A flock of Canada geese fly over the Wilde Shelter, a tall greenhouse filled with plants and animals. The geese also fly over a veterinary clinic and a two-storey house.

Inside the greenhouse, Audrey, a young girl with red hair in a ponytail, stands on a tree branch. She wears a yellow jacket over an olive green shirt, black pants, and brown boots. Audrey whistles and startles butterflies. Standing on a rock nearby, Tommy watches Jack, a gorilla, land on the branch beside Audrey. Tommy wears a pale blue long-sleeve shirt and pale grey pants. Audrey swings on a vine with a golden lion tamarin clinging to her head. Tommy rides on Jack’s back as Jack swings from a second vine.
A person sings, OH, CAN YOU HEAR THEM, ANIMALS ARE CALLING. THEY ARE IN DANGER.
Audrey stands as she slides down a rock past Karl and Pat. Karl, a slender young man with black hair and eyeglasses, watches Audrey slide past. Pat bottle-feeds a large grey kitten with black spots. Her black hair is pulled into a ponytail. Tommy rides Jack down the rock.

Audrey and Jack, still carrying Tommy, run past Jonas, a man with curly red hair. He lifts a rake over his head and spins as they pass.

Audrey pulls leaves to the side and reveals Tommy in a clearing with Jack, a giraffe, an elephant, and a gazelle.

The tall iron gates in front of the Shelter are open. Tommy rides his bicycle down the path and stops by Pat and Karl, who are unloading a delivery truck in front of the clinic.
Tommy says, HELLO, PAT! HELLO, KARL! HAVE YOU GUYS SEEN AUDREY? SHE SAYS SHE'S GOT SOMETHING INCREDIBLE TO SHOW ME!
[Whooshing]
Karl puts down a basket.
Karl says, YES, TRULY INCREDIBLE!
[Giggling]
Karl says, SHE'S IN THE GREENHOUSE!
[Giggling]
Pat says, HMM.
Tommy says, UH, THANKS...
[Karl giggling, birds chirping, slapping, Jack snorting, sniffing, upbeat music plays]
In a clearing in the greenhouse, Audrey sits cross-legged on a pile of leaves. Jack reaches towards her, and she slaps his hand away.
Tommy says, HEY, AUDREY!
Audrey says, TOMMY!
[Leaves rustling]
Tommy walks to Audrey.
Tommy says, SO? WHAT'S THE BIG SURPRISE? WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
Audrey says, YOU'RE NOT GONNA BELIEVE YOUR EYES! EARLIER TODAY, KARL FOUND A DODO EGG, AND HE ASKED ME TO INCUBATE IT UNTIL IT HATCHES!
Tommy says, BUT DODO'S DISAPPEARED A LONG TIME AGO! CAN I SEE IT?
Audrey says, UH...UM, JUST BE CAREFUL.
[Jack vocalizing, Tommy sniffing, cracking, dramatic music notes play]
Audrey gives Tommy the bright red egg. He sniffs it and smiles. Tommy cracks it open and eats fruit inside.
Audrey says, WHAT'RE YOU DOING?!
Tommy says, MMM! IT'S NOT A REAL EGG! IT'S A RAMBUTAN!
[Gulping]
Tommy says, TRY IT, IT'S DELICIOUS!
Audrey says, UH...
[Jack grunting, Karl laughing]
Karl and Pat carry baskets of rambutans. Karl stops and looks at Audrey.
Karl says, YOU SHOULD SEE THE LOOK ON YOUR FACE!
[Karl laughing, Jack vocalizing]
Audrey says, THAT IS NOT FUNNY! I WASTED OVER AN HOUR TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF IT!
Karl says, SORRY, I COULDN'T RESIST!
[Thudding, dramatic music notes play, Audrey grumbling]
Audrey throws the rambutan at Karl, and it hits the basket.
Karl says, WELL, I'D BETTER GET GOING. I STILL HAVE BASKETS OF DODO EGGS TO DELIVER!
[Karl laughing, static crackling]
Karl walks away. Behind Audrey and Tommy, Jack picks up the half-eaten rambutan.
Hector, via walkie-talkie, says, PAT, IT'S HECTOR. LEAVE SOME FRUIT FOR THE BATS. I'M HAVING TROUBLE FINDING SOME.
[Static crackling]
Audrey speaks into her walkie-talkie and says, UGH...DAD! IT'S ME. YOU'RE ON THE WRONG CHANNEL. UGH!
