The sun shines over Adventure Bay.
[Upbeat music plays]
A singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL, WE'LL BE THERE ON THE DOUBLE.
The Paw Patrol pups run into the Lookout tower.
The singer sings, WHENEVER THERE'S A PROBLEM, 'ROUND ADVENTURE BAY, RYDER AND HIS TEAM OF PUPS WILL COME AND SAVE THE DAY.
The Paw Patrol pups ride a slide wrapped around the Lookout.
The singer sings, MARSHALL, RUBBLE, CHASE, ROCKY, ZUMA, SKYE YEAH! THEY'RE ON THE WAY.
Marshall is a Dalmatian firefighter. Rubble is an English Bulldog construction worker. Chase is a German Shepherd police dog. Rocky is a grey and white environment-friendly pup. Zuma is a chocolate Labrador who loves the water. Skye is a Cockapoo who flies a helicopter.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL WHENEVER YOU'RE IN TROUBLE.
Ryder, the Paw Patrol’s brown-haired leader, races through Adventure Bay with the pups, each in their special vehicle.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL WE'LL BE THERE ON THE DOUBLE.
Marshall stumbles down his firetruck ladder with a dinosaur egg.
The singer sings, NO JOB'S TOO BIG, NO PUP'S TOO SMALL. PAW PATROL, WE'RE ON A ROLL.
Chase saves young Alex Porter with his net.
The singer sings, SO HERE WE GO, PAW PATROL, WHOA-OH-OH.
Ryder gives the pups treats.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, WHOA-OH-OH-OH, PAW PATROL.
The pups play outside the Lookout with Ryder.
[Barking]

Outside the Lookout, Ryder watches Rubble, Chase, and Rocky play in the grass. Rubble balances a basketball on his head. Chase and Rocky bounce soccer balls on their heads.
Chase says, I CAN'T WAIT FOR JULIA AND JULIUS TO GET HERE FOR OUR PLAY DATE!
Rubble says, WHICH GAME DO YOU THINK THEY LIKE TO PLAY? SOCCER, BASKETBALL, TENNIS?
Beside Rubble, Zuma bounces a ping-pong ball on his nose.
Zuma says, EVERYBODY LOVES PING-PONG, DUDE!
He bounces the ping-pong ball to Rubble.
[Zuma grunting]
[Others laughing]
Rubble bounces the ping-pong ball to Chase. Chase bounces the ball to Zuma, and Zuma bounces the ball to Rocky. Rocky bounces the ball back to the others.
[Rocky grunting]
[Laughing]
Mayor Goodway walks over to the pups with Julius and Julia. Julius has short brown hair and wears a blue T-shirt. Julia wears her curly brown hair in buns and a purple T-shirt with a yellow flower. Mayor Goodway adjusts her hair. She carries Chickaletta in her purse.
Julia says, HI, PUPS.
Julius says, I CAN'T WAIT TO PLAY!
He kicks a soccer ball toward the pups.
[Julius grunting]
Julius runs after the ball with the pups.
[Howling]
[Laughing]
Julia stays with Mayor Goodway and Ryder.
Mayor Goodway says, THANKS AGAIN FOR KEEPING AN EYE ON MY NIECE AND NEPHEW, RYDER. I HAVE AN EXTRA-BUSY DAY AHEAD.
Ryder says, NO PROBLEM, MAYOR GOODWAY. I BET MAYORS HAVE A LOT TO DO.
Mayor Goodway says, OH, YES. TODAY, I'M DEDICATING THE NEW GOALPOSTS AT THE SPORTS FIELD. THEN, IT'S OFF TO MR. PORTER'S CAFÉ FOR A PHOTO OP.
Julia says, HE NAMED A SANDWICH AFTER MY AUNTIE.
Mayor Goodway says, I'M HONOURED, OF COURSE. THEN, OFF TO THE PIER TO DEDICATE THE NEW ANCHOR FOR CAP'N TURBOT'S BOAT.
Julia says, AND DON'T FORGET, YOU'RE GOING TO FARMER AL AND YUMI'S, TOO.
Mayor Goodway says, I'M GETTING AN OFFICIAL SNEAK PEEK AT THE PARADE FLOAT THEY'VE MADE. IT'S FOR THE FLOWER PETAL FESTIVAL.
Julia asks, CAN I COME ALONG, AUNTIE? I WANT TO LEARN HOW TO DO MAYOR STUFF LIKE YOU.
Mayor says, OH, THAT'S SO SWEET. JULIUS, WOULD YOU LIKE TO COME WITH US, TOO?
[Julius grunting]
Julius and Marshall run after the soccer ball.
[Marshall laughing]
Julius says, NO THANKS. I'M THE LEADER OF THE PACK.
[Barking]
[Marshall panting]
Mayor Goodway says, COME ALONG, THEN, MY MINI-MAYOR. WE HAVE OFFICIAL BUSINESS TO CONDUCT.
Mayor Goodway walks away with her hand on her hip and a finger raised. Julia walks away like Mayor Goodway. In Town Square, a brown-haired woman wearing a pink T-shirt walks toward Mayor Goodway.
Mayor Goodway says, CHICKALETTA AND I HOPE YOU HAVE
A HAPPY ADVENTURE BAY DAY.
Standing close by, Julia wears a blue blazer, a blue skirt and red shoes and carries a red purse matching Mayor Goodway’s.
Julia says, AND SO DOES ITTY-BITTY CHICKY.
She carries a toy chicken, Itty-Bitty Chicky, in her purse.

