[Upbeat theme song plays]
A whale leaps in the ocean near a sandy beach that forms the coastline of Adventure Bay. An arched bridge connects the city of Adventure Bay with the Lookout, the Paw Patrol’s headquarters.

Six pups, the Paw Patrol, fly off the end of a slide that spirals around the Lookout.

Marshall, a fire-fighting Dalmatian drives a red firetruck. Rubble, an English bulldog, wears a yellow hardhat and drives a bulldozer. Ryder, a ten-year-old boy with short brown hair, wears a red and white helmet and drives an ATV. Chase, a German Shepherd and traffic police dog, wears a navy uniform and drives an SUV. Rocky, a grey pup with white paws, wears a green and white ball cap and a green vest. He drives a green recycling truck. Zuma, a chocolate Labrador Retriever and water rescue pup, drives an orange hovercraft. Skye a female cockapoo, wears a pink pilot’s outfit and flies a grey and pink rescue helicopter.

[Chase Sighs]
Chase and Skye walk along the beach as people play around them.
Chase says, FIRST DAY OF SUMMER.
LET'S MAKE SURE IT'S A SAFE ONE.
[Both gasping]
An orange disc flies over Chase’s head.
Skye shouts, WATCH OUT! DUCK!
The disc glides towards a family who are picnicking on the beach. It catches on a segment of watermelon and pushes it out of a woman’s hand and into a child’s hand. The child bites into the watermelon.
[Chase chuckles]
Chase says, SWEET SAVE, SKYE.
Skye asks, OOH, WHAT
ARE YOU MAKING?
Rubble digs in the sand.
He replies, YOU'LL SEE.
UH, MARSHALL, I THINK YOU MAYBE
GOT A LITTLE CARRIED AWAY.
Marshall digs nearby. Ryder arrives.
[Rubble chuckles]
Ryder says, I WONDERED WHY YOU PUPS
WERE GETTING TALLER.
WOW, MARSHALL.
YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO
BURY YOURSELF IN YOUR WORK.
[All laughing]
Cap’n Turbot and Francois walk across the sand. Cap’n Turbot carries a piece of driftwood.
He asks Francois, SPOT ANY SURPASSINGLY
SPLENDID SEASHELLS?
Francois says, LOOK!
THIS ONE IS MAGNIFIQUE.
HUH?
A tiny green turtle pops out of a mound of sand.
Cap’n Turbot says, THAT'S NOT A BIT
OF BEACH BRIC-A-BRAC.
TIS A TURTLE AND THE TINY
TERRAPIN LOOKS LOST.
Francois says, OH, THIS LITTLE GUY MUST
BE FROM THE TURTLE ISLAND.
WE MUST TAKE HIM HOME,
TOUT SUITE.
Cap’n Turbot says, TRANSPORTING THAT TURTLE TOP
TO HIS TURF WILL BE TRYING.
THERE'S A RING OF ROCKS
AROUND TURTLE ISLAND.
Francois says, DO NOT WORRY, COUSIN,
I HAVE THE BRILLIANT IDEA.
Mayor Humdinger says, TURTLE ISLAND? HM.
I'VE NEVER HEARD OF IT.
Cap’n Turbot says, IT'S A HOLY HUMAN-FREE HABITAT
NOT FAR OFF THE COAST
OF FOGGY BOTTOM.
TOTAL TURTLE TERRITORY.
Mayor Humdinger says, A DESERTED ISLAND
NEAR FOGGY BOTTOM?
I SHOULD CLAIM IT
AND CALL IT SOGGY FOGGY BOTTOM!
[Laughing]
[all meowing]
Six kittens dressed as the Paw Patrol, look up at Mayor Humdinger.
Chase asks, WHAT KIND OF OCTOPUS IS THAT?
Marshall replies, I GUESS I'M MORE
LIKE AN OCTO-PUP.
Marshall is covered in a mound of sand, sculpted into the shape of an octopus.
[ALL LAUGHING]
Francois says, VOILA, MY LATEST INVENTION.
I'VE BEEN WORKING
ON THESE FOR MONTHS.
Cap’n Turbot says, WHOA! FANCY FOOTWEAR, FRANCOIS.
I PRESENT MY WATER WALKERS.
OBSERVE.
Francois is propelled into the air wearing a pair of blue, red and yellow boots. The boots spray steady streams of water from jet nozzles attached to each side of the boots.
[Whirring]
Cap’n Turbot says, WOW!
Francois walks confidently on the streams of water high up in the air. He performs an acrobatic flip then walks back to the beach.
Cap’n Turbot says,THOSE WATER WALKERS
ARE A WHIZZBANG WONDER.
Francois says, WE CAN SAIL CLOSE
TO TURTLE ISLAND,
THEN I WILL WATER
WALK AROUND THE ROCKS,
AND TAKE YOU BACK
TO YOUR HOME SHORE.