[Static crackling]
Hector, via walkie-talkie, says OOPS! SORRY ABOUT THAT, SWEETIE!
[Static crackling, Tommy giggling]
Audrey says, HE ALWAYS DOES THIS. I'VE EXPLAINED THESE WALKIES TO HIM A HUNDRED TIMES NOW.
[Tommy gasping]
Audrey says, WAIT A SECOND. I HAVE AN IDEA!
[Audrey giggling]
Tommy says, UH... AN IDEA FOR WHAT?
Audrey says, KARL'S NOT GONNA GET OFF THAT EASY! I'VE JUST THOUGHT OF THE PERFECT REVENGE.
[Tommy chuckling, Babou chittering, static crackling]
In a second clearing, Karl and Pat feed rambutans to Babou and another animal.
A voice, via walkie-talkie, says, KARL, COME IN, IT'S HECTOR. DO YOU MIND BRINGING IN YOKO FOR HER CHECK-UP? SHE'S DUE. I THINK SHE'S PLAYING BY THE BIG ROCK.
Karl says, YOU CAN CONSIDER IT DONE. OVER AND OUT! WOO-HOO!
[Karl laughing, squealing, animals chittering, Pat laughing, upbeat music plays, Karl panting]
Pat continues feeding the animals. At the Big Rock, Karl climbs to the top.
Karl says, HMM? YOKO! YOKO! HMM.
[Static crackling]
Karl speaks into his walkie-talkie and says, I DON'T SEE YOKO UP HERE. OVER!
A voice, via walkie-talkie, says, OH, WELL, IT'S NO BIG DEAL. HOWEVER, I DEFINITELY NEED YOU TO FIND JOYO. I'VE GOT TO ADMINISTER…
[Static crackling]
Karl says, I HAVE A FEELING IT'S GONNA BE A LONG DAY.
[Snoring]
Joyo sleeps in a mud puddle.
Karl says, AHH...
[Static crackling]
Karl speaks into his walkie-talkie and says, JOYO'S IN THE…
[Startled squealing, splashing]
Joyo runs away, and Karl falls into the mud puddle.
Karl says, WHOA! OH!
A voice, via walkie-talkie, says, OH SORRY, KARL. I GOT MIXED UP. IT'S ACTUALLY JACK WHO NEEDS A VACCINE.
Karl says, UGH!
[Jack vocalizing, running footsteps, rustling, upbeat music plays]
Karl chases Jack. He grabs Jack’s back, and Jack drags him along the ground.
Karl says, JACK! WAIT! PLEASE STOP!
[Panting, whooshing]
Karl lets go of Jack and rolls onto his back. Two shadows fall over him.
Karl says, HUH?
[Static crackling]
Tommy, altering his voice, speaks into his walkie-talkie and says, YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR FACE, KARL! REVENGE IS SWEET!
[Tommy giggling]
Audrey says, SORRY! WE JUST COULDN'T RESIST!
[Karl grumbling, Audrey and Tommy laughing, dramatic music plays]
Audrey and Tommy walk away. Karl stands up.
Karl says, OH, I SEE... YOU KIDS DON'T KNOW WHO YOU'RE MESSING WITH.
[Karl laughing]
Karl says, I AM THE KING OF PRANKS! BUCKLE UP! I WILL HAVE MY VENGE-- OH! UH...
[Crunching, Babou vocalizing]
Karl turns and notices the children left. Babou eats a rambutan.
[Audrey and Tommy laughing, upbeat music plays]
Tommy and Audrey walk on a path in the jungle.
Tommy says, THE FACE HE MADE!
[Audrey and Tommy laughing]
Audrey asks, CAN YOU IMAGINE ALL THE DIFFERENT PRANKS WE CAN PULL WITH YOUR AWESOME IMPRESSION OF MY DAD?
[Gasping]
Audrey asks, ARE YOU THINKING WHAT I'M THINKING, TOMMY?
Tommy says, UH... YEAH... BUT YOU ALREADY GOT YOUR REVENGE ON KARL. RIGHT?
Audrey says, YEAH BUT C'MON! IT'S JUST SOME PRANKS; WE'RE NOT HURTING ANYONE! AND I HAVE TONS OF IDEAS.
[Indistinct whispering, Tommy giggling, upbeat music plays, walkie-talking whirring]
Pat kneels beside a wheelbarrow.
Tommy, with an altered voice, says PAT via walkie-talkie.
[Static crackling]
Pat speaks into her walkie-talkie and says, THIS IS PAT! HELLO? HMM?
