A title reads "TVO Kids Presents."

In animation, the opening of the show rolls.

As the sun comes up between the mountains, colourful letters with different mood facial expressions form the name of the show over a rainbow. It reads "How do you feel?"

A song goes HOW DO YOU FEEL?
AND HOW DO YOU FEEL?

Akin is in his early teens, with slightly long braided brown hair and wears dark jeans and a yellow sweater.

Akin looks through a telescope in a backyard with wooden walls, a ball and flower pots on the background.

Akin says HMM, MAYBE THE MOON ISN'T
OUT YET,
MAYBE IT'S TOO CLOUDY.
HEY GUYS! I'M WAITING FOR
THE MOON TO COME OUT,
SO I CAN WRITE IN MY
MOON JOURNAL.
I STARTED IT A FEW
WEEKS AGO.
WHEN I'M FEELING SAD OR BOTTLED
UP INSIDE,
JOURNALING HELPS ME
LET LOOSE.
SO EVERY NIGHT, BEFORE IT
GETS TOO DARK,
I COME OUTSIDE TO WRITE IN
MY MOON JOURNAL.
IT'S KIND OF LIKE A SCRAPBOOK
WHERE I STORE ALL MY THOUGHTS
AND FEELINGS BEFORE IT'S TIME
TO GO TO BED.

He browses through the journal.

He continues SOMETIMES I'LL ADD A DRAWING OR
A PHOTO OF SOMETHING
THAT HAPPENED THAT DAY.
OTHER DAYS I MIGHT JUST WRITE
ABOUT WHAT I'M FEELING,
WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT IT
TOO MUCH.
IF YOU'RE NOT SURE WHAT TO
WRITE ABOUT,
YOU CAN START BY CHOOSING AN
OBJECT - LIKE THE MOON, OR...
A BASKETBALL.
OR.. EVEN A FEATHER.
THEN DESCRIBE IT USING YOUR
FIVE SENSES:
WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
FEEL LIKE? SMELL LIKE...
I WON'T TASTE IT, BUT YOU
GUYS GET THE IDEA.
THE IMPORTANT THING IS, YOUR
JOURNAL IS JUST FOR YOU.
SO THERE'S NO PRESSURE!
ANYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE IS
FAIR GAME.
I COULD WRITE A MESSAGE IN A
SECRET CODE
BY USING STICKERS,
IF I WANTED TO.

Going back to the telescope, he says HMM, THE MOON'S A LITTLE SHY
TONIGHT, BUT THAT'S OKAY.
WE CAN JUST IMAGINE WHAT IT'S
DOING BEHIND THOSE CLOUDS.
MAYBE I'LL WRITE ABOUT THAT!

Music plays as the end credits roll.
