[Upbeat music plays]

The tall iron gates in front of the Shelter are open. Tommy rides his red bicycle down the path and drops it in front of the greenhouse. He takes off his red helmet and drops it on the ground.

[Thump, beeping]

Tommy says, MM.

Tommy takes a handheld gaming console out of his pocket and plays.

[Electronic music, Tommy laughs]

Tommy says, OH!

Tommy stares at the console and walks into the greenhouse wall. He rubs his face.

Tommy says, OW. AH.

[Laughing, exclaiming]

Inside the greenhouse, Audrey stands beside Jack. Behind them are birdhouses, a wheelbarrow, and a small blue animal carrier.

Audrey says, OH! HELLO, TOMMY!

WE HAVE A NEW RESIDENT!
AND I'LL BET YOU'LL NEVER GUESS
WHAT SPECIES OF ANIMAL IT IS.

[Electronic music plays]

Tommy says, AND... GOT' EM!

OH. HUH? DID YOU SAY SOMETHING?

Tommy looks at Audrey.

[Beep, birds chirp]

Audrey says, HE'S FROM WESTERN CANADA.
HE'S GOT SUPER-SOFT FUR,
AND HE'S EXTREMELY ADORABLE!

Tommy says, UH, I GIVE UP.

Audrey says, IT'S MILO.

Tommy says, OH!

Audrey says, HE'S A COLLARED PIKA!

[Harp music plays]

In the carrier, Milo holds the bars of the door. He is a small, light brown rabbit-like animal with round ears.

Tommy says, WOW! HEY THERE, MILO.

[Milo squeaks]

Milo runs to the back of the carrier.

Audrey says, LOOK AT HIM.

[Laughing, birds chirp]

Audrey says, PIKA'S HAVE NO SELF-DEFENCE,
SO THEY GET CAN GET PRETTY
STRESSED OUT IN THE WILD.

THAT'S WHY WE'RE GONNA
BUILD HIM
HIS OWN LITTLE SHELTER.

WANNA HELP US?

[Beeping]

Tommy takes his console out of his pocket and looks at the screen.

[Tommy exclaims]

Tommy says, YEAH! YES! A POC POC!

Audrey says, A PLIC PLOC? WHAT'S THAT?

[Whoosh]

Tommy says, WAIT! YOU'VE NEVER HEARD
OF MISSION POC POC?!

Audrey says, UH, I... WELL, NO.
IS IT A GAME?

Tommy says, A GAME?! HA-HA!
IT'S ONLY THE GREATEST GAME
IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE!

YOU HAVE TO FIND
AND CAPTURE CREATURES
TO INCREASE YOUR SCORE.

[Electronic music plays]

Tommy says, I'VE ALMOST GOT 4,000 POINTS!

THERE'S ONE! IT'S A MINIPUCE!
I'M GONNA CATCH HIM...
I'M GONNA CATCH HIM!

Audrey says, GO FOR IT, TOMMY!
YOU ALMOST GOT HIM!

[Electronic music plays]

On the console screen, a brown lion-like creature jumps and disappears into a disc.

Tommy says, OH... GOTCHA!

[Audrey applauds, birds call]

Audrey says, WOW! WELL DONE!
YOU CAUGHT HIM!

Tommy says, YEAH, THAT'S NO BIG DEAL.
IT'S EASY TO CATCH A MINIPUCE.
I'VE ALREADY CAUGHT 29.
CHECK IT OUT.

Tommy scrolls on the screen and stops at a black box with a white silhouette of a creature. Audrey points at the silhouette.

[Beeping]

Audrey asks, WHAT ARE THESE EMPTY ONES?
ONES YOU HAVEN'T CAUGHT YET?

Tommy says, YEAH.
THOSE ONES ARE SO RARE
THAT WE CALL THEM LEGENDARIES.

I REALLY WANT
TO CATCH ONE OF THEM.

[Horn honks, motor hums]

Pat stops a sports utility vehicle.

Pat says, HEY THERE. YOU GUYS COMIN'?
MILO'S SHELTER'S NOT GONNA
BUILD ITSELF.

[Cheerful music plays]

Audrey says, WE'RE COMING, PAT!
C'MON, TOMMY. LET'S GO!

Audrey picks up Milo’s carrier and puts it in a trailer attached to the sports utility vehicle.