Cap’n Turbot says, INGENIOUS IDEA.
LET'S FETCH THE
FLOUNDER.
Mayor Humdinger says, WITH THOSE WATER WALKERS,
I COULD BE THE FIRST HUMAN
ON TURTLE ISLAND,
AND CLAIM IT ALL
FOR MYSELF FOR ME!
[Laughing]
The kittens follow Mayor Humdinger across the beach.
[All meowing]
Cap’n Turbot’s trawler, the Flounder, is moored at a dock. Francois sits on the dock and takes off the water walker boots.
Mayor Humdinger says, ALRIGHT, KITTIES. TICKLE TIME.
[All meowing]
Francois says, NO, NO, NO. IT TICKLES!
The kittens crawl over Francois and Mayor Humdinger grabs the water walkers.
[Laughing]
Mayor Humdinger says, TURTLE ISLAND, HERE I COME.
OR SHOULD I SAY,
SOGGY FOGGY BOTTOM.
[Laughing]
Mayor Humdinger walks into the ocean wearing the water walkers. He is suddenly thrust high into the air as water sprays from the nozzles.
[Shouting]
[All meowing]
[Laughing]
Cap’n Turbot says, CUT IT OUT, KITTIES.
HERE, FEAST ON THESE
FINE FISHY TREATS INSTEAD.
MEOW?
The kittens look up at Cap’n Turbot. Each kitten has a purple tentacle in its mouth. The kittens run away, leaving Francois lying on the dock with a tentacle in his mouth.
[Spitting]
Francois says, MERCI FOR THE SQUID
JERKY SAVE, COUSIN.
[Gasping]
BUT WHERE ARE MY WATER WALKERS?
Cap’n Turbot and Francois turn around and watch Mayor Humdinger being pulled in all directions by the water walkers. Mayor Humdinger is pulled into the ocean then quickly thrust into the air again.
[Shouting]
Cap’n Turbot says, THAT MEDDLING MAYOR
FILCHED YOUR FOOTWEAR.
Francois says, AND HE DOES NOT
KNOW HOW TO USE THEM!
WE MUST CALL THE PAW PATROL.
[Phone ringing]
Ryder is on the beach with Marshall when he checks his sea patrol pup-pad on his wrist.
Francois says, RYDER, MAYOR HUMDINGER
TOOK MY WATER WALKERS,
AND NOW HE IS GOING
TO TURTLE ISLAND.
Cap’n Turbot adds, THOSE SOUPED UP SHOES
ARE HARD TO HANDLE.
HUMDINGER MAY HARM HIMSELF.
Francois says, AND WITHOUT THE WATER WALKERS,
I CANNOT RETURN THIS
BABY TURTLE TO HIS HOME.
Ryder says, DON'T WORRY, HELP IS ON THE WAY.
NO WATER WALKERS ARE TOO WACKY,
NO PUP IS TOO SMALL.
Ryder presses his pup-pad and Francois and Cap’n Turbot disappear from the pup-pad screen.
Ryder continues, SEA PATROL, TO THE BEACH TOWER!
The pups say, RYDER NEEDS US!
Marshall runs along the beach and steps in a yellow pail.
Marshall says, UH-OH!
Zuma shouts, MARSHALL, WATCH OUT!
Marshall steps into a red pail, then tumbles forward and the two pails fly up into the air. Marshall lands in a yellow pail.
Marshall says,WHOA!
I MAY LOOK A LITTLE "PAIL",
The red pail lands on Marshall’s head.
Marshall continues, BUT I'M OKAY.
[All laughing]
The Paw Patrol pups run into the beach tower, then exit an elevator with Ryder. They enter a control room and line up in the following order, Rubble, Chase, Rocky and Skye. Zuma and Marshall join them.
[Barking]
Chase says, SEA PATROL READY FOR ACTION,
CAPTAIN RYDER SIR.
Ryder says,THANKS FOR HURRYING, PUPS.
MAYOR HUMDINGER TOOK
SOME WATER WALKING SHOES
AND NOW HE'S HEADED
FOR TURTLE ISLAND,
BUT IT'S SURROUNDED
BY DANGEROUS ROCKS,
AND HE COULD GET HURT.
SO, FOR THIS MISSION
I'LL NEED ZUMA.
Ryder continues, I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR
GRABBER TO HELP THE MAYOR
OUT OF THE WATER.
Zuma responds, LET'S DIVE IN!
AND RUBBLE, I NEED YOU TO
USE YOUR RIG TO MOVE THE ROCKS
SO WE CAN REACH THE ISLAND.
Rubble replies, RUBBLE ON THE DOUBLE.
Ryder says, ALRIGHT,
SEA PATROL IS ON A ROLL!
