A singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL, WE'LL BE THERE ON THE DOUBLE.
The Paw Patrol pups run into the Lookout tower.
The singer sings, WHENEVER THERE'S A PROBLEM, 'ROUND ADVENTURE BAY, RYDER AND HIS TEAM OF PUPS WILL COME AND SAVE THE DAY.
The Paw Patrol pups ride a slide wrapped around the Lookout.
The singer sings, MARSHALL, RUBBLE, CHASE, ROCKY, ZUMA, SKYE YEAH! THEY'RE ON THE WAY.
Marshall is a Dalmatian firefighter. Rubble is an English Bulldog construction worker. Chase is a German Shepherd police dog. Rocky is a grey and white environment-friendly pup. Zuma is a chocolate Labrador who loves the water. Skye is a Cockapoo who flies a helicopter.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL WHENEVER YOU'RE IN TROUBLE.
Ryder, the Paw Patrol’s brown-haired leader, races through Adventure Bay with the pups, each in their own special vehicle.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL WE'LL BE THERE ON THE DOUBLE.
Marshall stumbles down his firetruck ladder with a dinosaur egg.
The singer sings, NO JOB'S TOO BIG, NO PUP'S TOO SMALL. PAW PATROL, WE'RE ON A ROLL.
Chase saves young Alex Porter with his net.

Ryder gives the pups treats.

On Main Street at dusk, Skye and Rocky stand in Alex’s tree fort with Alex.
Skye says, ALEX, YOU'RE GOING TO GET A GREAT VIEW OF THE SKY FROM HERE TONIGHT!
Alex says, JUPITER, SATURN AND MARS ALL LINED UP? THAT'S GOING TO LOOK SO COOL!
Rocky puts Alex’s telescope on its stand using his pup pack grabber claw.
[Grabber claw whirring]
Rocky says, IT'S ALL SETUP. WANT TO TRY IT OUT?
Alex looks through the telescope at circles and a dot.
He says, WHOA! WHAT PLANET IS THAT?
[Hooting]
Alex says, OH.
[Alex giggling]
Alex says, IT'S JUST HOOTIE'S EYE!
Hootie, an owl, perches in a tree.
[Hootie hooting]
Alex looks through the telescope at brown and yellow stripes.
[Alex gasping]
Alex says, A TIGER? HIDE!
He ducks down under a window beside Rocky.
Skye says, REALLY? IN ADVENTURE BAY?
She hops on a crate and looks through the telescope.
[Skye giggling]
Skye says, IT'S NOT A TIGER!
A bee in a purple flower flaps its wings.
Skye says, IT'S A LITTLE HONEYBEE!
Alex stands.
[Alex and Rocky giggling]
In Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger walks out of his lair inside a cave and onto a sandy beach.
Mayor Humdinger says, WHERE ARE ALL MY TOURISTS? SHOULDN'T THEY BE HERE BY NOW, SETTING UP THEIR TELESCOPES AND ADMIRING MY TOWN?
He returns to his lair and walks up to a control panel with a large screen. His kitten crew, kitten versions of Chase, Skye, Zuma, Rocky, Rubble and Marshall, lie on the floor nearby. Mayor Humdinger presses a button on the control panel and pulls up a view of people at the park in Adventure Bay.
[Control panel beeping]
Mayor Humdinger watches people in the park set up their telescopes and Cap’n Turbot glancing up at the sky.
Mayor Humdinger says, HMPH. WHY IS EVERYONE IN ADVENTURE BAY? FOGGY BOTTOM IS PERFECT FOR STARGAZING.
[Kitten Rubble meowing]
Mayor Humdinger says, SO WHAT IF IT'S ALWAYS FOGGY HERE? BAH!
He turns off the park video and paces across the lair.
Mayor Humdinger says, I'M SICK OF ADVENTURE BAY GETTING ALL THE ATTENTION! TIME TO PUT FOGGY BOTTOM ON THE MAP WITH SOMETHING FLASHY. OOH!
Mayor Humdinger turns to his monitor and looks at his reflection.
Mayor Humdinger says, OOH! I KNOW.
The kittens say, HMM?
At night, Mayor Humdinger tows a giant neon sign of himself across the beach with his motorized kitten carrier. The giant neon Mayor Humdinger raises and lowers its hat.
[Sign whirring]
Mayor Humdinger’s kittens stand on the beach by the cave entrance.
Mayor Humdinger says, LOOK, KITTIES. JUMBO-DINGER! HE'S GOING TO MAKE FOGGY BOTTOM FABULOUS. OH, WHO CAN RESIST THAT SMILING MUG?
The kittens look uncertain.
Mayor Humdinger says, ONCE THEY FIND OUT ABOUT THIS, TONS OF TOURISTS WILL BE POURING IN TO SEE MY STARGAZING EVENT!
He drives away with the Jumbo-Dinger sign.
[Kittens Marshall and Rubble meowing nervously]
Mayor Humdinger tows the Jumbo-Dinger sign toward Adventure Bay.
[Jumbo-Dinger whirring]
At the top of a hill, Mayor Humdinger climbs off the kitten carrier and walks over to the Jumbo-Dinger sign control panel. The sign powers down.
Mayor Humdinger says, HUH?
He presses a button on the control panel.
[Beeping]
[Electricity zapping]
The lights on the Jumbo-Dinger sign flicker.
Mayor Humdinger says, HMM. UH-OH. I NEED TO PLUG YOU IN, JUMBO-DINGER.
He grabs a long cord and plugs it into the Jumbo-Dinger sign.
Mayor Humdinger says, BE RIGHT BACK, LIGHT OF MY LIFE!
He jumps on the kitten carrier with the cord and drives away. In Adventure Bay, Mayor Humdinger drives up to a bookstore and looks over his shoulder. He crosses the street to the side of the museum and pulls up to an outdoor power outlet.
Mayor Humdinger says, I'M SURE MAYOR GOODWAY WON'T MIND LENDING ME A LITTLE ELECTRICITY.
[Mayor Humdinger cackling]
Mayor Humdinger plugs in the Jumbo-Dinger sign power cord. A power gauge on the outlet spins past the limit, and sparks flicker.
