG AND ROCKY!
Ella says, PERFECT.
MAGGIE,
COULD YOU PLEASE BRING UP
JUST THE ROCKY MOONS?
Maggie displays Jupiter’s rocky moons.
Madhu says, OH, I THINK IT'S THAT
BIG ONE THERE!
Madhu points to one of the larger moons.
Maggie says, THAT'S CALLISTO, THE SECOND
LARGEST MOON OF JUPITER
AND THE THIRD LARGEST
IN OUR ENTIRE SOLAR SYSTEM.
IN FACT...
Before Maggie can continue, Ella says, MAGGIE, WE GOT TO GO.
COME ON!
Ella pulls Madhu out the door and jumps on her moon scooter.
Ella says, TO CALLISTO!
She takes off on her moon scooter. Madhu flies beside Ella. Out in the galaxy, a planet has hills that look like ice.
Ella calls out, SLIPPY? SLIPPY?
Madhu looks around.
Madhu says, CALLISTO.
YOU ARE SUCH A PRETTY MOON.
Madhu picks up a rock.
Madhu says, HELLO
ROCKS.
Madhu smiles.
Ella says, MADHU!
Madhu says, RIGHT!
COMMENCE SLIPPY SEACH.
Ella and Madhu search the area.
Ella asks, NO SLIPPY?
Madhu says, NO SLIPPY,
BUT LOTS OF CRATERS.
Ella says, THIS IS THE WRONG MOON.
Maggie says, MADU,
CAN YOU REMEMBER ANOTHER DETAIL
SO WE CAN NARROW IT
DOWN SOME MORE?
Madhu says, IT WAS ROCKY LIKE THIS,
BUT THERE WAS SOMETHING ELSE
WONDERFUL ABOUT IT TOO.
Ella looks hopeful.
Madhu says, OH, WAIT!
I THINK THERE WERE FOUNTAINS.
MAGNIFICENT FOUNTAINS.
Ella says, PERFECT.
MAGGIE, PLEASE
BRING UP ALL THE MOONS THAT ARE
ROCKY AND HAVE FOUNTAINS.
Maggie narrows the search down to four planets.
Madhu says, OH, THERE.
THAT SEEMS FAMILIAR.
Maggie says, THAT IS EUROPA.
IT IS ALMOST THE SAME SIZE
AS EARTH'S MOON
AND SOMETIMES SALTY
WATER GEYSERS
ERUPT THROUGH THE ICE SHEETS
THAT COVER ITS SURFACE.
Ella says, THEN EUROPA IS WHERE
WE'LL GO-A.
Ella and Madhu fly off the moon.
Ella says, WE'RE COMING SLIPPY.
On Slippy’s moon, Slippy continues working on his rocket boosters.
[Clanging]
[Rumbling]
Rock’s burst from the volcano.
Slippy says GLITCH LOOK ITS..
Glitch and Slippy get a closer look at the rocks coming toward them. Slippy looks disappointed.
He says, …JUST ROCKS.
OKAY, LET'S KEEP WORKING.
The rocks fly toward Slippy and Glitch.
[Dramatic music plans]
Slippy says, ON SECOND THOUGHT.
TAKE COVER!
He and Glitch duck behind the rocket booster. Slippy covers his ears and closes his eyes. They narrowly avoid a falling rock. Slippy opens his eyes. He looks shocked and scared.
[Glitch squeaking]
On another moon, Ella runs across a smooth, blue surface. Madhu stands on top of a hill that looks like glass. Ella looks around.
Madhu says, WHAT A MAGICAL
AND MYSTERIOUS MOON.
Madhu jumps and slide down the hill.
Madhu cheers, WHEE!
WOO-HOO!
Madhu slides across the moon’s smooth surface.
Ella says, ANY SIGN OF SLIPPY?
I'M STARTING TO GET
REALLY WORRIED.
Madhu says, NO SLIPPY.
I'M WORRIED NOW, TOO.
Ella says, MADHU,
CAN YOU REMEMBER ANYTHING ELSE
ABOUT THE MOON?
Madhu says, WAIT.
THE FOUNTAINS WERE NOT ICY.
COOL.
OTHERWISE,
I WOULD HAVE SLID DOWN THEM.
NO, THEY WERE WARM FOUNTAINS.
AND THEY WERE ORANGE.
MY FAVORITE COLOR.
Ella says, OKAY.
SO THE MOON WAS
ROCKY WITH ORANGE FOUNTAINS.
