An animated owl and ladybug move around Mandisa. Mandisa holds a hand puppet crafted out of a paper bag and a cardboard robot.

Mandisa sits at a table with two children. One has brown hair tied up in a bun, the other child has short black hair.
Mandisa asks, AREN'T THESE COTTON BALLS NICE AND SOFT?
The brown-haired child says, YEAH!
Mandisa asks, SHOULD WE MAKE A CRAFT WITH THEM?
Both children shout, YEAH! YEAH!
Mandisa asks, WHAT ABOUT A PENGUIN?
Mandisa puts a crafted penguin on the table. It is made out of white cotton balls and a black-painted paper plate.
(Waddling sounds)
The black-haired child says, YEAH.
Mandisa says, LOOK, THIS PENGUIN CAN WADDLE.
Mandisa makes the penguin rock from side to side.
The black-haired child asks, CAN I TRY IT?
Mandisa says, YEAH. WOULD YOU LIKE TO MAKE A WADDLING PENGUIN OF YOUR OWN?
Both children shout, YEAH!
Mandisa says, OK, WE NEED A FEW MORE SUPPLIES. LET'S GO.
(Music playing)
Mandisa and the children get up. They gather craft supplies.
Mandisa says, WE'RE GOING TO NEED COTTON BALLS, BLACK PAINT, PAPER PLATES AND CONSTRUCTION PAPER, PAINTBRUSHES AND GLUE.
(Music playing)
Mandisa and the children are back sitting at the table. It is covered with craft supply.
Mandisa says, THE FIRST THING WE'RE GOING TO DO IS PAINT OUR PAPER PLATE. WHAT COLOUR IS THIS?
The brown-haired child says, BLACK!
Mandisa says, THAT'S RIGHT. YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR PLATE, CAN YOU GRAB ONE? SO WE'RE GOING TO TURN IT OVER UPSIDE DOWN, COVER YOUR ENTIRE PLATE BLACK.
The brown-haired child says, BLACK IS MY FAVOURITE COLOUR.
(Music playing)
The children use paintbrushes to cover paper plates with black paint.
(Slide whistle)
Mandisa says, NOW WE'RE GOING TO MAKE OUR PENGUIN'S BODIES. I HAVE SOME CONSTRUCTION PAPER HERE THAT I CUT OUT, THAT WE'RE GOING TO GLUE TOGETHER TO CREATE OUR PENGUIN'S BODY. YOU'RE GOING TO GLUE YOUR WHITE CIRCLE TO YOUR BLACK CIRCLE AND THEN YOU'RE GOING TO GLUE YOUR BIG CIRCLE ON TOP.
(Music playing)
The children use glue sticks.
Mandisa says, AND THEN YOU WANT TO STICK THAT RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR OTHER CIRCLE. BEAUTIFUL. GOOD.
The black-haired child says, WOAH!
Mandisa says, NOW WE'RE GOING TO START ADDING SOME...
The brown-haired child says, COTTON BALLS!
Mandisa says, WE'RE GOING TO COVER THE WHITE AREA IN COTTON BALLS.
The children squeeze glue bottles onto the white paper circles. They press cotton balls on top.
The brown-haired child says, I LOVE HOW SOFT THEY ARE.
Mandisa says, THEY ARE SOFT.
(Music playing)
The children add more cotton balls.
Mandisa says, OK, YOUR PENGUINS LOOK AMAZING, BUT THEY'RE MISSING SOMETHING.
The brown-haired child says, THEY NEED A BEAK.
The black-haired child says, I CAN TELL.
Mandisa says, I HAVE SOME CONSTRUCTION PAPER BEAKS FOR YOU.
(Music playing)
Mandisa gives the children orange paper cut into triangle shapes. The children glue them.
Mandisa says, OK, NOW WE'RE GOING TO PUT ON OUR PENGUINS...
The brown-haired child says, EYES!
Mandisa says, I'M GOING TO LET YOU GUYS MAKE TWO LITTLE BLACK CIRCLES USING OUR CIRCLE PUNCH AND BLACK CONSTRUCTION PAPER.
The brown-haired child presses on the paper punch.
Mandisa says, YEP, AND THEN PUNCH. GOOD.
The black-haired child says, MY TURN! MY TURN!
Mandisa says, AND THEN PRESS, GOOD.
(Laughs)
Mandisa says, OK NOW YOU GLUE YOUR EYES TO YOUR PENGUIN.
(Slide whistle)
Animated eyes appear on the table.
The child with brown hair holds up a penguin.
The brown-haired child says, LOOK AT MY PENGUIN.
Mandisa says, NOW IT'S TIME TO MAKE OUR PENGUINS INTO WADDLING PENGUINS!
(Laughs)
Mandisa says, FOLD YOUR PAPER PLATE IN HALF. CAN YOU TRY DOING THAT? GOOD, GOOD.
The children fold black-painted plates.
The brown-haired child asks, LIKE THIS?
Mandisa says, THAT'S RIGHT. GLUE YOUR PENGUIN ONTO YOUR PAPER PLATE. JUST A LITTLE BIT DOWN.
The brown-haired child says, NOW IT'S A PENGUIN.
Mandisa says, NOW IT'S A PENGUIN. PRESS IT DOWN. OK, DO YOU WANT TO TRY ROCKING IT?
The penguins rock on the curve of the plates.
The brown-haired child says, ROCKING, ROCKING.
The black-haired child says, ROCKING. ROCKING THE PENGUIN.
Mandisa says, LET'S WADDLE WITH OUR PENGUINS!
Mandisa and the children pick up the penguins and stand up. They waddle around the room while holding the penguins.
All say, WADDLE, WADDLE, WADDLE, WADDLE.
(Music playing)