[Tommy laughing, clunking]
Pat reaches for her tools and finds nothing. Tommy sucks behind a rock, holding the tools. A wheel falls off the wheelbarrow.
[Upbeat music continues, birds calling]
Jonas stands on a ladder and pats a tree.
Jonas says, EIGHT HOURS WELL SPENT! THESE NETS SHOULD FINALLY STOP THE INSECTS FROM EATING THE FRUIT.
[Walkie-talkie whirring]
Jonas says, HUH? SNAILS ARE DEVOURING MY PRECIOUS WATER LILIES? HOLD ON, SWEET AQUA BABIES, PAPA'S COMING!
[Splashing, Audrey and Tommy laughing]
Jonas jumps into a stream and swims across. Audrey and Tommy watch him from behind a bush.
Elsewhere, Pat says, I'LL TAKE CARE OF IT! I'M ON MY WAY, EESHA!
[Skidding, trumpeting, splashing, Pat shouting, Tommy and Audrey laughing]
Eesha sprays water on Pat. Audrey and Tommy high-five and run away.
[Pat grumbling, rustling, dramatic music plays, Karl growling]
Elsewhere, Karl puts on a tiger mask.
Karl says, WE'LL SEE WHO'S LAUGHING AFTER THIS!
[Karl giggling]
Audrey says, WE COULD TELL KARL THAT BABOU STOLE HIS BRUSHES!

Karl hides in a bush.

Audrey and Tommy cover their ears.

Audrey checks the walkie-talkie.
Audrey says, HMM? NOTHING ON THE WALKIE, SO IT'S NOT COMING FROM THERE.
Behind the bush, Karl asks, AH... WHAT ARE THEY UP TO?
[Karl chuckling, high-pitched screeching, children exclaiming]
Audrey says, OH! THIS IS VERY STRANGE. WE NEED TO FIND OUT WHAT'S MAKING THAT NOISE!
[Footsteps rustling, Karl chuckling]
Karl stands and shouts, AH!
[Tense music plays, Jack roaring, Karl screaming, groaning, creaking]
Jack stares at Karl and snarls. Karl falls backwards and becomes entangled in vines.
[Upbeat music plays, Pat, whistling, wheelbarrow clattering]
Jonas pushes bamboo shoots in the wheelbarrow, and Pat walks behind him.
Jonas says, NO MORE PRANKS, YOU KIDS!
Audrey says, HMM?
Jonas asks, WHAT'S IT GONNA BE THIS TIME? UNLEASH RED ANTS? MAKE ME SHAVE MY HEAD? DISGUISE MY PRECIOUS NETTLES AS WALLFLOWERS? HMM?
Tommy says, NO JOKES! WE'RE JUST TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THAT ALARM SOUND IS COMING FROM. IT SOUNDS LIKE, "EEE!"
[High-pitched screeching]
Audrey and Tommy cover their ears and cringe.
Audrey says, THAT NOISE!
Pat asks, HMM? WHAT ARE YOU TWO TALKING ABOUT?
Jonas says, BESIDES THE LOVING WHISPER OF THE WIND IN THE LEAVES, WE DON'T HEAR ANYTHING.
Audrey says, OH, I GET WHAT THIS IS! THIS IS YOUR REVENGE, ISN'T IT? TO GET BACK AT US FOR ALL OUR PRANKS?
Pat says, WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. BUT IT'S POSSIBLE WITH ALL THE WALKIE PRANKS THAT THEY'RE RADIO WAVES SCRAMBLED YOUR EARS!
Tommy asks, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Audrey says, PFFT! NICE TRY! YOU'RE NOT GONNA FOOL US! WE'LL JUST GO FIND THAT NOISE OURSELVES!
[Audrey panting, whooshing, Tommy giggling]
Audrey runs; Tommy waves and follows her.
Pat and Jonas shrug at each other.
Jonas and Pat say, HMM?
[Thudding, splatting, grumbling, skidding, Karl chuckling]
Ballons full of mud burst on Pat and Jonas.
Karl says, OH! UH... WOW, YOU'RE NOT THE KIDS.
[Gentle music notes play, Karl chuckling nervously, Pat grumbling]
Karl says, SORRY. UH, SO CAN I BORROW SOME OF YOUR BAMBOO? PRETTY PLEASE?
[Whooshing, Audrey panting, upbeat music plays, thudding, Tommy whimpering]
Audrey leaps over a narrow canyon and tumbles on the side. She stands and runs. Tommy runs to the edge of the canyon and peers over the side.