The Paw Patrol, also known as the Sea Patrol, stand on a platform that lowers into their vehicle, the sea patroller. Everyone takes their seats on each side of Ryder. Two pup-pad tablets are attached the arms of Ryder’s chair. He presses the pup-pad screens.
Ryder continues, LOAD HER UP, ROBO-DOG!
Robo dog, a small robotic pup, presses buttons on a large control panel. A red light flashes.
[Barking]
[Alarm blaring]
A turntable rotates the pup’s vehicles. One by one each vehicle is loaded into the sea patroller. The vehicles are parked and secured in place.
A song plays.
GO, GO, GO, GO,
GO, GO,
GO, GO
Ryder says, ROBO-DOG, TAKE US TO SEA!
[Barking]
GO, GO, GO, GO
GO, GO,
GO, GO
GO, GO
Robo dog presses a picture of the beach tower on one of two pup-pad tablets in front of him. A joystick appears. Doors open and the large red, blue and grey sea patroller boat launches into the ocean.
[Horn honking]
A yellow crane hangs over one side of the boat.
Zuma drives his orange hovercraft and Rubble drives a yellow hovercraft out of a hatch in the bottom of the sea patroller. Together they glide across the water towards the Flounder.
Mayor Humdinger says, NOW THAT I'VE GOT
THE HANG OF IT,
THIS WATER WALKING
IS EASY PEASY.
THERE IT IS!
SOGGY FOGGY BOTTOM.
LAND HO!
WHOA!
[Shouting]
[grunting]
[spitting]
Mayor Humdinger flies forward and lands on large rocks sticking out of the water. The water walkers twirl him around before throwing him onto a sandy beach. Mayor Humdinger lies face down in the sand, surrounded by five large turtles. The turtles scurry off.
Mayor Humdinger says, CAN'T GET THESE OFF!
OH, MY FEETSIES ARE SWOLLEN.
THEY NEED A MASSAGE.
HEY, THAT'S IT,
THE FIRST THING
I'LL BUILD HERE IS
THE SOGGY FOGGY BOTTOM FOOT SPA.
[Grunting]
Mayor Humdinger tries to remove the water walker boots.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, FORGET IT.
I HAVE AN ISLAND TO CLAIM.
I PRONOUNCE THIS ISLAND
SOGGY FOGGY BOTTOM.
Mayor Humdinger sticks a purple flag into the sand. A cat face emblem is displayed on the flag.
[SQUAWKING]
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, THIS ISLAND IS LOVELY.
I SHOULD BUILD
A LUXURY RESORT HERE.
YES, I'LL CALL IT
THE CABO SAN HUM—
Mayor Humdinger stands in a stream, then is suddenly propelled into the air on the water walkers. He flies through the air above trees, then falls on his back.
[Shouting]
[Groaning]
Mayor Humdinger says, HUH? MY NOGGIN ITCHES.
Mayor Humdinger removes his pink safety helmet and a small creature scurries out from under it.
[Chirping]
Mayor Humdinger says, ALL THIS EXPLORING
IS MAKING ME TIRED.
TIME FOR MY AFTERNOON NAP.
SHOO! I'M YOUR NEW MAYOR.
SHOW SOME RESPECT.
Mayor Humdinger lies down on a craggy rock. Ryder joins Rubble and Zuma as they make their way to the Flounder. Ryder drives his ATV with water ski attachments.
Cap’n Turbot asks, HEY, RYDER.
HOW GOES THE HUMDINGER HUNT?
Ryder replies, WE'RE ON HIS TRAIL!
Then he asks, HOW'S THE BABY TURTLE DOING?
Francois replies, ENJOYING A RIDE ON THE
FLOUNDER, AREN'T YOU LITTLE ONE?
The turtle blinks at Francois.
Ryder responds, GREAT.
Ryder, Zuma and Rubble, ride away from the Flounder. Mayor Humdinger is fast asleep on the rocks.
[Snoring]
Suddenly the rocks shake, and Mayor Humdinger wakens.
[Growling]
Mayor Humdinger says, WHAT? STOP!
HOW DARE YOU MOVE YOUR MAYOR?
AS MY SOGGY SUBJECT,
I COMMAND YOU TO HALT!
The rocks are a giant turtle shell. The turtle moves slowly with Mayor Humdinger on its back. One of the water walker boots flies off Mayor Humdinger’s foot and lands on the beach. A red crab runs sideways into the boot, then peeks out and happily snaps its claws.
Ryder says, THERE'S TURTLE ISLAND.
Rubble says, AND LOOK,
THE MAYOR'S GOT A NEW RIDE!
Mayor Humdinger says, I COMMAND YOU TO—
Mayor Humdinger is propelled into the air on a single stream of water spraying from the remaining boot on his right foot.
