Serena says, FIRST OF ALL, WE BREAK
THE CHOCOLATE
INTO PIECES OVER A BOWL.

Serena carefully removes it from the microwave, sets it on a trivet and stirs it again.

Emma says, NOW, IT'S TIME
TO GENTLY INCORPORATE
THE DESSERT TOFU
INTO THE BOWL.
YOU'LL NEED A SWEET
AND UNFLAVOURED DESSERT TOFU.

They both use ice cream scoops to fill wine glasses.

Serena says, AND OFF TO THE FRIDGE
THEY GO
FOR 30 MINUTES.

Serena tidies up the dirty dishes.

Emma says, WHILE THEY'RE COOLING,
LET'S SLICE HALF A BANANA
ON A CUTTING BOARD.

Serena says, AS FOR THE OTHER HALF,
YOU CAN MAKE IT DISAPPEAR
AS YOU WISH.

Serena peels the unused half of the banana and eats it!

Emma says, AFTER 30 MINUTES,
WE TAKE
THE MOUSSE OUT OF THE FRIDGE.

Serena says, AND NOW, WE ADD
THE WHIPPED CREAM.