Tommy says, HUH?
[Shouting, splashing, whooshing, Audrey giggling, Tommy exclaiming, water splashing]
Tommy leaps and lands in the water below. In the jungle, Audrey swings on a vine. Tommy follows her on the ground, stopping to shake water out of his hair.
[Audrey grunting, high-pitched screeching, Tommy grunting, thudding, footsteps crunching, birds chirping]
Tommy falls over a bush. He stands and follows Audrey to mist-covered trees.
Audrey says, THE NOISE IS COMING FROM THERE!
[Tommy lets out a deep breath, Milo squeaking]
Audrey says, HMM?
[Alto croaking, plopping jumps, rustling]
Audrey peers down from the top of a tree.
Audrey says, HMM? HMM? I JUST DON'T GET IT. WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE MAKING A NOISE LIKE THAT?
[Leaves rustling, munching]
Jack eats rambutans.
Audrey says, JACK?! UGH... WE'VE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE. DO YOU KNOW WHERE THAT NOISE IS COMING FROM?
Tommy asks, WHAT IF PAT'S RIGHT? WHAT IF THOSE RADIO WAVES DID MESS UP OUR EARS? OR MAYBE WE'RE JUST LOSING OUR MINDS!
[High-pitched screeching, Jack nervously vocalizing, children exclaiming]
Everyone covers their ears.
Audrey says, YES, THAT NOISE ALSO HURTS OUR EARS, JACK. HOLD ON... YOU HEAR IT, TOO?
[Jack vocalizing]
Jack nods.
Audrey says, TOMMY! JACK ALSO HEARS THE NOISE!

Jack points up into a nearby tree.

Luch dangles with her wing caught in a mosquito net.
Tommy says, THAT MEANS IT MUST'VE BEEN HER WE'VE BEEN HEARING ALL THIS TIME.
Audrey says, SHE MUST'VE BEEN STUCK UP THERE A SUPER LONG TIME! DON'T YOU WORRY, LUCY! WE'RE COMING!
[Tommy whimpering, Audrey grunting]
Audrey climbs the tree.
Audrey says, OH... OH
[Audrey grunting, high-pitched screeching,
Audrey pulls on the net.
Tommy says, STOP! YOU'RE HURTING HER, AUDREY!
Audrey says, I'M SORRY, LUCY!
Tommy says, I THINK WE NEED TO CALL PAT!

Jack stands beneath the tree with his hands out.
[Thunking, grunting, Karl laughing]
A cage falls on Tommy and Audrey.
Karl says, GOTCHA! I DID IT!
[Karl laughing, tense music plays]
Karl says, VENGEANCE IS SWEET!
Audrey says, YOU HAVE TO LET US GO! AN ANIMAL NEEDS OUR HELP!
Karl says, HMM, LET ME GUESS... DID A T-REX STUB ITS FOOT ON A ROCK? NICE TRY, KIDS, BUT I'M SMARTER NOW. THE HOUR OF VENGEANCE IS HERE, AND I'M GONNA BASK IN THE GLORY OF HER SWEET SONG!
[Karl laughing, Audrey grunting, whooshing, tapping]
Tommy taps a piece of the bamboo cage.
Tommy quietly says, THAT WON'T WORK. THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY OUT. KARL THINKS HE'S IMPRESSED US! WE HAVE TO SHOW HIM HE HASN'T.
Karl says, AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING, THE APPETIZER OF PAIN THAT YOU'LL NEVER, EVER FORGET FOREVER!
Audrey says, YEAH, WE GET IT! COULD WE HURRY THIS UP?
Audrey and Tommy lean on their elbows against the cage.
Karl says, OH? UH, WHADDYA MEAN?
Tommy says, YEAH. LET'S SEE YOUR EPIC VENGEANCE. WHAT IS IT?
Karl says, I WAS GONNA THROW SLIME BOMBS AT YOU.
[Splattering]
Tommy grabs a balloon slime bomb and throws it at himself.
Audrey says, 'KAY, NOW WHAT?
Karl says, UH, AND THEN I WAS GONNA MAKE YOU EAT THIS LARVA. WHICH, I ASSURE YOU, IS EDIBLE! HMM?
[Whooshing, squelching, Audrey sighing, gentle music plays]
Audrey takes the larva and looks at it.
Audrey says, FOR LUCY.
Karl says, STOP! IT'S OKAY, DON'T DO IT!
[Clattering, panting]
Karl opens the cage.