[Electricity zapping]
Lights in the town flicker.
Mayor Humdinger says, HUH?
[Power powering down]
The power goes out.
Mayor Humdinger says, OKAY. ALL OF ADVENTURE BAY'S ELECTRICITY. OH, WELL. JUMBO-DINGER NEEDS THE JUICE MORE! HA.
He walks away. On Jake’s mountain, Everest plays the Pup-Pup Boogie dance game with Julia and Julius in a cabin.
In the game, a singer sings, DO THE PUP-PUP BOOGIE!
Everest, Julia and Julia step on squares on dance mats.
[Power powering down]
The power goes out. Julius falls on his mat. At home, Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta run on treadmills. Mayor Goodway wears exercise clothes. Chickaletta wears a sweat headband.
[Treadmills whirring]
[Power powering down]
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
On a street, Farmer Al follows a driver to a set of traffic lights in his truck.
[Power powering down]
The power goes out in the shops on the street and the traffic lights.
Famer Al says, HUH? IT'S MIGHTY STRANGE HOW IT GOT AWFUL DARK ALL OF A SUDDEN.
The driver in front of Farmer Al stops at a crosswalk.
[Tires squeaking]
Farmer Al gasps, HUH?
He swerves around the other car, and his trailer tips over.
[Tires squealing]
A load of watermelons in Farmer Al’s trailer falls onto the road.
[Tires squealing]
[Banging and clanging]
[Farmer Al gasping]
Farmer Al says, I DON'T LIKE THE SOUND OF THAT.
The watermelons tumble down the road. A person stumbles onto the sidewalk on top of a watermelon.
[Car horns blaring]
[Breaks screeching]
Cars skid across the street. Farmer Al gets out of his truck.
Farmer Al says, WELL, I'LL BE! A MELON MELTDOWN! BETTER CALL THE PAW PATROL.
He grabs his phone and makes a call.
[Phone beeping]
Outside the Lookout, Ryder and the Paw Patrol pups look at a line of different-shaped balls, including a large yellow ball, a baseball, a blue and green volleyball, a beach ball, soccer balls and a tennis ball.
Ryder says, THE BIG YELLOW BALL IN THE MIDDLE WOULD BE THE SUN, AND THAT SMALLER GREEN-AND-BLUE ONE IS WHERE WE ARE. THAT'S EARTH! SO, TONIGHT WE'LL GET TO SEE THESE OTHER PLANETS LINED UP IN THE SKY!
Zuma says, WHOA! THAT ALMOST NEVER HAPPENS.
[Ringing]
Ryder pulls out his pup pad and answers a call.
On a video call, Farmer Al says, RYDER, SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH ALL THE LIGHTS. THE TRAFFIC SIGNALS WENT OUT!
Ryder says, THAT'S WEIRD.
Farmer Al says, I'LL SAY, AND I SURE NEED HELP. I SPILLED A LOAD OF FRUIT, AND MY MELONS ARE EVERYWHERE!
Ryder says, DON'T WORRY, FARMER AL. NO MESS IS TOO MELON-Y, NO PUP IS TOO SMALL!
He taps a button on the pup pad. Chase, Rubble and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
[Pup pad and pup tags beeping]
Ryder says, PAW PATROL, TO THE LOOKOUT!
Chase, Rubble and Marshall say, RYDER NEEDS US!
They run toward the Lookout. Marshall stumbles onto the yellow ball.
Marshall says, UH-OH!
He rolls across the grass on the ball. The other pups run into the Lookout elevator.
Rocky warns, WATCH OUT!
Marshall wails, WHOA!
He rolls into the Lookout.
[Crashing]
[Grunting]
Marshall lies upside down on top of the other pups with the yellow ball between his paws.
He says, WHO ORDERED ONE PUP, SUNNY SIDE UP?
[Pups laughing]
The elevator doors close and the pups ride up the tower. Behind the Lookout badge, the elevator pauses. A light flashes across the badge and the pups continue up the tower in their Paw Patrol uniforms. A red light pulses around the observation deck.
[Elevator dinging]
At the top of the tower, the pups leap out of the elevator into the observation deck and line up side-by-side in front of Ryder.
Chase says, PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR!
Ryder presses a button on his pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
A large monitor lowers above the control panel behind Ryder.
Ryder says, THANKS FOR HURRYING, PUPS. THE TOWN'S ELECTRICITY HAS GONE OUT!
Rocky says, GOOD THING THE LOOKOUT HAS ITS OWN EMERGENCY GENERATOR.
Ryder says, YEAH! BUT THE BLACKOUT REALLY MESSED THINGS UP IN ADVENTURE BAY! TRAFFIC LIGHTS DON'T WORK, AND FARMER AL'S TRAILER TIPPED OVER.
The monitor shows Farmer Al in his truck and watermelons on the street.
Farmer Al says, UH-OH!
Ryder says, HIS MELONS SPILLED EVERYWHERE!
Skye says, POOR FARMER AL.
Ryder says, IT'S UP TO US TO CLEAN UP THE MESS AND GET THE POWER BACK ON. SO, FOR THIS MISSION, I'LL NEED…
He swipes through the pup pad and taps Chase’s badge.
Ryder says, CHASE.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, CHASE. I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR CONES AND MEGAPHONE TO DIRECT TRAFFIC.
Chase says, CHASE IS ON THE CASE!
Ryder says, AND RUBBLE.
He swipes through the pup pad and taps Rubble’s badge.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR CRANE TO UPRIGHT FARMER AL'S TRAILER AND YOUR SCOOP TO PICK UP THE MELONS!
Rubble says, RUBBLE ON THE DOUBLE!
Ryder says, ALL RIGHT. PAW PATROL IS ON A ROLL!
[Barking]
[Howling]
[Upbeat music plays]
Ryder runs and swings down the Lookout firepole.
A singer sings, PAW PATROL! GO, GO, GO, GO.
[Chase barking]
Chase rides down the slide wrapped around the Lookout.
Singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. PAW PATROL! GO, GO, GO, GO.
[Rubble barking]
Rubble follows Chase down the slide.