Elsewhere in town, Mayor Goodway stands under a big red ribbon hanging in a football goalpost.

Mayor Goodway holds up Chickaletta. Chickaletta pecks through the ribbon.

Mayor Goodway stands at the top of a ladder beside the goalpost. Julia stands on the ladder a few rungs down with Itty-Bitty Chicky. Outside Mr. Porter’s Café, Mr. Porter picks up a long submarine sandwich.
Mr. Porter says, IT'S THE MAYOR GOODWAY SPECIAL. HAM AND MAYOR-NAISE.
[Mayor Goodway laughing]
[Mr. Porter chuckling]
Mayor Goodway takes a bite of the sandwich.
[Chomping]
[Camera shutters clicking]
Julia takes a bite of the sandwich.

[Mayor Goodway and Mr. Porter laughing]
On Cap’n Turbot’s boat, The Flounder, Cap’n Turbot and Julia stand on either side of Mayor Goodway.
Mayor Goodway says, AS MAYOR OF ADVENTURE BAY, I HEREBY OFFICIALLY DEDICATE THIS ANCHOR.
Mayor Goodway opens a bottle of sparkling water.
[Popping]
Mayor Goodway says, MAY IT KEEP THE FLOUNDER SAFELY IN PLACE.
She pours sparkling water on an anchor hanging off the boat. Cap’n Turbot raises his hand in a salute.
[Splashing]
On Farmer Al and Farmer Yumi’s farm, Mayor Goodway leaves her car with Julia.
[Doors closing]
Mayor Goodway and Julia join Farmer Al and Yumi outside a barn. Farmer Al spreads lines of glue across a van.
[Farmer Yumi gasping]
Farmer Yumi says, I'M SO GLAD YOU CAME TO SEE OUR SPECIAL PROJECT, MAYOR GOODWAY.
Mayor Goodway says, AND I BROUGHT MY SPECIAL MINI-MAYOR.
Julia smiles and waves.
Mayor Goodway says, OH, SUCH AN EXCELLENT JOB. IT LOOKS LOVELY. BRAVO. UM, WHAT IS IT?
Farmer Yumi says, TO CELEBRATE THE FLOWER PETAL FESTIVAL, WE MADE THIS PARADE FLOAT THAT EVERYONE CAN DECORATE WITH PETALS FROM ALL OVER TOWN.
Farmer Al says, YEP. JUST STICK THEM ON. GIVE IT A TRY, MS. MINI-MAYOR.
He hands Julia a flower. Julia glues the flower onto the float.
Julia says, COOL! I MEAN, EXCELLENT JOB.
Mayor Goodway says, THIS MAYOR IS DULY IMPRESSED.
Farmer Al says, IT GETS EVEN BETTER. ON FLOWER FESTIVAL DAY, I'LL DRIVE THIS ALL AROUND TOWN SO EVERYONE CAN SEE IT!
Farmer Yumi says, AND YOU AND CHICKALETTA WILL RIDE ON IT FROM RIGHT THERE.
Mayor Goodway looks at the float.
Farmer Yumi says, YOU CAN WAVE TO THE CROWD LIKE IT'S A ONE-FLOAT PARADE.
Mayor Goodway says, IT'S A MAYOR'S DREAM COME TRUE.
Julia says, AND A MINI-MAYOR'S, TOO!
Mayor Goodway says, LET'S PRACTICE WAVING, CHICKALETTA.
She steps onto a platform at the back of the float and waves.
[Chickaletta squawking]
Farmer Yumi says, WE'LL DECORATE THE FLOAT AFTER AL AND I ATTACH THE STEERING WHEEL.
She walks away from the float.
Farmer Al says, SEE? THAT BUTTON STARTS THE ENGINE.
He points to a button behind Mayor Goodway.
Farmer Al says, THEN I'LL CLIMB UNDER THERE AND DRIVE, SO FOLKS CAN'T SEE ME UNDER ALL THE PETALS. FOOLPROOF, HUH?
Farmer Yumi calls out, IT IS IF YOU TELL ME WHERE YOU PUT THE STEERING WHEEL, AL!
Farmer Al says, IT'S OVER BY THE FEED SACKS! I'LL SHOW YOU.
He walks away.
Julia asks, CAN ITTY-BITTY CHICKY AND I PRACTICE WAVING, TOO?
Mayor Goodway says, OF COURSE, SWEETIE.
Julia hops onto the platform with Mayor Goodway, and the float shakes.
Mayor Goodway says, WOAH!
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
Mayor Goodway stumbles and presses the engine button.
[Beeping]
[Engine revving]
Mayor Goodway asks, WHAT WAS THAT?
The float rolls away from the barn. Mayor Goodway and Julia grab onto the float.
[Julia yelping]
Mayor Goodway says, OH, NO! WE SEEM TO BE STUCK!
Farmer Al and Yumi return. Farmer Al holds up a steering wheel.
Farmer Al says, UH-OH.
The float crashes through a fence and knocks a piece of it into the air. The fence piece lands on the roof of the float. Stuck to the float, Mayor Goodway glances at Julia as they zoom toward farm goat Garbie, munching on grass.
[Garbie bleating]
Garbie sticks to the side of the float.
[Mayor Goodway screaming]
[Garbie bleating]
Farmer Al and Yumi chase after the float.
Mayor Goodway yelps, WHOA-HO-HO!
Farmer Al says, MAYOR, MINI-MAYOR, GARBIE! COME BACK. YOU NEED A DRIVER! OH, NO. YUMI, CALL THE PAW PATROL!
Farmer Yumi pulls out her phone.
[Phone beeping]
Outside the Lookout, Julius chases after the ping-pong ball with Marshall.
[Julius giggling]
Julius says, I LOVE PLAYING PUP PING-PONG!
[Ringing]
Ryder answers a video call on his pup pad communicator.
Ryder says, FARMER YUMI? IS SOMETHING WRONG?
On the video call, Farmer Yumi says, WELL, WE MADE A PARADE FLOAT FOR THE FLOWER PETAL FESTIVAL, AND IT DROVE OFF BY ITSELF.
Farmer Al says, NOW IT'S HEADING TOWARD TOWN!
Ryder says, OH, NO. HAVE YOU WARNED MAYOR GOODWAY?
Farmer Al says, ACTUALLY, SHE'S STUCK ON IT. SO IS JULIA AND GARBIE AND A COUPLE OF DAISIES.
Farmer Yumi says, SEE, IT'S COVERED IN GLUE.
Ryder says, WE'RE ON OUR WAY. NO PARADE FLOAT IS TOO STICKY. NO PUP IS TOO SMALL!
Ryder taps a button on the pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
Rubble, Skye and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
Ryder says, PAW PATROL, TO THE LOOKOUT.
Rubble, Skye and Marshall say, RYDER NEEDS US!
Marshall flips over a basketball.
He says, WHOOPSIE.