Karl says, ALRIGHT! WHERE'S THIS ANIMAL?
Audrey points and says, HMM!
[Thunking, Lucy chittering, whooshing, snipping, Audrey and Tommy whimpering]
Karl climbs a ladder to Lucy and removes small hedge clippers. Pat holds the bottom of the ladder.
Audrey asks, SO?
Karl says, HMM-HMM!
[Happy chittering, cheerful music plays]
Karl carries Lucy down the ladder and gives a thumbs-up.
Tommy says, AH! YES!
Audrey says, YES!
Pat says, THANKFULLY, YOU FOUND HER JUST IN TIME. ANY LONGER, AND SHE'D PROBABLY HAVE BROKEN HER WINGS.
[Smacking, giggling]
Audrey and Tommy smile and fist bump.
Audrey says, HOLD ON... YOU REALLY COULDN'T HEAR HER?
[Chittering, upbeat music plays]
Pat says, WELL, BATS COMMUNICATE WITH NOISES SO HIGH-PITCHED THAT NO ONE CAN REALLY HEAR THEM, EXCEPT CERTAIN ANIMALS AND YOUNG KIDS WHOSE EARS AREN'T FULLY DEVELOPED YET, AND WHO MAYBE HAVE THE ANNOYING HABIT OF PLAYING PRANKS!
[Tommy and Audrey giggling awkwardly, Pat laughing]
Pat says, WE'RE GONNA TAKE LUCY TO THE CLINIC. WELL DONE, KIDS!
Audrey asks, FEEL LIKE PLAYING A GAME OF HIDE-AND-SEEK? I'M NOT REALLY IN THE MOOD FOR PRANKS ANYMORE.
[Splattering]
Jonas throws slime bombs at Audrey and Tommy.
Tommy says, OH? UGH!
[Jonas laughing]
Jonas says, I GOT YOU! DID YOU REALLY THINK I WOULDN'T STRIKE BACK WHEN I HAD THE CHANCE? I MAY SEEM LIKE A SWEET WILDFLOWER, BUT NOW YOU'VE UNLEASHED MY THORNS!

Audrey stands as she slides down a rock past Karl and Pat. Karl, a slender young man with black hair and eyeglasses, watches Audrey slide past. Pat bottle-feeds a large grey kitten with black spots. Her black hair is pulled into a ponytail. Tommy rides Jack down the rock.

At the bottom of the sloped rock, Audrey runs past her parents and a giant panda. Audrey’s mom, Sonia, holds a blue clipboard. Her curly red hair is pulled into a ponytail. She wears a pink jacket, a blue shirt, and brown pants. Audrey’s dad, Hector, holds a bamboo shoot. He has short black hair, a dark grey beard, and a stethoscope around his neck.
The singer sings, NATURE'S OUR PASSION, READY FOR ACTION.
Audrey and Jack, still carrying Tommy, run past Jonas, a man with curly red hair. He lifts a rake over his head and spins as they pass.
[Whooshing, upbeat music continues]

Audrey pulls leaves to the side and reveals Tommy in a clearing with Jack, a giraffe, an elephant, and a gazelle.

The tall iron gates in front of the Shelter are open. Tommy rides his bicycle down the path and stops by Pat and Karl, who are unloading a delivery truck in front of the clinic.
Tommy says, HELLO, PAT! HELLO, KARL! HAVE YOU GUYS SEEN AUDREY? SHE SAYS SHE'S GOT SOMETHING INCREDIBLE TO SHOW ME!
[Whooshing]
Karl puts down a basket.
Karl says, YES, TRULY INCREDIBLE!
[Giggling]
Karl says, SHE'S IN THE GREENHOUSE!
[Giggling]
Pat says, HMM.
Tommy says, UH, THANKS...
[Karl giggling, birds chirping, slapping, Jack snorting, sniffing, upbeat music plays]
In a clearing in the greenhouse, Audrey sits cross-legged on a pile of leaves. Jack reaches towards her, and she slaps his hand away.
Tommy says, HEY, AUDREY!
Audrey says, TOMMY!
[Leaves rustling]
Tommy walks to Audrey.
Tommy says, SO? WHAT'S THE BIG SURPRISE? WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
Audrey says, YOU'RE NOT GONNA BELIEVE YOUR EYES! EARLIER TODAY, KARL FOUND A DODO EGG, AND HE ASKED ME TO INCUBATE IT UNTIL IT HATCHES!