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The pup house platform outside the Lookout rotates and lines up Chase’s 4 by 4 pup house with the bottom of the slide. Chase leaps off the slide.
The singer cheers, CHASE!
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
[Chase barking]
The roof of Chase’s pup house opens and Chase drops into the seat underneath.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Chase’s pup house transforms into his 4 by 4. The house lengthens. Wheels pop up from underneath and lift the vehicle. Lights pop out from the sides. Red and blue flashing lights pop up on either side of orange cones stored in the back.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. PAW PATROL!
Chase drives away from the slide.
[Siren wailing]
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
Rubble’s bulldozer pup house slides into place at the bottom of the slide. Rubble leaps off the slide.
The singer cheers, RUBBLE!
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The roof of Rubble’s pup house opens, and Rubble drops into the seat underneath.
[Rubble howling]
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Rubble’s pup house transforms into his bulldozer crane. A panel closes over the entryway, and wheels unfold from under the house. Flashing lights pop up in front of Rubble. Rubble flips the entryway with the bulldozer arms on the side of the house, revealing the bulldozer bucket. He extends the arm of his crane.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO. PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL.
Rubble drives away in his bulldozer. The Lookout garage opens, and Ryder jumps on his A.T.V., wearing a red helmet.
[Engine revving]
[Tires squealing]
Ryder leads Chase and Rubble down the Lookout driveway.
[Sirens wailing]
[A.T.V. rumbling]
Ryder, Chase and Rubble drive into town down a street and over a hill. They drive past the spilled watermelons and park.
Ryder says, ALL RIGHT, CHASE. LET'S GET THE TRAFFIC MOVING.
Chase says, ON IT!
He drives up to Farmer Al’s truck.
[Siren wailing]
[Chase barking]
Chase orders, CONES!
He launches the cones on his four by four onto the street and forms a line blocking off the watermelons.
[Chase barking]
Chase orders, MEGAPHONE!
A megaphone unfolds from Chase’s pup pack.
Through the megaphone, Chase says, EVERYONE PLEASE FOLLOW THE CONES!
Other people on the street drive alongside the cones past Farmer Al’s truck.
Chase says, THANK YOU!
Rubble pulls Farmer Al’s trailer back onto its wheels with his crane grabber.
Ryder says, RUBBLE, LET'S MOVE THESE MELONS!
Rubble scoops watermelons with his bulldozer bucket and dumps them into Farmer Al’s trailer.
[Whirring]
Farmer Al says, IT WAS THE STRANGEST THING, RYDER. THE POWER JUST WENT OUT ALL OF A SUDDEN. POOF!
Ryder says, IT SURE IS ODD, FARMER AL, BUT WE'LL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT.
Farmer Al says, I GOT TO SAY, THOUGH, HAVING IT THIS DARK MAKES IT EASIER TO CHECK OUT TONIGHT'S STARGAZING EVENT.
Chase supervises other drivers on the street.
[Electricity zapping]
Chase glances at the outlet with Mayor Humdinger’s cord. Sparks flicker from the outlet.
Chase says, HUH?
He drives up to the outlet.
[Siren wailing]
Chase asks, WHAT'S THIS?
Through Ryder’s pup pad, Chase says, HEY, RYDER, CHECK THIS OUT.
Ryder joins Chase beside the museum.
Chase says, LOOK. DO YOU THINK THIS HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE BLACKOUT?
Ryder looks at the sparking outlet.
He says, I BET IT DOES, CHASE. LET'S FOLLOW IT AND SEE!
Chase and Ryder follow the cord through Adventure Bay.
[Engines revving]
[Siren wailing]
Chase and Ryder drive up the hill at the edge of Adventure Bay.
Chase says, THIS IS ONE LONG CORD.
[Chase gasping]
Chase says, AND WHAT'S THAT GLOW?
He and Ryder reach Mayor Humdinger and his bright, giant neon sign. Mayor Humdinger takes pictures of himself with the sign.
[Camera shutter clicking]
Chase and Ryder park on either side of Mayor Humdinger.
Mayor Humdinger says, OOH. THIS ONE IS GOING ON MY HOLIDAY CARD.
Ryder blocks the bright light with his hand.
He says, MAYOR HUMDINGER, PLEASE TURN OFF THAT SIGN. IT CAUSED A BLACKOUT IN TOWN.
Mayor Humdinger says, NEVER! IT'S A WORK OF ART.
[Camera shutter clicking]
Mayor Humdinger says, PLUS WHO COULD SHUT DOWN THIS HANDSOME BRUTE?
[Jumbo-Dinger sign humming with electricity]
[Mayor Humdinger cackling]
Ryder taps his pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
He says, RUBBLE, CAN YOU UNPLUG THE EXTENSION CORD ON TOWN HALL?
On a video call, Rubble says, NO PROBLEM, RYDER!
[Mayor Humdinger gasping]
Mayor Humdinger says, YOU WOULDN'T DARE UNPLUG JUMBO-DINGER!
The arm of the Jumbo-Dinger sign raises its hat.
[Electricity powering down]
The Jumbo-Dinger sign powers down.
[Mayor Humdinger gasping]
Mayor Humdinger says, NO! OH, HOW I MISS HIS ULTRA-BRIGHT, SHINY SMILE, JUST LIKE MINE.
Chase says, SORRY, MAYOR HUMDINGER, BUT ADVENTURE BAY NEEDS ITS POWER BACK.
Ryder says, AND WE STILL HAVE A BIG MESS TO CLEAN UP. COME ON, CHASE.
He leaves with Chase.
[Engine revving]
[Siren wailing]
Mayor Humdinger says, WELL, THERE'S ONE THING THE PAW PATROL DIDN'T COUNT ON…
He rubs his hands together and walks over to the Jumbo-Dinger sign.
Mayor Humdinger says, RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES!
He turns on the Jumbo-Dinger sign.
[Jumbo-Dinger powering on]
The Jumbo-Dinger sign lights up.
[Electricity humming]
Mayor Humdinger puts on sunglasses.
He says, COME ON, JUMBO. LET'S SHOW THE WORLD HOW ELECTRIFYING FOGGY BOTTOM IS!