[Shouting]
Ryder says, ZUMA, GRAB THE MAYOR
BEFORE HE HITS THE ROCKS.
Zuma replies, ON IT!
Zuma speeds towards Mayor Humdinger in his hovercraft.
[Shouting]
Mayor Humdinger says, HELP!
As he nears the Mayor, Zuma deploys a grabber and secures it around Mayor Humdinger’s waist.
Zuma shouts, GOTCHA.
NOW TO GET YOU ON DRY LAND.
PHEW.
Zuma gently sets Mayor Humdinger down on the beach.
[Shouting]
Zuma says, UH-OH!
Mayor Humdinger shouts, HELP!
Mayor Humdinger hovers over the ocean on a single water walker.
WHOA!
The shadow of a large whale casts over him as he tries to run back to the beach.
[Shouting]
Zuma says, RYDER, WE'VE GOT A WHALE
OF A PROBLEM, DUDE.
Ryder instructs, WE NEED BACKUP.
MARSHALL, HEAD TO TURTLE ISLAND RIGHT AWAY!
Marshall replies, I'M READY FOR
A RUFF-RUFF RESCUE.
Marshall disappears from the pup-pad screen on Ryder’s wrist.
[Sirens blaring]
The large grey whale emerges from under the water’s surface, behind Mayor Humdinger.
Ryder says, MARSHALL, USE YOUR WATER
CANNON TO MOVE THAT MAYOR.
Marshall says, RUFF! WATER CANNONS!
Marshall deploys two water cannons on his vehicle and the streams of water hit Mayor Humdinger’s back, pushing him away from the whale.
Mayor Humdinger says, HEY, WATCH IT.
I BRUISE LIKE A PEACH.
Ryder says, ZUMA, MAYOR HUMDINGER
NEEDS A LANDING PAD.
Zuma replies, COMING UP!
[Barking]
Zuma continues, LANDING PAD!
A hatch opens on Zuma’s hovercraft and a small package is deployed.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, I CAN'T LOOK.
The package lands on the sandy beach and quickly inflates, before Mayor Humdinger lands on it.
[Grunting]
Mayor Humdinger says, SO SORE.
I'M GOING TO BUILD
THE SOGGY FOGGY
SORE BOTTOM SPA, TOO.
Rubble says, I'LL HAVE THESE ROCKS OUT OF
OUR WAY IN NO TIME, RYDER.
Mayor Humdinger says, A THEME PARK WOULD BE NICE HERE.
OH, I'M GOING TO DINGERLAND.
WHAT? SOMEBODY'S TRYING
TO TAKE MY CLAIM!
OH, NO YOU DON'T!
Mayor Humdinger runs after his flag as it moves though foliage. The red crab carries the flag and scurries across the sand. Mayor Humdinger chases it.
Mayor Humdinger shouts, COME BACK,
YOU PINCHY FLAG SWIPER!
The crab jumps and Mayor Humdinger falls.
[Grunting]
Mayor Humdinger says, A PIT? ON MY ISLAND?
[Scoffing]
Mayor Humdinger says, I DIDN'T APPROVE THIS.
OR THOSE EGGS!
ALTHOUGH, I COULD
GO FOR AN OMELET.
Mayor Humdinger holds a large white egg. He looks up with a worried expression.
[RUMBLING]
Rubble says, I CAN PUT ALL THE ROCKS
BACK WHEN WE LEAVE, RYDER.
Ryder replies, GOOD THINKING, RUBBLE.
WE DON'T WANT TO CHANGE
THE TURTLE HABITAT.
NOW, WHERE'S MAYOR HUMDINGER?
Mayor Humdinger shouts, HELP!
[Gasping]
Marshall points ahead and says, THAT WAY!
Ryder says, COME ON, PUPS!
Ryder, Marshall, Rubble and Zuma run to the edge of a hole.
Ryder says, IT LOOKS LIKE A PIT WHERE
A TURTLE LAYS ITS EGGS.
[Rumbling]
[Gasping]
Ryder says, UH-OH. THE MOTHER TURTLE
ISN'T GOING TO LIKE
MAYOR HUMDINGER IN HER NEST.
RUBBLE, USE YOUR CRANE.
Rubble replies, ROGER THAT!
Rubble rushes off.
Ryder shouts into the nest, HANG TIGHT, MAYOR.
WE'LL GET YOU OUT.
[Mayor Humdinger groans]
Rubble returns with his crane. He lowers a winch into the pit.
Ryder says, HURRY, MAYOR.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, NO. THAT MOVING MOUNTAIN
DOESN'T LIKE MAYORS.
GET ME OUT OF HERE.
Mayor Humdinger is lifted out of the pit as the turtle arrives.
Mayor Humdinger says, THANKS FOR PULLING ME
OUT OF THERE, PAW PATROL.
