Transcript: Anti-bullying Awareness Day | That TVOkids Show
Lucas is in his twenties, with short puffy brown hair and wears jeans and an orange T-shirt.
Laura is in her twenties, with above the shoulders straight brown hair with bangs and wears jeans and a purple T-shirt.
As a song plays, Lucas and Laura walk in the woods, cross a bridge, balance on a fallen tree trunk, cross a stream, run across the city and in a park full of geese. Fast clips show them next to Greg playing and having fun in the tree fort. Greg is in his twenties, with short black hair. He wears a blue sweater.
The song says PACK UP YOUR BAGS KISS YOUR TURTLE GOOD-BYE COME UP AND CLIMB WHERE WE CAN TOUCH THE SKY SO MUCH TO SEE SO MUCH TO DO IN OUR TREE FORT WE'VE GOT A SHOW FOR YOU THAT TVOkids SHOW THAT TVOkids SHOW THAT TVOkids SHOW THAT TVOkids SHOW.
[Geese Cackling].
Laura says PASSWORD, PLEASE.
Lucas whispers something in Laura's ear as a caption reads "Duane."
In animation, a dialogue bubble pops out of a map with the title of the show: "That TVO Kids Show."
The song continues LA, LA, LA, DO, DO, DO, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH THAT TVOKIDS SHOW! THAT TVOkids SHOW.
Inside the tree fort, Lucas stands with his arms wide open. He's wearing a red hoodie and a burgundy T-shirt.
He says WELCOME TO THE TREE FORT, TVOkids. YOU ARE HANGING OUT WITH LUCAS ON THIS FINE AND GLORIOUS MONDAY. NOW I WANT TO SHOUT OUT TO YOU, HOPE THAT YOU HAD A GREAT WEEKEND AND I HOPE THAT ANYONE CELEBRATING DIWALI HAD A GREAT WEEKEND AS WELL. SO TO HELP CELEBRATE THAT, WE ACTUALLY HAVE KESHAVA WITH US RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW IN THE TREE FORT. HEY, KESHAVA.
[Applause]
A boy appears in the sky. He has short black hair.
Lucas says IT'S SO AWESOME TO HAVE YOU HERE. HOW WAS YOUR WEEKEND. CAN YOU HEAR ME, KESHAVA?
A caption reads "Keshava. Age 8."
Keshava says YES.
Lucas says HOW WAS YOUR WEEKEND? TELL US ABOUT DIWALI THIS WEEKEND.
[INDISCERNIBLE].
Lucas says YOU DID, OKAY. HOW DID YOU CELEBRATE?
Keshava says CELEBRATE THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS ALL AROUND THE WORLD.
Lucas says OKAY, COOL. SO I KNOW THINGS WERE A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT THIS YEAR. TELL US ABOUT HOW YOU WERE CELEBRATING WHILE WE TAKE A LOOK AT SOME OF THESE PHOTOS THAT YOU HAVE.
In a picture, Keshava holds a candle in a hallway decorated with small candles on the floor.
Keshava says MY FAMILY AND I CELEBRATE DIWALI BY [INDISCERNIBLE] IT WAS FUN.
Lucas says OKAY, COOL. NOW I KNOW IT'S PROBABLY A LITTLE BIT HARD TO HEAR YOU, TVOkids, IF YOU'RE WATCHING, BUT DIWALI IS A FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS, AND KESHAVA WAS CELEBRATING WITH HIS FAMILY THIS WEEKEND, SO THAT WAS A PICTURE OF HIM LIGHTING HIS LIGHTS.
A picture shows Keshava sitting on the floor next to a small altar with offerings. He's wearing a golden kurta.
Lucas says CHECK THIS OUT. THIS IS KESHAVA AS WELL THIS WEEKEND. OKAY, MAYBE WE CAN'T HEAR YOU, BUT GIVE US A BIG SMILE IF YOU LOVED IT.
Keshava smiles.
Lucas says YOU LOVED IT, OKAY. GOOD, WE'RE GOING TO SHOW YOU SOME CUTE VIDEOS KESHAVA. IF YOU LOVE IT, GIVE US A BIG THUMBS UP. IF YOU DON'T LOVE IT, GIVE US A BIG THUMBS DOWN, OKAY? HERE COMES THE CHAMPION.
A voice says CHAMPION!
A short video shows a black dog happily running through a poppy field.
Lucas says THIS IS THE CHAMPION DOG, OKAY. WHAT DO YOU THINK? [Laughter] WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Keshava says NINE OUT OF TEN.
