A flock of Canada geese fly over the Wilde Shelter, a tall greenhouse filled with plants and animals. The geese also fly over a veterinary clinic and a two-storey house.

Inside the greenhouse, Audrey, a young girl with red hair in a ponytail, stands on a tree branch. She wears a yellow jacket over an olive green shirt, black pants, and brown boots. Audrey whistles and startles butterflies. Standing on a rock nearby, Tommy watches Jack, a gorilla, land on the branch beside Audrey. Tommy wears a pale blue long-sleeve shirt and pale grey pants. His black curly hair is short.

Audrey swings on a vine with a golden lion tamarin clinging to her head. Tommy rides on Jack’s back as Jack swings from a second vine.
A person sings, OH, CAN YOU HEAR THEM, ANIMALS ARE CALLING. THEY ARE IN DANGER.
Audrey stands as she slides down a rock past Karl and Pat. Karl, a slender young man with black hair and eyeglasses, watches Audrey slide past. Pat bottle-feeds a large grey kitten with black spots. Her black hair is pulled into a ponytail. Tommy rides Jack down the rock.

Audrey and Jack, still carrying Tommy, run past Jonas, a man with curly red hair. He lifts a rake over his head and spins as they pass.

In the greenhouse, a drone flies over the jungle. Jack jumps from a tree to the ground and then back up. Audrey swings on a vine.
Tommy says, THIS VIDEO'S GONNA BE INCREDIBLE, AUDREY!
[Clinking]
Audrey stops swinging and stops the drone from hitting her face.
Tommy says, OOPS, SORRY!
Audrey asks, YOU SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO PILOT THIS THING, TOMMY?
[Whooshing, grunting, exciting music plays, birds chirping, splashing]
Jack stands beside a river, and Audrey jumps down beside him.
Audrey says, HMM? HMM? HMM?
[Bright music plays]
Audrey looks at a mossy log on the shore.
Audrey says, LOOK! THAT TREE TRUNK'S PERFECT FOR CROSSING THE RIVER!
[Grunting, panting, birds chirping, crashing, Jack vocalizing]
Audrey pulls and pushes on the tree trunk. Jack picks up the log and lays it across the river.
Audrey says, AWESOME! THANKS, JACK!
[Water splashing, thumping, giggling, Jack vocalizing, bright music plays]
Audrey and Jack cross the river on the log. They snuggle their faces together. Later, Tommy shows them the video on his device.
Audrey says, YOU REALLY ARE THE GREATEST GORILLA IN THE WORLD, JACK! IT'S INCREDIBLE ALL THE STUFF YOU CAN DO!
Karl and Sonia carry books out of the Wilde house.
Karl says, IT'S REALLY UNBELIEVABLE.
Sonia says, IT'S TRUE! YOUR VIDEO DID A GREAT JOB SHOWING HOW STRONG AND INTELLIGENT GORILLAS ARE!
Karl says, ABSOLUTELY, I'M SURE IF I PUT IT ONLINE, TONS OF PEOPLE WOULD WATCH IT!
Tommy asks, ARE YOU SERIOUS? YOU'RE PUTTING JACK'S VIDEO ONLINE?
Karl says, MM-HMM!
[Thumping]
Audrey jumps to the ground from Jack’s shoulders.
Audrey says, HMM! YOU REALLY THINK PEOPLE ARE GONNA WATCH OUR VIDEO?
Karl says, OH, YEAH! THEY'RE GONNA LOVE JACK! AND THAT WAY, WE CAN SHOW THE WORLD EVERYTHING WE'RE DOING HERE AT THE SHELTER TO SAVE ENDANGERED ANIMALS.
Audrey says, HMM...
[Thumping]
Sonia puts her armful of books down on the front stoop.
Sonia says, AND A VIDEO LIKE THAT WILL DEFINITELY GET MORE ATTENTION THAN MY SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS. SO, WHAT DO YOU SAY, KIDS? CAN KARL PUT YOUR VIDEO ONLINE?
Audrey says, HMM.
[Tommy chuckling]
Audrey says, IF YOU THINK IT CAN HELP PROTECT GORILLAS, THEN WE'RE IN!
[Jack vocalizing, drone rattling, whooshing]
Karl picks up the drone and runs into the house.
Karl says, GREAT! JACK'S ABOUT TO BE A VIRAL SUPERSTAR!
[Giggling, Jack vocalizing, scratching, upbeat music plays]
Jack sits on the ground and scratches his chest.
[Gate squeaking, tires rattling]
On another day, Audrey opens the shelter gates, and Tommy pushes his bicycle on the path.
Audrey says, HEY THERE, TOMMY!
Tommy says, HELLO, AUDREY. UH... DO YOU... DO YOU KNOW THESE PEOPLE?
[Excited giggling]
Two people with short brown hair wear yellow T-shirts with Jack’s picture on them. A teenage girl wears a gorilla hand glove, and a teenage boy wears a gorilla ball cap.
Audrey says, NO IDEA.
The teenage girl says, HELLO! WE'RE HUGE FANS OF JACK THE STRONG!
