The narrator continues, MAKE SURE YOU WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER HANDLING CHILI AND DON'T LET IT GET IN YOUR EYES. PUT THE MILD GREEN CHILI INTO THE BOWL AND GIVE IT A MIX. ADD SOME BLACK PEPPER AND A PINCH OF SALT AND MIX IT AGAIN. CRACK AN EGG INTO A MUG. CHECK IT FOR SHELL, THEN POUR THE EGG INTO A JUG. DO THE SAME WITH ANOTHER EGG, AND WHISK IT, WHISK IT, WHISK IT. POUR THE WHISKED EGG INTO ONE OF THE BAKING TINS. AND DO THE SAME WITH TWO MORE EGGS AND ADD THEM TO THE OTHER TIN. DON'T FORGET TO WIPE YOUR HANDS AFTER TOUCHING RAW EGG. SPLIT THE VEGETABLE MIXTURE EVENLY BETWEEN THE TWO TINS AND FLATTEN IT LIKE THIS.
The person uses a spoon to press the vegetables into the eggs.
The narrator says, THEN, ASK A GROWN-UP TO PUT IT INTO THE OVEN FOR YOU TO COOK.
Aleisha sets a large green leaf on a table. She sets that table with cups shaped like pineapples.
The narrator says, NOW, THERE'S JUST ENOUGH TIME FOR ALEISHA TO CHANGE INTO HER FANTASTIC OUTFIT AND GET EVERYTHING READY TO SERVE HER UGANDAN ROLEX.
Aleisha wears a colourfully patterned blue dress with puffed sleeves.
Aleisha puts a small drum on the table.
(Drumming)
Aleisha says, TODAY I AM GOING TO BE TEACHING MY FRIENDS HOW TO PLAY THE AFRICAN DRUMS.
(Doorbell ringing)
Aleisha says, THAT'S THE DOORBELL.
The narrator says, AH, WELL DONE, ALEISHA, YOUR UGANDAN-THEMED TABLE DRESSING LOOKS FANTASTIC. I'M SURE YOUR FRIENDS WILL LOVE IT.
Aleisha says, HELLO.
Mckayla says, HELLO, I LIKE YOUR DRESS.
Jaden says, HELLO.
Kiley says, HELLO.
The narrator says, EVERYONE'S WASHED THEIR HANDS AND THEY'RE READY TO EAT.
The children sit at the table.
Aleisha asks, WHAT DO YOU THINK OF MY TABLE DECORATIONS?
Kiley says, THEY'RE PRETTY AND BEAUTIFUL.
Mckayla says, I REALLY LIKE THE PINEAPPLE.
Jaden says, I REALLY LIKE THE DRUMS.
Aleisha says, THEY'RE A TRADITIONAL AFRICAN DRUM, AND TODAY I'M GOING TO TEACH YOU HOW TO PLAY IT. EVERYONE PICK UP YOUR DRUMS, GO.
(All drumming)
The narrator says, GREAT DRUMMING, EVERYONE. HERE'S MUM WITH THE COOKED AND SLIGHTLY COOLED UGANDAN ROLEX.
Florence carries plates.
Florence says, HERE IS YOUR ROLEX. AND THIS, ENJOY.
The narrator says, WOW, ALEISHA, THAT ROLEX LOOKS REALLY TASTY AND SO COLOURFUL. MUM'S CHOPPED UP SOME AVOCADO AND DISHED UP SOME KETCHUP FOR EVERYONE, TOO. I WONDER WHAT THE CHAPATI IS FOR.
Aleisha puts a piece of flatbread on her plate.
Aleisha says, YOU GET SOME CHAPATI, THEN GET YOUR EGG, FOLD IT IN, THEN ROLL IT.
The narrator says, WOW, EVERYONE'S CONCENTRATING.
(Chuckling)
The narrator says, THEY'VE ALL GOT THE HANG OF THAT. EARLIER, NOT ALL OF ALEISHA'S FRIENDS LIKED THE TASTE OF MILD GREEN CHILI PEPPER. I WONDER WHAT THEY'LL THINK WHEN THEY TASTE IT IN ALEISHA'S ROLEX.
Jaden says, I LIKE IT.
Mckayla says, I LIKE THE TASTE OF IT.
Kiley says, THIS IS DELICIOUS.
Aleisha asks, WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE SPECIAL INGREDIENT?
Jaden says, RED PEPPER.
Kiley says, TOMATO.
Mckayla says, THE PEPPER.
Aleisha says, THE SPECIAL INGREDIENT IS GREEN CHILI.
(Jaden and Mckayla laughing)
Kiley says, THAT IS WHY IT'S SO SPICY.
The narrator says, WELL DONE, ALEISHA, IT LOOKS LIKE THEY DO LIKE THE TASTE OF MILD GREEN CHILI PEPPER AFTER ALL.
Aleisha says, THANK YOU FOR COMING TO MY WORLD KITCHEN.