BEING AROUND THAT BIG TURTLE IS,
WELL, THE PITS.
Ryder says, NO PROBLEM, MAYOR.
WHENEVER YOU'RE IN TOO DEEP,
JUST YELP FOR HELP.
Mayor Humdinger says, NOW, GET ME OFF
THIS HORRIBLE ISLAND.
I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, MIGHT AS WELL
HANG ON TO THESE.
Mayor Humdinger finds the missing water walker boot. The crab snaps at his nose.
[Shouting]
Mayor Humdinger says, NEVER MIND!
THEY WERE TOO NOISY ANYWAY.
[Snapping]
Francois is attached to a winch on Skye’s helicopter.
Skye says, ALMOST THERE, FRANCOIS.
Skye lowers Francois towards the mother turtle who is sitting on the pit. Skye releases the winch. Francois sets the baby turtle down and it walks to its mother. The baby turtle rubs its head against its mother.
Francois says, TRÈS BIEN.
Skye asks, READY FOR YOUR RIDE HOME?
NO, THANK YOU, SKYE.
Francois empties the crab out of one of the water walking boots and the crab scurries away. Francois puts on the boots.
I'LL WALK.
Francois walks confidently into the ocean. Gradually he rises higher and higher on the boots.
[Giggling]
[Humming]
The theme song continues, P-P-P-P-P-PAW PATROL

TO HIS TURF WILL BE TRYING.
THERE'S A RING OF ROCKS
AROUND TURTLE ISLAND.
Francois says, DO NOT WORRY, COUSIN,
I HAVE THE BRILLIANT IDEA.
Mayor Humdinger says, TURTLE ISLAND? HM.
I'VE NEVER HEARD OF IT.
Cap’n Turbot says, IT'S A HOLY HUMAN-FREE HABITAT
NOT FAR OFF THE COAST
OF FOGGY BOTTOM.
TOTAL TURTLE TERRITORY.
Mayor Humdinger says, A DESERTED ISLAND
NEAR FOGGY BOTTOM?
I SHOULD CLAIM IT
AND CALL IT SOGGY FOGGY BOTTOM!
[Laughing]
[all meowing]
Six kittens dressed as the Paw Patrol, look up at Mayor Humdinger.
Chase asks, WHAT KIND OF OCTOPUS IS THAT?
Marshall replies, I GUESS I'M MORE
LIKE AN OCTO-PUP.
Marshall is covered in a mound of sand, sculpted into the shape of an octopus.
[ALL LAUGHING]
Francois says, VOILA, MY LATEST INVENTION.
I'VE BEEN WORKING
ON THESE FOR MONTHS.
Cap’n Turbot says, WHOA! FANCY FOOTWEAR, FRANCOIS.
I PRESENT MY WATER WALKERS.
OBSERVE.
Francois is propelled into the air wearing a pair of blue, red and yellow boots. The boots spray steady streams of water from jet nozzles attached to each side of the boots.
[Whirring]
Cap’n Turbot says, WOW!
Francois walks confidently on the streams of water high up in the air. He performs an acrobatic flip then walks back to the beach.
Cap’n Turbot says,THOSE WATER WALKERS
ARE A WHIZZBANG WONDER.
Francois says, WE CAN SAIL CLOSE
TO TURTLE ISLAND,
THEN I WILL WATER
WALK AROUND THE ROCKS,
AND TAKE YOU BACK
TO YOUR HOME SHORE.
Cap’n Turbot says, INGENIOUS IDEA.
LET'S FETCH THE
FLOUNDER.
Mayor Humdinger says, WITH THOSE WATER WALKERS,
I COULD BE THE FIRST HUMAN
ON TURTLE ISLAND,
AND CLAIM IT ALL
FOR MYSELF FOR ME!
[Laughing]
The kittens follow Mayor Humdinger across the beach.
[All meowing]
Cap’n Turbot’s trawler, the Flounder, is moored at a dock. Francois sits on the dock and takes off the water walker boots.
Mayor Humdinger says, ALRIGHT, KITTIES. TICKLE TIME.
[All meowing]
Francois says, NO, NO, NO. IT TICKLES!
The kittens crawl over Francois and Mayor Humdinger grabs the water walkers.
[Laughing]
Mayor Humdinger says, TURTLE ISLAND, HERE I COME.
OR SHOULD I SAY,
SOGGY FOGGY BOTTOM.
[Laughing]
Mayor Humdinger walks into the ocean wearing the water walkers. He is suddenly thrust high into the air as water sprays from the nozzles.
[Shouting]
[All meowing]
[Laughing]
Cap’n Turbot says, CUT IT OUT, KITTIES.
HERE, FEAST ON THESE
FINE FISHY TREATS INSTEAD.
MEOW?