[Chuckling, bright music plays]
The teenage girl, Lily, says, MY NAME'S LILY, AND THIS IS MAREK! WE'VE CREATED THE FIRST EVER CLOTHING AND ACCESSORY LINE FOR JACK THE STRONG!
Tommy says, UM, WAIT. SERIOUSLY? JACK, OUR SHELTER GORILLA, HAS ACTUAL SUPERFANS?
Lily says, OF COURSE HE DOES! HE HAS MILLIONS OF FANS! HIS VIDEO WENT VIRAL WORLDWIDE. HE'S A MASSIVE STAR! EVERYONE LOVES HIM. AND WE LOVE HIM EVEN MORE!
[Tommy and Audrey giggling]
Lily says, WE WANNA SEE JACK IN PERSON. COULD YOU PLEASE INTRODUCE US?
Audrey says, UH... WELL, MAYBE NOT AT THIS EXACT MOMENT. HE'S HAVING A NAP AND—
Lily says, BUT HE'S GOTTA SEE THE ROUTINE WE PREPARED FOR HIM! WATCH THIS!
[Rhythmic music plays, giggling]
Lily and Marek dance.
Lily says, FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT!
[Thumping, Marek grunting, music stops]
Marek falls.
Lily says, OOH!
Lily says, CONCENTRATE, MAREK! YOU ALWAYS MESS UP THE SAME PART! WE NEED TO REHEARSE MORE. WE'LL BE BACK SOON!
Marek giggling nervously, rustling]
Lily pushes Marek away from the gate.
[Bright music plays]
Audrey says, YOU SEE THAT? IT'S GREAT! PEOPLE LOVE SEEING JACK IN ACTION!
[Gasping]
Audrey says, WE HAVE TO GO MAKE MORE VIDEOS!
Tommy says, UH, OKAY... BUT VIDEOS OF WHAT? EEE!
[Footsteps rustling]
Audrey yanks Tommy towards the greenhouse.
Audrey says, VIDEOS THAT EDUCATE PEOPLE ON HOW INCREDIBLE GORILLAS ARE!
In a video in the jungle, Tommy says, WELCOME EVERYONE, TO A BRAND-NEW VIDEO WITH JACK THE STRONG! TODAY, WE'RE GONNA LEARN TONS OF COOL STUFF ABOUT GORILLAS. DID YOU KNOW THAT GORILLAS CAN LEARN SIGN LANGUAGE SO THEY CAN COMMUNICATE WITH HUMANS?
[Whooshing]
Jack swings on a tire swing with his eyebrows furrowed. Audrey pokes her head down from a treetop and holds a mango.
Audrey says, HI, JACK! WHAT'S THIS?
[Jack vocalizing, munching]
Jack signs at Audrey, and she gives him the mango.
Audrey says, HMM? THAT'S RIGHT, JACK! IT'S FOOD! THAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE SIGN, RIGHT?
[Giggling]
Tommy says, ON AVERAGE, GORILLAS CAN LIFT ALMOST TEN TIMES THEIR BODY WEIGHT. THEY'RE AS STRONG AS THEY LOOK!
[Creaking, leaves rustling]
Jack pushes against a rock and then picks a plant.
Tommy says, UH... WELL, THEY DON'T ALWAYS, BUT IT'S BEEN PROVEN.
Audrey says, HEY, TOMMY! COULD YOU EXPLAIN WHY HE'S PICKING UP THOSE LEAVES?
[Audrey giggling]
Tommy says, WITH PLEASURE! ADULT GORILLAS LOVE TO BUILD COZY NESTS USING THE LEAVES AND BRANCHES THEY COLLECT IN THE JUNGLE.
[Snoring]
Jack builds a nest and falls asleep.
Audrey says, WE REALLY HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS VIDEO. AND REMEMBER, GORILLAS LIKE JACK ARE GOING EXTINCT. IT'S IMPORTANT THAT WE PROTECT THEM. THANKS, SEE YA!
[Clicking, beeping]
In Sonia’s home office, Karl, Audrey, and Tommy look at a computer screen.
Karl says, IT'S ONLY BEEN A FEW HOURS SINCE I RELEASED THIS VIDEO, AND IT'S ALREADY GOTTEN TONS OF VIEWS.
Sonia says, THAT'S GREAT! NOW, WOULD YOU MIND GIVING ME A HAND?
[Doorbell ringing]
Karl says, HMM?
Audrey says, WE'LL GET IT!
Audrey grabs Tommy’s arm and pulls him across the office.
Tommy shouts, AH!
Sonia says, HMM? MM...
[Creaking, annoyed grumbling, birds chirping]
Audrey opens the front gates. Lily and Marek stand on the other side with narrowed eyes.
Audrey asks, DID YOU LIKE OUR LAST VIDEO?
Lily says, NO! NOT AT ALL!
Audrey says, HMM?
Lily says, HERE'S A PIECE OF ADVICE FROM BIG FANS OF JACK THE STRONG. WE DON'T WANT TO LEARN FACTS ABOUT GORILLAS. WE WANT JACK TO MAKE US LAUGH!
Marek says, MM-HMM!
[Rhythmic music plays]
Lily says, I CAN EVEN TEACH HIM OUR ROUTINE! IT WOULD BE MAGICAL!
Marek says, YEAH!
