Transcript: Pups Save a Puffy Mayor
The sun shines over Adventure Bay.
[Upbeat music plays]
A singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL, WE'LL BE THERE ON THE DOUBLE.
The Paw Patrol pups run into the Lookout tower.
The singer sings, WHENEVER THERE'S A PROBLEM, 'ROUND ADVENTURE BAY, RYDER AND HIS TEAM OF PUPS WILL COME AND SAVE THE DAY.
The Paw Patrol pups ride a slide wrapped around the Lookout.
The singer sings, MARSHALL, RUBBLE, CHASE, ROCKY, ZUMA, SKYE YEAH! THEY'RE ON THE WAY.
Marshall is a Dalmatian firefighter. Rubble is an English Bulldog construction worker. Chase is a German Shepherd police dog. Rocky is a grey and white environment-friendly pup. Zuma is a chocolate Labrador who loves the water. Skye is a Cockapoo who flies a helicopter.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL WHENEVER YOU'RE IN TROUBLE.
Ryder, the Paw Patrol’s brown-haired leader, races through Adventure Bay with the pups, each in their special vehicle.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL WE'LL BE THERE ON THE DOUBLE.
Marshall stumbles down his firetruck ladder with a dinosaur egg.
The singer sings, NO JOB'S TOO BIG, NO PUP'S TOO SMALL. PAW PATROL, WE'RE ON A ROLL.
Chase saves young Alex Porter with his net.
The singer sings, SO HERE WE GO, PAW PATROL, WHOA-OH-OH.
Ryder gives the pups treats.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, WHOA-OH-OH-OH, PAW PATROL.
The pups play outside the Lookout with Ryder.
[Barking]