Marshall bounces off a soccer ball.
He yelps, WHOA!
The other pups run into the elevator inside the Lookout.
Zuma warns, CAREFUL, MARSHALL!
Chase says, LOOK OUT!
Marshall stumbles into the Lookout with a tennis ball.
Marshall yelps, WHOA!
[Crashing]
[Grunting]
Marshall lies in a pile on top of the other pups and bounces the tennis ball on his head. Julius runs into the elevator, and Marshall bounces the ball to him.
Marshall says, YOUR SERVE, JULIUS.
[Pups laughing]
The elevator doors close, and the pups ride up the tower with Julius. They pause behind the Paw Patrol badge, then continue to the observation deck wearing their Paw Patrol uniforms.
[Elevator dinging]
In the observation deck, the pups run out of the elevator and line up side-by-side with Julius.
Chase says, PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR.
Ryder presses a button on the pup pad, and a large monitor lowers over a control panel behind him.
Ryder says, says, THANKS FOR COMING, PUPS. WE'VE GOT A STICKY SITUATION.
In an animation, the monitor shows Mayor Goodway, Julia, and Garbie stuck to the parade float.
Ryder says, WE'VE GOT TO RESCUE MAYOR GOODWAY AND JULIA FROM A RUNAWAY PARADE FLOAT COVERED IN GLUE.
In the animation, Mayor Goodway says, LOOK OUT!
[Garbie bleating]
Rubble says, WOW. SOUNDS VERY CREATIVE.
Ryder says, YEAH! BUT WE HAVE TO STOP IT BEFORE HALF THE TOWN GETS STUCK TO IT. SO, FOR THIS MISSION, I'LL NEED CHASE.
Ryder taps Chase’s pup badge on the pup pad.
[Beeping]
Ryder says, YOU'LL USE YOUR CONES TO KEEP CARS AND FOLKS AWAY FROM THAT STICKY FLOAT.
Chase says, CHASE IS ON THE CASE.
Ryder says, AND I'LL NEED MARSHALL.
He taps Marshall’s badge on the pup pad.
[Beeping]
Ryder says, YOU'LL DRIVE ALONGSIDE THE FLOAT AND USE YOUR LADDER TO HELP MAYOR GOODWAY AND JULIA CLIMB OFF.
Marshall says, I'M FIRED UP!
Ryder says, JULIUS, YOU CAN RIDE ALONG WITH ME.
[Julius barking like a dog]
Julius says, I'LL BE A REAL ALMOST-PUP!
Ryder says, ALL RIGHT. PAW PATROL IS ON A ROLL!
[Barking]
[Howling]
Ryder and Julius swing down a fire pole.
A j sings, PAW PATROL! GO, GO, GO, GO.
[Chase barking]
Chase rides down the slide wrapped around the Lookout.
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO. PAW PATROL! GO, GO, GO, GO.
Marshall stumbles down the slide.
He says, WHOA. WHOA! WHOA!
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Marshall rides down the slide behind Chase.
He says, WOAH!
The pup house platform rotates and lines up Chase’s police car pup house with the bottom of the slide. Chase leaps off the slide toward the pup house.
The singer cheers, CHASE!
[Chase barking]
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The roof of Chase’s pup house opens, and Chase drops into the seat underneath.
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
Chase’s pup house transforms into his police car.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL!
Chase drives away from the slide.
[Siren blaring]
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Marshall’s firetruck pup house slides into place at the bottom of the slide.
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Marshall slips off the slide toward his pup house.
Marshall yelps, WHOA!
The singer cheers, MARSHALL!
Marshall’s pup house opens, and Marshall drops into the seat inside.
[Marshall barking]
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
Marshall’s pup house transforms into his fire truck.
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO. PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL.
Marshall drives away from the slide.
[Siren wailing]
The Lookout garage opens, and Ryder jumps on his A.T.V., wearing a red helmet. Julius jumps on behind Ryder, wearing a blue helmet. Ryder zooms out of the garage.
[Tires squealing]
Ryder leads Chase and Marshall down a street and over a hill into town.
[Sirens wailing]
Elsewhere in town, the flower float swerves around a curve in the street. Mayor Goodway and Julia remain stuck to the front of the float, and Garbie on the side. A park bench and mailboxes stick to the float.
[Dramatic music plays]
[Tires squealing]
[Chickaletta squawking]
Mayor Goodway says, I KNOW WE'RE ALL FRIGHTENED, BUT STAY CALM.
Julia says, COME TO THE ADVENTURE BAY FLOWER FESTIVAL, EVERYONE!
She smiles at people on the sidewalk, watching the float zoom down the street.
[Sirens wailing]
Ryder chases after the float with Marshall and Chase.
[Tires screeching]
The float speeds past a no walking on the grass sign. The sign sticks to the float. Ryder drives up beside the float.
Julius says, WOW. BEING MAYOR LOOKS MORE FUN THAN I THOUGHT, JULIA!
Mayor Goodway says, OH, NO!
She closes her eyes.
[Honking]
The float speeds toward oncoming traffic and narrowly avoids a car.
Mayor Goodway says, NOT THAT MUCH FUN. HELP!
Ryder orders, CHASE, CLEAR THE TRAFFIC AHEAD.
Chase says, ON IT, RYDER.
He speeds past the float.
[Chase barking]
Chase orders, CONES!
Traffic cones pop out of Chase’s car onto a street. A car stops at the cones, and the float zooms past.
[Sirens wailing]
Chase says, WHEW! CLOSE ONE.