Tommy says, BUT DODO'S DISAPPEARED A LONG TIME AGO! CAN I SEE IT?
Audrey says, UH...UM, JUST BE CAREFUL.
[Jack vocalizing, Tommy sniffing, cracking, dramatic music notes play]
Audrey gives Tommy the bright red egg. He sniffs it and smiles. Tommy cracks it open and eats fruit inside.
Audrey says, WHAT'RE YOU DOING?!
Tommy says, MMM! IT'S NOT A REAL EGG! IT'S A RAMBUTAN!
[Gulping]
Tommy says, TRY IT, IT'S DELICIOUS!
Audrey says, UH...
[Jack grunting, Karl laughing]
Karl and Pat carry baskets of rambutans. Karl stops and looks at Audrey.
Karl says, YOU SHOULD SEE THE LOOK ON YOUR FACE!
[Karl laughing, Jack vocalizing]
Audrey says, THAT IS NOT FUNNY! I WASTED OVER AN HOUR TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF IT!
Karl says, SORRY, I COULDN'T RESIST!
[Thudding, dramatic music notes play, Audrey grumbling]
Audrey throws the rambutan at Karl, and it hits the basket.
Karl says, WELL, I'D BETTER GET GOING. I STILL HAVE BASKETS OF DODO EGGS TO DELIVER!
[Karl laughing, static crackling]
Karl walks away. Behind Audrey and Tommy, Jack picks up the half-eaten rambutan.
Hector, via walkie-talkie, says, PAT, IT'S HECTOR. LEAVE SOME FRUIT FOR THE BATS. I'M HAVING TROUBLE FINDING SOME.
[Static crackling]
Audrey speaks into her walkie-talkie and says, UGH...DAD! IT'S ME. YOU'RE ON THE WRONG CHANNEL. UGH!
[Static crackling]
Hector, via walkie-talkie, says OOPS! SORRY ABOUT THAT, SWEETIE!
[Static crackling, Tommy giggling]
Audrey says, HE ALWAYS DOES THIS. I'VE EXPLAINED THESE WALKIES TO HIM A HUNDRED TIMES NOW.
[Tommy gasping]
Audrey says, WAIT A SECOND. I HAVE AN IDEA!
[Audrey giggling]
Tommy says, UH... AN IDEA FOR WHAT?
Audrey says, KARL'S NOT GONNA GET OFF THAT EASY! I'VE JUST THOUGHT OF THE PERFECT REVENGE.
[Tommy chuckling, Babou chittering, static crackling]
In a second clearing, Karl and Pat feed rambutans to Babou and another animal.
A voice, via walkie-talkie, says, KARL, COME IN, IT'S HECTOR. DO YOU MIND BRINGING IN YOKO FOR HER CHECK-UP? SHE'S DUE. I THINK SHE'S PLAYING BY THE BIG ROCK.
Karl says, YOU CAN CONSIDER IT DONE. OVER AND OUT! WOO-HOO!
[Karl laughing, squealing, animals chittering, Pat laughing, upbeat music plays, Karl panting]
Pat continues feeding the animals. At the Big Rock, Karl climbs to the top.
Karl says, HMM? YOKO! YOKO! HMM.
[Static crackling]
Karl speaks into his walkie-talkie and says, I DON'T SEE YOKO UP HERE. OVER!
A voice, via walkie-talkie, says, OH, WELL, IT'S NO BIG DEAL. HOWEVER, I DEFINITELY NEED YOU TO FIND JOYO. I'VE GOT TO ADMINISTER…
[Static crackling]
Karl says, I HAVE A FEELING IT'S GONNA BE A LONG DAY.
[Snoring]
Joyo sleeps in a mud puddle.
Karl says, AHH...
[Static crackling]
Karl speaks into his walkie-talkie and says, JOYO'S IN THE…
[Startled squealing, splashing]
Joyo runs away, and Karl falls into the mud puddle.
Karl says, WHOA! OH!
A voice, via walkie-talkie, says, OH SORRY, KARL. I GOT MIXED UP. IT'S ACTUALLY JACK WHO NEEDS A VACCINE.
Karl says, UGH!
[Jack vocalizing, running footsteps, rustling, upbeat music plays]
Karl chases Jack. He grabs Jack’s back, and Jack drags him along the ground.
Karl says, JACK! WAIT! PLEASE STOP!
[Panting, whooshing]
Karl lets go of Jack and rolls onto his back. Two shadows fall over him.
Karl says, HUH?