[Milo squeaks, clank]

Audrey shouts, FOLLOW US, JACK!

Jack follows the sports utility vehicle.

[Jack grunts]

[Lively music plays, birds chirp]

Pat stops the sports utility vehicle.

[Tires screech]

Pat says, HERE WE ARE, KIDS.

Jack swings on a vine and lands in front of the sports utility vehicle.

[Thump, Jack grunts, Pat hums]

Pat walks to the trailer and pulls a tarp off a pile of rocks.

[Whoosh]

Audrey says, UH, ROCKS?
BUT I THOUGHT WE WERE SUPPOSED
TO BE BUILDING HIM A SHELTER,
NOT A HOUSE.

Pat says, YOU'RE FORGETTING THAT PIKAS
USUALLY LIVE IN THE MOUNTAINS,
WHERE THEIR GREY FUR
CAMOUFLAGES THEM PERFECTLY
IN THEIR NATURAL ENVIRONMENT.

ALRIGHT, GET TO WORK!

Pat throws red work gloves at Audrey and Tommy. Audrey catches her gloves, and Tommy’s gloves hit him in the face.

[Rocks clatter, smack]

Tommy says, OOH.

[He laughs]

Pat carries a large rock. Behind her, Audrey and Tommy roll a slightly smaller rock. Pat puts her rock on the ground, and Audrey and Tommy put their rock on top of it.

[Grunting, upbeat music plays, clunking, Tommy and Audrey sigh]

Audrey says, WELL, THAT'S ONE.

[Jack grunts]

Everyone says, HMM?

Jack picks up a large rock with one hand and puts it beside his head.

Jack says, OOH-OOH, OOH-OOH, OOH-OOH.

Audrey says, WHAT A SHOW-OFF.

[Milo squeaks]

Pat picks up a walkie-talkie.

[Static]

Pat speaks into her walkie-talkie, PAT HERE.
YOU MAKING ANY PROGRESS
OVER THERE, KARL?

Standing in front of a waterfall, Karl holds a railing. Water drips from his hat and black hair, and his red-rimmed eyeglasses are crooked.

[Water splashes]

Karl speaks into his walkie-talkie, I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIX IT,
JUST LIKE YOU ASKED,
BUT BABOU STOLE MY WRENCH AND...

OH, NO, BABOU! GIVE IT BACK!
GIVE IT BACK!

Babou, a brown and blue proboscis monkey, hangs from a vine above Karl. Babou waves the wrench just out of Karl’s reach.

[Hooting, water splashes]

Over the walkie-talkie, Karl says, NO, NO, NO!
NOT MY HEAD, NOT MY HEAD!

OW! BABOU!

[Pat sighs, birds call]

Pat says, WELL, DUTY CALLS.
KEEP PILING THOSE ROCKS
AND I'LL BE BACK SHORTLY.

Audrey says, YOU CAN COUNT ON US, PAT!

Pat gets into the sports utility vehicle and drives away.

[Engine hums, Milo squeaks]

Audrey says, IT'S OKAY.
DON'T BE SCARED, MILO.

WE'RE GONNA BUILD YOU
A REAL FORTRESS.
RIGHT, TOMMY?

Tommy plays his video game.

[Beeping]

Audrey says, TOMMY?

Tommy says, HUH? UH, YEAH, YEAH, FOR SURE!

Tommy puts the console in his pocket and runs to Audrey.

[Tommy laughs]

Tommy and Audrey carry a rock to the pile.

[Grunt, footsteps crunch, beeping]

Tommy drops his side of the rock and takes his console out of his pocket.

Audrey says, AH! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!
THIS IS HEAVY! TOMMY!

Audrey falls.

[Tommy exclaims, thump]

Tommy says, I FOUND ANOTHER ONE!

[Electronic music plays]

Audrey says, C'MON, TOMMY,
PUT THAT GAME DOWN.

[Electronic music continues, beeping]

Tommy says, YEAH, SORRY.
THIS, UH, WON'T TAKE LONG!
I PROMISE!

I'VE ALMOST GOT HIM!
AND... THERE!

WHOA! AN ALBISWIFF?!
AND ALSO A SPORIDAR!

[Audrey sighs, electronic music plays]

Audrey says, ALRIGHT, I GET IT.
JACK, CAN YOU GIVE ME A HAND?