In Town Square, Mayor Goodway walks up to a fashion show runway stage with a blue carpet. She carries Chickaletta and wears a headset.
Mayor Goodway says, THIS WILL BE SO EXCITING! ADVENTURE BAY'S FIRST FASHION SHOW.
[Chickaletta squawking]
Mayor Goodway meets Ryder, Chase and Zuma at the end of the runway.
Ryder says, IT'S GOING TO BE PAW-SOME!
He turns toward Zuma and Chase.
Ryder says, HEY, ZUMA AND CHASE, CAN YOU HELP PUT THIS RUNWAY TOGETHER?
Zuma says, YOU GOT IT, RYDER.
He, Chase and Ryder run to the Paw Patroller parked on the street. Together, they carry two boards out of the vehicle and through Town Square.
At the end of the runway, Chase asks, READY, ZUMA? AND... PUSH!
Chase, Zuma and Ryder push the boards into place at the end of the runway.
[Grunting]
Rocky runs down the runway.
He says, MY TURN!
Rocky leaps off the runway.
[Rocky barking]
Rocky orders, SCREWDRIVER!
He screws the boards into place with his pup pack screwdriver.
[Screwdriver whirring]
To the far left of the runway, Rubble stands at his turntable in a D.J. station wearing a hat, sunglasses and headset. Clothes hang on racks beside him. Mayor Goodway walks up to the station.
[Record scratching]
Mayor Goodway asks, HOW'S THE D.J. STATION COMING, RUBBLE?
[Upbeat tune plays]
Rubble says, D.J. RUBBLE IS IN THE PUP HOUSE.
Mayor Goodway dances.
She says, AND MY MODELS, WHERE ARE YOU?
She looks around. On the runway, Skye and Marshall step forward. Skye wears pink boots. Marshall wears a black hat with a yellow strap and a matching bowtie and collar.
Skye says, WE'RE RIGHT HERE, MAYOR GOODWAY.
She struts down the runway. Puffs of air billow out of her boots with each step. Skye and Marshall pose at the end of the runway carpet.
Marshall says, WE LOVE KATIE'S PUPPY CLOTHES.
Mayor Goodway says, AND THOSE CLOTHES LOVE YOU. YOU LOOK FABULOUS!
She walks over to a clothing rack.
Mayor Goodway says, BUT I STILL NEED A MODEL TO WEAR YUMI'S PUFFY SHIRT.
She pulls a puffy green shirt with yellow tractors off the rack.
Ryder says, DON'T WORRY. YOU'LL FIND SOMEONE.
Mayor Goodway hangs up the shirt and pulls out a stack of photos.
She says, HMM. MAYBE...
Mayor Goodway looks at headshot photos of Mr. Porter and Francois.
Mayor Goodway says, OKAY. BUT WHOEVER WEARS THIS HAS TO BE JUST RIGHT.
Mayor Humdinger runs up with a younger headshot of himself with long, luscious blond hair wearing a purple blazer over a pink T-shirt.
Mayor Humdinger says, HELLO! FAMOUS MODEL HERE.
He wiggles his fingers.
Mayor Goodway says, HMM.
She glances at the other headshots.
She says, MAYBE.
Mayor Humdinger says, WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, I PUT MYSELF THROUGH MAYORS' COLLEGE BY WORKING PART-TIME AS A RUNWAY MODEL.
[Rattling]
Rocky and Zuma walk between Mayor Humdinger and Mayor Goodway with a clothing rack.
Rocky says, EXCUSE ME.
Zuma says, COMING THROUGH!
Mayor Humdinger jumps back. Mayor Goodway looks at Mr. Porter and Farmer Al’s headshots.
Mayor Humdinger says, I WAS ALSO A HAND MODEL, AND I STILL USE CREAM TWICE A DAY TO KEEP THEM BABY SOFT.
He squirts hand cream into his hand, which bursts out of the bottle.
[Splatting]
Hand cream covers Mayor Humdinger’s top hat and suit.
Mayor Humdinger says, BLAH!
Looking at the headshots, Mayor Goodway says, HMM.
She looks at one picture and then the other.
Mayor Goodway says, FARMER AL? PERFECT!
She kisses her fingers and says, MWAH!
Mayor Humdinger wipes hand cream off his suit.
Mayor Goodway says, HE'LL LOOK GREAT IN A PUFFY SHIRT!
She looks through the clothes on a clothing rack.
Mayor Humdinger says, FARMER AL?
Mayor Goodway says, YES! HE'S GOING TO BE OUR FEATURE MODEL.
[Mayor Goodway gasping]
Mayor Goodway says, YOU SHOULD COME TO THE SHOW!
She passes Mayor Humdinger a flyer and walks away.
Mayor Humdinger says, NEVER!
He crumples the flyer between his hands.
[Mayor Humdinger grunting]
[Paper crunching]
[Mayor Humdinger yelping]
[Mayor Humdinger sobbing]
Mayor Humdinger cries, PAPER CUT.
In Foggy Bottom, fog billows around a cave in a hill on the beach.
From inside the cave, Mayor Humdinger says, SHE CHOSE FARMER AL OVER ME?
[Slight echoing]
In the cave, Mayor Humdinger’s kitten crew consisting of kitten versions of Rocky, Marshall, Rubble, Zuma, Chase and Skye stand at the control panel with weary expressions.
Mayor Humdinger says, I WAS A REAL MODEL, AND I WAS THE ONE WHO MADE THE PUFFY SHIRT COOL.
He walks around his lair with a book on his slightly flattened top hat. The book falls off; Mayor Humdinger walks over to a storage chest on the floor. Mayor Humdinger kneels. He opens the chest and tosses out a top hat, a trophy and other things, including a pen and pineapple.
[Mayor Humdinger cackling]
Mayor Humdinger takes a magazine out of the chest with a photo of his younger self on the cover. In the photo, Mayor Humdinger poses with one hand on his hip and the other behind his head.
[Giggling]
Mayor Humdinger glances at his kittens.
[Kitties giggling]
Mayor Humdinger says, HUMPH. WHAT DO KITTIES KNOW ABOUT FASHION? HUMPH.
[Mayor Humdinger gasping]
Mayor Humdinger says, I'VE GOT IT! I'LL DESIGN AN AMAZING OUTFIT AND SHOW MAYOR GOODWAY THAT I'M THE BEST FASHION MODEL.
He practices different modelling poses.
Mayor Humdinger says, OKAY. I'VE GOT MY SEWING KIT.
He pulls out a pocket sewing kit, and it pops open.
Mayor Humdinger says, NOW, WHERE'S MY GOOD FABRIC?
He looks around the lair.
[Ripping]
Mayor Humdinger wails, AH!
[Ripping]
Kitty Rocky drags his claws down a tall roll of white fabric. Kitties Chase and Skye knead pieces of torn fabric. Kitty Marshall lies on his back and plays with a piece of fabric.
[Kitty Marshall meowing]
In Town Square, Rubble turns a beat on his mixer.
[Record scratching]
[Upbeat mix playing]
Mayor Goodway stands behind one of the walls on either side of the runway. She watches Skye and Marshall walk down the carpet.
Into her headset microphone, Mayor Goodway says, FEAST YOUR EYES ON KATIE'S DESIGNS. IF YOU THOUGHT HER PET PARLOUR WAS ADORABLE, CHECK OUT THESE BOOTS!
Skye raises a front and back paw and shows off her boots. She does a flip, and air puffs out of her boots. Marshall follows Skye further down the runway,
Mayor Goodway says, MARSHALL IS LUCKY HE HAS HIS OWN FIRE ENGINE, BECAUSE HIS HAT AND BOW TIE ARE SMOKIN'.
Marshall flips his hat and strikes a pose. He leads Skye back to the start of the runway,
