Rosa comes in, carrying a tray.

Rosa puts the bowls in front of each of the children. They lift the lids.

Four bowls are on a baking sheet.
The narrator says, NEXT, ADD SOME OF YOUR TOMATO MIXTURE TO EACH OF YOUR OVENPROOF DISHES. THESE SHOULD BE PLACED ON BAKING PAPER, ON A BAKING TRAY. NOW, ADD THE CHEESY MIXTURE TO EACH DISH. KEEP ADDING THE LAYERS OF TOMATO MIXTURE, THEN THE VEGETABLE AND CHEESE MIXTURE, UNTIL YOU'VE USED EVERYTHING UP. ADD A FINAL LAYER OF THE TOMATO MIXTURE, THEN CRACK AN EGG INTO A MUG, CHECK FOR SHELL, AND CAREFULLY POUR IT OVER YOUR TOMATOES AND VEGETABLES. DO THE SAME WITH THE REST OF YOUR EGGS AND DON'T FORGET TO WIPE YOUR HANDS AFTER TOUCHING RAW EGG. PLACE A LID ONTO EACH DISH AND ASK A GROWN-UP TO PUT THEM IN THE OVEN FOR YOU.
Marian puts down cloth placemats and sets out colourfully painted plates.
The narrator says, NOW THERE'S JUST ENOUGH TIME FOR MARIAN TO GET THE TABLE READY FOR HIS BULGARIAN MEAL.
Marian says, I'M GIVING MY FRIENDS A MARTENITSA.
Marian puts a red and white string with a blue bead on a plate.
The narrator says, A MARTENITSA BRACELET IS A POPULAR GIFT GIVEN AT SPECIAL TIMES OF THE YEAR IN BULGARIA. MARIAN'S EVEN GOT CHANGED INTO A TRADITIONAL OUTFIT.
Marian wears an embroidered vest over a white shirt. He wears a black sheepskin hat with a red flower on the side.
[Doorbell ringing]
Marian says, THEY'RE HERE!
The narrator says, YOUR BULGARIAN THEMED TABLE AND OUTFIT LOOK FANTASTIC, MARIAN.
Marian opens the front door.
Mila says, I REALLY LIKE YOUR OUTFIT, MARIAN.
Marian says, THANK YOU.
Keira says, HELLO.
Aron says, HELLO, MARIAN.
[Narrator laughing]
The narrator says, NOW EVERYONE'S WASHED THEIR HANDS, AND THEY'RE READY TO EAT.
The children sit at a table.
Mila says, I REALLY LIKE IT, MARIAN.
Marian asks, WHAT'S THE BEST PART OF MY DECORATIONS?
Mila says, THE TABLECLOTH AND THE FLOWERS.
Keira says, I THINK-- I THINK IT'S THIS DECORATION ON THE PLATE.
Marian says, NOW THE DECORATION ON THE PLATE IS CALLED A MARTENITSA AND SOME PEOPLE SAY IF YOU WEAR IT, IT WILL GIVE YOU GOOD HEALTH.
The children put on the bracelets.
The narrator says, WHAT A LOVELY IDEA.
Rosa comes in, carrying a tray.
Rosa says, HELLO EVERYONE.
The children say, HELLO.
Rosa asks, ARE YOU HUNGRY NOW?
The children say, YES.
The narrator says, LET'S HOPE EVERYONE'S HUNGRY, MUM'S SERVING THE COOKED AND SLIGHTLY COOLED GYUVECHE.
Rosa puts the bowls in front of each of the children. They lift the lids.
The narrator says, THAT GYUVECHE LOOKS TASTY. THE EGG HAS COOKED ON TOP OF THE TOMATO, CHEESE AND VEGETABLES. AND MUM HAS BUTTERED SOME RYE BREAD FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY TOO.
Marian asks, WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY SOME BREAD?
The children dip bread into the gyuveche.
The narrator says, EARLIER TODAY, NOT EVERYONE LIKED THE TASTE OF FETA CHEESE. DO YOU THINK THEY'LL LIKE IT NOW IT'S COOKED IN MARIAN'S GYUVECHE?
Marian asks, SO WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Aron says, I LOVE IT.
Mila says, I REALLY LIKE IT.
Keira says, I REALLY LIKE THE TOMATO IN IT.
Marian says, THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Mila says, I REALLY LIKE THE SAUCE AND THE BREAD.
Aron says, MY FAVOURITE PART IS THE EGG.
Marian asks, WHAT DO YOU THINK THE SPECIAL INGREDIENT IS?
The children say, FETA CHEESE.
Marian says, YOU ARE ALL CORRECT.
The narrator says, THAT'S FANTASTIC.
Everyone eats.
Marian asks, DO YOU LIKE THE TASTE OF FETA CHEESE IN GYUVECHE?
Keira says, I DIDN'T LIKE IT WHEN IT WAS ON ITS OWN, BUT NOW IT'S COOKED IN A DISH, I REALLY LIKE IT.
Mila says, I REALLY LIKE THE TASTE OF FETA CHEESE IN THE RECIPE.
Aron says, I LOVE IT!
The narrator says, WOW! WELL DONE, MARIAN. EVERYONE LIKES THE TASTE OF FETA CHEESE, WHEN IT'S COOKED IN YOUR GYUVECHE.
Marian says, THANK YOU FOR COMING TO MY WORLD KITCHEN.