AND IT WAS WARM.
NOT COLD.
MAGGIE, DID YOU GET. ALL THAT.
Maggie says, CALCULATING.
She rotates.
She says, GOT IT.
IT MUST BE THE VOLCANO COVERED
MOON.
IO.
Ella says, DID YOU SAY VOLCANO?!
Madhu says, V-V-V-VOLCANO!?
BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE HIS
LAVA SURFING SUIT.
Ella says, OR WORKING SPACE RACER
TO ESCACPE!
Madhu says, OH! OH!
Madhu looks panicked. Madhu wiggles their arms dramatically and flies around in circles. Ella crouches and closes her eyes. She looks scared.
Maggie says, I AM CONFUSED.
IS WIGGLING YOUR ARMS
AN ATTEMPT TO RESCUE SLIPPY?
OR MERELY A PANIC REACTION?
Ella stands. She looks determined.
She says, MADHU! MAGGIE'S RIGHT.
LET'S JUST STOP AND
TAKE A DEEP BREATH.
Madhu stops and takes a deep breath with Ella.
Ella says, SLIPPY NEEDS US.
AND IF WE'RE GOING TO RESCUE HIM
FROM THIS
HOT MESS,
WE'RE GOING TO NEED COOL HEADS.
COORDINATES FOR IO, PLEASE,
MAGGIE.
LET'S GO!
On Slippy’s moon, a volcano erupts. Ella and Madhu fly toward another moon.
Ella says, WE'RE COMING, SLIPPY!
A large rock crashes to the ground beside Slippy. Skippy looks scared as he hides behind his racer with Glitch. Lava slowly pours out of the volcano nearby.
[Dramatic music plays]
[Glitch squeaking]
Slippy tries to push his racer as the lava approaches. Above, Ella and Madhu look determined as they approach the moon. Ella grabs a cable hook connected to her moon scooter. Slippy climbs onto his racer and reaches for Glitch.
[Glitch squeaking]
Slippy grabs Glitch and stands on the racer. Madhu swoops down and grabs Slippy. Ella swoops down after them and connects her hook to Slippy’s racer, now surrounded by lava. A volcano erupts. Ella’s moon scooter lifts the racer off the ground as lava spreads across the rest of the moon’s surface.
[Calm music plays]
From a distance, the group of friends look down at Jupiter’s moon, Io.
Madhu says, OH, SO BEAUTIFUL!
SO ORANGE!
Ella says, I'M SORRY
WE COULDN T GET TO YOU
SOONER, SLIPPY.
Slippy says, YOU GOT HERE AT EXACTLY
THE RIGHT TIME!
FOR US ALL TO SEE
THE HOTTEST SHOW OF THE YEAR!
THAT VOLCANO WAS ASTRONOMICAL!
[Glitch squeaking]
Slippy says, GLITCH SAYS HE
DID NOT ENJOY THE VOLCANO,
BUT HE IS VERY HAPPY
WE'RE ALL TOGETHER AGAIN.
Ella says, ME TOO, GLITCH!
The friends all cheer, YAY!
Ella says, HEY, I ALMOST FORGOT.
THE NEW SMOOTHIE MACHINE!
Slippy hops onto his spacecraft, being pulled by Ella’s.
Slippy says, OOH, A COLD SMOOTHIE
WOULD REALLY HIT THE SPOT
RIGHT ABOUT NOW.
In the kitchen, Ella says, TA-DA!
10,000 FLAVORS.
PICK YOUR FAVORITE, SLIPPY.
Slippy says, WHAT'S THIS?
He presses a rainbow button on the smoothie machine.
[Dramatic music plays]
Maggie says, I AM CONCERNED.
ALL 10,000 FLAVORS
MIGHT BE TOO MUCH
PRESSURE.
The smoothie machine shakes on the counter. The friends look worried.
Slippy says, OH, NO!
Liquid pours out of the smoothie machine. The friends try to stop it.
Madhu yells, HOW DO WE STOP THIS THING?
Ella climbs onto the counter behind the smoothie machine and presses a button. Liquid stops pouring out.
Slippy says, YOU DID IT, ELLA!
Ella says, ONE ERUPTION IS ENOUGH
FOR TODAY.
She tries the mix of smoothie flavours.
She says, EW!
Slippy says, ALL FLAVORS
IS ALL YUCK!
Madhu says, I LIKE IT!
[Laughing]
[Soft music plays]