Mayor Goodway ducks under a flower banner.
She yelps, WHOA!
The banner sticks to the float and knocks away a park bench.
[Clanging]
Ryder and Marshall follow the float onto another street.
Ryder says, DON'T WORRY, MAYOR. WE'LL HELP EVERYONE OFF.
Mayor Goodway says, BUT WE'RE ALL STUCK.
Ryder orders, MARSHALL, USE YOUR WATER CANNON TO LOOSEN THE GLUE.
Marshall drives up beside Ryder and the float.
He says, SURE THING!
Marshall steers his firetruck ahead of the float.
[Marshall barking]
Marshall orders, WATER CANNON!
He sprays water at the glue around Mayor Goodway and Julia with his pup pack water cannon.
[Splashing]
[Julia grunting]
Mayor Goodway and Julia stand on the float platform among flowers stuck to the glue. Marshall sprays water on the glue around Garbie.
[Splashing]
Garbie drops off the side of the float onto a crate still stuck to the float.
[Garbie bleating]
The float swerves around the street.
[Tires squealing]
The float turns down a street, and Marshall’s firetruck spins.
[Marshall gasping]
The float turns into Town Square.
[Mayor Goodway gasping]
Mayor Goodway holds on tight to Julia’s hand, and a mailbox stuck to the float. Marshall drives up beside them.
Marshall says, OKAY, EVERYONE. CLIMB ON MY LADDER.
He drives ahead of the float.
[Marshall barking]
Marshall orders, LADDER!
Marshall connects his truck ladder to the float.
[Clanging]
Marshall bumps into the Town Square Chickaletta statue and knocks it high in the air.
[Banging]
Julia says, WHOA!
The float bounces and Julia and Mayor Goodway are thrown in the air. Marshall and the float spin over the tulip garden in front of City Hall.
Marshall yells, WHOA-OH!
The Chickaletta statue lands on top of the float. Julia lands beside it.
Julie cheers, WHEE!
Mayor Goodway yells, WHOA!
She lands on top of the float. Garbie falls and sticks to the back of the float.
[Garbie bleating]
Marshall’s ladder sticks to puddles of glue on the float.
[Squelching]
Marshall says, UH-OH. NOW MY LADDER IS STUCK!
Ryder says, SEE IF YOU CAN LOOSEN YOUR LADDER WITH YOUR WATER CANNON!
Marshall aims his pup pack water cannon toward his ladder. The float swerves side to side.
Marshall says, I CAN'T GET A CLEAR SHOT!
The float zooms through the tulip garden. The float drags Marshall and his firetruck through the flowers and destroys the garden.
Mayor Goodway says, NO! NOT MY PRECIOUS TULIPS!
Tulips stick to the float.
Julia asks, WEREN'T WE GOING TO ADD THEM TO THE FLOAT ANYWAY, AUNTIE?
Mayor Goodway says, WELL, I SUPPOSE SO.
She looks down the street ahead.
[Mayor Goodway gasping]
Mayor Goodway says, YIKES!
Marshall and the float race across train tracks and up a hill.
Julia says, GOOD NEWS, AUNTIE. WE'RE GOING UP A HILL! MAYBE IT'LL SLOW US DOWN.
Mayor Goodway looks back at Julia and smiles.
Mayor Goodway says, GOOD NEWS INDEED, MY LITTLE MINI-MAYOR NIECE. AH, AND THE LESSON HERE, JULIA, IS THAT AS MAYORS, WE SHOULD REMAIN CALM DESPITE THE MANY CHALLENGES.
The float rolls to a stop and then starts to roll backward. Mayor Goodway glances at the street, and the float picks up speed.
[Mayor Goodway screaming]
Mayor Goodway yells, HELP!
Marshall says, I THINK I CAN FINALLY HIT IT!
He blasts the puddles of glue with his water cannons and loosens his ladder off the float.
[Splashing]
Marshall spins his truck around to the back of the float and speeds toward Mayor Goodway.
[Tires screeching]
Marshall says, IT WORKED! I'M FREE, RYDER!
He follows the float across the train tracks. Ryder follows with Julius.
Ryder says, TRY TO GET MAYOR GOODWAY AND JULIA FREE AGAIN, MARSHALL.
The float tilts onto two wheels and swerves down the street.
[Clanging]
Marshall says, OKAY, BUT THEY'RE REALLY SWERVING.
Mayor Goodway hugs Chickaletta tight in her purse.
Julia says, A MAYOR SHOULD ALWAYS STAY CALM. WE JUST NEED SOMETHING LIKE...
[Julia gasping]
Julia says, ...AN ANCHOR! LIKE THE NEW ONE ON CAP'N TURBOT'S BOAT.
Ryder says, GREAT IDEA, JULIA!
He drives beside the float.
Ryder orders, SKYE, COPTER TO THE FLOUNDER AND BORROW CAP'N TURBOT'S NEW ANCHOR.
Through the pup pad, Skye says, THIS PUPPY’S GOTTA FLY.
In the Bay, Cap’n Turbot pulls his new anchor out of the water.
[Splashing]
Cap’n Turbot says, IT'S ANCHORS AWAY FOR THIS WATERY WEED-BEARER!
[Helicopter blades whirring]
Skye flies over Cap’n Turbot.
Skye asks, CAP'N TURBOT? MAY I BORROW YOUR ANCHOR FOR A RESCUE?
Cap’n Turbot says, SURE! GLAD TO SHARE MY SHINY NEW SHIP-STOPPER.
[Cap’n Turbot chuckling]
Skye lowers a hook on a cable from her helicopter. She connects the hook to the anchor and flies away.
[Sirens blaring]
On the street, Ryder, the float, and Marshall speed toward the sports field with the new goalposts.
Ryder says, HURRY, SKYE. WE'VE GOT TO STOP THEM BEFORE THEY HIT THE GOALPOSTS!
Mayor Goodway says, OH, NO! THEY'RE BRAND NEW!
She covers Chickaletta’s eyes.
[Helicopter blades whirring]
Julia looks up at the sky.
She says, THERE'S SKYE WITH THE ANCHOR!
The anchor swings in the air. Ryder taps a button on his helmet.
Through a radio, Ryder says, WE HAVE ONE CHANCE, SKYE.
Skye says, THAT'S ALL I NEED, RYDER.