Mayor Humdinger jumps on his kitten carrier and tows the Jumbo-Dinger sign down Main Street.
[Jumbo-Dinger whirring]
Outside the museum, people cover their eyes.
A blond-haired woman groans, UGH.
A brown-haired man holding a watermelon says, AH, MY EYES!
The blond-haired woman says, GET IT OUT OF HERE!
Mayor Humdinger says, HA. THESE PEOPLE CAN'T HANDLE FABULOUS-NESS!
He drives toward Farmer Al’s truck, where Ryder, Chase and Rubble load more watermelons into the trailer. Farmer Al walks down the sidewalk with his arms full of watermelons.
Mayor Humdinger says, HMPH. AT LEAST FOGGY BOTTOM HAS FRUIT-FREE STREETS.
A watermelon rolls out of Farmer Al’s arms and across the street. It hits the hook holding the trailer with the Jumbo-Dinger sign to Mayor Humdinger’s carrier.
[Metal clanging]
Mayor Humdinger says, HUH?
Separated from his trailer, Mayor Humdinger swerves to the side of the road. The Jumbo-Dinger sign trailer rolls down the street.
Mayor Humdinger says, NO! COME BACK, NEON ME!
He races after the sign and past Ryder and Chase.
Ryder says, THAT'S NOT GOOD. COME ON, CHASE.
He speeds after the sign on his A.T.V. with Chase in his four by four.
[Siren wailing]
Elsewhere in town, people block their gaze from the bright lights on the sign.
[Mayor Humdinger groaning]
Ryder says, CHASE, WE'VE GOT TO STOP THIS THING!
The Jumbo-Dinger sign rolls past the lemonade stand and toward the Bay. On the beach, the trailer hits a rock, and the sign launches into the air. Ryder and Chase pull up behind Mayor Humdinger.
Mayor Humdinger says, LOOK WHO'S LIGHTING UP THE SKY! ME, ME, ME!
The sign flies over the Adventure Bay bridge and lands against the lighthouse in the distance.
[Banging]
The arm of the sign continues raising and lowering the top hat, and the light on the lighthouse stops turning.
[Clanging]
In the park, Alex stands between Cap’n Turbot and Mr. Porter. He looks through his telescope.
Alex says, I CAN'T SEE ANY STARS WITH ALL THIS LIGHT.
Cap’n Turbot says, HMM. WHAT'S THE SOURCE OF THIS PSEUDO-SUNLIGHT?
He looks at the lighthouse through his telescope.
Cap’n Turbot says, UH-OH! A SILLY SIGN IS STUCK AGAINST MY LIGHTHOUSE, AND THE LIGHT STOPPED SPINNING!
Mr. Porter says, IF THAT LIGHT DOESN'T GET TURNED OFF, WE'LL MISS SEEING THE
PLANETS LINE UP TONIGHT.
Cap’n Turbot says, BETTER CALL THE PAW PATROL.
He grabs his phone and makes a call.
[Phone beeping]
On the beach, Ryder stands in front of Chase’s four by four.
[Pup pad ringing]
Ryder answers a call on the pup pad.
He says, HI, CAP'N TURBOT.
On a video call, Cap’n Turbot says, RYDER, THERE'S A SILLY SIGN STUCK ON MY LIGHTHOUSE ON SEAL ISLAND.
Ryder says, WE SEE IT, TOO, CAP'N, AND I KNOW JUST THE PUPS TO CALL!
He taps the pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, ROCKY, SKYE, WE NEED YOUR HELP ON SEAL ISLAND.
On a video call, Skye says, ON OUR WAY!
Rocky says, WE GOT THIS.
Later, on the water, Ryder and Rocky drive their vehicles across the Bay in jet-ski mode. Skye flies above them in her helicopter.
Ryder says, OKAY, SKYE. USE YOUR HOOK TO PULL THE SIGN AWAY FROM THE LIGHTHOUSE.
Skye says, ROGER THAT!
She flies up to the Jumbo-Dinger sign on Seal Island.
[Copter blades whirring]
[Skye barking]
Skye orders, HOOK!
She lowers a hook on a cable toward the sign and hooks the moving arm.
Skye says, GOT YOU!
She starts to fly away. The arm moves back and forth and pulls Skye’s copter.
Skye says, UH-OH!
She steers her copter away from the sign. The moving arm pulls her back.
Skye says, OH, NO. I'M STUCK! GOT TO WAIT FOR THE RIGHT MOMENT…
The arm moves, and Skye unhooks the hook. She flies around to the other side of the sign.
[Whirring]
Skye says, I'LL JUST TRY THE OTHER ARM.
She hooks a loop screw on the back of the sign.
[Sign creaking]
Skye says, YOU'RE COMING WITH ME, JUMBO!
She lifts the sign off the island.
Ryder says, NICE WORK, SKYE!
He gives Skye a thumbs-up.
Ryder says, NOW FOR THE LIGHTHOUSE. ROCKY, LET'S REPAIR THOSE BROKEN GEARS AND GET THE LIGHT TURNING AGAIN!
Rocky says, GREEN MEANS GO!
On the island with Ryder, Rocky drives up a hill to the lighthouse. He jumps off his recycling truck and runs inside. Rocky runs up a spiral staircase to the large light at the top.
[Rocky barking]
Rocky orders, RATCHET!
A ratchet unfolds out of his pup pack.
[Ratchet whirring]
Rocky says, TIGHTEN THIS BOLT.
He tightens a bolt on a gear inside the light control panel.

The light starts turning. Back on the beach, Cap’n Turbot looks through his telescope. He steps back and glances at two people behind him.
Cap’n Turbot says, LOOK! THE PLANETARY ALIGNMENT IS PROCEEDING AS PLANNED!
A black-haired woman with glasses looks through Cap’n Turbot’s telescope at planets starting to align.
Alex says, WOW! MOST AWESOME VIEW EVER!
He watches the planets align through his telescope.
Alex says, WHEN THE PLANETS CAME TOGETHER, THEY MADE ONE BIG BRIGHT SPOT IN THE SKY!