The kittens look up at Cap’n Turbot. Each kitten has a purple tentacle in its mouth. The kittens run away, leaving Francois lying on the dock with a tentacle in his mouth.
[Spitting]
Francois says, MERCI FOR THE SQUID
JERKY SAVE, COUSIN.
[Gasping]
BUT WHERE ARE MY WATER WALKERS?
Cap’n Turbot and Francois turn around and watch Mayor Humdinger being pulled in all directions by the water walkers. Mayor Humdinger is pulled into the ocean then quickly thrust into the air again.
[Shouting]
Cap’n Turbot says, THAT MEDDLING MAYOR
FILCHED YOUR FOOTWEAR.
Francois says, AND HE DOES NOT
KNOW HOW TO USE THEM!
WE MUST CALL THE PAW PATROL.
[Phone ringing]
Ryder is on the beach with Marshall when he checks his sea patrol pup-pad on his wrist.
Francois says, RYDER, MAYOR HUMDINGER
TOOK MY WATER WALKERS,
AND NOW HE IS GOING
TO TURTLE ISLAND.
Cap’n Turbot adds, THOSE SOUPED UP SHOES
ARE HARD TO HANDLE.
HUMDINGER MAY HARM HIMSELF.
Francois says, AND WITHOUT THE WATER WALKERS,
I CANNOT RETURN THIS
BABY TURTLE TO HIS HOME.
Ryder says, DON'T WORRY, HELP IS ON THE WAY.
NO WATER WALKERS ARE TOO WACKY,
NO PUP IS TOO SMALL.
Ryder presses his pup-pad and Francois and Cap’n Turbot disappear from the pup-pad screen.
Ryder continues, SEA PATROL, TO THE BEACH TOWER!
The pups say, RYDER NEEDS US!
Marshall runs along the beach and steps in a yellow pail.
Marshall says, UH-OH!
Zuma shouts, MARSHALL, WATCH OUT!
Marshall steps into a red pail, then tumbles forward and the two pails fly up into the air. Marshall lands in a yellow pail.
Marshall says,WHOA!
I MAY LOOK A LITTLE "PAIL",
The red pail lands on Marshall’s head.
Marshall continues, BUT I'M OKAY.
[All laughing]
The Paw Patrol pups run into the beach tower, then exit an elevator with Ryder. They enter a control room and line up in the following order, Rubble, Chase, Rocky and Skye. Zuma and Marshall join them.
[Barking]
Chase says, SEA PATROL READY FOR ACTION,
CAPTAIN RYDER SIR.
Ryder says,THANKS FOR HURRYING, PUPS.
MAYOR HUMDINGER TOOK
SOME WATER WALKING SHOES
AND NOW HE'S HEADED
FOR TURTLE ISLAND,
BUT IT'S SURROUNDED
BY DANGEROUS ROCKS,
AND HE COULD GET HURT.
SO, FOR THIS MISSION
I'LL NEED ZUMA.
Ryder continues, I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR
GRABBER TO HELP THE MAYOR
OUT OF THE WATER.
Zuma responds, LET'S DIVE IN!
AND RUBBLE, I NEED YOU TO
USE YOUR RIG TO MOVE THE ROCKS
SO WE CAN REACH THE ISLAND.
Rubble replies, RUBBLE ON THE DOUBLE.
Ryder says, ALRIGHT,
SEA PATROL IS ON A ROLL!
The Paw Patrol, also known as the Sea Patrol, stand on a platform that lowers into their vehicle, the sea patroller. Everyone takes their seats on each side of Ryder. Two pup-pad tablets are attached the arms of Ryder’s chair. He presses the pup-pad screens.
Ryder continues, LOAD HER UP, ROBO-DOG!
Robo dog, a small robotic pup, presses buttons on a large control panel. A red light flashes.
[Barking]
[Alarm blaring]
A turntable rotates the pup’s vehicles. One by one each vehicle is loaded into the sea patroller. The vehicles are parked and secured in place.
A song plays.
GO, GO, GO, GO,
GO, GO,
GO, GO
Ryder says, ROBO-DOG, TAKE US TO SEA!
[Barking]
GO, GO, GO, GO
GO, GO,
GO, GO
GO, GO
Robo dog presses a picture of the beach tower on one of two pup-pad tablets in front of him. A joystick appears. Doors open and the large red, blue and grey sea patroller boat launches into the ocean.
[Horn honking]
A yellow crane hangs over one side of the boat.
Zuma drives his orange hovercraft and Rubble drives a yellow hovercraft out of a hatch in the bottom of the sea patroller. Together they glide across the water towards the Flounder.
Mayor Humdinger says, NOW THAT I'VE GOT
THE HANG OF IT,
THIS WATER WALKING
IS EASY PEASY.
THERE IT IS!