Beside Rubble, Zuma bounces a ping-pong ball on his nose.

He bounces the ping-pong ball to Rubble.

He kicks a soccer ball toward the pups.

Mayor Goodway and Julia join Farmer Al and Yumi outside a barn. Farmer Al spreads lines of glue across a van.

Farmer Al says, YEP. JUST STICK THEM ON. GIVE IT A TRY, MS. MINI-MAYOR.
He hands Julia a flower. Julia glues the flower onto the float.
Julia says, COOL! I MEAN, EXCELLENT JOB.
Mayor Goodway says, THIS MAYOR IS DULY IMPRESSED.
Farmer Al says, IT GETS EVEN BETTER. ON FLOWER FESTIVAL DAY, I'LL DRIVE THIS ALL AROUND TOWN SO EVERYONE CAN SEE IT!
Farmer Yumi says, AND YOU AND CHICKALETTA WILL RIDE ON IT FROM RIGHT THERE.
Mayor Goodway looks at the float.
Farmer Yumi says, YOU CAN WAVE TO THE CROWD LIKE IT'S A ONE-FLOAT PARADE.
Mayor Goodway says, IT'S A MAYOR'S DREAM COME TRUE.
Julia says, AND A MINI-MAYOR'S, TOO!
Mayor Goodway says, LET'S PRACTICE WAVING, CHICKALETTA.
She steps onto a platform at the back of the float and waves.
[Chickaletta squawking]
Farmer Yumi says, WE'LL DECORATE THE FLOAT AFTER AL AND I ATTACH THE STEERING WHEEL.
She walks away from the float.
Farmer Al says, SEE? THAT BUTTON STARTS THE ENGINE.
He points to a button behind Mayor Goodway.
Farmer Al says, THEN I'LL CLIMB UNDER THERE AND DRIVE, SO FOLKS CAN'T SEE ME UNDER ALL THE PETALS. FOOLPROOF, HUH?
Farmer Yumi calls out, IT IS IF YOU TELL ME WHERE YOU PUT THE STEERING WHEEL, AL!
Farmer Al says, IT'S OVER BY THE FEED SACKS! I'LL SHOW YOU.
He walks away.
Julia asks, CAN ITTY-BITTY CHICKY AND I PRACTICE WAVING, TOO?
Mayor Goodway says, OF COURSE, SWEETIE.
Julia hops onto the platform with Mayor Goodway, and the float shakes.