Mayor Goodway says, AND NOW FOR FARMER AL!
[Record scratching]
Farmer Al peaks out from behind the wall opposite Mayor Goodway. He wears Farmer Yumi’s puffy green shirt.
Farmer Al says, UH...
He hides behind the wall.
He says, OKAY.
Farmer Al steps onto the runway.
Mayor Goodway says, WHO'S ROCKING FARMER YUMI'S ELEGANT YET PLAYFULLY PUFFY SHIRT.
Farmer Al pauses on the runway and strikes a pose. He puts one hand on his up and raises the other. He smiles nervously.
[Crowd cheering]
A crowd stands at the end of the runway watching Farmer. Al. In the crowd, Farmer Yumi smiles and waves. Farmer Al smiles confidently. He raises his arms and flexes his puffy sleeves.
[Crowd cheering]
Farmer Al crouches and slides his hat sideways.
[Slide explosion]
Smoke bursts out from the start of the runway. Mayor Humdinger runs out in his button-down shirt and purple bowtie. He wears red gemstones on his purple top hat.
Mayor Humdinger says, BEHOLD, ADVENTURE BAY! WATCH AND LEARN AS A REAL MODEL SHOWS YOU HOW TO WEAR A PUFFY SHIRT.
[Funky music plays]
Mayor Humdinger presses a button on an air pump on his belt.
[Device beeping]
Mayor Humdinger’s shirt fills with air and puffs up.
[Air hissing]
Mayor Humdinger says, BET YOU CAN'T DO THIS, FARMER AL.
He struts down the runway and spins into a pose with his arm raised.
Farmer Al asks, YOU MEAN LIKE THIS?
He spins and copies Mayor Humdinger’s pose. Mayor Humdinger stands on one foot and spreads his arms.
Mayor Humdinger says, THE CRANE NECK.
Farmer Al copies Mayor Humdinger’s pose.
[Farmer Al grunting]
Mayor Humdinger strikes another pose. Farmer Al copies him.
Mayor Humdinger says, THE VOGUE.
[Farmer Al grunting]
Mayor Humdinger crouches like a cat.
He says, THE FIERCE KITTEN.
Farmer Al crouches like a cat.
[Farmer Al grunting]
Mayor Humdinger says, THE SHY SHIMMY.
He crosses one leg over the other and puts his hands under his chin. Farmer Al does the same.
[Farmer Al chuckling]
Near Rubble’s D.J. station, Mayor Goodway watches Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al with Ryder, Rocky and Zuma.
Mayor Goodway says, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON, BUT I CAN'T STOP WATCHING.
Mayor Humdinger walks around the runway like a chicken. He flaps his arms.
Zuma asks, IS HE DOING THE FUNKY CHICKALETTA?
Rocky says, I'M NOT SURE, BUT THE SEAGULLS SURE LIKE IT.
Two seagulls stand on the runway structure above Mayor Humdinger.
[Seagulls squawking]
Mayor Humdinger slips and falls on the runway.
He grunts, OOF!
He lands on the air pump attached to his belt.
[Air pump beeping]
[Air hissing]
Mayor Humdinger’s puffy shirt fills with more air, and he floats away.
Mayor Humdinger wails, WHOA! WHOA! WHOA! WHOA!
Farmer Al grabs onto Mayor Humdinger’s legs
Farmer Al says, I GOT YOU, MAYOR HUMDINGER!
He floats away with Mayor Humdinger.
Mayor Humdinger demands, GET ME DOWN!
Farmer Al yells, HELP!
Mayor Goodway says, RYDER?
Ryder says, ON IT, MAYOR GOODWAY.
He pulls out his pup pad.
Ryder says, NO SHIRT IS TOO PUFFY. NO PUP IS TOO SMALL.
He taps a button on the pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, PAW PATROL, TO THE PAW PATROLLER!
Zuma, Rubble and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
The three pups say, RYDER NEEDS US!
They turn toward the Paw Patroller parked on the street. Marshall steps into Skye’s pink boots.
[Air hissing]
Marshall says, HUH?
He slips through Town Square on his front paws.
Marshall yelps, WHOA!
The other Paw Patrol pups run up the Paw Patroller ramp in the back of the truck.
Zuma warns, CAREFUL, MARSHALL.
Rocky says, LOOK OUT!
Marshall wails, WHOA!
He slides toward the ramp.
[Banging]
[Grunting]
Marshall stands on top of the other pups in a pile on the floor.
He says, I TRIED TO BOOT IT OVER HERE AS FAST AS I COULD.
[Pups laughing]
The back door of the Paw Patroller closes. The pups run through the large truck and past the Paw Patrol badge on the side. The badge lights up and the pups continue to the front of the truck.
[Pups laughing]
[Barking and howling]
The pups run and jump in their seats. The seats turn the pups toward the front.
Chase says, PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR!
Ryder says, THANKS FOR HUSTLING, PUPS.
He sits in the front passenger seat beside Robo Dog. Ryder faces the pups. He taps the pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, AS YOU PUPS SAW, MAYOR HUMDINGER'S PUFFY SHIRT INFLATED AND NOW, HE AND FARMER AL ARE FLOATING OVER TOWN.
A monitor behind the pups shows Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al floating over City Hall.
Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al wail, WHOA!
Ryder says, SO, FOR THIS MISSION, I'LL NEED...
He swipes through the pup pad and taps Skye’s badge.
Ryder says, SKYE.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR COPTER AND HARNESS TO CATCH THEM AND SAFELY LOWER THEM TO THE GROUND.
Skye says, THIS PUPPY'S GOT TO FLY!
Ryder says, AND CHASE.
He taps Chase’s badge on the pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, I NEED YOU TO FOLLOW ON THE GROUND AND HAVE YOUR NET READY TO CATCH THEM IN CASE THEY FALL.
Chase says, CHASE IS ON THE CASE!
Ryder says, ALL RIGHT. PAW PATROL IS ON A ROLL!
A singer sings, PAW PATROL!
[Upbeat music plays]
Skye and Chase jump out of their seats and run through the Paw Patroller.
[Skye barking]
[Chase barking]
Singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
A platform with Skye’s pup house lowers from a storage compartment in the ceiling. The pup house roof opens, and Skye jumps in her seat.
The singer says, SKYE!
[Skye barking]
[Skye laughing]
A platform lowers Chase’s pup house from the ceiling. The pup house roof opens and Chase jumps in his seat.
Singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO
The singer says, CHASE!
[Chase barking]
[Intense music plays]
A side of the Paw Patroller opens. A platform slides Chase out of the truck in his 4 x 4 and a ramp unfolds onto the street. The back door of the Paw Patroller opens, and a platform slides Skye out in her helicopter.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
Skye cheers, WHOO-HOO!
She flies away. Chase drives down the ramp.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