Ryder and Rocky park their vehicles on the grass near Alex.
Alex says, PAW PATROL, THANK YOU! YOU GUYS SAVED THE DAY! UM, NIGHT.
[Alex laughing]

On the beach in Foggy Bottom, the Jumbo-Dinger sign flickers beside Mayor Humdinger. The kitten crew climb on the sign. Nearby, Mayor Humdinger lies back on a lounge chair.

Mayor Humdinger says, ALL THAT SIGN-CHASING TUCKERED ME OUT.
He falls asleep.

[Electricity zapping]
Mayor Humdinger jolts awake and scowls. Bright light shines from the Jumbo-Dinger sign.
[Electricity humming]

The sign flickers off.
Mayor Humdinger groans, UGH.
He falls asleep.

He grabs the rim of his top hat and rips it off.

Rocky puts Alex’s telescope on its stand using his pup pack grabber claw.

Rocky says, IT'S ALL SETUP. WANT TO TRY IT OUT?
Alex looks through the telescope at circles and a dot.
He says, WHOA! WHAT PLANET IS THAT?
[Hooting]

In Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger walks out of his lair inside a cave and onto a sandy beach.
Mayor Humdinger says, WHERE ARE ALL MY TOURISTS? SHOULDN'T THEY BE HERE BY NOW, SETTING UP THEIR TELESCOPES AND ADMIRING MY TOWN?
He returns to his lair and walks up to a control panel with a large screen. His kitten crew, kitten versions of Chase, Skye, Zuma, Rocky, Rubble and Marshall, lie on the floor nearby. Mayor Humdinger presses a button on the control panel and pulls up a view of people at the park in Adventure Bay.
[Control panel beeping]
Mayor Humdinger watches people in the park set up their telescopes and Cap’n Turbot glancing up at the sky.
Mayor Humdinger says, HMPH. WHY IS EVERYONE IN ADVENTURE BAY? FOGGY BOTTOM IS PERFECT FOR STARGAZING.
[Kitten Rubble meowing]
Mayor Humdinger says, SO WHAT IF IT'S ALWAYS FOGGY HERE? BAH!
He turns off the park video and paces across the lair.
Mayor Humdinger says, I'M SICK OF ADVENTURE BAY GETTING ALL THE ATTENTION! TIME TO PUT FOGGY BOTTOM ON THE MAP WITH SOMETHING FLASHY. OOH!
Mayor Humdinger turns to his monitor and looks at his reflection.
Mayor Humdinger says, OOH! I KNOW.
The kittens say, HMM?
At night, Mayor Humdinger tows a giant neon sign of himself across the beach with his motorized kitten carrier. The giant neon Mayor Humdinger raises and lowers its hat.
[Sign whirring]
Mayor Humdinger’s kittens stand on the beach by the cave entrance.
Mayor Humdinger says, LOOK, KITTIES. JUMBO-DINGER! HE'S GOING TO MAKE FOGGY BOTTOM FABULOUS. OH, WHO CAN RESIST THAT SMILING MUG?
The kittens look uncertain.
Mayor Humdinger says, ONCE THEY FIND OUT ABOUT THIS, TONS OF TOURISTS WILL BE POURING IN TO SEE MY STARGAZING EVENT!
He drives away with the Jumbo-Dinger sign.
[Kittens Marshall and Rubble meowing nervously]
Mayor Humdinger tows the Jumbo-Dinger sign toward Adventure Bay.
[Jumbo-Dinger whirring]
At the top of a hill, Mayor Humdinger climbs off the kitten carrier and walks over to the Jumbo-Dinger sign control panel. The sign powers down.
Mayor Humdinger says, HUH?
He presses a button on the control panel.
[Beeping]
[Electricity zapping]
The lights on the Jumbo-Dinger sign flicker.
Mayor Humdinger says, HMM. UH-OH. I NEED TO PLUG YOU IN, JUMBO-DINGER.
He grabs a long cord and plugs it into the Jumbo-Dinger sign.
Mayor Humdinger says, BE RIGHT BACK, LIGHT OF MY LIFE!
He jumps on the kitten carrier with the cord and drives away. In Adventure Bay, Mayor Humdinger drives up to a bookstore and looks over his shoulder. He crosses the street to the side of the museum and pulls up to an outdoor power outlet.
Mayor Humdinger says, I'M SURE MAYOR GOODWAY WON'T MIND LENDING ME A LITTLE ELECTRICITY.
[Mayor Humdinger cackling]
Mayor Humdinger plugs in the Jumbo-Dinger sign power cord. A power gauge on the outlet spins past the limit, and sparks flicker.
[Electricity zapping]
Lights in the town flicker.
Mayor Humdinger says, HUH?
[Power powering down]
The power goes out.
Mayor Humdinger says, OKAY. ALL OF ADVENTURE BAY'S ELECTRICITY. OH, WELL. JUMBO-DINGER NEEDS THE JUICE MORE! HA.
He walks away. On Jake’s mountain, Everest plays the Pup-Pup Boogie dance game with Julia and Julius in a cabin.
In the game, a singer sings, DO THE PUP-PUP BOOGIE!
Everest, Julia and Julia step on squares on dance mats.
[Power powering down]
The power goes out. Julius falls on his mat. At home, Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta run on treadmills. Mayor Goodway wears exercise clothes. Chickaletta wears a sweat headband.
[Treadmills whirring]
[Power powering down]
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
On a street, Farmer Al follows a driver to a set of traffic lights in his truck.
[Power powering down]
The power goes out in the shops on the street and the traffic lights.
Famer Al says, HUH? IT'S MIGHTY STRANGE HOW IT GOT AWFUL DARK ALL OF A SUDDEN.
The driver in front of Farmer Al stops at a crosswalk.
[Tires squeaking]
Farmer Al gasps, HUH?
He swerves around the other car, and his trailer tips over.
[Tires squealing]
A load of watermelons in Farmer Al’s trailer falls onto the road.
[Tires squealing]
[Banging and clanging]
[Farmer Al gasping]
Farmer Al says, I DON'T LIKE THE SOUND OF THAT.