Audrey says, NO, WAIT, LILY. I JUST DON'T THINK THIS IS A GOOD IDEA.
[Whooshing, camera shutter snapping]
Lily poses for selfies.
Lily says, COME ON! YOU CAN AT LEAST LET ME GET MY PHOTO TAKEN WITH HIM!
Lily says, SORRY, BUT THIS IS A SHELTER FOR ENDANGERED ANIMALS, NOT A ZOO!
[Grunting, rustling, angry grumbling]
Audrey pushes Lily through the gate and slams it in her face.
Audrey says, I'M PERSONALLY SUPER INTERESTED IN LEARNING FACTS ABOUT GORILLAS.
Tommy says, ME TOO! BUT MAYBE LILY HAS A POINT. MAYBE WE CAN TEACH THEM ABOUT GORILLAS AND ALSO MAKE THEM LAUGH.
Audrey says, OKAY, LET'S TRY. BUT ON ONE CONDITION! WE STOP WHEN JACK'S HAD ENOUGH.
[Giggling, bright music plays, rustling, Audrey panting, clicking, Tommy giggling]
In the jungle, Audrey runs on top of a hay bale as Jack rolls it. Jack looks at the drone.
[Thumping, slide whistle, Jack vocalizing, Audrey giggling, rustling, giggling, clicking, Jack grumbling, bright music continues, thumping, drone whirring, children chuckling]
Later, Audrey lies on the end of a log, and Jack hits the other side. Audrey flies up into the air, and Jack catches her. Audrey poses on Jack’s back, and the drone flies closer and takes a photograph. Later, Audrey and Jack hit a beach ball. He hits it, and it lands on an X on the ground. Audrey and Tommy pose by the ball. Jack looks at the drone and runs into the jungle.
[Clicking, beeping]
In the office, Karl sits in front of the computer.
Karl says, THERE WE GO. THE VIDEO'S ONLINE.
Later, Tommy and Audrey relax in the jungle.
Karl says, HEY, GREAT WORK! WE'VE GOTTEN HUNDREDS OF POSITIVE COMMENTS ON THE LAST FEW VIDEOS. EVERYONE LOVES JACK THE STRONG!
Audrey says, WAIT A SEC, HAVE YOU SEEN JACK? IT'S TIME FOR HIS LUNCH. JACK! I HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU!
Tommy says, HMM?
Audrey says, HMM? JACK? YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MANGO?
Tommy peers over a bush. In a clearing, Jack lies on a pile of leaves, frowning with his arms crossed.
Tommy says, I FOUND HIM! HE'S IN HIS BED RELAXING.
[Jack vocalizing angrily, leaves rustling]
Jack stands and turns his back to Audrey, Tommy, and Karl.
Audrey says, I'M A LITTLE WORRIED. IT'S NOT LIKE JACK TO MISS A MEAL.
Tommy says, SOMETHING'S BOTHERING HIM.
[Whooshing]
Audrey walks to Jack.
Audrey says, WE NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT'S GOING ON. IS EVERYTHING OKAY, JACK?
[Jack vocalizing angrily, rustling, gentle music plays]
Jack signs and lies down on the leaves.
Audrey says, HE SAYS HE'S TIRED. BUT HE'S NOT USUALLY TIRED THIS EARLY IN THE DAY. I THINK WE MADE HIM DO TOO MANY VIDEOS.
Tommy says, POOR JACK. WE WERE JUST TRYING TO HELP GORILLAS, BUT WE NEVER STOPPED TO MAKE SURE HE WAS HAVING FUN, TOO.
Audrey says, OH, JACK! WE'RE DONE MAKING VIDEOS! WE'LL NEVER ASK YOU TO DO ANYTHING YOU DON'T WANT TO DO AGAIN. ISN'T THAT RIGHT, TOMMY? RIGHT, KARL?
Karl says, MM-HMM!
[Rattling]
Tommy puts the drone down.
Tommy says, UH... TOTALLY! YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AN INTERNET STAR JUST TO MAKE US HAPPY, JACK. WE LOVE YOU THE WAY YOU ARE.
Audrey says, HEY! IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO EAT! SO, JACK? YOU WANT A MANGO?
[Jack vocalizing, munching, gulping, belching, everyone laughing]
Jack eats the mango. Tommy and Audrey hug him.
Tommy says, AH! IT FEELS SO GOOD TO HAVE OUR FRIEND BACK!
Sonia arrives carrying file folders.
Sonia says, HELLO! HEY KIDS, THERE'S A COUPLE OF TEENAGERS OUT FRONT, ANY IDEA WHAT THEY WANT?
Audrey says, THAT'LL BE LILY AND MAREK. WE HAVE TO TELL THEM THAT JACK DOESN'T WANT TO DO VIDEOS ANYMORE. I HOPE THAT THEY WON'T BE TOO DISAPPOINTED.
Sonia says, WHAT'S MOST IMPORTANT, IS JACK'S WELL-BEING. DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT, SWEETIE, I'M SURE THEY'LL UNDERSTAND. KARL, COME WITH ME. WE STILL HAVE TONS OF FILES TO ORGANIZE.