Jack puts a rock on a small stack and walks to Audrey.

[Clunk, Jack grunts excitedly]

Tommy says, I'VE NEVER SEEN
SO MANY POC POCS IN ONE PLACE!
THIS IS INCREDIBLE!

Jack and Audrey carry the rock past Tommy.

[Upbeat music plays]

An electronic voice says, MISSION SPORIDAR.
MISSION SPORIDAR.

Tommy says, AHA!

Jack and Audrey move more rocks past Tommy. Audrey glares at Tommy.

[Tommy laughs]

Tommy says, AWESOME! I GOT BOTH!

[Beep]

Tommy puts the console in his pocket.

Tommy says, HMM. HEY.

WHERE DID ALL THE ROCKS GO?

Audrey says, THEY'RE RIGHT HERE,
MR. JUST ONE MORE POC POC
AND I'M COMING.

Tommy says, WOW.
YOU REALLY MOVED THOSE QUICKLY.

Audrey says, YEP.
AND NOW IT'S TIME
TO SHOW MR. MILO HIS NEW HOME.

NOW, BE QUIET.
WE DON'T WANT TO SCARE HIM.

Audrey kneels on the ground in front of the carrier and opens the door. Milo walks to her and she picks him up. Audrey puts Milo beside the rock shelter.

[Carrier door squeaks, Milo squeaks]

Audrey says, LOOK, MILO.
YOU'LL BE NICE AND SAFE IN HERE.

TAKE YOUR TIME.

Milo cautiously moves towards the rock shelter.

[Squeak, sniffing]

Audrey says, THERE.

[Beeping]

Tommy takes his console out of his pocket.

The electronic voice says, TARDIFLOR!

Tommy says, A TARDIFLOR?!

[Milo shrieks, electronic music plays]

Milo runs away from Audrey and the rock shelter.

Audrey says, TOMMY, CATCH HIM!!

Tommy says, YES, YES,
THAT'S WHAT I'M TRYING TO DO!

Tommy sweats as he plays his video game. Milo runs between Tommy’s legs. Audrey dives to grab Milo but he escapes.

[Gasp, squeaking]

Audrey shouts, MILO, COME BACK!

Tommy lies pinned beneath Audrey on the ground. He plays his video game. Milo flees beneath bushes.

[Milo squeaks]

Audrey says, OH, NO!

[Electronic music plays]

Tommy says, OH, NO, HE GOT AWAY,
AND HE'S A LEGENDARY POC POC!

HE'S WORTH 500 POINTS!

Audrey says, WHAT?!
HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY BE TALKING
ABOUT POC POCS RIGHT NOW?!

MILO'S MISSING!
HE DOESN'T KNOW HIS WAY AROUND!
HE'LL GET LOST!
WE'VE GOT TO FIND HIM!

Tommy and Audrey stand.

[Rustling, electronic music plays]

Tommy plays on his console.

Tommy says, YOU'RE RIGHT,
AND I'M GONNA COME HELP YOU
IN A JUST A SECOND.

I'VE ALMOST GOT HIM!

Audrey grabs Tommy’s arm, and they run.

[Footsteps patter]

Audrey says, YOU CAN PLAY LATER!
WE'VE GOTTA GO!
HE COULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN FAR!

Audrey, Tommy, and Jack walk through thick bushes.

[Leaves rustle, whooshing, birds chirp, gentle music plays]

Audrey shouts, MILO...?

Audrey and Tommy shout, MILO!

[Beeping]

Tommy glances at Audrey and then sits behind a rock. He pulls out his console and plays.

[Leaves rustle, electronic music plays softly]

Tommy whispers, HMM?
ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT,
WHERE ARE YOU HIDING,
MR. TARDIFLOR?

HMM?

[Leave rustle, Tommy gulps, Jack grunts, birds chirp]

Tommy whispers, WHOA! YOU SCARED ME, JACK.

YOU CAN STAY HERE,
BUT YOU'VE GOT TO BE
EXTRA QUIET, OKAY?

[Jack grunts]

Audrey says, HMM?

Tommy says, SHHH! BE QUIET!
BE QUIET, JACK!

Audrey says, JACK? TOMMY?
WHY ARE YOU HIDING?!

Tommy says, WE WERE, UH—

Audrey whispers, QUIET!

Audrey pushes two bushes apart and sees a grey animal’s bottom.