SOGGY FOGGY BOTTOM.
LAND HO!
WHOA!
[Shouting]
[grunting]
[spitting]
Mayor Humdinger flies forward and lands on large rocks sticking out of the water. The water walkers twirl him around before throwing him onto a sandy beach. Mayor Humdinger lies face down in the sand, surrounded by five large turtles. The turtles scurry off.
Mayor Humdinger says, CAN'T GET THESE OFF!
OH, MY FEETSIES ARE SWOLLEN.
THEY NEED A MASSAGE.
HEY, THAT'S IT,
THE FIRST THING
I'LL BUILD HERE IS
THE SOGGY FOGGY BOTTOM FOOT SPA.
[Grunting]
Mayor Humdinger tries to remove the water walker boots.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, FORGET IT.
I HAVE AN ISLAND TO CLAIM.
I PRONOUNCE THIS ISLAND
SOGGY FOGGY BOTTOM.
Mayor Humdinger sticks a purple flag into the sand. A cat face emblem is displayed on the flag.
[SQUAWKING]
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, THIS ISLAND IS LOVELY.
I SHOULD BUILD
A LUXURY RESORT HERE.
YES, I'LL CALL IT
THE CABO SAN HUM—
Mayor Humdinger stands in a stream, then is suddenly propelled into the air on the water walkers. He flies through the air above trees, then falls on his back.
[Shouting]
[Groaning]
Mayor Humdinger says, HUH? MY NOGGIN ITCHES.
Mayor Humdinger removes his pink safety helmet and a small creature scurries out from under it.
[Chirping]
Mayor Humdinger says, ALL THIS EXPLORING
IS MAKING ME TIRED.
TIME FOR MY AFTERNOON NAP.
SHOO! I'M YOUR NEW MAYOR.
SHOW SOME RESPECT.
Mayor Humdinger lies down on a craggy rock. Ryder joins Rubble and Zuma as they make their way to the Flounder. Ryder drives his ATV with water ski attachments.
Cap’n Turbot asks, HEY, RYDER.
HOW GOES THE HUMDINGER HUNT?
Ryder replies, WE'RE ON HIS TRAIL!
Then he asks, HOW'S THE BABY TURTLE DOING?
Francois replies, ENJOYING A RIDE ON THE
FLOUNDER, AREN'T YOU LITTLE ONE?
The turtle blinks at Francois.
Ryder responds, GREAT.
Ryder, Zuma and Rubble, ride away from the Flounder. Mayor Humdinger is fast asleep on the rocks.
[Snoring]
Suddenly the rocks shake, and Mayor Humdinger wakens.
[Growling]
Mayor Humdinger says, WHAT? STOP!
HOW DARE YOU MOVE YOUR MAYOR?
AS MY SOGGY SUBJECT,
I COMMAND YOU TO HALT!
The rocks are a giant turtle shell. The turtle moves slowly with Mayor Humdinger on its back. One of the water walker boots flies off Mayor Humdinger’s foot and lands on the beach. A red crab runs sideways into the boot, then peeks out and happily snaps its claws.
Ryder says, THERE'S TURTLE ISLAND.
Rubble says, AND LOOK,
THE MAYOR'S GOT A NEW RIDE!
Mayor Humdinger says, I COMMAND YOU TO—
Mayor Humdinger is propelled into the air on a single stream of water spraying from the remaining boot on his right foot.
[Shouting]
Ryder says, ZUMA, GRAB THE MAYOR
BEFORE HE HITS THE ROCKS.
Zuma replies, ON IT!
Zuma speeds towards Mayor Humdinger in his hovercraft.
[Shouting]
Mayor Humdinger says, HELP!
As he nears the Mayor, Zuma deploys a grabber and secures it around Mayor Humdinger’s waist.
Zuma shouts, GOTCHA.
NOW TO GET YOU ON DRY LAND.
PHEW.
Zuma gently sets Mayor Humdinger down on the beach.
[Shouting]
Zuma says, UH-OH!
Mayor Humdinger shouts, HELP!
Mayor Humdinger hovers over the ocean on a single water walker.
WHOA!
The shadow of a large whale casts over him as he tries to run back to the beach.
[Shouting]
Zuma says, RYDER, WE'VE GOT A WHALE
OF A PROBLEM, DUDE.
Ryder instructs, WE NEED BACKUP.
MARSHALL, HEAD TO TURTLE ISLAND RIGHT AWAY!
Marshall replies, I'M READY FOR
A RUFF-RUFF RESCUE.
Marshall disappears from the pup-pad screen on Ryder’s wrist.
[Sirens blaring]
The large grey whale emerges from under the water’s surface, behind Mayor Humdinger.
Ryder says, MARSHALL, USE YOUR WATER
CANNON TO MOVE THAT MAYOR.