The float rolls away from the barn. Mayor Goodway and Julia grab onto the float.

Farmer Al and Yumi return. Farmer Al holds up a steering wheel.
Farmer Al says, UH-OH.
The float crashes through a fence and knocks a piece of it into the air. The fence piece lands on the roof of the float. Stuck to the float, Mayor Goodway glances at Julia as they zoom toward farm goat Garbie, munching on grass.
[Garbie bleating]
Garbie sticks to the side of the float.
[Mayor Goodway screaming]

Farmer Al and Yumi chase after the float.

Farmer Yumi pulls out her phone.

Outside the Lookout, Julius chases after the ping-pong ball with Marshall.

Julius says, I LOVE PLAYING PUP PING-PONG!
[Ringing]
Ryder answers a video call on his pup pad communicator.
Ryder says, FARMER YUMI? IS SOMETHING WRONG?
On the video call, Farmer Yumi says, WELL, WE MADE A PARADE FLOAT FOR THE FLOWER PETAL FESTIVAL, AND IT DROVE OFF BY ITSELF.
Farmer Al says, NOW IT'S HEADING TOWARD TOWN!
Ryder says, OH, NO. HAVE YOU WARNED MAYOR GOODWAY?
Farmer Al says, ACTUALLY, SHE'S STUCK ON IT. SO IS JULIA AND GARBIE AND A COUPLE OF DAISIES.
Farmer Yumi says, SEE, IT'S COVERED IN GLUE.
Ryder says, WE'RE ON OUR WAY. NO PARADE FLOAT IS TOO STICKY. NO PUP IS TOO SMALL!
Ryder taps a button on the pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
Rubble, Skye and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
Ryder says, PAW PATROL, TO THE LOOKOUT.
Rubble, Skye and Marshall say, RYDER NEEDS US!
Marshall flips over a basketball.
He says, WHOOPSIE.
Marshall bounces off a soccer ball.
He yelps, WHOA!
The other pups run into the elevator inside the Lookout.
Zuma warns, CAREFUL, MARSHALL!
Chase says, LOOK OUT!
Marshall stumbles into the Lookout with a tennis ball.
Marshall yelps, WHOA!
[Crashing]
[Grunting]
Marshall lies in a pile on top of the other pups and bounces the tennis ball on his head. Julius runs into the elevator, and Marshall bounces the ball to him.
Marshall says, YOUR SERVE, JULIUS.
[Pups laughing]
The elevator doors close, and the pups ride up the tower with Julius. They pause behind the Paw Patrol badge, then continue to the observation deck wearing their Paw Patrol uniforms.
[Elevator dinging]
In the observation deck, the pups run out of the elevator and line up side-by-side with Julius.
Chase says, PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR.
Ryder presses a button on the pup pad, and a large monitor lowers over a control panel behind him.
Ryder says, says, THANKS FOR COMING, PUPS. WE'VE GOT A STICKY SITUATION.
In an animation, the monitor shows Mayor Goodway, Julia, and Garbie stuck to the parade float.
Ryder says, WE'VE GOT TO RESCUE MAYOR GOODWAY AND JULIA FROM A RUNAWAY PARADE FLOAT COVERED IN GLUE.
In the animation, Mayor Goodway says, LOOK OUT!
[Garbie bleating]
Rubble says, WOW. SOUNDS VERY CREATIVE.
Ryder says, YEAH! BUT WE HAVE TO STOP IT BEFORE HALF THE TOWN GETS STUCK TO IT. SO, FOR THIS MISSION, I'LL NEED CHASE.
Ryder taps Chase’s pup badge on the pup pad.
[Beeping]
Ryder says, YOU'LL USE YOUR CONES TO KEEP CARS AND FOLKS AWAY FROM THAT STICKY FLOAT.
Chase says, CHASE IS ON THE CASE.
Ryder says, AND I'LL NEED MARSHALL.
He taps Marshall’s badge on the pup pad.
[Beeping]
Ryder says, YOU'LL DRIVE ALONGSIDE THE FLOAT AND USE YOUR LADDER TO HELP MAYOR GOODWAY AND JULIA CLIMB OFF.
Marshall says, I'M FIRED UP!
Ryder says, JULIUS, YOU CAN RIDE ALONG WITH ME.
[Julius barking like a dog]
Julius says, I'LL BE A REAL ALMOST-PUP!
Ryder says, ALL RIGHT. PAW PATROL IS ON A ROLL!

Ryder and Julius swing down a fire pole.

Chase rides down the slide wrapped around the Lookout.