Lucas says A NINE OUT OF TEN? OKAY, WE CAN HEAR YOU NOW. THAT'S AWESOME. OKAY, THAT'S PRETTY GOOD. I DON'T MUCH LOVE THAT DOG, SO LET'S SEE WHAT YOU THINK OF THE CHALLENGER.
A voice says CHALLENGER!
A short video shows a tiny brown baby rabbit nibbling at grass.
Lucas says OKAY. IT'S A RABBIT.
Keshava says 12 OUT OF 12!
Lucas says WHAT'S THAT?
Keshava says 12 OUT OF 12!
Lucas says 12 OUT OF 12, THAT MEANS THAT THAT'S 100 percent. YOU LOVE RABBITS. DO YOU HAVE ANY PETS AT HOME?
Keshava says NO, I HAD A PET FISH, BUT IT DIED.
Lucas says OH, NO. I'M SO SORRY FOR YOUR FISH. THAT'S TOUGH. I GUESS IT SOMETIMES HAPPENS WITH FISH, BUT I'M GLAD YOU GOT TO RATE OUR TWO VIDEOS TODAY, KESHAVA. I HOPE YOU HAD A GREAT DIWALI. THANK YOU FOR SHARING THOSE PHOTOS, AND AS ALWAYS, CALL US ANY TIME, OKAY?
Keshava says OKAY.
Lucas says OKAY, BYE.
Keshava disappears.
Lucas says TVOkids, IF YOU WANT TO BE LIKE KESHAVA, JUST REMEMBER YOU CAN ALWAYS CALL IN AND WE CAN PUT YOU UP IN THE SKY. BUT NOW THAT WE WISHED EVERYONE A HAPPY DIWALI, I WANT TO BRING ATTENTION TO WHAT WE ARE ALSO DOING THIS WEEK, WHICH IS THE START OF ANTI-BULLYING PREVENTION AND AWARENESS WEEK, OKAY? SO WE GOT A LOT OF QUESTIONS FROM ALL OF YOU ON tvokids.com ABOUT BULLYING, AND WE'RE GOING TO ANSWER THEM, WHICH MEANS IT'S TIME FOR...
In animation, a megaphone appears as a voice says "WE NEED TO KNOW"!
Lucas says YES, CHECK OUT THIS QUESTION. THIS IS FROM ETHAN. ETHAN WANTS TO KNOW WHAT IS BULLYING. OKAY, ETHAN, WE HAVE A VIDEO MADE FOR YOU, AND ESPECIALLY YOU. CHECK IT OUT.
In a clip, Greg faces the screen and speaks.
He says WHAT IS BULLYING? GOOD QUESTION. BULLYING IS WHEN SOMEONE DELIBERATELY TRIES TO HURT SOMEONE ELSE, AND THERE ARE THREE CATEGORIES.
As a short clip shows teenage boys hitting another teenage boy, Greg says PHYSICAL BULLYING. THAT'S THE MOST OBVIOUS. HITTING, PUNCHING, KICKING, BREAKING SOMEONE'S TOYS OR FAVOURITE THINGS. VERBAL BULLYING.
As a clip shows a girl laughing and pointing at another girl, Greg says TEASING, NAME CALLING, WORDS CAN HURT JUST AS MUCH AS PHYSICAL BULLYING, SOMETIMES EVEN MORE SO BECAUSE IT AFFECTS HOW WE SEE OURSELVES. AND LASTLY, SOCIAL BULLYING.
As a clip shows a group of girls smirking and talking amongst themselves as they look at another girl who is crying, Greg says EXCLUDING SOMEONE OR SPREADING RUMOURS ABOUT THEM. HUMANS ARE VERY SOCIAL ANIMALS, AND WE NEED TO FEEL PART OF A COMMUNITY TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT OURSELVES, AND MESSING WITH THAT CAN REALLY HARM SOMEONE. AND ALL THREE TYPES OF BULLYING ARE REALLY BAD FOR THE PERSON BEING BULLIED IT CAN LEAD TO DEPRESSION, ANXIETY AND LOW SELF-ESTEEM. BUT THERE IS A WAY THAT WE CAN ALL AVOID BECOMING A BULLY. WE JUST HAVE TO THINK. IS WHAT YOU'RE SAYING TRUE? IF IT ISN'T, DON'T SAY IT. IS IT HELPFUL? IF IT'S NOT, SKIP IT. IS IT INSPIRING? I HOPE SO. THAT WOULD BE NICE. IS IT NECESSARY? IF IT'S POTENTIALLY HARMFUL AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY IT, DON'T. AND LASTLY, BE KIND. KINDNESS IS ONE OF THE BEST CHARACTERISTICS THAT ANYONE CAN HAVE, BETTER THAN BRAVERY OR BRAINS OR HAVING GREAT HAIR. IF YOU'RE A LOVELY PERSON, THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU WILL BE LOVELY TOO. SO LET'S LIFT EACH OTHER UP. GREG OUT.
