OF ABOUT DEEP BREATHING,
AND HOW IT CAN HELP YOU
MANAGE YOUR FEELINGS.
I LOVE DEEP BREATHING,
SO I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE
FUN TO CHALLENGE YOU
TO TRY IT FOR YOURSELF.
TRY TAKING A
DEEP BREATH THREE TIMES.

Akin stands from the couch.

BREATHE INTO YOUR
BELLY FOR FIVE SECONDS,
AND THEN BREATHE OUT OF
FOR FIVE SECONDS.
Akin takes a deep breath in, then slowly breaths out.
He says, IF YOU'D LIKE, YOU CAN
KEEP TRACK OF YOUR
DEEP BREATHS IN A NOTEBOOK,
OR WORK TOGETHER WITH A FRIEND
TO REMIND EACH OTHER.
AND REMEMBER, YOU CAN TAKE
DEEP BREATHS ANYTIME,
ANYWHERE, WHEREVER YOU ARE.