[Static crackling]
Tommy, altering his voice, speaks into his walkie-talkie and says, YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR FACE, KARL! REVENGE IS SWEET!
[Tommy giggling]
Audrey says, SORRY! WE JUST COULDN'T RESIST!
[Karl grumbling, Audrey and Tommy laughing, dramatic music plays]
Audrey and Tommy walk away. Karl stands up.
Karl says, OH, I SEE... YOU KIDS DON'T KNOW WHO YOU'RE MESSING WITH.
[Karl laughing]
Karl says, I AM THE KING OF PRANKS! BUCKLE UP! I WILL HAVE MY VENGE-- OH! UH...
[Crunching, Babou vocalizing]
Karl turns and notices the children left. Babou eats a rambutan.
[Audrey and Tommy laughing, upbeat music plays]
Tommy and Audrey walk on a path in the jungle.
Tommy says, THE FACE HE MADE!
[Audrey and Tommy laughing]
Audrey asks, CAN YOU IMAGINE ALL THE DIFFERENT PRANKS WE CAN PULL WITH YOUR AWESOME IMPRESSION OF MY DAD?
[Gasping]
Audrey asks, ARE YOU THINKING WHAT I'M THINKING, TOMMY?
Tommy says, UH... YEAH... BUT YOU ALREADY GOT YOUR REVENGE ON KARL. RIGHT?
Audrey says, YEAH BUT C'MON! IT'S JUST SOME PRANKS; WE'RE NOT HURTING ANYONE! AND I HAVE TONS OF IDEAS.
[Indistinct whispering, Tommy giggling, upbeat music plays, walkie-talking whirring]
Pat kneels beside a wheelbarrow.
Tommy, with an altered voice, says PAT via walkie-talkie.
[Static crackling]
Pat speaks into her walkie-talkie and says, THIS IS PAT! HELLO? HMM?
[Tommy laughing, clunking]
Pat reaches for her tools and finds nothing. Tommy sucks behind a rock, holding the tools. A wheel falls off the wheelbarrow.
[Upbeat music continues, birds calling]
Jonas stands on a ladder and pats a tree.
Jonas says, EIGHT HOURS WELL SPENT! THESE NETS SHOULD FINALLY STOP THE INSECTS FROM EATING THE FRUIT.
[Walkie-talkie whirring]
Jonas says, HUH? SNAILS ARE DEVOURING MY PRECIOUS WATER LILIES? HOLD ON, SWEET AQUA BABIES, PAPA'S COMING!
[Splashing, Audrey and Tommy laughing]
Jonas jumps into a stream and swims across. Audrey and Tommy watch him from behind a bush.
Elsewhere, Pat says, I'LL TAKE CARE OF IT! I'M ON MY WAY, EESHA!
[Skidding, trumpeting, splashing, Pat shouting, Tommy and Audrey laughing]
Eesha sprays water on Pat. Audrey and Tommy high-five and run away.
[Pat grumbling, rustling, dramatic music plays, Karl growling]
Elsewhere, Karl puts on a tiger mask.
Karl says, WE'LL SEE WHO'S LAUGHING AFTER THIS!
[Karl giggling]
Audrey says, WE COULD TELL KARL THAT BABOU STOLE HIS BRUSHES!
[Laughing, bushes rustling]
Karl hides in a bush.
Audrey says, COULD YOU IMAGINE KARL TRYING TO CATCH HIM?
[High-pitched screeching, children groaning]
Audrey and Tommy cover their ears.
Audrey asks, DID YOU HEAR THAT?
Tommy says, YEAH. IT SOUNDED LIKE SOME SORT OF ALARM.
[High-pitched screeching, children shouting]
They cover their ears.
[High-pitched screeching, grunting, clicking]
Audrey checks the walkie-talkie.
Audrey says, HMM? NOTHING ON THE WALKIE, SO IT'S NOT COMING FROM THERE.
Behind the bush, Karl asks, AH... WHAT ARE THEY UP TO?
[Karl chuckling, high-pitched screeching, children exclaiming]
Audrey says, OH! THIS IS VERY STRANGE. WE NEED TO FIND OUT WHAT'S MAKING THAT NOISE!
[Footsteps rustling, Karl chuckling]
Karl stands and shouts, AH!
[Tense music plays, Jack roaring, Karl screaming, groaning, creaking]
Jack stares at Karl and snarls. Karl falls backwards and becomes entangled in vines.
[Upbeat music plays, Pat, whistling, wheelbarrow clattering]
Jonas pushes bamboo shoots in the wheelbarrow, and Pat walks behind him.