[Footsteps pattering, insects chittering]
Sonia takes Karl’s arm and leads him away from the children.
Audrey says, STAY HERE AND GET SOME REST, JACK. WE'LL GO TAKE CARE OF THEM.
[Jack vocalizing, scratching, clapping]
Jack scratches his head. By the shelter gates, Marek holds a placard with Jack’s picture. Lily claps her gorilla gloves together.
Lily and Maret chant, MORE VIDEOS OF JACK! MORE VIDEOS OF JACK! MORE VIDEOS OF JACK!
Audrey says, UH, HI, LILY. HI, MAREK. I'M SORRY TO TELL YOU, BUT JACK'S NOT GOING TO BE DOING ANY MORE VIDEOS.
[Whooshing, upbeat music plays]
Lily says, WHAT? BUT WHAT ABOUT ALL OF JACK'S FANS? THERE ARE SO MANY OF US WHO LOVE HIM! AND WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEE HIM!

[Whooshing]
Audrey yanks Tommy away from the gate.
Tommy shouts, AH!
Lily says, I AM NOT LEAVING HERE UNTIL I SEE JACK THE STRONG WITH MY OWN EYES. SO, ARE YOU WITH ME, MAREK?
[Marek whimpering]
Marek says, HMM?
[Animals calling, suspenseful music plays, whooshing]
Marek runs away.
Lily says, WELL, YOUR LOSS! I GUESS I REALLY AM JACK THE STRONG'S BIGGEST FAN. HMM! HMM?
[Grunting, leaves rustling, whooshing]
Lily sneaks into the greenhouse.
Lily says, AH!
[Animals calling]
Lily says, INCREDIBLE!
[Animals calling]
In the jungle, Lily walks on a path.
Lily says, HMM?
[Lily whimpering, whooshing, squeaking, dirt rustling]
Lily ducks as Sticky glides past her head. Pixie, a bilby, pokes her head out of a hole.
Lily says, AH!
[Lily squeaking]
Lily hides behind a bush and watches Audrey and Tommy walk by.
Audrey says, FINALLY, WE CAN RELAX. EVERYTHING'S GONNA GO BACK TO NORMAL.
[Leaves rustling]
Lily says, WHERE WOULD I BE HIDING IF I WAS JACK THE STRONG? HMM...
[Jack vocalizing, animals calling]
Lily says, I'LL BET IT'S A GREAT VIEW FROM UP THERE! GET READY, JACK THE STRONG! LILY'S COMING TO SAY HELLO! IT'S REALLY YOU! THIS IS BETTER THAN MY WILDEST DREAMS! YOU'RE REALLY HERE, JACK!
[Lily laughing, cheerful music plays]
Lily climbs rocks and finds Jack on the top. She runs to him and hugs him.
Lily says, OH! AND YOUR FUR IS SO SOFT! THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! SMILE AND SAY "BANANA"!
[Camera shutter snapping, Jack vocalizing]
Lily holds up her cell phone, and the light flashes. Jack shuts his eyes and blocks them with his hand.
Lily says, OH, WOW! THIS IS PERFECT!
[Jack vocalizing]
Lily says, LET'S TAKE A SECOND ONE, TOGETHER! MMM!
[Tense music plays, camera shutter snapping, Jack snarling, thumping]
Jack moves away from Lily and smashes his fists against the ground. She falls and covers her head.
Lily says, AH!
[Jack roaring]
Lily says, NICE GORILLA!
[Jack roaring, footsteps rustling]
Elsewhere in the jungle, Audrey says, IT'LL BE SO FUN TO PLAY WITH JACK WITHOUT CAMERAS AROUND. JACK? WHERE DID HE GO?
Lily shouts, HELP ME! AH! HELP ME! PLEASE HELP! THIS GORILLA'S ATTACKING ME!
[Jack snarling, children exclaiming, panting, thumping, exciting music plays]
Audrey and Tommy run towards the rocks.
Audrey says, LISTEN TO ME, LILY! STAY DOWN! DON'T LOOK JACK IN THE EYES, AND YOU'LL BE OKAY!
[Lily whimpering, tense music plays]
Jack stands over Lily with narrowed eyes.
Audrey says, SHH... IT'S OKAY, CALM DOWN, JACK. IT'S OKAY.
[Thumping, Jack snorting]
Audrey gently pats Jack’s leg.
Tommy asks, ARE YOU ALRIGHT, LILY?
[Jack vocalizing]
Lily replies, I'M FINE, BUT HE'S NOT. I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A SELFIE WITH HIM, AND HE LOST HIS MIND!
[Jack grunting]
Jack rubs his face against Audrey.
Audrey says, WELL, YEAH! HE'S A WILD ANIMAL. IT'S OKAY, JACK. I'M RIGHT HERE. EVERYTHING'S GOOD. YOU CAN CALM DOWN NOW.
[Soft music plays, birds calling]
Lily says, I REALLY WASN'T TRYING TO UPSET HIM. I'M JUST SUCH A HUGE FAN. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL JACK I'M REALLY SORRY?
Audrey says, I HAVE A BETTER IDEA. LOOK. THIS HAND SIGN MEANS "FRIEND"! SEE? NOW WHY DON'T YOU TRY IT?