[Rustling, upbeat music plays]

Audrey says, WELL DONE, TOMMY.
YOU FOUND MILO!

Tommy says, I DID? UH...

[He chuckles]

Tommy says, YES, OF COURSE. HEH-HEH.
THAT'S WHAT I WAS ABOUT
TO TELL YOU.

[He laughs, whoosh]

Audrey leaps between the bushes and grabs the grey-bottom animal’s bushy tail.

Audrey says, GOTCHA!

[A fox exclaims]

Audrey says, OOPS. SORRY, JUNIPER!

[Birds chirp]

Tommy suggests, MAYBE HE WENT BACK
TO HIS NEW SHELTER.
I'LL GO HAVE A LOOK.

Audrey says, GOOD IDEA. I'LL GO TOO.

Tommy says, HMM? NO!

[Bright music plays]

Audrey says, HUH?

Tommy says, UH, I MEAN, UH,
WE'LL HAVE A BETTER CHANCE
OF FINDING MILO IF WE SPLIT UP,
RIGHT?

Audrey says, UH, I GUESS.

Tommy walks away from Audrey and Jack. He hides behind a tree and takes out his console. He plays as he walks away.

[Tommy hums]

Tommy says, YOU NOW HAVE
MY UNDIVIDED ATTENTION,
MR. TARDIFLOR.

[Birds chirp, electronic music plays softly]

At the base of a large rocky hill, Audrey and Jack stop walking.

Audrey says, PIKA DROPPINGS!

Audrey sniffs the droppings.

[Sniffing]

Audrey says, AND THEY'RE STILL FRESH!

[Jack grunts happily]

Audrey says, WE'RE GETTING CLOSE, JACK!

Milo stands on a ledge on the rocky hill.

[Milo squeaks]

Audrey says, AH!

[Squeaking]

As Jack reaches down to pick up Milo, the shadow of his large hand falls over him. Milo stares up at him.

[Alarmed squeaking]

Audrey says, HMM? NO! JACK!

[Alarmed squeaking, Jack grunts]

Audrey says, NO TIME TO SAY YOU'RE SORRY!
LET'S CATCH HIM!

Audrey and Jack chase Milo through the trees and bushes.

[Lively music plays]

[Panting, squeaking, Jack grunts, exclamations, leaves rustle]

Audrey says, OH!

Audrey runs into Tommy’s back, and he drops his console.

[Animals hoot]

Audrey and Tommy say, OW.

[Milo squeaks, his footsteps patter]

Audrey says, I FOUND MILO!
HE GOT AWAY AGAIN. HEY, WAIT.
I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING BACK
TO THE SHELTER.

[Beeping]

Tommy says, HMM?

[Jack grunts]

Jack picks the console up out of a bush, and Audrey snatches it from his hands.

[Clicking, whooshing, birds sing]

Audrey says, NO WAY! SERIOUSLY?

YOU'VE BEEN PLAYING
MISSION POC POC ALL THIS TIME?

Tommy says, I, UH... NOT THE WHOLE TIME.
I HAD TO JUMP BACK ON,
BECAUSE I SPOTTED
THE TARDIFLOR AGAIN,
THAT'S ALL!

The electronic voice says, TARDIFLOR!

Audrey says, HMM?

Tommy says, THE TARDIFLOR!
I KNOW I'LL CATCH HIM THIS TIME!

Audrey says, YOU KNOW WHAT?
GO AHEAD, TOMMY!
COME ON, JACK, LET'S GO.
APPARENTLY TOMMY HAS
BETTER THINGS TO DO
THAN FINDING MILO.

Audrey gives Tommy the console and walks away. Jack follows her.

[Sad music plays]

Tommy says, HMM?

[Beeping, electronic music plays]

Tommy says, OH! HEE-HEE!

WAIT! AUDREY?
THIS WON'T TAKE LONG,
I PROMISE...
OH. OH. WAH!

The electronic voice says, TARDIFLOR.

Tommy says, OH! C'MON! C'MON!
C'MON!

The electronic voice says, TARDIFLOR.

Tommy says, OH, NO. HE GOT AWAY AGAIN!

AUDREY, DID YOU SEE THAT?
AUDREY? JACK?
OH. THEY LEFT.

[A sloth bleats, Tommy sighs, birds chirp]

[Beeping]

Tommy says, HMM?