The clip ends.
Lucas says I LOVE THAT. LET'S LIFT EACH OTHER UP. THAT'S MY MOTTO FOR THE WEEK FOR ANTI-BULLYING PREVENTION AND AWARENESS WEEK. THAT'S REALLY GREAT. SO WE'RE GOING TO TALK MORE ABOUT BULLYING NOW THAT WE HAVE A REAL AWESOME DEFINITION. PLEASE WELCOME OUR GOOD FRIEND AND KID COUNSELLOR, DUANE, UP IN THE SKY.
[Applause]
A young man appears in the sky and says HEY, LUCAS.
He has short dark hair and is clean-shaven.
A caption reads "Duane. Child Counsellor."
Lucas says LOOK AT THOSE PEARLY WHITES. LOOK AT THAT SMILE. HOW ARE YOU DOING?
Duane says I'M DOING GREAT. HOW ARE YOU?
Lucas says I'M REALLY GOOD. WE'RE SO HAPPY TO HAVE YOU HERE. IT'S A REALLY BIG DAY BECAUSE WE GET TO CELEBRATE HOW DO YOU FEEL TONIGHT. SO TELL US ABOUT HOW DO YOU FEEL.
Duane says HOW DO YOU FEEL WAS AN AMAZING TIME AND WE GET TO WATCH TVOkids TALK TO OTHER TVOkids ABOUT THEIR THOUGHTS, FEELINGS AND EXPERIENCES, AND THESE ARE REAL EXPERIENCES THAT TVOkids HAVE HAD. IT'S JUST BEEN AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.
Lucas says COOL, TVOkids, THIS IS A SHOW ALL ABOUT YOU. IT AIRS TONIGHT AT 6:40, BRAND NEW SHOW. LET'S JUST TAKE A LOOK AT A CLIP OF WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO SEE.
A clip plays in which a boy and Duane sit on lawn chairs in a backyard and talk.
The boy says Mike wants to be himself, but HE ALSO WANTS TO AVOID CONFLICT WITH THE BULLIES. HOW CAN HE DO BOTH?
Duane says SOMETIMES BEING YOURSELF REQUIRES YOU TO BE BRAVE. MY HOPE IS THAT HE SURROUNDS HIMSELF WITH ADULTS HE CAN TRUST AND OTHER FRIENDS THAT WILL SUPPORT HIM IN ANYTHING THAT HE CHOOSES TO PURSUE.
The boy says GOOD ADVICE, DUANE, BUT I still wish these bad boys could see through TIME AND SPACE.
He picks up a pair of binoculars and uses them to look around, as he says WAIT, I THINK I'M GETTING SOMETHING.
The clip ends.
Lucas says OKAY, SO IT LOOKS LIKE YOU GET TO TALK TO TVOkids, TALK WITH THEM ABOUT WHAT'S GOING ON IN THEIR LIFE. DOES THAT SOUND ABOUT RIGHT?
Duane says THAT SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT. THE TEAM DOES A GREAT JOB OF SPEAKING TO OTHER TVOkids, AND WHEN HE NEEDS ADDITIONAL SUPPORT WITH SOME OF THE CHALLENGES THEY ARE FACING, THAT'S WHEN HE REACHES OUT TO ME.
Lucas says COOL. I MEAN, THAT'S WHAT FRIENDS DO. I LOVE THAT. TVOkids, WATCH "HOW YOU FEEL" AT 6:40 TONIGHT. IT'S GOING TO BE GREAT. ALSO YOU CAN CHECK IT OUT ON tvokids.com AS WELL AS ON OUR YouTube CHANNEL. LOTS OF "HOW DO YOU FEEL" TO WATCH. DUANE, ARE YOU COOL IF WE TALK A BIT MORE ABOUT BULLYING WHILE WE HAVE YOU HERE?
Duane says I'D BE HAPPY TO.
Lucas says I LOVE IT. WE HAVE MARYAM WITH US FIRST TO START THIS OFF. HI. MARYAM, HOW'S IT GOING?