Part of the Paw Patroller roof opens above the driver’s seat and Ryder zooms out on his A.T.V. wearing his helmet. He lands on the street and follows Chase.
[Engine revving]
[Siren wailing]
At Farmer Al and Farmer Yumi’s farm, lush fields surround a barn.
[Seagull squawking]
Seagulls fly around Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al as they float through the air. Mayor Humdinger flaps his arms, and Farmer Al clings to his legs.
[Air hissing
Mayor Humdinger wails, HELP!
He and Farmer Al float higher.
Farmer Al yelps, WHOA!
Farm goat Garby runs out of the barn and looks up.
[Garby bleating]
Farmer Al says, DON'T WORRY, GARBY! WE'LL BE OKAY! UH, MAYOR HUMDINGER, DO YOU REALLY THINK IT'S A GOOD IDEA TO KEEP FLAPPING YOUR ARMS?
Mayor Humdinger says, I JUST DON'T WANT TO CRASH IN CASE MY SHIRT AIR PUMP RUNS OUT OF POWER.
Mayor Al says, OH! GARBY, YOU CAN WORRY A LITTLE BIT!
He looks down toward Garby.
[Garby bleating]
Ryder and Case speed toward the barn. Skye follows above.
[Siren wailing]
Ryder calls up, FARMER AL, MAYOR HUMDINGER, ARE WE GLAD TO FIND YOU!
He and Chase stop outside the barn beside Garby.
Farmer Al says, NOT AS GLAD AS WE ARE!
Into his headset, Ryder says, SKYE, TIME TO USE YOUR HARNESS!
Through her pup tag, Skye says, ON IT!
She flies over Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al.
[Skye barking]
Skye orders, HARNESS.
She lowers a harness from her copter toward Farmer Al.
[Whirring]
Farmer Al says, I'LL JUST GRAB THAT AND UH…
He reaches for the harness. Two of the seagulls snatch it away from him with their beaks.
Farmer Al says, WHOA!
The seagulls tug on the harness.
[Seagulls squawking]
Skye says, UH-OH.
She pulls the harness away from the seagulls. The seagulls fly over to Mayor Humdinger. Mayor Humdinger continues to flap his arms.
[Seagulls squawking]
Mayor Humdinger says, SHOO, BIRDS. SCRAM.
Skye says, OKAY. LET'S TRY AGAIN.
She lowers her harness toward Mayor Humdinger.
[Whirring]
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, LEAVE US ALONE!
[Seagulls squawking]
Farmer Al reaches for the harness. The harness swings out of reach. Farmer Al tightens his hold on Mayor Humdinger’s legs.
Farmer Al says, HMM. I THINK THE SEAGULLS THINK MAYOR HUMDINGER'S THEIR LEADER.
The seagulls fly on either side of Mayor Humdinger.
[Seagulls squawking]
Mayor Humdinger asks, WHY WOULD THEY THINK THAT?
Famer Al says, BECAUSE YOU'RE FLAPPING YOUR ARMS AND WEARING A PUFFY SHIRT?
Mayor Humdinger says, AH, I STILL DON'T SEE IT.
He stops flapping his arms.
[Seagulls squawking]
Mayor Humdinger says, WAIT.
He takes off his top hat. Under the top hat, Mayor Humdinger takes off a smaller blue top hat and puts it on a seagull.
[Seagulls squawking]
Mayor Humdinger says, NOW, I SEE IT!
Skye says, OKAY. THIRD TIME'S THE CHARM.
She lowers her harness.
[Whirring]
Mayor Humdinger holds his arms still and the seagulls fly away.
Mayor Humdinger says, YES, THEY FLEW OUT OF THE WAY.
Farmer Al reaches for the harness.
Skye says, YEAH, BUT WHY?
[Beeping]
Skye’s pup tag lights up.
Through the pup tag, Ryder says, BECAUSE OF THAT PLANE HEADED YOUR WAY!
A plane zooms toward Skye, Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al.
[Plane whirring]
In the pilot’s seat, Mr. Postman looks at a map.
He says, HMM. THIS MAP SEEMS DELIBERATELY CONFUSING.
[Ringing]
Mr. Postman answers a video call on his phone.
He says, HOWDY, RYDER. WHAT CAN I DO YOU FOR?
Ryder says, MR. POSTMAN! YOU'RE ABOUT TO CRASH INTO FLYING FASHION MODELS!
Mr. Postman looks out his window.
[Mr. Postman gasping]
Mayor Humdinger flaps his arms and wails, AH!
Farmer Al yells, WHOA!
Mr. Postman says, OH. THANKS, RYDER. WELL, I'D BETTER TAKE A LITTLE DETOUR.
He turns the plane and swerves away from Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al.
Mayor Humdinger wails, AH!
[Plane whirring]
Mr. Postman flips the plane upside down and a load of packages fall out. On the ground, Ryder and Chase drive down a path on the farm.
[Siren wailing]
Ryder says, CHASE, CATCH THOSE FALLING PARCELS.
Chase says, I LOVE A GAME OF CATCH.
He turns onto the grass.
[Chase barking]
Chase orders, NET!
His net launcher unfolds out of his pup pack. The packages fall toward Chase. Chase launches his net onto the grass ahead of him. The packages land softly on the net. Ryder drives up beside Chase.
Ryder says, GOOD JOB, CHASE.
In the air, Skye says, THE SKY'S CLEAR. NOW'S MY CHANCE. FARMER AL, GRAB THE HARNESS!
She lowers her harness, and Farmer Al grabs it.
Farmer Al says, GOT IT.
He wraps the harness around his waist.
Skye says, HOLD ON TIGHT! MAYOR HUMDINGER, I'LL GET RIGHT BACK TO GET YOU!
She raises the harness, and Farmer Al lets go of Mayor Humdinger.
Mayor Humdinger says, HEY! NO!
He grabs onto Farmer Al’s legs.
Mayor Humdinger says, TAKE ME FIRST!
He and Farmer Al swing around in the air.
Farmer Al yelps, WHOA!
Skye says, MAYOR HUMDINGER!
Her copter jerks side to side.
Skye says, WHOA. YOU'RE NOT MAKING THIS EASY!
Farmer Al and Mayor Humdinger swing around.
Mayor Humdinger wails, AH!
Skye says, EASY. TRY TO STAY... IN CONTROL.
Farmer Al and Mayor Humdinger jerk side to side.
Farmer Al yelps, WHOA! WHOA!
Mayor Humdinger wails, HELP!
He clings to Farmer Al’s boots as they swing toward the Adventure Bay bridge.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, NO. I'M LOSING MY GRIP. OH, IT MUST BE ALL THE HAND CREAM.
His hands slip off Farmer Al’s boots, and he falls.
Mayor Humdinger yells, WHOA! AH!
He grabs onto a cable on the bridge and flips around it.
Mayor Humdinger yelps, WHOA! AH!
He slips and falls. Mayor Humdinger hooks his knees around a lower cable and spins.
Mayor Humdinger wails, HELP!
On the bridge, Ryder says, HANG ON, MAYOR HUMDINGER. I'M CALLING IN MORE HELP.
He drives toward Mayor Humdinger and taps his pup pad.
[Pup pad being]
On a video call, Rubble and Rocky stand side by side in the Paw Patroller.
Ryder says, ROCKY AND RUBBLE, I NEED YOU AT THE BRIDGE.
Skye lowers Farmer Al onto the bridge, and he unhooks the harness.
On the video call, Rocky says, GREEN MEANS GO!
Rubble says, RUBBLE ON THE DOUBLE!
Later on the bridge, Rocky and Rubble drive up in their Paw Patrol vehicles. Rubble drives his bulldozer, and Rocky drives his recycling truck. On the lower cable above, Mayor Humdinger continues to spin around the cable.
Mayor Humdinger wails, WHOA! WHOA! WHOA!
Rocky and Rubble stand on either side of Ryder.