The watermelons tumble down the road. A person stumbles onto the sidewalk on top of a watermelon.
[Car horns blaring]
[Breaks screeching]
Cars skid across the street. Farmer Al gets out of his truck.
Farmer Al says, WELL, I'LL BE! A MELON MELTDOWN! BETTER CALL THE PAW PATROL.
He grabs his phone and makes a call.
[Phone beeping]
Outside the Lookout, Ryder and the Paw Patrol pups look at a line of different-shaped balls, including a large yellow ball, a baseball, a blue and green volleyball, a beach ball, soccer balls and a tennis ball.
Ryder says, THE BIG YELLOW BALL IN THE MIDDLE WOULD BE THE SUN, AND THAT SMALLER GREEN-AND-BLUE ONE IS WHERE WE ARE. THAT'S EARTH! SO, TONIGHT WE'LL GET TO SEE THESE OTHER PLANETS LINED UP IN THE SKY!
Zuma says, WHOA! THAT ALMOST NEVER HAPPENS.
[Ringing]
Ryder pulls out his pup pad and answers a call.
On a video call, Farmer Al says, RYDER, SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH ALL THE LIGHTS. THE TRAFFIC SIGNALS WENT OUT!
Ryder says, THAT'S WEIRD.
Farmer Al says, I'LL SAY, AND I SURE NEED HELP. I SPILLED A LOAD OF FRUIT, AND MY MELONS ARE EVERYWHERE!
Ryder says, DON'T WORRY, FARMER AL. NO MESS IS TOO MELON-Y, NO PUP IS TOO SMALL!
He taps a button on the pup pad. Chase, Rubble and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
[Pup pad and pup tags beeping]
Ryder says, PAW PATROL, TO THE LOOKOUT!
Chase, Rubble and Marshall say, RYDER NEEDS US!
They run toward the Lookout. Marshall stumbles onto the yellow ball.
Marshall says, UH-OH!
He rolls across the grass on the ball. The other pups run into the Lookout elevator.
Rocky warns, WATCH OUT!
Marshall wails, WHOA!
He rolls into the Lookout.
[Crashing]
[Grunting]
Marshall lies upside down on top of the other pups with the yellow ball between his paws.
He says, WHO ORDERED ONE PUP, SUNNY SIDE UP?
[Pups laughing]
The elevator doors close and the pups ride up the tower. Behind the Lookout badge, the elevator pauses. A light flashes across the badge and the pups continue up the tower in their Paw Patrol uniforms. A red light pulses around the observation deck.
[Elevator dinging]
At the top of the tower, the pups leap out of the elevator into the observation deck and line up side-by-side in front of Ryder.
Chase says, PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR!
Ryder presses a button on his pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
A large monitor lowers above the control panel behind Ryder.
Ryder says, THANKS FOR HURRYING, PUPS. THE TOWN'S ELECTRICITY HAS GONE OUT!
Rocky says, GOOD THING THE LOOKOUT HAS ITS OWN EMERGENCY GENERATOR.
Ryder says, YEAH! BUT THE BLACKOUT REALLY MESSED THINGS UP IN ADVENTURE BAY! TRAFFIC LIGHTS DON'T WORK, AND FARMER AL'S TRAILER TIPPED OVER.
The monitor shows Farmer Al in his truck and watermelons on the street.
Farmer Al says, UH-OH!
Ryder says, HIS MELONS SPILLED EVERYWHERE!
Skye says, POOR FARMER AL.
Ryder says, IT'S UP TO US TO CLEAN UP THE MESS AND GET THE POWER BACK ON. SO, FOR THIS MISSION, I'LL NEED…
He swipes through the pup pad and taps Chase’s badge.
Ryder says, CHASE.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, CHASE. I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR CONES AND MEGAPHONE TO DIRECT TRAFFIC.
Chase says, CHASE IS ON THE CASE!
Ryder says, AND RUBBLE.
He swipes through the pup pad and taps Rubble’s badge.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR CRANE TO UPRIGHT FARMER AL'S TRAILER AND YOUR SCOOP TO PICK UP THE MELONS!
Rubble says, RUBBLE ON THE DOUBLE!
Ryder says, ALL RIGHT. PAW PATROL IS ON A ROLL!
[Barking]

Ryder runs and swings down the Lookout firepole.
A singer sings, PAW PATROL! GO, GO, GO, GO.
[Chase barking]
Chase rides down the slide wrapped around the Lookout.
Singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. PAW PATROL! GO, GO, GO, GO.
[Rubble barking]
Rubble follows Chase down the slide.
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The pup house platform outside the Lookout rotates and lines up Chase’s 4 by 4 pup house with the bottom of the slide. Chase leaps off the slide.
The singer cheers, CHASE!
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
[Chase barking]
The roof of Chase’s pup house opens and Chase drops into the seat underneath.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Chase’s pup house transforms into his 4 by 4. The house lengthens. Wheels pop up from underneath and lift the vehicle. Lights pop out from the sides. Red and blue flashing lights pop up on either side of orange cones stored in the back.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. PAW PATROL!
Chase drives away from the slide.
[Siren wailing]
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
Rubble’s bulldozer pup house slides into place at the bottom of the slide. Rubble leaps off the slide.
The singer cheers, RUBBLE!
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The roof of Rubble’s pup house opens, and Rubble drops into the seat underneath.
[Rubble howling]
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Rubble’s pup house transforms into his bulldozer crane. A panel closes over the entryway, and wheels unfold from under the house. Flashing lights pop up in front of Rubble. Rubble flips the entryway with the bulldozer arms on the side of the house, revealing the bulldozer bucket. He extends the arm of his crane.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO. PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL.
Rubble drives away in his bulldozer. The Lookout garage opens, and Ryder jumps on his A.T.V., wearing a red helmet.
[Engine revving]
[Tires squealing]
Ryder leads Chase and Rubble down the Lookout driveway.
[Sirens wailing]
[A.T.V. rumbling]
Ryder, Chase and Rubble drive into town down a street and over a hill. They drive past the spilled watermelons and park.
Ryder says, ALL RIGHT, CHASE. LET'S GET THE TRAFFIC MOVING.