Marshall stumbles down the slide.
He says, WHOA. WHOA! WHOA!
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Marshall rides down the slide behind Chase.
He says, WOAH!
The pup house platform rotates and lines up Chase’s police car pup house with the bottom of the slide. Chase leaps off the slide toward the pup house.
The singer cheers, CHASE!
[Chase barking]
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The roof of Chase’s pup house opens, and Chase drops into the seat underneath.
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
Chase’s pup house transforms into his police car.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL!
Chase drives away from the slide.
[Siren blaring]
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Marshall’s firetruck pup house slides into place at the bottom of the slide.

Marshall slips off the slide toward his pup house.

The singer cheers, MARSHALL!
Marshall’s pup house opens, and Marshall drops into the seat inside.

Elsewhere in town, the flower float swerves around a curve in the street. Mayor Goodway and Julia remain stuck to the front of the float, and Garbie on the side. A park bench and mailboxes stick to the float.
[Dramatic music plays]

Mayor Goodway says, I KNOW WE'RE ALL FRIGHTENED, BUT STAY CALM.
Julia says, COME TO THE ADVENTURE BAY FLOWER FESTIVAL, EVERYONE!
She smiles at people on the sidewalk, watching the float zoom down the street.
[Sirens wailing]
Ryder chases after the float with Marshall and Chase.
[Tires screeching]
The float speeds past a no walking on the grass sign. The sign sticks to the float. Ryder drives up beside the float.
Julius says, WOW. BEING MAYOR LOOKS MORE FUN THAN I THOUGHT, JULIA!
Mayor Goodway says, OH, NO!
She closes her eyes.
[Honking]
The float speeds toward oncoming traffic and narrowly avoids a car.
Mayor Goodway says, NOT THAT MUCH FUN. HELP!
Ryder orders, CHASE, CLEAR THE TRAFFIC AHEAD.
Chase says, ON IT, RYDER.
He speeds past the float.
[Chase barking]
Chase orders, CONES!
Traffic cones pop out of Chase’s car onto a street. A car stops at the cones, and the float zooms past.
[Sirens wailing]
Chase says, WHEW! CLOSE ONE.
Mayor Goodway ducks under a flower banner.
She yelps, WHOA!
The banner sticks to the float and knocks away a park bench.
[Clanging]
Ryder and Marshall follow the float onto another street.
Ryder says, DON'T WORRY, MAYOR. WE'LL HELP EVERYONE OFF.
Mayor Goodway says, BUT WE'RE ALL STUCK.
Ryder orders, MARSHALL, USE YOUR WATER CANNON TO LOOSEN THE GLUE.
Marshall drives up beside Ryder and the float.
He says, SURE THING!
Marshall steers his firetruck ahead of the float.
[Marshall barking]
Marshall orders, WATER CANNON!
He sprays water at the glue around Mayor Goodway and Julia with his pup pack water cannon.
[Splashing]
[Julia grunting]
Mayor Goodway and Julia stand on the float platform among flowers stuck to the glue. Marshall sprays water on the glue around Garbie.

Garbie drops off the side of the float onto a crate still stuck to the float.
[Garbie bleating]
The float swerves around the street.
[Tires squealing]
The float turns down a street, and Marshall’s firetruck spins.
[Marshall gasping]
The float turns into Town Square.
[Mayor Goodway gasping]
Mayor Goodway holds on tight to Julia’s hand, and a mailbox stuck to the float. Marshall drives up beside them.
Marshall says, OKAY, EVERYONE. CLIMB ON MY LADDER.
He drives ahead of the float.
[Marshall barking]
Marshall orders, LADDER!
Marshall connects his truck ladder to the float.
[Clanging]
Marshall bumps into the Town Square Chickaletta statue and knocks it high in the air.
[Banging]
Julia says, WHOA!
The float bounces and Julia and Mayor Goodway are thrown in the air. Marshall and the float spin over the tulip garden in front of City Hall.
Marshall yells, WHOA-OH!
The Chickaletta statue lands on top of the float. Julia lands beside it.
Julie cheers, WHEE!
Mayor Goodway yells, WHOA!
She lands on top of the float. Garbie falls and sticks to the back of the float.
[Garbie bleating]
Marshall’s ladder sticks to puddles of glue on the float.
[Squelching]
Marshall says, UH-OH. NOW MY LADDER IS STUCK!
Ryder says, SEE IF YOU CAN LOOSEN YOUR LADDER WITH YOUR WATER CANNON!
Marshall aims his pup pack water cannon toward his ladder. The float swerves side to side.