The screen splits in three to show Lucas, Duane, and a girl wearing a white hijab with embroidered flowers.
She says HELLO.
A caption reads "Maryam. Age 9."
Lucas says HI. OKAY, GOOD, I LOVE THAT SMILE. IT'S GREAT TO SEE YOU. CAN YOU TALK TO US ABOUT, SAY YOU'RE IN THE SCHOOLYARD AND YOU SEE SOMEONE GETTING BULLIED, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO AS A BYSTANDER?
Maryam says I WOULD BASICALLY GO TO A PARENT, OR ALSO TELL A TEACHER.
Lucas says A PARENT OR A TEACHER. DUANE, WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS?
Duane says CERTAINLY IF WE'RE WITNESSING SOMEONE BEING BULLIED, REACHING OUT TO AN ADULT THAT WE CAN TRUST TO GET THEM ADDITIONAL SUPPORT IS A REALLY GREAT IDEA. MARYAM, YOU SET A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE FOR OTHER TVOkids. GOOD JOB.
Lucas says YEAH, MARYAM, WE'RE SO LUCKY TO TALK TO YOU. WE'RE SO LUCKY THAT YOU'RE THERE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. KEEP BEING AWESOME, OKAY?
[Laughter]
Lucas says I LOVE IT. OKAY, MARYAM, WE'RE GOING TO SEE GOOD-BYE FOR NOW BECAUSE WE'VE GOT TO GET TO SOME MORE QUESTIONS FOR YOU, DUANE.
Maryam disappears.
Lucas says SO CHECK THIS OUT. THIS IS SENT OUT ON tvokids.com. THIS QUESTION IS FROM ALICIA. ALICIA IS AGE 11 AND WANTS TO KNOW IS IT TRUE THAT SOME BULLIES BULLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN BULLIED? WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Duane says THIS IS AN EXCELLENT QUESTION, AND I THINK THAT'S SOMETHING WE HAVE TO REMEMBER IS, YOU KNOW, PEOPLE WILL BULLY FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS, AND THE ONLY WAY WE WOULD KNOW THE ABSOLUTE REASON WHY IS TO ASK THEM. NOW THERE ARE SOMETIMES WHERE PEOPLE MIGHT WITNESS BEHAVIOUR THAT IS LIKE BULLYING, AND THEY MAY DECIDE, WELL, THE RESPONSE OR REACTION THAT THEY GET FROM THAT BEHAVIOUR MIGHT LEAD THEM TO FEEL LIKE, WELL, MAYBE I WANT TO BEHAVE THAT WAY TOO. THE TRUTH IS THAT BULLYING IS NEVER OKAY, AND SO IF PEOPLE ARE WITNESSING BULLYING, MY HOPE IS THAT THEY'LL TAKE STEPS TO GET THAT PERSON SUPPORT RATHER THAN TRYING TO REPEAT THAT BULLYING BEHAVIOUR.
Lucas says I SEE, OKAY. AND DO YOU THINK IT'S HELPFUL, SAY IF YOU'RE THE PERSON BEING BULLIED, IS IT HELPFUL TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE BULLY IS GOING THROUGH?
Duane says IT MIGHT BE HELPFUL AT SOME POINT, BUT IN THE MOMENT... I MEAN, WHEN YOU'RE BEING BULLIED, I CAN IMAGINE THAT THERE'S A LOT OF FEAR, A LOT OF CONCERN. YOU MAY NOT KNOW WHAT'S ABOUT TO HAPPEN TO YOU AND WHAT'S MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT PEOPLE FEEL COMFORTABLE, PEOPLE FEEL SAFE, AND IN A MOMENT WHERE THEY'RE NOT FEELING COMFORTABLE OR SAFE, THEY MAY NOT THINK ABOUT THINGS LIKE I WONDER WHY THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME. THEY ARE PROBABLY THINKING ABOUT HOW DO I GET OUT OF THIS SITUATION.
Lucas says YEAH, OKAY, COOL. YOU GOT TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, RIGHT? I LOVE THAT, DUANE. SO WE'VE GOT A FEW MORE QUESTIONS, BUT BEFORE WE TAKE A LOOK AT THOSE, WE'RE GOING TO TAKE A LOOK AT SOME "IT MATTERS."
A clip plays. Music plays as cartoon fruits work together to set up a billboard that reads "It matters."