[Thumping]
Lily signs with her gorilla gloves.
Lily says, LIKE THIS? WILL YOU PLEASE BE MY FRIEND, JACK THE STRONG?
Audrey says, HMM?
[Tearing, spitting, giggling, birds chirping, Jack vocalizing, gentle music plays]
Audrey opens a banana with her teeth. She peels it and offers the banana to Jack. He breaks the banana into two pieces and gives one to Lily.
Audrey says, WOW! JACK WANTS TO SHARE HIS BANANA WITH YOU! THAT MEANS HE ACCEPTS YOUR OFFER TO BE HIS FRIEND, LILY!
Lily says, OH, WOW. THIS REALLY IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! EVEN IF I HATE BANANAS. THANKS, JACK THE STRONG! WOW! HE'S SO CUTE!
[Clicking, Jack grunting]
Lily takes out her cell phone, and everyone stares at her.

Audrey stops swinging and stops the drone from hitting her face.
Tommy says, OOPS, SORRY!
Audrey asks, YOU SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO PILOT THIS THING, TOMMY?
[Whooshing, grunting, exciting music plays, birds chirping, splashing]
Jack stands beside a river, and Audrey jumps down beside him.

[Bright music plays]
Audrey looks at a mossy log on the shore.
Audrey says, LOOK! THAT TREE TRUNK'S PERFECT FOR CROSSING THE RIVER!
[Grunting, panting, birds chirping, crashing, Jack vocalizing]
Audrey pulls and pushes on the tree trunk. Jack picks up the log and lays it across the river.
Audrey says, AWESOME! THANKS, JACK!
[Water splashing, thumping, giggling, Jack vocalizing, bright music plays]
Audrey and Jack cross the river on the log. They snuggle their faces together. Later, Tommy shows them the video on his device.
Audrey says, YOU REALLY ARE THE GREATEST GORILLA IN THE WORLD, JACK! IT'S INCREDIBLE ALL THE STUFF YOU CAN DO!
Karl and Sonia carry books out of the Wilde house.
Karl says, IT'S REALLY UNBELIEVABLE.
Sonia says, IT'S TRUE! YOUR VIDEO DID A GREAT JOB SHOWING HOW STRONG AND INTELLIGENT GORILLAS ARE!
Karl says, ABSOLUTELY, I'M SURE IF I PUT IT ONLINE, TONS OF PEOPLE WOULD WATCH IT!
Tommy asks, ARE YOU SERIOUS? YOU'RE PUTTING JACK'S VIDEO ONLINE?
Karl says, MM-HMM!
[Thumping]
Audrey jumps to the ground from Jack’s shoulders.
Audrey says, HMM! YOU REALLY THINK PEOPLE ARE GONNA WATCH OUR VIDEO?
Karl says, OH, YEAH! THEY'RE GONNA LOVE JACK! AND THAT WAY, WE CAN SHOW THE WORLD EVERYTHING WE'RE DOING HERE AT THE SHELTER TO SAVE ENDANGERED ANIMALS.
Audrey says, HMM...
[Thumping]
Sonia puts her armful of books down on the front stoop.
Sonia says, AND A VIDEO LIKE THAT WILL DEFINITELY GET MORE ATTENTION THAN MY SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS. SO, WHAT DO YOU SAY, KIDS? CAN KARL PUT YOUR VIDEO ONLINE?
Audrey says, HMM.
[Tommy chuckling]
Audrey says, IF YOU THINK IT CAN HELP PROTECT GORILLAS, THEN WE'RE IN!
[Jack vocalizing, drone rattling, whooshing]
Karl picks up the drone and runs into the house.
Karl says, GREAT! JACK'S ABOUT TO BE A VIRAL SUPERSTAR!
[Giggling, Jack vocalizing, scratching, upbeat music plays]
Jack sits on the ground and scratches his chest.
[Gate squeaking, tires rattling]
On another day, Audrey opens the shelter gates, and Tommy pushes his bicycle on the path.
Audrey says, HEY THERE, TOMMY!
Tommy says, HELLO, AUDREY. UH... DO YOU... DO YOU KNOW THESE PEOPLE?
[Excited giggling]
Two people with short brown hair wear yellow T-shirts with Jack’s picture on them. A teenage girl wears a gorilla hand glove, and a teenage boy wears a gorilla ball cap.
Audrey says, NO IDEA.
The teenage girl says, HELLO! WE'RE HUGE FANS OF JACK THE STRONG!
[Chuckling, bright music plays]
The teenage girl, Lily, says, MY NAME'S LILY, AND THIS IS MAREK! WE'VE CREATED THE FIRST EVER CLOTHING AND ACCESSORY LINE FOR JACK THE STRONG!
Tommy says, UM, WAIT. SERIOUSLY? JACK, OUR SHELTER GORILLA, HAS ACTUAL SUPERFANS?
Lily says, OF COURSE HE DOES! HE HAS MILLIONS OF FANS! HIS VIDEO WENT VIRAL WORLDWIDE. HE'S A MASSIVE STAR! EVERYONE LOVES HIM. AND WE LOVE HIM EVEN MORE!
