Lucas sits at home in front of his kitchen. A keyboard and a chair stand against a wall. Lucas wears a blue hoodie and a faded blue hat worn backward over his dark hair. He smiles widely. White earbuds hang from his ears.

Lucas says,
HEY, TVO KIDS.
LUCAS HERE.
WELCOME TO TODAY'S
POWER UP.
I'M SO EXCITED YOU'RE HERE.
IT'S GOING TO BE AN AWESOME DAY.
WE'RE GOING TO
HAVE A CIRCUS THEME.
I HAVE BEEN STRETCHING.
I'M READY TO BE AN ACROBAT.
BUT, TVO KIDS,
I WANT TO MAKE SURE
THAT YOU GUYS MAKE SOME ROOM.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE
ENOUGH SPACE TO MOVE AROUND.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WATER NEARBY
BECAUSE THAT'S
REALLY GOING TO HELP.
MAKE SURE
TO HAVE A GOOD STRETCH.

Laura appears in her home. She sits on a floral-patterned chair. Laura holds a channel changer over her head in front of her kitchen. She wears a red t-shirt and blue and purple leggings. Her long dark hair is tied in pigtails.

Lucas adds,
AND...
HEY!
MAKE SURE TO HAVE A FRIEND.
TIME FOR

Laura says,
BIG TOP ACADEMY.
ALL RIGHT.

Lucas responds,
NO.
LAURA, LAURA, HEY!
IT'S LUCAS.
HEY!

Laura looks confused.

She replies,
YEAH.
SORRY, I, UH, OH...
WHAT ARE WE DOING?

Lucas asks,
DID YOU SAY
BIG TOP ACADEMY?
IT'S NOT
BIG TOP ACADEMY.
WE'RE DOING
POWER UP.
IT'S CIRCUS-THEMED.
DO YOU WANT TO JOIN IN?

Laura pushes an earbud in her ear.

She says,
OH...
UM, ACTUALLY,
I HAVE A REALLY
IMPORTANT VIDEO MEETING
TO BE AT RIGHT NOW.
A VIDEO MEETING?
YEAH, SO I CAN'T DO
POWER UP.

Lucas replies, OKAY, THAT--

Laura continues,
SORRY.
THAT'S A BIT ODD, BUT OKAY,
WE'LL CATCH YOU LATER, LAURA.
IT'S ALL GOOD.
UM...

Laura responds, OKAY.

Laura disappears.

Lucas says,
WEIRD.
I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT
HER VIDEO MEETING.
BUT, TVO KIDS, WE'RE STILL GOING
TO DO A CIRCUS-THEMED
POWER UP.
SO PLEASE WELCOME
OUR HEALTH AND PHYS. ED.--

Laura reappears. She presses a button on the channel changer while she holds a large white bowl.

Lucas responds, WAIT. LAURA!

Laura sings, BIG TOP ACADEMY

Lucas continues,
WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
WHY ARE YOU WATCHING
BIG TOP ACADEMY?
I THOUGHT YOU HAD A MEETING.

Laura replies,
I'M NOT!
I'M ON THE, UH, VIDEO MEETING.
OKAY, YOU KNOW WHAT?
I'LL DO IT.
WE'LL DO THE
POWER UP.
OKAY.
YEAH, I'LL CATCH UP LATER
WITH THE VIDEO.

Laura puts the channel changer and the bowl down on the kitchen counter.

Lucas responds,
GREAT.
WELL, I'M GLAD YOU'RE
STICKING AROUND, LAURA.
AND TVO KIDS,

OUR HEALTH
AND PHYS. ED. TEACHER.
HEY, ANDREA!

Lucas and Laura wave. Andrea waves back.

Andrea stands in her living room in front of a fireplace. She had long dark hair that flows down her back. Andrea wears a bright blue golf shirt and black leggings. She smiles widely.

Andrea says,

Andrea holds up a stuffed yellow bear with a red scarf tied around its neck. Lucas holds up a black fedora. Laura holds a yellow plastic donut-shaped toy over her head.

Andrea continues,

Lucas gives a thumbs up.

He replies,

Andrea says,

Laura, Lucas, and Andrea sway their arms as they balance their objects on their heads.

Andrea continues,

Laura, Lucas, and Andrea toss their object over their heads and catch them with their other hand. Laura drops her toy. She covers her mouth with her hands. She stands up and grabs it. Laura sits back down.

Andrea says,

Laura, Lucas, and Andrea drop their objects from above their heads and reach down to catch them at their feet.

Andrea adds,

Lucas pumps his fist.

Andrea says,
OKAY, MOVE NUMBER FIVE.
THIS ONE IS CALLED
A BELLY OR BACK BALANCE.
WE'RE GOING TO TAKE OUR OBJECT
AND YOU CAN CHOOSE
EITHER YOUR BACK OR YOUR BELLY.
AND WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO
IS YOU'RE GOING TO BALANCE IT
ON THAT BODY PART.
I'M GOING TO CHOOSE MY BACK.
LAURA, WHICH BODY PART
ARE YOU GOING TO CHOOSE?

Laura replies,

Laura and Andrea rest their objects on their back as they lean forward.

Andrea adds,
AH, LUCAS, SHOW US WHAT YOU GOT.

Lucas responds,
AND I'M CHOOSING MY BELLY.

He leans backward as he lays his fedora on his belly.

Andrea says,
OKAY, HERE WE GO.
PLACE THAT OBJECT
ON YOUR BACK OR BELLY.
YOU CAN EITHER
LOOK DOWN LOW OR LOOK UP HIGH.
AND SEE IF YOU CAN EITHER
MOVE LEFT OR RIGHT LIKE LAURA,
OR MOVE AROUND THE ROOM
LIKE LUCAS AND MYSELF.

Lucas, Laura, and Andrea wave their arms at their sides as they balance their objects.

Andrea wipes her brow. Lucas tosses his fedora on the floor.

She says,
WHEW!
THAT BROUGHT UP A SWEAT.
OH, MY GOODNESS.
OKAY, AWESOME WORK, TVO KIDS.
IT'S SUPER IMPORTANT
TO STAY HYDRATED.
LET ME GRAB
MY WATER BOTTLE HERE.

Andrea drinks from her water bottle.

She adds,
DON'T FORGET TO COOL DOWN
AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU STRETCH.
AWESOME WORK.
HERE WE GO.

Andrea stretches her arm over her head and leans from one side to the other.

Lucas says,
BYE, ANDREA.
THANKS FOR HANGING OUT.
THAT WAS AN AWESOME
CIRCUS THEMED
POWER UP.
LAURA, I KNOW YOU HAD A MEETING.
HOW DO YOU FEEL NOW?

Laura crawls off the chair.

She replies,
OH, YEAH, UM, I FEEL AMAZING.
AND ABOUT THE MEETING.
I, UH, IT'S FINE.
I DON'T NEED TO HAVE IT ANYMORE.

(Laughing)

Laura adds, OKAY.

Lucas responds,
OKAY, WELL, I'M GOING TO GO
WATCH BIG TOP ACADEMY,
BUT I'LL CATCH YOU
NEXT TIME, LAURA.
AND I'LL CATCH YOU
NEXT TIME, TVO KIDS.

Laura grabs the channel changer.

She says,
OH, I'M ALSO
GOING TO GO WATCH THAT!
OKAY.

(Laughing nervously)

Laura adds, BYE.

Lucas responds, BYE.