Then, as a cartoon red apple works on a computer, a voice says MY NAME IS KIYANA, THIS IS MY STORY. WHEN I WAS IN GRADE ONE, KIDS WOULD BULLY ME AND CALL ME NAMES.
In a playground, two mean bananas approach the red apple.
One says YOU ARE FAT!
The other says DON'T FORGET DUMB AND STUPID.
Kiyana says I DIDN'T LIKE THAT. SO I TOLD MY TEACHER, MY MOM AND MY FRIENDS WHAT HAPPENED. THE BULLY GOT SUSPENDED FOR THREE DAYS, AND THEY'RE NOT ALLOWED TO GO ON THE PLAY YARD.
In the backyard, two mean oranges toss a grape around.
The grape says PUT ME DOWN! STOP IT!
Kiyana says NOW I'M A PEER MEDIATOR. IF I SEE SOMEONE GETTING BULLIED, I ASK THEM WHAT'S WRONG AND I TRY TO HELP.
Wearing a cap with the letter "P" on it, the red apple talks to the grape.
Kiyana says SOMETIMES I NEED TO GO TO PRINCIPAL OR A TEACHER AND THEY HELP TOO. IT MAKES ME FEEL GOOD TO HELP OTHER KIDS AT SCHOOL, THE SAME WAY MY TEACHERS, MOM AND FRIENDS HELPED ME. NOBODY SHOULD BE BULLIED OR CALLED NAMES. THAT'S MY STORY AND IT MATTERS.
The clip ends.
Lucas says OKAY, COOL. I LOVE THAT. IT DEFINITELY DOES MATTER, AND JUST AS YOU SAID, DUANE, TALKING TO A PARENT OR SOMEONE YOU TRUST IS REALLY IMPORTANT, SO MAYBE IT'S COOL TO KNOW WHO YOU HAVE ALL THE TIME AS PEOPLE YOU TRUST, RIGHT?
Duane says YEAH, I THINK THAT'S A REALLY GREAT IDEA.
Lucas says OKAY, COOL. I THINK IT'S A GOOD IDEA TOO. LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT OUR NEXT QUESTION AND SEE WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY.
Duane says OKAY.
Lucas says THIS IS FROM TASBEEHA, AGE 10, WANTS TO KNOW WHAT YOU DO IF A BULLY WANTS TO HURT YOU. I TRIED TO RUN AWAY, BUT THAT DIDN'T WORK. WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?
Duane says WELL, FIRST OF ALL I'M SORRY TO HEAR THAT ANYBODY WAS MADE TO FEEL THAT THEY HAD TO RUN AWAY BECAUSE OF THE WAY THAT SOMEONE WAS BEHAVING OR TREATING YOU. TVOkids, IF YOU EVER FIND YOURSELF FEELING SCARED, FINDING YOURSELF IN A POSITION WHERE YOU DON'T FEEL SAFE, IT'S IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO GET YOURSELF TO A PLACE OF SAFETY, AND MAYBE IF YOU'RE ABLE TO REACH OUT TO AN ADULT WHO CAN OFFER YOU THAT TYPE OF SUPPORT. NOW IF IT'S HAPPENING AT SCHOOL, THERE'S CERTAINLY A NUMBER OF ADULTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE. IF IT'S HAPPENING AT HOME, I HOPE THAT THERE'S AN ADULT AT HOME OR MAYBE A FRIEND'S PARENT, SOMEONE THAT YOU FEEL YOU CAN TURN TO. I'M VERY SORRY TO HEAR THAT ANYBODY WOULD FEEL SO UNSAFE THAT THEY WOULD FEEL LIKE THEIR ONLY OPTION IS TO RUN AWAY.
Lucas says YEAH, THAT WOULD BE TOUGH. IT'S IMPORTANT TO HAVE A GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT YOU CAN TRUST SO YOU CAN GO THERE RIGHT AWAY BEFORE ANYTHING GETS WORSE.
Duane says YES, AND WE MAY WANT TO CHANGE THE PATH WE ARE GOING TO TAKE. MAYBE WE CAN FIND ANOTHER ROUTE AND ALSO LET AN ADULT KNOW, WHEN I TAKE THAT ROUTE, THAT PERSON TENDS TO TREAT ME THIS WAY, SO I'M TAKING THIS ROUTE.