Chase says, ON IT!
He drives up to Farmer Al’s truck.
[Siren wailing]
[Chase barking]
Chase orders, CONES!
He launches the cones on his four by four onto the street and forms a line blocking off the watermelons.
[Chase barking]
Chase orders, MEGAPHONE!
A megaphone unfolds from Chase’s pup pack.
Through the megaphone, Chase says, EVERYONE PLEASE FOLLOW THE CONES!
Other people on the street drive alongside the cones past Farmer Al’s truck.
Chase says, THANK YOU!
Rubble pulls Farmer Al’s trailer back onto its wheels with his crane grabber.
Ryder says, RUBBLE, LET'S MOVE THESE MELONS!
Rubble scoops watermelons with his bulldozer bucket and dumps them into Farmer Al’s trailer.
[Whirring]
Farmer Al says, IT WAS THE STRANGEST THING, RYDER. THE POWER JUST WENT OUT ALL OF A SUDDEN. POOF!
Ryder says, IT SURE IS ODD, FARMER AL, BUT WE'LL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT.
Farmer Al says, I GOT TO SAY, THOUGH, HAVING IT THIS DARK MAKES IT EASIER TO CHECK OUT TONIGHT'S STARGAZING EVENT.
Chase supervises other drivers on the street.
[Electricity zapping]
Chase glances at the outlet with Mayor Humdinger’s cord. Sparks flicker from the outlet.
Chase says, HUH?
He drives up to the outlet.
[Siren wailing]
Chase asks, WHAT'S THIS?
Through Ryder’s pup pad, Chase says, HEY, RYDER, CHECK THIS OUT.
Ryder joins Chase beside the museum.
Chase says, LOOK. DO YOU THINK THIS HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE BLACKOUT?
Ryder looks at the sparking outlet.
He says, I BET IT DOES, CHASE. LET'S FOLLOW IT AND SEE!
Chase and Ryder follow the cord through Adventure Bay.
[Engines revving]
[Siren wailing]
Chase and Ryder drive up the hill at the edge of Adventure Bay.
Chase says, THIS IS ONE LONG CORD.
[Chase gasping]
Chase says, AND WHAT'S THAT GLOW?
He and Ryder reach Mayor Humdinger and his bright, giant neon sign. Mayor Humdinger takes pictures of himself with the sign.
[Camera shutter clicking]
Chase and Ryder park on either side of Mayor Humdinger.
Mayor Humdinger says, OOH. THIS ONE IS GOING ON MY HOLIDAY CARD.
Ryder blocks the bright light with his hand.
He says, MAYOR HUMDINGER, PLEASE TURN OFF THAT SIGN. IT CAUSED A BLACKOUT IN TOWN.
Mayor Humdinger says, NEVER! IT'S A WORK OF ART.
[Camera shutter clicking]
Mayor Humdinger says, PLUS WHO COULD SHUT DOWN THIS HANDSOME BRUTE?
[Jumbo-Dinger sign humming with electricity]
[Mayor Humdinger cackling]
Ryder taps his pup pad.

He says, RUBBLE, CAN YOU UNPLUG THE EXTENSION CORD ON TOWN HALL?
On a video call, Rubble says, NO PROBLEM, RYDER!
[Mayor Humdinger gasping]
Mayor Humdinger says, YOU WOULDN'T DARE UNPLUG JUMBO-DINGER!
The arm of the Jumbo-Dinger sign raises its hat.
[Electricity powering down]
The Jumbo-Dinger sign powers down.
[Mayor Humdinger gasping]
Mayor Humdinger says, NO! OH, HOW I MISS HIS ULTRA-BRIGHT, SHINY SMILE, JUST LIKE MINE.
Chase says, SORRY, MAYOR HUMDINGER, BUT ADVENTURE BAY NEEDS ITS POWER BACK.
Ryder says, AND WE STILL HAVE A BIG MESS TO CLEAN UP. COME ON, CHASE.
He leaves with Chase.
[Engine revving]

He rubs his hands together and walks over to the Jumbo-Dinger sign.
Mayor Humdinger says, RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES!
He turns on the Jumbo-Dinger sign.
[Jumbo-Dinger powering on]
The Jumbo-Dinger sign lights up.
[Electricity humming]
Mayor Humdinger puts on sunglasses.
He says, COME ON, JUMBO. LET'S SHOW THE WORLD HOW ELECTRIFYING FOGGY BOTTOM IS!
Mayor Humdinger jumps on his kitten carrier and tows the Jumbo-Dinger sign down Main Street.
[Jumbo-Dinger whirring]
Outside the museum, people cover their eyes.
A blond-haired woman groans, UGH.
A brown-haired man holding a watermelon says, AH, MY EYES!
The blond-haired woman says, GET IT OUT OF HERE!
Mayor Humdinger says, HA. THESE PEOPLE CAN'T HANDLE FABULOUS-NESS!
He drives toward Farmer Al’s truck, where Ryder, Chase and Rubble load more watermelons into the trailer. Farmer Al walks down the sidewalk with his arms full of watermelons.
Mayor Humdinger says, HMPH. AT LEAST FOGGY BOTTOM HAS FRUIT-FREE STREETS.
A watermelon rolls out of Farmer Al’s arms and across the street. It hits the hook holding the trailer with the Jumbo-Dinger sign to Mayor Humdinger’s carrier.
[Metal clanging]
Mayor Humdinger says, HUH?
Separated from his trailer, Mayor Humdinger swerves to the side of the road. The Jumbo-Dinger sign trailer rolls down the street.
Mayor Humdinger says, NO! COME BACK, NEON ME!
He races after the sign and past Ryder and Chase.
Ryder says, THAT'S NOT GOOD. COME ON, CHASE.
He speeds after the sign on his A.T.V. with Chase in his four by four.
[Siren wailing]
Elsewhere in town, people block their gaze from the bright lights on the sign.
[Mayor Humdinger groaning]
Ryder says, CHASE, WE'VE GOT TO STOP THIS THING!