Beside Mayor Humdinger, Rocky says, OKAY, MAYOR HUMDINGER. I'M GOING TO SHUT DOWN YOUR AIR PUMP.
[Rocky barking]
Rocky orders, EXTENDER!
A grabber claw extends out of Rocky’s pup pack.
Mayor Humdinger wails, WHOA! WHOA!
Rocky reaches for Mayor Humdinger with the extender.
Mayor Humdinger wails, WHOA! WHOA!
Rocky presses the button on Mayor Humdinger’s air pump.
Rocky says, NOW!
[Air pup beeping and powering down]

Mayor Humdinger changes positions and hangs from the cable by his hands.

Mayor Goodway walks up to Mayor Humdinger.

He joins the kittens at the end of the runway.

[Chickaletta squawking]
Mayor Goodway meets Ryder, Chase and Zuma at the end of the runway.
Ryder says, IT'S GOING TO BE PAW-SOME!
He turns toward Zuma and Chase.
Ryder says, HEY, ZUMA AND CHASE, CAN YOU HELP PUT THIS RUNWAY TOGETHER?
Zuma says, YOU GOT IT, RYDER.
He, Chase and Ryder run to the Paw Patroller parked on the street. Together, they carry two boards out of the vehicle and through Town Square.
At the end of the runway, Chase asks, READY, ZUMA? AND... PUSH!
Chase, Zuma and Ryder push the boards into place at the end of the runway.
[Grunting]
Rocky runs down the runway.
He says, MY TURN!
Rocky leaps off the runway.

He screws the boards into place with his pup pack screwdriver.

To the far left of the runway, Rubble stands at his turntable in a D.J. station wearing a hat, sunglasses and headset. Clothes hang on racks beside him. Mayor Goodway walks up to the station.

Mayor Goodway asks, HOW'S THE D.J. STATION COMING, RUBBLE?
[Upbeat tune plays]
Rubble says, D.J. RUBBLE IS IN THE PUP HOUSE.
Mayor Goodway dances.
She says, AND MY MODELS, WHERE ARE YOU?
She looks around. On the runway, Skye and Marshall step forward. Skye wears pink boots. Marshall wears a black hat with a yellow strap and a matching bowtie and collar.
Skye says, WE'RE RIGHT HERE, MAYOR GOODWAY.
She struts down the runway. Puffs of air billow out of her boots with each step. Skye and Marshall pose at the end of the runway carpet.
Marshall says, WE LOVE KATIE'S PUPPY CLOTHES.
Mayor Goodway says, AND THOSE CLOTHES LOVE YOU. YOU LOOK FABULOUS!
She walks over to a clothing rack.
Mayor Goodway says, BUT I STILL NEED A MODEL TO WEAR YUMI'S PUFFY SHIRT.
She pulls a puffy green shirt with yellow tractors off the rack.
Ryder says, DON'T WORRY. YOU'LL FIND SOMEONE.
Mayor Goodway hangs up the shirt and pulls out a stack of photos.
She says, HMM. MAYBE...
Mayor Goodway looks at headshot photos of Mr. Porter and Francois.
Mayor Goodway says, OKAY. BUT WHOEVER WEARS THIS HAS TO BE JUST RIGHT.
Mayor Humdinger runs up with a younger headshot of himself with long, luscious blond hair wearing a purple blazer over a pink T-shirt.
Mayor Humdinger says, HELLO! FAMOUS MODEL HERE.
He wiggles his fingers.
Mayor Goodway says, HMM.
She glances at the other headshots.
She says, MAYBE.
Mayor Humdinger says, WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, I PUT MYSELF THROUGH MAYORS' COLLEGE BY WORKING PART-TIME AS A RUNWAY MODEL.
[Rattling]
Rocky and Zuma walk between Mayor Humdinger and Mayor Goodway with a clothing rack.

Mayor Humdinger jumps back. Mayor Goodway looks at Mr. Porter and Farmer Al’s headshots.
Mayor Humdinger says, I WAS ALSO A HAND MODEL, AND I STILL USE CREAM TWICE A DAY TO KEEP THEM BABY SOFT.
He squirts hand cream into his hand, which bursts out of the bottle.
[Splatting]
Hand cream covers Mayor Humdinger’s top hat and suit.
Mayor Humdinger says, BLAH!
Looking at the headshots, Mayor Goodway says, HMM.
She looks at one picture and then the other.
Mayor Goodway says, FARMER AL? PERFECT!
She kisses her fingers and says, MWAH!
Mayor Humdinger wipes hand cream off his suit.
Mayor Goodway says, HE'LL LOOK GREAT IN A PUFFY SHIRT!
She looks through the clothes on a clothing rack.

In Foggy Bottom, fog billows around a cave in a hill on the beach.

In the cave, Mayor Humdinger’s kitten crew consisting of kitten versions of Rocky, Marshall, Rubble, Zuma, Chase and Skye stand at the control panel with weary expressions.
Mayor Humdinger says, I WAS A REAL MODEL, AND I WAS THE ONE WHO MADE THE PUFFY SHIRT COOL.
He walks around his lair with a book on his slightly flattened top hat. The book falls off; Mayor Humdinger walks over to a storage chest on the floor. Mayor Humdinger kneels. He opens the chest and tosses out a top hat, a trophy and other things, including a pen and pineapple.
[Mayor Humdinger cackling]
Mayor Humdinger takes a magazine out of the chest with a photo of his younger self on the cover. In the photo, Mayor Humdinger poses with one hand on his hip and the other behind his head.
[Giggling]
Mayor Humdinger glances at his kittens.
[Kitties giggling]
Mayor Humdinger says, HUMPH. WHAT DO KITTIES KNOW ABOUT FASHION? HUMPH.

He pulls out a pocket sewing kit, and it pops open.

Kitty Rocky drags his claws down a tall roll of white fabric. Kitties Chase and Skye knead pieces of torn fabric. Kitty Marshall lies on his back and plays with a piece of fabric.

