Malabar says, THIS IS NO TIME TO GO TO SLEEP, FROG! IT'S TIME FOR A WATER FIGHT!
Little Malabar sits on a rock and kicks his feet in the water. He wears a wide hat over his blonde hair and has a white shirt with a picture of the sun on it.
Malabar says, WOO-HOO!
(Giggling)
The frog slips into the water.
Malabar says, OH!
The frog spits water on Malabar.

Malabar uses his hat as a shield from the water.
Malabar says, HEY!
(Spitting, ribbiting)

Malabar says, HEY, FROG!

Water hits Malabar from the side.
Malabar says, YOU'RE SO GOOD AT THIS GAME!
(Giggling)

The Moon smiles down from the night sky.
The Moon says, JUST LIKE THE SUN WHO NEVER STOPS SPLASHING ALL THE PLANETS AROUND IT!
Malabar says, THE SUN SPLASHES ALL THE PLANETS? COME ON, FROG, LET'S GET A CLOSER LOOK AT THAT! WOO-HOO! YIPPEE!
Malabar jumps on Frog’s back. It leaps into space. The frog hops on the Moon and lands on Mercury.
(Giggling)
(Ribbiting)
Malabar puts on sunglasses.
Malabar says, WOO-HOO! HELLO THERE, SUN! SAY, HOW IS IT THAT YOU CAN SPLASH ALL OF THE PLANETS? YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY WATER!
(Chuckling)
The Sun says, BUT IT IS NOT WITH WATER THAT I SPLASH ALL THE PLANETS, BUT WITH PARTICLES!
Malabar asks, WHAT DO YOU MEAN?
The Sun says, WITH PARTICLES, TINY GRAINS OF MATTER.
(Groaning)
The Sun says, SPEAKING OF WHICH, I FEEL LIKE I AM ABOUT TO HAVE A SMALL ERUPTION! OH!
Mercury says, HERE WE GO AGAIN. YOU'D BETTER FIND SHELTER. THE SUN'S ABOUT TO EXPULSE!
Malabar says, HURRY UP, FROG!
(Ribbiting)
Malabar and Frog jump into a crater on Mercury.
The Sun says, AH!
Tiny black particles fly out of the Sun’s mouth.
(Particles cheering)
Malabar says, WOW, IT'S A PARTICLE STORM!
Mercury says, YOU'RE TELLING ME? IT'S NOT VERY PLEASANT GETTING SPLASHED IN THE FACE WITH PARTICLES PRETTY MUCH ALL THE TIME.
The Sun says, SORRY, MERCURY. I DON'T DO IT ON PURPOSE, YOU KNOW. I CAN'T CONTROL IT!
Mercury says, YEAH, RIGHT. IF ONLY I HAD AN INVISIBLE SHIELD AS POWERFUL AS THE EARTH'S.
(Particles cheering)
The particles fly toward the Earth and a shield appears around the planet.
Malabar asks, THE EARTH HAS A SHIELD?
Mercury says, WELL, YEAH! IT'S PROTECTED BY A GIANT INVISIBLE BUBBLE. THAT WAY, THE PARTICLES OF THE SUN CANNOT CRASH DOWN ONTO IT. LUCKY!
The Sun says, UH-OH, I CAN FEEL AN ENORMOUS ERUPTION...
Mercury says, OH, GREAT, HERE WE GO AGAIN.
Malabar says, HANG ON TIGHT, FROG! WHOA!
Malabar uses his hat as a shield, but he and Frog are blown off Mercury.
(Giggling)
Malabar and Frog ride in his hat.
Malabar says, YOU PARTICLES ARE GOING SO INCREDIBLY FAST!
A particle says, THAT'S BECAUSE WE PROTONS ARE ULTRA FAST!
Another particle says, WHAT'S MORE, WE'VE JUST BEEN EXPULSED BY THE SUN!
A third cries, PLANET EARTH, STRAIGHT AHEAD!
(Particles cheering)
Malabar says, HANG ON TIGHT, FROG! WE'RE IN FOR A RIDE!
(Ribbiting)
(Particles cheering)
The particles and Malabar fly up against the shield.
Malabar says, WHOA! WE'RE IN A WHIRLWIND!
(Giggling)
Malabar says, WHOA!
A particle asks, WHAT'S GOING ON ?
Malabar says, WHOA, PLANET EARTH'S INVISIBLE SHIELD IS PULLING US!
A particle asks, BUT PULLING US WHERE?
The Earth says, MY SHIELD WILL CARRY YOU TO BOTH OF MY POLES! HANG ON TIGHT!
(Particles cheering)
Malabar and the particle ride the shield to the North Pole.
Malabar says, WOW!
The particles shout, WE'RE DESCENDING DOWN TO EARTH!
(Particles cheering)
Colours light up around them.
A particle says, HEY, RED!
Malabar asks, WHAT'S HAPPENING TO YOU, PARTICLES?
A particle says, HEY, GREEN!
Another says, HEY, VIOLET!
Malabar says, WOW !
The Earth says, MY SHIELD DIVERTS THE PARTICLES TOWARDS MY POLES, AND WHEN THEY ENTER MY ATMOSPHERE, THEY CREATE COLOURFUL HALOS.
Malabar and Frog land on a hill. They look up at the aurora borealis.
Malabar says, WOW, BEAUTIFUL!
(Ribbiting)
The Earth says, THEY ARE MY POLAR AURORAS!
(Music playing)
(The Sun groaning)
Malabar says, HOW WONDERFUL IT IS TO BE UNDER THE EARTH'S SHIELD, PROTECTED FROM THE SUN'S ENDLESS ERUPTIONS!
(Giggling)
(Ribbiting)
The narrator says, THE EARTH IS PROTECTED FROM THE SUN'S PARTICLES BY AN INVISIBLE SHIELD KNOWN AS THE MAGNETIC FIELD. IT DIVERTS PARTICLES TOWARDS THE POLES AND THEY LIGHT UP THE SKY, FORMING THE COLOURFUL POLAR AURORAS.