The float zooms through the tulip garden. The float drags Marshall and his firetruck through the flowers and destroys the garden.
Mayor Goodway says, NO! NOT MY PRECIOUS TULIPS!
Tulips stick to the float.
Julia asks, WEREN'T WE GOING TO ADD THEM TO THE FLOAT ANYWAY, AUNTIE?
Mayor Goodway says, WELL, I SUPPOSE SO.
She looks down the street ahead.
[Mayor Goodway gasping]
Mayor Goodway says, YIKES!
Marshall and the float race across train tracks and up a hill.
Julia says, GOOD NEWS, AUNTIE. WE'RE GOING UP A HILL! MAYBE IT'LL SLOW US DOWN.
Mayor Goodway looks back at Julia and smiles.
Mayor Goodway says, GOOD NEWS INDEED, MY LITTLE MINI-MAYOR NIECE. AH, AND THE LESSON HERE, JULIA, IS THAT AS MAYORS, WE SHOULD REMAIN CALM DESPITE THE MANY CHALLENGES.
The float rolls to a stop and then starts to roll backward. Mayor Goodway glances at the street, and the float picks up speed.
[Mayor Goodway screaming]
Mayor Goodway yells, HELP!
Marshall says, I THINK I CAN FINALLY HIT IT!
He blasts the puddles of glue with his water cannons and loosens his ladder off the float.
[Splashing]
Marshall spins his truck around to the back of the float and speeds toward Mayor Goodway.
[Tires screeching]
Marshall says, IT WORKED! I'M FREE, RYDER!
He follows the float across the train tracks. Ryder follows with Julius.
Ryder says, TRY TO GET MAYOR GOODWAY AND JULIA FREE AGAIN, MARSHALL.
The float tilts onto two wheels and swerves down the street.
[Clanging]
Marshall says, OKAY, BUT THEY'RE REALLY SWERVING.
Mayor Goodway hugs Chickaletta tight in her purse.
Julia says, A MAYOR SHOULD ALWAYS STAY CALM. WE JUST NEED SOMETHING LIKE...
[Julia gasping]
Julia says, ...AN ANCHOR! LIKE THE NEW ONE ON CAP'N TURBOT'S BOAT.
Ryder says, GREAT IDEA, JULIA!
He drives beside the float.
Ryder orders, SKYE, COPTER TO THE FLOUNDER AND BORROW CAP'N TURBOT'S NEW ANCHOR.
Through the pup pad, Skye says, THIS PUPPY’S GOTTA FLY.
In the Bay, Cap’n Turbot pulls his new anchor out of the water.
[Splashing]
Cap’n Turbot says, IT'S ANCHORS AWAY FOR THIS WATERY WEED-BEARER!
[Helicopter blades whirring]
Skye flies over Cap’n Turbot.
Skye asks, CAP'N TURBOT? MAY I BORROW YOUR ANCHOR FOR A RESCUE?
Cap’n Turbot says, SURE! GLAD TO SHARE MY SHINY NEW SHIP-STOPPER.
[Cap’n Turbot chuckling]
Skye lowers a hook on a cable from her helicopter. She connects the hook to the anchor and flies away.
[Sirens blaring]
On the street, Ryder, the float, and Marshall speed toward the sports field with the new goalposts.
Ryder says, HURRY, SKYE. WE'VE GOT TO STOP THEM BEFORE THEY HIT THE GOALPOSTS!
Mayor Goodway says, OH, NO! THEY'RE BRAND NEW!
She covers Chickaletta’s eyes.
[Helicopter blades whirring]
Julia looks up at the sky.
She says, THERE'S SKYE WITH THE ANCHOR!
The anchor swings in the air. Ryder taps a button on his helmet.
Through a radio, Ryder says, WE HAVE ONE CHANCE, SKYE.
Skye says, THAT'S ALL I NEED, RYDER.
She zooms behind the float and drops the anchor. The rope on the anchor sticks to the float. The float pulls on the anchor and drags it through the ground.
[Clanging]
The float slows and approaches one of the goalposts.
Everyone cheers, WOO-HOO!
[Anchor clanging]
The float stops in front of the goalpost.
Someone says, NICE!
Mayor Goodway cheers, WHOO-HOO!
[Cheering]
Julius picks up a fallen tulip and feeds it to Garbie, still stuck to the back of the float.
[Munching]
[Garbie bleating happily]
Later on the field, Mayor Goodway stands beside the float facing Julia, Julius, Ryder, Rocky, Skye, Marshall, Chase, Garbie and Chickaletta.
[Cheerful music plays]
Julia turns to Julius and says, YOU'RE SO LUCKY GETTING TO RIDE WITH THE PAW PATROL, JULIUS!
Julius says, YEAH, BUT BEING MINI-MAYOR LOOKED LIKE A REAL ROLLER COASTER RIDE! I WANT TO GO ON THE BACKWARDS STICKY FLOAT NEXT TIME.
[Mayor Goodway chuckling]
Mayor Goodway says, LET'S HOPE THERE IS NO NEXT TIME.
Farmer Al and Yumi walk up to the float.
Farmer Al says, DON'T SEE HOW, SINCE OUR PARADE FLOAT IS PRETTY MUCH A MESS.
Julia says, NOT TO THIS MINI-MAYOR! IT'S COVERED WITH ALL OF THE STUFF THAT MAKES ADVENTURE BAY WHAT IT IS.
Julius says, RIGHT. EVEN AUNTIE MAYOR'S TULIPS.
Mayor Goodway says, SUCH WISDOM FROM OUR YOUTH. THIS WILL BE OUR FINEST FLOWER PETAL FESTIVAL EVER! THANKS TO ALL, ESPECIALLY THE PAW PATROL.
Ryder says, YOU'RE WELCOME. WHENEVER YOU'RE REALLY STUCK, JUST YELP FOR HELP.
From nearby, a woman says, HEY! THAT'S MY MAILBOX. COOL.
People from around town walk toward the float.
A black-haired woman says, MY LAWN MOWER IS FAMOUS!
Farmer Al says, OH, WOW!
[Farmer Yumi laughing]