Lucas says COOL, YOU'RE PUTTING YOUR SAFETY FIRST. YOU'RE SAYING WHAT'S THE SAFEST WAY TO GET TO WHERE I NEED TO GO. THAT'S GREAT ADVICE, DUANE. THIS LAST QUESTION IS FROM TANYA, AGE 9, AND SHE WANTS TO KNOW HOW CAN YOU FEEL MORE CONFIDENT WHEN YOU'RE AROUND PEOPLE WHO ARE DIFFERENT FROM YOU?
Duane says IT'S A GREAT QUESTION, AND I THINK THAT BUILDING CONFIDENCE IS SOMETHING THAT TAKES TIME, SO MY HOPE IS THAT TVOkids CAN BE PATIENT WITH WITH THEMSELVES THROUGHOUT THAT PROCESS. I THINK SOMETHING THAT WAS ALSO IMPORTANT WAS, YOU KNOW, HOW DO YOU FEEL CONFIDENT WHEN YOU'RE AROUND PEOPLE THAT ARE DIFFERENT. IT'S POSSIBLE THAT THOSE PEOPLE THAT YOU'RE AROUND THAT YOU THINK ARE VERY DIFFERENT MIGHT THINK THAT THEY ARE ALSO TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO CONNECT WITH YOU. AND SOMETIMES WHEN WE HAVE A REASON TO CONNECT WITH PEOPLE, WHETHER IT'S, HEY, I ENJOY THIS TYPE OF SCHOOL SUBJECT, I ENJOY THIS SPORT, CONNECTING WITH SOMEONE CAN ALWAYS BUILD INTO A FRIENDSHIP, SO BE CONFIDENT IN YOURSELF, BUT RECOGNIZE THAT IT TAKES TIME TO BUILD THAT CONFIDENCE TOO.
Lucas says I LOVE THAT. IT'S LIKE BE PATIENT. YOU MIGHT NOT FEEL CONFIDENT OVERNIGHT, BUT OVER TIME YOU'RE GOING TO FEEL MORE LIKE THAT, AND EMBRACE YOUR DIFFERENCES. MAYBE THAT COULD BE A REALLY COOL CONVERSATION STARTER, HEY?
Duane says WELL SAID. AND JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T FEEL CONFIDENT DOESN'T MEAN THERE AREN'T REASONS FOR YOU TO BUILD CONFIDENCE.
Lucas says HEY, I LIKE THAT. WE DON'T ALWAYS KNOW THAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING.
Duane says THAT'S RIGHT. YOU'RE NEVER ALONE, THOUGH.
Lucas says YOU'RE NEVER ALONE. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. OH, WHAT A GREAT QUOTE. DUANE, IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASURE HAVING YOU HERE. I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE SHOW TONIGHT. ARE YOU EXCITED?
Duane says I'M VERY EXCITED, AND IT WAS ALSO GREAT TO SEE YOU TOO, EVERY TIME, LUCAS.
Lucas says SAME WITH YOU, DUANE. TVOkids, I KNOW YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE IT. WE'RE SO LUCKY TO HAVE DUANE WITH US TODAY. WE'RE GOING TO SAY GOOD-BYE FOR NOW, BUT PLEASE, WRITE US WITH ANY QUESTIONS ANY TIME, AND DUANE, COME BACK ANY TIME.
Duane says I LOOK FORWARD TO IT.
Lucas says OKAY, GOOD. HAVE A GREAT DAY, DUANE. DUANE IS TRULY THE BEST. HE ALWAYS HAS AMAZING ANSWERS FOR US. TVOkids, THAT'S RIGHT, GO WATCH "HOW DO YOU FEEL" AT 6:40 P.M. BUT ALSO CALL US, CALL IN, BECAUSE WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU, OKAY? IT'S ONLY MONDAY, SO WE'VE GOT A LOT OF EXCITING THINGS THIS WEEK.
A caption appears on screen. It reads "Call us at 1-888-886-5437."
Lucas says THIS IS THE NUMBER THAT YOU SHOULD CALL, AND WE CAN PUT YOU UP IN THE SKY. TOMORROW IS WORLD KINDNESS DAY, SO WE WANT TO HEAR YOUR THOUGHTS, BUT WE ALSO WANT TO SEE YOUR BIG SMILES FOR WORLD KINDNESS DAY. AND ALWAYS IF YOU WANT TO WATCH MORE SHOWS, IF YOU WANT TO WATCH MORE OF THAT TVOkids SHOW, HEAD TO YouTube AND tvokids.com. I'M LUCAS. MAKE SOME MAGIC. HAVE A GREAT START TO THE WEEK.
Music plays as a slate shows the end credits.

Keshava smiles.

A voice says CHAMPION!