The Jumbo-Dinger sign rolls past the lemonade stand and toward the Bay. On the beach, the trailer hits a rock, and the sign launches into the air. Ryder and Chase pull up behind Mayor Humdinger.
Mayor Humdinger says, LOOK WHO'S LIGHTING UP THE SKY! ME, ME, ME!
The sign flies over the Adventure Bay bridge and lands against the lighthouse in the distance.
[Banging]
The arm of the sign continues raising and lowering the top hat, and the light on the lighthouse stops turning.
[Clanging]
In the park, Alex stands between Cap’n Turbot and Mr. Porter. He looks through his telescope.
Alex says, I CAN'T SEE ANY STARS WITH ALL THIS LIGHT.
Cap’n Turbot says, HMM. WHAT'S THE SOURCE OF THIS PSEUDO-SUNLIGHT?
He looks at the lighthouse through his telescope.
Cap’n Turbot says, UH-OH! A SILLY SIGN IS STUCK AGAINST MY LIGHTHOUSE, AND THE LIGHT STOPPED SPINNING!
Mr. Porter says, IF THAT LIGHT DOESN'T GET TURNED OFF, WE'LL MISS SEEING THE
PLANETS LINE UP TONIGHT.
Cap’n Turbot says, BETTER CALL THE PAW PATROL.
He grabs his phone and makes a call.
[Phone beeping]
On the beach, Ryder stands in front of Chase’s four by four.
[Pup pad ringing]
Ryder answers a call on the pup pad.
He says, HI, CAP'N TURBOT.
On a video call, Cap’n Turbot says, RYDER, THERE'S A SILLY SIGN STUCK ON MY LIGHTHOUSE ON SEAL ISLAND.
Ryder says, WE SEE IT, TOO, CAP'N, AND I KNOW JUST THE PUPS TO CALL!
He taps the pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, ROCKY, SKYE, WE NEED YOUR HELP ON SEAL ISLAND.
On a video call, Skye says, ON OUR WAY!
Rocky says, WE GOT THIS.
Later, on the water, Ryder and Rocky drive their vehicles across the Bay in jet-ski mode. Skye flies above them in her helicopter.
Ryder says, OKAY, SKYE. USE YOUR HOOK TO PULL THE SIGN AWAY FROM THE LIGHTHOUSE.
Skye says, ROGER THAT!
She flies up to the Jumbo-Dinger sign on Seal Island.
[Copter blades whirring]
[Skye barking]
Skye orders, HOOK!
She lowers a hook on a cable toward the sign and hooks the moving arm.
Skye says, GOT YOU!
She starts to fly away. The arm moves back and forth and pulls Skye’s copter.
Skye says, UH-OH!
She steers her copter away from the sign. The moving arm pulls her back.
Skye says, OH, NO. I'M STUCK! GOT TO WAIT FOR THE RIGHT MOMENT…
The arm moves, and Skye unhooks the hook. She flies around to the other side of the sign.
[Whirring]
Skye says, I'LL JUST TRY THE OTHER ARM.
She hooks a loop screw on the back of the sign.
[Sign creaking]
Skye says, YOU'RE COMING WITH ME, JUMBO!
She lifts the sign off the island.
Ryder says, NICE WORK, SKYE!
He gives Skye a thumbs-up.
Ryder says, NOW FOR THE LIGHTHOUSE. ROCKY, LET'S REPAIR THOSE BROKEN GEARS AND GET THE LIGHT TURNING AGAIN!
Rocky says, GREEN MEANS GO!
On the island with Ryder, Rocky drives up a hill to the lighthouse. He jumps off his recycling truck and runs inside. Rocky runs up a spiral staircase to the large light at the top.
[Rocky barking]
Rocky orders, RATCHET!
A ratchet unfolds out of his pup pack.
[Ratchet whirring]
Rocky says, TIGHTEN THIS BOLT.
He tightens a bolt on a gear inside the light control panel.
Rocky says, YES!
The gears start turning.
Rocky cheers, WOO-HOO!
The light starts turning. Back on the beach, Cap’n Turbot looks through his telescope. He steps back and glances at two people behind him.
Cap’n Turbot says, LOOK! THE PLANETARY ALIGNMENT IS PROCEEDING AS PLANNED!
A black-haired woman with glasses looks through Cap’n Turbot’s telescope at planets starting to align.
Alex says, WOW! MOST AWESOME VIEW EVER!
He watches the planets align through his telescope.
Alex says, WHEN THE PLANETS CAME TOGETHER, THEY MADE ONE BIG BRIGHT SPOT IN THE SKY!
Ryder and Rocky park their vehicles on the grass near Alex.
Alex says, PAW PATROL, THANK YOU! YOU GUYS SAVED THE DAY! UM, NIGHT.
[Alex laughing]
Ryder says, YOU'RE WELCOME, ALEX. WHENEVER THE LIGHTS GET TOO BRIGHT, JUST YELP FOR HELP!
Rocky says, HEY, WHERE DID MAYOR HUMDINGER GO? AND WHAT HAPPENED TO HIS SIGN?
Ryder says, I'M SURE SKYE DROPPED IT OFF FOR HIM.
On the beach in Foggy Bottom, the Jumbo-Dinger sign flickers beside Mayor Humdinger. The kitten crew climb on the sign. Nearby, Mayor Humdinger lies back on a lounge chair.
[Mayor Humdinger yawning]
Mayor Humdinger says, ALL THAT SIGN-CHASING TUCKERED ME OUT.
He falls asleep.
[Mayor Humdinger snoring]
[Electricity zapping]
Mayor Humdinger jolts awake and scowls. Bright light shines from the Jumbo-Dinger sign.
[Electricity humming]
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, WHAT DOES A MAYOR HAVE TO DO TO GET SOME REST AROUND HERE?
The sign flickers off.
Mayor Humdinger groans, UGH.
He falls asleep.
[Mayor Humdinger snoring]
The sign flickers on, and Mayor Humdinger wakes up.
Mayor Humdinger groans, ARGH!
He grabs the rim of his top hat and rips it off.
The singer sings, P-P-P-PAW-PAW-PAW PATROL.
[Kittens giggling]
[Upbeat music plays]