Marshall says, RUFF! WATER CANNONS!
Marshall deploys two water cannons on his vehicle and the streams of water hit Mayor Humdinger’s back, pushing him away from the whale.
Mayor Humdinger says, HEY, WATCH IT.
I BRUISE LIKE A PEACH.
Ryder says, ZUMA, MAYOR HUMDINGER
NEEDS A LANDING PAD.
Zuma replies, COMING UP!
[Barking]
Zuma continues, LANDING PAD!
A hatch opens on Zuma’s hovercraft and a small package is deployed.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, I CAN'T LOOK.
The package lands on the sandy beach and quickly inflates, before Mayor Humdinger lands on it.
[Grunting]
Mayor Humdinger says, SO SORE.
I'M GOING TO BUILD
THE SOGGY FOGGY
SORE BOTTOM SPA, TOO.
Rubble says, I'LL HAVE THESE ROCKS OUT OF
OUR WAY IN NO TIME, RYDER.
Mayor Humdinger says, A THEME PARK WOULD BE NICE HERE.
OH, I'M GOING TO DINGERLAND.
WHAT? SOMEBODY'S TRYING
TO TAKE MY CLAIM!
OH, NO YOU DON'T!
Mayor Humdinger runs after his flag as it moves though foliage. The red crab carries the flag and scurries across the sand. Mayor Humdinger chases it.
Mayor Humdinger shouts, COME BACK,
YOU PINCHY FLAG SWIPER!
The crab jumps and Mayor Humdinger falls.
[Grunting]
Mayor Humdinger says, A PIT? ON MY ISLAND?
[Scoffing]
Mayor Humdinger says, I DIDN'T APPROVE THIS.
OR THOSE EGGS!
ALTHOUGH, I COULD
GO FOR AN OMELET.
Mayor Humdinger holds a large white egg. He looks up with a worried expression.
[RUMBLING]
Rubble says, I CAN PUT ALL THE ROCKS
BACK WHEN WE LEAVE, RYDER.
Ryder replies, GOOD THINKING, RUBBLE.
WE DON'T WANT TO CHANGE
THE TURTLE HABITAT.
NOW, WHERE'S MAYOR HUMDINGER?
Mayor Humdinger shouts, HELP!
[Gasping]
Marshall points ahead and says, THAT WAY!
Ryder says, COME ON, PUPS!
Ryder, Marshall, Rubble and Zuma run to the edge of a hole.
Ryder says, IT LOOKS LIKE A PIT WHERE
A TURTLE LAYS ITS EGGS.
[Rumbling]
[Gasping]
Ryder says, UH-OH. THE MOTHER TURTLE
ISN'T GOING TO LIKE
MAYOR HUMDINGER IN HER NEST.
RUBBLE, USE YOUR CRANE.
Rubble replies, ROGER THAT!
Rubble rushes off.
Ryder shouts into the nest, HANG TIGHT, MAYOR.
WE'LL GET YOU OUT.
[Mayor Humdinger groans]
Rubble returns with his crane. He lowers a winch into the pit.
Ryder says, HURRY, MAYOR.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, NO. THAT MOVING MOUNTAIN
DOESN'T LIKE MAYORS.
GET ME OUT OF HERE.
Mayor Humdinger is lifted out of the pit as the turtle arrives.
Mayor Humdinger says, THANKS FOR PULLING ME
OUT OF THERE, PAW PATROL.
BEING AROUND THAT BIG TURTLE IS,
WELL, THE PITS.
Ryder says, NO PROBLEM, MAYOR.
WHENEVER YOU'RE IN TOO DEEP,
JUST YELP FOR HELP.
Mayor Humdinger says, NOW, GET ME OFF
THIS HORRIBLE ISLAND.
I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, MIGHT AS WELL
HANG ON TO THESE.
Mayor Humdinger finds the missing water walker boot. The crab snaps at his nose.
[Shouting]
Mayor Humdinger says, NEVER MIND!
THEY WERE TOO NOISY ANYWAY.
[Snapping]
Francois is attached to a winch on Skye’s helicopter.
Skye says, ALMOST THERE, FRANCOIS.
Skye lowers Francois towards the mother turtle who is sitting on the pit. Skye releases the winch. Francois sets the baby turtle down and it walks to its mother. The baby turtle rubs its head against its mother.
Francois says, TRÈS BIEN.
Skye asks, READY FOR YOUR RIDE HOME?
NO, THANK YOU, SKYE.
Francois empties the crab out of one of the water walking boots and the crab scurries away. Francois puts on the boots.
I'LL WALK.
Francois walks confidently into the ocean. Gradually he rises higher and higher on the boots.
[Giggling]
[Humming]
The theme song continues, P-P-P-P-P-PAW PATROL
[Instrumental theme music plays]