In Town Square, Rubble turns a beat on his mixer.
[Record scratching]
[Upbeat mix playing]
Mayor Goodway stands behind one of the walls on either side of the runway. She watches Skye and Marshall walk down the carpet.
Into her headset microphone, Mayor Goodway says, FEAST YOUR EYES ON KATIE'S DESIGNS. IF YOU THOUGHT HER PET PARLOUR WAS ADORABLE, CHECK OUT THESE BOOTS!
Skye raises a front and back paw and shows off her boots. She does a flip, and air puffs out of her boots. Marshall follows Skye further down the runway,
Mayor Goodway says, MARSHALL IS LUCKY HE HAS HIS OWN FIRE ENGINE, BECAUSE HIS HAT AND BOW TIE ARE SMOKIN'.
Marshall flips his hat and strikes a pose. He leads Skye back to the start of the runway,
Mayor Goodway says, AND NOW FOR FARMER AL!
[Record scratching]
Farmer Al peaks out from behind the wall opposite Mayor Goodway. He wears Farmer Yumi’s puffy green shirt.
Farmer Al says, UH...
He hides behind the wall.
He says, OKAY.
Farmer Al steps onto the runway.
Mayor Goodway says, WHO'S ROCKING FARMER YUMI'S ELEGANT YET PLAYFULLY PUFFY SHIRT.
Farmer Al pauses on the runway and strikes a pose. He puts one hand on his up and raises the other. He smiles nervously.
[Crowd cheering]
A crowd stands at the end of the runway watching Farmer. Al. In the crowd, Farmer Yumi smiles and waves. Farmer Al smiles confidently. He raises his arms and flexes his puffy sleeves.
[Crowd cheering]
Farmer Al crouches and slides his hat sideways.
[Slide explosion]
Smoke bursts out from the start of the runway. Mayor Humdinger runs out in his button-down shirt and purple bowtie. He wears red gemstones on his purple top hat.
Mayor Humdinger says, BEHOLD, ADVENTURE BAY! WATCH AND LEARN AS A REAL MODEL SHOWS YOU HOW TO WEAR A PUFFY SHIRT.
[Funky music plays]
Mayor Humdinger presses a button on an air pump on his belt.
[Device beeping]
Mayor Humdinger’s shirt fills with air and puffs up.
[Air hissing]
Mayor Humdinger says, BET YOU CAN'T DO THIS, FARMER AL.
He struts down the runway and spins into a pose with his arm raised.
Farmer Al asks, YOU MEAN LIKE THIS?
He spins and copies Mayor Humdinger’s pose. Mayor Humdinger stands on one foot and spreads his arms.

Mayor Humdinger walks around the runway like a chicken. He flaps his arms.
Zuma asks, IS HE DOING THE FUNKY CHICKALETTA?
Rocky says, I'M NOT SURE, BUT THE SEAGULLS SURE LIKE IT.
Two seagulls stand on the runway structure above Mayor Humdinger.
[Seagulls squawking]
Mayor Humdinger slips and falls on the runway.
He grunts, OOF!
He lands on the air pump attached to his belt.
[Air pump beeping]
[Air hissing]
Mayor Humdinger’s puffy shirt fills with more air, and he floats away.
Mayor Humdinger wails, WHOA! WHOA! WHOA! WHOA!
Farmer Al grabs onto Mayor Humdinger’s legs

He floats away with Mayor Humdinger.

He pulls out his pup pad.

They turn toward the Paw Patroller parked on the street. Marshall steps into Skye’s pink boots.
[Air hissing]

He slips through Town Square on his front paws.
Marshall yelps, WHOA!
The other Paw Patrol pups run up the Paw Patroller ramp in the back of the truck.
Zuma warns, CAREFUL, MARSHALL.
Rocky says, LOOK OUT!
Marshall wails, WHOA!
He slides toward the ramp.
[Banging]
[Grunting]
Marshall stands on top of the other pups in a pile on the floor.
He says, I TRIED TO BOOT IT OVER HERE AS FAST AS I COULD.
[Pups laughing]
The back door of the Paw Patroller closes. The pups run through the large truck and past the Paw Patrol badge on the side. The badge lights up and the pups continue to the front of the truck.
[Pups laughing]
[Barking and howling]
The pups run and jump in their seats. The seats turn the pups toward the front.
Chase says, PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR!
Ryder says, THANKS FOR HUSTLING, PUPS.
He sits in the front passenger seat beside Robo Dog. Ryder faces the pups. He taps the pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, AS YOU PUPS SAW, MAYOR HUMDINGER'S PUFFY SHIRT INFLATED AND NOW, HE AND FARMER AL ARE FLOATING OVER TOWN.
A monitor behind the pups shows Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al floating over City Hall.
Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al wail, WHOA!
Ryder says, SO, FOR THIS MISSION, I'LL NEED...
He swipes through the pup pad and taps Skye’s badge.
Ryder says, SKYE.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR COPTER AND HARNESS TO CATCH THEM AND SAFELY LOWER THEM TO THE GROUND.
Skye says, THIS PUPPY'S GOT TO FLY!
Ryder says, AND CHASE.
He taps Chase’s badge on the pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
Ryder says, I NEED YOU TO FOLLOW ON THE GROUND AND HAVE YOUR NET READY TO CATCH THEM IN CASE THEY FALL.

A side of the Paw Patroller opens. A platform slides Chase out of the truck in his 4 x 4 and a ramp unfolds onto the street. The back door of the Paw Patroller opens, and a platform slides Skye out in her helicopter.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
Skye cheers, WHOO-HOO!
She flies away. Chase drives down the ramp.

Part of the Paw Patroller roof opens above the driver’s seat and Ryder zooms out on his A.T.V. wearing his helmet. He lands on the street and follows Chase.
[Engine revving]

At Farmer Al and Farmer Yumi’s farm, lush fields surround a barn.
[Seagull squawking]
Seagulls fly around Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al as they float through the air. Mayor Humdinger flaps his arms, and Farmer Al clings to his legs.