[Tommy and Audrey giggling]
Lily says, WE WANNA SEE JACK IN PERSON. COULD YOU PLEASE INTRODUCE US?
Audrey says, UH... WELL, MAYBE NOT AT THIS EXACT MOMENT. HE'S HAVING A NAP AND—
Lily says, BUT HE'S GOTTA SEE THE ROUTINE WE PREPARED FOR HIM! WATCH THIS!
[Rhythmic music plays, giggling]
Lily and Marek dance.

[Thumping, Marek grunting, music stops]
Marek falls.

Marek giggling nervously, rustling]
Lily pushes Marek away from the gate.
[Bright music plays]
Audrey says, YOU SEE THAT? IT'S GREAT! PEOPLE LOVE SEEING JACK IN ACTION!
[Gasping]
Audrey says, WE HAVE TO GO MAKE MORE VIDEOS!
Tommy says, UH, OKAY... BUT VIDEOS OF WHAT? EEE!
[Footsteps rustling]
Audrey yanks Tommy towards the greenhouse.
Audrey says, VIDEOS THAT EDUCATE PEOPLE ON HOW INCREDIBLE GORILLAS ARE!
In a video in the jungle, Tommy says, WELCOME EVERYONE, TO A BRAND-NEW VIDEO WITH JACK THE STRONG! TODAY, WE'RE GONNA LEARN TONS OF COOL STUFF ABOUT GORILLAS. DID YOU KNOW THAT GORILLAS CAN LEARN SIGN LANGUAGE SO THEY CAN COMMUNICATE WITH HUMANS?
[Whooshing]
Jack swings on a tire swing with his eyebrows furrowed. Audrey pokes her head down from a treetop and holds a mango.
Audrey says, HI, JACK! WHAT'S THIS?
[Jack vocalizing, munching]
Jack signs at Audrey, and she gives him the mango.
Audrey says, HMM? THAT'S RIGHT, JACK! IT'S FOOD! THAT'S YOUR FAVOURITE SIGN, RIGHT?
[Giggling]
Tommy says, ON AVERAGE, GORILLAS CAN LIFT ALMOST TEN TIMES THEIR BODY WEIGHT. THEY'RE AS STRONG AS THEY LOOK!
[Creaking, leaves rustling]
Jack pushes against a rock and then picks a plant.
Tommy says, UH... WELL, THEY DON'T ALWAYS, BUT IT'S BEEN PROVEN.
Audrey says, HEY, TOMMY! COULD YOU EXPLAIN WHY HE'S PICKING UP THOSE LEAVES?
[Audrey giggling]
Tommy says, WITH PLEASURE! ADULT GORILLAS LOVE TO BUILD COZY NESTS USING THE LEAVES AND BRANCHES THEY COLLECT IN THE JUNGLE.
[Snoring]
Jack builds a nest and falls asleep.
Audrey says, WE REALLY HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS VIDEO. AND REMEMBER, GORILLAS LIKE JACK ARE GOING EXTINCT. IT'S IMPORTANT THAT WE PROTECT THEM. THANKS, SEE YA!
[Clicking, beeping]
In Sonia’s home office, Karl, Audrey, and Tommy look at a computer screen.
Karl says, IT'S ONLY BEEN A FEW HOURS SINCE I RELEASED THIS VIDEO, AND IT'S ALREADY GOTTEN TONS OF VIEWS.
Sonia says, THAT'S GREAT! NOW, WOULD YOU MIND GIVING ME A HAND?
[Doorbell ringing]
Karl says, HMM?
Audrey says, WE'LL GET IT!
Audrey grabs Tommy’s arm and pulls him across the office.
Tommy shouts, AH!
Sonia says, HMM? MM...
[Creaking, annoyed grumbling, birds chirping]
Audrey opens the front gates. Lily and Marek stand on the other side with narrowed eyes.
Audrey asks, DID YOU LIKE OUR LAST VIDEO?
Lily says, NO! NOT AT ALL!
Audrey says, HMM?
Lily says, HERE'S A PIECE OF ADVICE FROM BIG FANS OF JACK THE STRONG. WE DON'T WANT TO LEARN FACTS ABOUT GORILLAS. WE WANT JACK TO MAKE US LAUGH!
Marek says, MM-HMM!
[Rhythmic music plays]
Lily says, I CAN EVEN TEACH HIM OUR ROUTINE! IT WOULD BE MAGICAL!
Marek says, YEAH!
Audrey says, NO, WAIT, LILY. I JUST DON'T THINK THIS IS A GOOD IDEA.
[Whooshing, camera shutter snapping]
Lily poses for selfies.
Lily says, COME ON! YOU CAN AT LEAST LET ME GET MY PHOTO TAKEN WITH HIM!
Lily says, SORRY, BUT THIS IS A SHELTER FOR ENDANGERED ANIMALS, NOT A ZOO!
[Grunting, rustling, angry grumbling]
Audrey pushes Lily through the gate and slams it in her face.
Audrey says, I'M PERSONALLY SUPER INTERESTED IN LEARNING FACTS ABOUT GORILLAS.
Tommy says, ME TOO! BUT MAYBE LILY HAS A POINT. MAYBE WE CAN TEACH THEM ABOUT GORILLAS AND ALSO MAKE THEM LAUGH.