[Tommy sighs, sad music plays]

Tommy asks, WHAT AM I THINKING?

AUDREY NEEDS MY HELP
AND I'M OVER HERE
PLAYING A SILLY VIDEO GAME. HMM.

Elsewhere in the greenhouse, Audrey pushes leaves apart and walks through the gap. Jack eats a white flower.

[Sighs, leaves rustle, chewing, bright music plays]

Audrey says, "AUDREY CHECK OUT MY TARDIDORK
AND MY PLOC PLOC."

I CAN'T BELIEVE
THAT'S HIS PRIORITY.
WHAT ABOUT MILO?

WHERE ARE YOU HIDING, MILO?
ANY IDEAS, JACK?

Jack offers Audrey a white flower.

[Jack ooks, Audrey sniffs]

Audrey says, MM-HMM. THANKS, JACK.
SO SWEET OF YOU TO DO THAT
WHILE WE SEARCH FOR MILO.

OKAY, I NEED TO TRY
AND THINK LIKE A PIKA.

Audrey holds her hands beside her head and crouches. She hops forward.

[Audrey sniffs, whooshing]

Jack moves to put a flower in his mouth and notices Milo in his hand.

[Alarmed squeaking, Jack grunts, squeaking]

Jack drops Milo, and Milo runs in circles around him. Jack reaches for Milo and falls.

[Upbeat music plays, thump]

Milo runs away from Jack. He runs past Audrey.

[Leaves rustle, panicked squeaking]

Audrey says, MILO, COME BACK!

[Squeaking]

Milo skids to a stop in front of Tommy.

Tommy says, NOT THAT WAY, MILO.

Milo turns and runs away from Tommy.

[Squeaking]

Audrey says, TOMMY?
WHY DIDN'T YOU CATCH HIM?

Tommy says, HAVE A LITTLE FAITH.

Tommy pulls the animal carrier out of a bush. Milo hides inside the carrier.

[Rustling]

Audrey says, HMM? YOU DID CATCH HIM!

BUT HOW'D YOU COME UP
WITH THAT PLAN?

[Door squeaks, Milo squeaks]

Tommy closes the carrier door.

Audrey says, IT'S BRILLIANT!

Tommy says, I THOUGHT BEING
IN HIS OWN CAGE MIGHT
CALM HIM DOWN. RIGHT, MILO?

[Upbeat music plays]

Tommy gives Milo a white flower.

[Happy squeaking]

Audrey says, FOR A JOB WELL DONE,
I AWARD YOU 100 POINTS!

[Laughing]

Pat walks past bushes. She pulls a wet leaf off her shoulder and drops it on the ground. Audrey, Tommy, and Jack are gathered around the rock shelter.

[Footsteps crunch, upbeat music plays]

Pat grumbles, AH, BABOU. THIS MONKEY'S
GONNA DRIVE ME CRAZY.

OH! VERY NICE, KIDS!
THAT'S A GREAT SHELTER!

YOU'VE DONE AN AWESOME JOB.
I THINK YOU'VE EARNED YOURSELF
SOME ICE CREAM.

Audrey says, THANKS, PAT.
WE JUST HAD TO LEARN TO THINK
LIKE A POC POC.

UH! I MEAN... A PIKA.

Tommy puts on the ground in front of the rock shelter.

[Rustling, Milo squeaks, Tommy chuckles]

[Beeping]

Tommy says, HMM? HMM?

Tommy pets Milo.

[Tommy laughs]

Audrey asks, DON'T WANNA CHECK THE GAME?
IT COULD BE A LEGENDARY POC POC
WORTH TONS OF POINTS.

Tommy says, HA! LEGENDARY OR NOT,
NO POC POC IS MORE IMPORTANT
THAN MILO.

Pat says, ALRIGHT, YOU COMING, KIDS?
THOSE ICE CREAMS
AREN'T GONNA EAT THEMSELVES!

Audrey and Tommy cheer, YAY!

Audrey and Tommy follow Pat. Tommy leaves his gaming console on a rock.

[Laughing

[Beeping]

The electronic voice says, TARDIFLOR!

[Jack grunts]

The electronic voice says, TARDIFLOR!

Jack plays his video game.

[Electronic music plays, beeping, Jack grunts]

[Upbeat music plays]