Mayor Humdinger wails, HELP!
He and Farmer Al float higher.
Farmer Al yelps, WHOA!
Farm goat Garby runs out of the barn and looks up.
[Garby bleating]

He looks down toward Garby.

He and Chase stop outside the barn beside Garby.

Through her pup tag, Skye says, ON IT!
She flies over Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al.
[Skye barking]
Skye orders, HARNESS.
She lowers a harness from her copter toward Farmer Al.
[Whirring]
Farmer Al says, I'LL JUST GRAB THAT AND UH…
He reaches for the harness. Two of the seagulls snatch it away from him with their beaks.
Farmer Al says, WHOA!
The seagulls tug on the harness.
[Seagulls squawking]

She pulls the harness away from the seagulls. The seagulls fly over to Mayor Humdinger. Mayor Humdinger continues to flap his arms.
[Seagulls squawking]
Mayor Humdinger says, SHOO, BIRDS. SCRAM.
Skye says, OKAY. LET'S TRY AGAIN.
She lowers her harness toward Mayor Humdinger.
[Whirring]
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, LEAVE US ALONE!
[Seagulls squawking]
Farmer Al reaches for the harness. The harness swings out of reach. Farmer Al tightens his hold on Mayor Humdinger’s legs.
Farmer Al says, HMM. I THINK THE SEAGULLS THINK MAYOR HUMDINGER'S THEIR LEADER.
The seagulls fly on either side of Mayor Humdinger.
[Seagulls squawking]
Mayor Humdinger asks, WHY WOULD THEY THINK THAT?
Famer Al says, BECAUSE YOU'RE FLAPPING YOUR ARMS AND WEARING A PUFFY SHIRT?
Mayor Humdinger says, AH, I STILL DON'T SEE IT.
He stops flapping his arms.
[Seagulls squawking]
Mayor Humdinger says, WAIT.
He takes off his top hat. Under the top hat, Mayor Humdinger takes off a smaller blue top hat and puts it on a seagull.
[Seagulls squawking]
Mayor Humdinger says, NOW, I SEE IT!
Skye says, OKAY. THIRD TIME'S THE CHARM.
She lowers her harness.
[Whirring]
Mayor Humdinger holds his arms still and the seagulls fly away.
Mayor Humdinger says, YES, THEY FLEW OUT OF THE WAY.
Farmer Al reaches for the harness.
Skye says, YEAH, BUT WHY?
[Beeping]
Skye’s pup tag lights up.
Through the pup tag, Ryder says, BECAUSE OF THAT PLANE HEADED YOUR WAY!
A plane zooms toward Skye, Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al.
[Plane whirring]
In the pilot’s seat, Mr. Postman looks at a map.
He says, HMM. THIS MAP SEEMS DELIBERATELY CONFUSING.
[Ringing]
Mr. Postman answers a video call on his phone.
He says, HOWDY, RYDER. WHAT CAN I DO YOU FOR?
Ryder says, MR. POSTMAN! YOU'RE ABOUT TO CRASH INTO FLYING FASHION MODELS!
Mr. Postman looks out his window.
[Mr. Postman gasping]
Mayor Humdinger flaps his arms and wails, AH!
Farmer Al yells, WHOA!
Mr. Postman says, OH. THANKS, RYDER. WELL, I'D BETTER TAKE A LITTLE DETOUR.
He turns the plane and swerves away from Mayor Humdinger and Farmer Al.
Mayor Humdinger wails, AH!
[Plane whirring]
Mr. Postman flips the plane upside down and a load of packages fall out. On the ground, Ryder and Chase drive down a path on the farm.
[Siren wailing]
Ryder says, CHASE, CATCH THOSE FALLING PARCELS.
Chase says, I LOVE A GAME OF CATCH.
He turns onto the grass.
[Chase barking]
Chase orders, NET!
His net launcher unfolds out of his pup pack. The packages fall toward Chase. Chase launches his net onto the grass ahead of him. The packages land softly on the net. Ryder drives up beside Chase.
Ryder says, GOOD JOB, CHASE.
In the air, Skye says, THE SKY'S CLEAR. NOW'S MY CHANCE. FARMER AL, GRAB THE HARNESS!
She lowers her harness, and Farmer Al grabs it.
Farmer Al says, GOT IT.
He wraps the harness around his waist.
Skye says, HOLD ON TIGHT! MAYOR HUMDINGER, I'LL GET RIGHT BACK TO GET YOU!
She raises the harness, and Farmer Al lets go of Mayor Humdinger.
Mayor Humdinger says, HEY! NO!
He grabs onto Farmer Al’s legs.
Mayor Humdinger says, TAKE ME FIRST!
He and Farmer Al swing around in the air.
Farmer Al yelps, WHOA!
Skye says, MAYOR HUMDINGER!
Her copter jerks side to side.
Skye says, WHOA. YOU'RE NOT MAKING THIS EASY!
Farmer Al and Mayor Humdinger swing around.
Mayor Humdinger wails, AH!
Skye says, EASY. TRY TO STAY... IN CONTROL.
Farmer Al and Mayor Humdinger jerk side to side.
Farmer Al yelps, WHOA! WHOA!
Mayor Humdinger wails, HELP!
He clings to Farmer Al’s boots as they swing toward the Adventure Bay bridge.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, NO. I'M LOSING MY GRIP. OH, IT MUST BE ALL THE HAND CREAM.
His hands slip off Farmer Al’s boots, and he falls.
Mayor Humdinger yells, WHOA! AH!
He grabs onto a cable on the bridge and flips around it.
Mayor Humdinger yelps, WHOA! AH!
He slips and falls. Mayor Humdinger hooks his knees around a lower cable and spins.
Mayor Humdinger wails, HELP!
On the bridge, Ryder says, HANG ON, MAYOR HUMDINGER. I'M CALLING IN MORE HELP.
He drives toward Mayor Humdinger and taps his pup pad.