Audrey says, OKAY, LET'S TRY. BUT ON ONE CONDITION! WE STOP WHEN JACK'S HAD ENOUGH.
[Giggling, bright music plays, rustling, Audrey panting, clicking, Tommy giggling]
In the jungle, Audrey runs on top of a hay bale as Jack rolls it. Jack looks at the drone.
[Thumping, slide whistle, Jack vocalizing, Audrey giggling, rustling, giggling, clicking, Jack grumbling, bright music continues, thumping, drone whirring, children chuckling]
Later, Audrey lies on the end of a log, and Jack hits the other side. Audrey flies up into the air, and Jack catches her. Audrey poses on Jack’s back, and the drone flies closer and takes a photograph. Later, Audrey and Jack hit a beach ball. He hits it, and it lands on an X on the ground. Audrey and Tommy pose by the ball. Jack looks at the drone and runs into the jungle.
[Clicking, beeping]
In the office, Karl sits in front of the computer.
Karl says, THERE WE GO. THE VIDEO'S ONLINE.
Later, Tommy and Audrey relax in the jungle.
Karl says, HEY, GREAT WORK! WE'VE GOTTEN HUNDREDS OF POSITIVE COMMENTS ON THE LAST FEW VIDEOS. EVERYONE LOVES JACK THE STRONG!
Audrey says, WAIT A SEC, HAVE YOU SEEN JACK? IT'S TIME FOR HIS LUNCH. JACK! I HAVE SOMETHING FOR YOU!
Tommy says, HMM?
Audrey says, HMM? JACK? YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MANGO?
Tommy peers over a bush. In a clearing, Jack lies on a pile of leaves, frowning with his arms crossed.
Tommy says, I FOUND HIM! HE'S IN HIS BED RELAXING.
[Jack vocalizing angrily, leaves rustling]
Jack stands and turns his back to Audrey, Tommy, and Karl.
Audrey says, I'M A LITTLE WORRIED. IT'S NOT LIKE JACK TO MISS A MEAL.
Tommy says, SOMETHING'S BOTHERING HIM.
[Whooshing]
Audrey walks to Jack.
Audrey says, WE NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT'S GOING ON. IS EVERYTHING OKAY, JACK?
[Jack vocalizing angrily, rustling, gentle music plays]
Jack signs and lies down on the leaves.
Audrey says, HE SAYS HE'S TIRED. BUT HE'S NOT USUALLY TIRED THIS EARLY IN THE DAY. I THINK WE MADE HIM DO TOO MANY VIDEOS.
Tommy says, POOR JACK. WE WERE JUST TRYING TO HELP GORILLAS, BUT WE NEVER STOPPED TO MAKE SURE HE WAS HAVING FUN, TOO.
Audrey says, OH, JACK! WE'RE DONE MAKING VIDEOS! WE'LL NEVER ASK YOU TO DO ANYTHING YOU DON'T WANT TO DO AGAIN. ISN'T THAT RIGHT, TOMMY? RIGHT, KARL?
Karl says, MM-HMM!
[Rattling]
Tommy puts the drone down.
Tommy says, UH... TOTALLY! YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AN INTERNET STAR JUST TO MAKE US HAPPY, JACK. WE LOVE YOU THE WAY YOU ARE.
Audrey says, HEY! IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO EAT! SO, JACK? YOU WANT A MANGO?
[Jack vocalizing, munching, gulping, belching, everyone laughing]
Jack eats the mango. Tommy and Audrey hug him.
Tommy says, AH! IT FEELS SO GOOD TO HAVE OUR FRIEND BACK!
Sonia arrives carrying file folders.
Sonia says, HELLO! HEY KIDS, THERE'S A COUPLE OF TEENAGERS OUT FRONT, ANY IDEA WHAT THEY WANT?
Audrey says, THAT'LL BE LILY AND MAREK. WE HAVE TO TELL THEM THAT JACK DOESN'T WANT TO DO VIDEOS ANYMORE. I HOPE THAT THEY WON'T BE TOO DISAPPOINTED.
Sonia says, WHAT'S MOST IMPORTANT, IS JACK'S WELL-BEING. DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT, SWEETIE, I'M SURE THEY'LL UNDERSTAND. KARL, COME WITH ME. WE STILL HAVE TONS OF FILES TO ORGANIZE.
[Footsteps pattering, insects chittering]
Sonia takes Karl’s arm and leads him away from the children.
Audrey says, STAY HERE AND GET SOME REST, JACK. WE'LL GO TAKE CARE OF THEM.
[Jack vocalizing, scratching, clapping]
Jack scratches his head. By the shelter gates, Marek holds a placard with Jack’s picture. Lily claps her gorilla gloves together.
Lily and Maret chant, MORE VIDEOS OF JACK! MORE VIDEOS OF JACK! MORE VIDEOS OF JACK!
Audrey says, UH, HI, LILY. HI, MAREK. I'M SORRY TO TELL YOU, BUT JACK'S NOT GOING TO BE DOING ANY MORE VIDEOS.
[Whooshing, upbeat music plays]
Lily says, WHAT? BUT WHAT ABOUT ALL OF JACK'S FANS? THERE ARE SO MANY OF US WHO LOVE HIM! AND WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEE HIM!

[Whooshing]
Audrey yanks Tommy away from the gate.
Tommy shouts, AH!

[Marek whimpering]
Marek says, HMM?
[Animals calling, suspenseful music plays, whooshing]
Marek runs away.
Lily says, WELL, YOUR LOSS! I GUESS I REALLY AM JACK THE STRONG'S BIGGEST FAN. HMM! HMM?
[Grunting, leaves rustling, whooshing]
Lily sneaks into the greenhouse.
Lily says, AH!
[Animals calling]
Lily says, INCREDIBLE!
[Animals calling]
In the jungle, Lily walks on a path.
Lily says, HMM?
[Lily whimpering, whooshing, squeaking, dirt rustling]
Lily ducks as Sticky glides past her head. Pixie, a bilby, pokes her head out of a hole.
Lily says, AH!
[Lily squeaking]
Lily hides behind a bush and watches Audrey and Tommy walk by.
Audrey says, FINALLY, WE CAN RELAX. EVERYTHING'S GONNA GO BACK TO NORMAL.
[Leaves rustling]
Lily says, WHERE WOULD I BE HIDING IF I WAS JACK THE STRONG? HMM...
[Jack vocalizing, animals calling]
Lily says, I'LL BET IT'S A GREAT VIEW FROM UP THERE! GET READY, JACK THE STRONG! LILY'S COMING TO SAY HELLO! IT'S REALLY YOU! THIS IS BETTER THAN MY WILDEST DREAMS! YOU'RE REALLY HERE, JACK!
[Lily laughing, cheerful music plays]
Lily climbs rocks and finds Jack on the top. She runs to him and hugs him.
Lily says, OH! AND YOUR FUR IS SO SOFT! THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! SMILE AND SAY "BANANA"!
[Camera shutter snapping, Jack vocalizing]
Lily holds up her cell phone, and the light flashes. Jack shuts his eyes and blocks them with his hand.
Lily says, OH, WOW! THIS IS PERFECT!
[Jack vocalizing]
Lily says, LET'S TAKE A SECOND ONE, TOGETHER! MMM!
[Tense music plays, camera shutter snapping, Jack snarling, thumping]
Jack moves away from Lily and smashes his fists against the ground. She falls and covers her head.
Lily says, AH!
[Jack roaring]
Lily says, NICE GORILLA!
[Jack roaring, footsteps rustling]
Elsewhere in the jungle, Audrey says, IT'LL BE SO FUN TO PLAY WITH JACK WITHOUT CAMERAS AROUND. JACK? WHERE DID HE GO?
Lily shouts, HELP ME! AH! HELP ME! PLEASE HELP! THIS GORILLA'S ATTACKING ME!
[Jack snarling, children exclaiming, panting, thumping, exciting music plays]
Audrey and Tommy run towards the rocks.
Audrey says, LISTEN TO ME, LILY! STAY DOWN! DON'T LOOK JACK IN THE EYES, AND YOU'LL BE OKAY!
[Lily whimpering, tense music plays]
Jack stands over Lily with narrowed eyes.
Audrey says, SHH... IT'S OKAY, CALM DOWN, JACK. IT'S OKAY.
[Thumping, Jack snorting]
Audrey gently pats Jack’s leg.
Tommy asks, ARE YOU ALRIGHT, LILY?
[Jack vocalizing]
Lily replies, I'M FINE, BUT HE'S NOT. I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A SELFIE WITH HIM, AND HE LOST HIS MIND!
[Jack grunting]
Jack rubs his face against Audrey.
Audrey says, WELL, YEAH! HE'S A WILD ANIMAL. IT'S OKAY, JACK. I'M RIGHT HERE. EVERYTHING'S GOOD. YOU CAN CALM DOWN NOW.
[Soft music plays, birds calling]
Lily says, I REALLY WASN'T TRYING TO UPSET HIM. I'M JUST SUCH A HUGE FAN. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL JACK I'M REALLY SORRY?
Audrey says, I HAVE A BETTER IDEA. LOOK. THIS HAND SIGN MEANS "FRIEND"! SEE? NOW WHY DON'T YOU TRY IT?
[Thumping]
Lily signs with her gorilla gloves.
Lily says, LIKE THIS? WILL YOU PLEASE BE MY FRIEND, JACK THE STRONG?
Audrey says, HMM?
[Tearing, spitting, giggling, birds chirping, Jack vocalizing, gentle music plays]
Audrey opens a banana with her teeth. She peels it and offers the banana to Jack. He breaks the banana into two pieces and gives one to Lily.
Audrey says, WOW! JACK WANTS TO SHARE HIS BANANA WITH YOU! THAT MEANS HE ACCEPTS YOUR OFFER TO BE HIS FRIEND, LILY!
Lily says, OH, WOW. THIS REALLY IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! EVEN IF I HATE BANANAS. THANKS, JACK THE STRONG! WOW! HE'S SO CUTE!
[Clicking, Jack grunting]
Lily takes out her cell phone, and everyone stares at her.
Tommy and Lily say, LILY...
Lily says, OOPS!