[Pup pad being]
On a video call, Rubble and Rocky stand side by side in the Paw Patroller.
Ryder says, ROCKY AND RUBBLE, I NEED YOU AT THE BRIDGE.
Skye lowers Farmer Al onto the bridge, and he unhooks the harness.
On the video call, Rocky says, GREEN MEANS GO!
Rubble says, RUBBLE ON THE DOUBLE!
Later on the bridge, Rocky and Rubble drive up in their Paw Patrol vehicles. Rubble drives his bulldozer, and Rocky drives his recycling truck. On the lower cable above, Mayor Humdinger continues to spin around the cable.
Mayor Humdinger wails, WHOA! WHOA! WHOA!
Rocky and Rubble stand on either side of Ryder.
Rocky says, JUST LOOKING AT MAYOR HUMDINGER'S MAKING ME DIZZY.
Ryder says, I KNOW. THAT'S WHY I NEED YOU TO TURN OFF THE AIR PUMP ON HIS BACK.
Ryder taps his headset.
[Beeping]
Through his pup tag, Ryder asks, SKYE, CAN YOU GIVE ROCKY A LIFT?
Skye says, ROGER.
[Skye barking]
Skye orders, HOOK!
She lowers a cable with a hook from her copter and hooks it onto Rocky’s pup pack. Skye flies Rocky over to Mayor Humdinger.
Still spinning, Mayor Humdinger wails, WHOA! WHOA!
Beside Mayor Humdinger, Rocky says, OKAY, MAYOR HUMDINGER. I'M GOING TO SHUT DOWN YOUR AIR PUMP.
[Rocky barking]
Rocky orders, EXTENDER!
A grabber claw extends out of Rocky’s pup pack.
Mayor Humdinger wails, WHOA! WHOA!
Rocky reaches for Mayor Humdinger with the extender.
Mayor Humdinger wails, WHOA! WHOA!
Rocky presses the button on Mayor Humdinger’s air pump.
Rocky says, NOW!
[Air pup beeping and powering down]
Mayor Humdinger’s shirt deflates.
[Air hissing]
Mayor Humdinger hangs upside down on the cable.
Skye says, YOU DID IT, ROCKY!
Mayor Humdinger changes positions and hangs from the cable by his hands.
He says, I'M SAVED!
Mayor Humdinger looks at his hands.
He says, OH, WHY MUST MY HANDS BE SO BABY SOFT?
Mayor Humdinger’s grip on the cable slips, and he falls.
He yells, AH!
Ryder says, RUBBLE, NOW!
Rubble says, YOU GOT IT, RYDER!
He raises his crane.
Mayor Humdinger wails, HELP!
Rubble catches Mayor Humdinger.
Rubble says, GOT YOU!
Mayor Humdinger says, PHEW.
Skye says, NICE CATCH, RUBBLE.
Ryder says, AND THERE'S JUST ENOUGH TIME TO SAVE MAYOR GOODWAY'S FASHION SHOW!
He leads the way across the bridge with Farmer Al riding on his A.T.V. Rubble follows Rocky and Ryder with Mayor Humdinger hanging from his crane. Mayor Humdinger crosses his arms.
[Mayor Humdinger grunting in annoyance]
At Town Square, Mayor Goodway mixes a beat on Rubble’s turntable.
[Record scratching]
[Relaxing beat playing]
Mayor Goodway says, OKAY, FOLKS. DON'T THOSE SUNGLASSES SAY "OOH LA-LA"?
Chickaletta walks down the runway wearing a pair of sunglasses. She pecks at the runway carpet.
[Chickaletta squawking]
[Mayor Goodway laughing]
From close by, Ryder says, PSST!
[Record scratching]
[Mayor Goodway gasping]
Behind one of the walls on the stage, Ryder waves.
Ryder whispers, MAYOR GOODWAY.
Mayor Goodway whispers, RYDER, THANK GOODNESS!
She rushes backstage to where the Paw Patrol pups stand with Ryder, Mayor Humdinger, his kitten crew, and Farmer Al.
Mayor Goodway says, OH, THANK YOU, PAW PATROL!
Ryder says, YOU'RE WELCOME. WHENEVER YOUR SHIRT GETS A LITTLE TOO PUFFY, JUST YELP FOR HELP.
Mayor Goodway walks up to Mayor Humdinger.
She says, I'M SORRY, MAYOR HUMDINGER. I HAD NO IDEA YOU WERE ONCE A MODEL.
Mayor Humdinger says, HUMPH. APOLOGY ACCEPTED.
Mayor Goodway asks, MAYBE THIS WILL MAKE IT UP TO YOU?
Rubble mixes a beat on his turn table. He wears his D.J. sunglasses, hat and headset.
[Record scratching]
[Upbeat music playing]
Rubble nods his head to the beat. On the runway, the kittens strut down the carpet wearing sunglasses.
Mayor Goodway says, LOOK AT THE KITTEN CREW GO!
Mayor Humdinger walks onto the runway behind the kittens.
Mayor Humdinger says, EXCUSEZ-MOI. SUPERMODEL COMING THROUGH!
He joins the kittens at the end of the runway.
Mayor Humdinger says, SHOO! SHOO!
[Meowing]
Mayor Humdinger says, HUNGRY PUPPY.
He holds up his hands like paws.
Mayor Humdinger says, COOL TEXT-ER.
He pretends to hold a phone.
Mayor Humdinger says, BIGFOOT IN HEADLIGHTS!
He curls his fingers like claws. Mayor Goodway tugs on Mayor Humdinger’s pant leg.
She quietly says, MAYOR HUMDINGER, YOU FORGOT TO TAKE OFF YOUR AIR PUMP.
Mayor Humdinger looks over at the air pump on his belt. Kitty Skye flies up to the pump using a jet pack. Kitty Skye pulls a cable on the pump.
[Kitty Skye giggling]
[Air hissing]
Mayor Humdinger’s pants inflate.
Mayor Humdinger says, OH, NO!
He floats off the ground and flips upside down.
Mayor Humdinger says, PUFFY PANTS WENT OUT OF STYLE YEARS AGO!
He flips upright, crosses his arms and kicks his legs.
[Crowd cheering]
Mayor Humdinger floats toward the start of the runway.
[Upbeat music plays]