Jonas says, NO MORE PRANKS, YOU KIDS!
Audrey says, HMM?
Jonas asks, WHAT'S IT GONNA BE THIS TIME? UNLEASH RED ANTS? MAKE ME SHAVE MY HEAD? DISGUISE MY PRECIOUS NETTLES AS WALLFLOWERS? HMM?
Tommy says, NO JOKES! WE'RE JUST TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THAT ALARM SOUND IS COMING FROM. IT SOUNDS LIKE, "EEE!"
[High-pitched screeching]
Audrey and Tommy cover their ears and cringe.
Audrey says, THAT NOISE!
Pat asks, HMM? WHAT ARE YOU TWO TALKING ABOUT?
Jonas says, BESIDES THE LOVING WHISPER OF THE WIND IN THE LEAVES, WE DON'T HEAR ANYTHING.
Audrey says, OH, I GET WHAT THIS IS! THIS IS YOUR REVENGE, ISN'T IT? TO GET BACK AT US FOR ALL OUR PRANKS?
Pat says, WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS. BUT IT'S POSSIBLE WITH ALL THE WALKIE PRANKS THAT THEY'RE RADIO WAVES SCRAMBLED YOUR EARS!
Tommy asks, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Audrey says, PFFT! NICE TRY! YOU'RE NOT GONNA FOOL US! WE'LL JUST GO FIND THAT NOISE OURSELVES!
[Audrey panting, whooshing, Tommy giggling]
Audrey runs; Tommy waves and follows her.
Pat and Jonas shrug at each other.
Jonas and Pat say, HMM?
[Thudding, splatting, grumbling, skidding, Karl chuckling]
Ballons full of mud burst on Pat and Jonas.
Karl says, OH! UH... WOW, YOU'RE NOT THE KIDS.
[Gentle music notes play, Karl chuckling nervously, Pat grumbling]
Karl says, SORRY. UH, SO CAN I BORROW SOME OF YOUR BAMBOO? PRETTY PLEASE?
[Whooshing, Audrey panting, upbeat music plays, thudding, Tommy whimpering]
Audrey leaps over a narrow canyon and tumbles on the side. She stands and runs. Tommy runs to the edge of the canyon and peers over the side.
Tommy says, HUH?
[Shouting, splashing, whooshing, Audrey giggling, Tommy exclaiming, water splashing]
Tommy leaps and lands in the water below. In the jungle, Audrey swings on a vine. Tommy follows her on the ground, stopping to shake water out of his hair.
[Audrey grunting, high-pitched screeching, Tommy grunting, thudding, footsteps crunching, birds chirping]
Tommy falls over a bush. He stands and follows Audrey to mist-covered trees.
Audrey says, THE NOISE IS COMING FROM THERE!
[Tommy lets out a deep breath, Milo squeaking]
Audrey says, HMM?
[Alto croaking, plopping jumps, rustling]
Audrey peers down from the top of a tree.
Audrey says, HMM? HMM? I JUST DON'T GET IT. WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE MAKING A NOISE LIKE THAT?
[Leaves rustling, munching]
Jack eats rambutans.
Audrey says, JACK?! UGH... WE'VE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE. DO YOU KNOW WHERE THAT NOISE IS COMING FROM?
Tommy asks, WHAT IF PAT'S RIGHT? WHAT IF THOSE RADIO WAVES DID MESS UP OUR EARS? OR MAYBE WE'RE JUST LOSING OUR MINDS!
[High-pitched screeching, Jack nervously vocalizing, children exclaiming]
Everyone covers their ears.
Audrey says, YES, THAT NOISE ALSO HURTS OUR EARS, JACK. HOLD ON... YOU HEAR IT, TOO?
[Jack vocalizing]
Jack nods.
Audrey says, TOMMY! JACK ALSO HEARS THE NOISE!
Tommy says, HE CAN?! DO YOU KNOW WHERE IT'S COMING FROM, JACK?
[Thumping, Jack vocalizing, high-pitched screeching]
Jack points up into a nearby tree.
Audrey says, UP THERE! THAT'S IT! IT'S LUCY!
[Screeching]
Luch dangles with her wing caught in a mosquito net.
Tommy says, THAT MEANS IT MUST'VE BEEN HER WE'VE BEEN HEARING ALL THIS TIME.
Audrey says, SHE MUST'VE BEEN STUCK UP THERE A SUPER LONG TIME! DON'T YOU WORRY, LUCY! WE'RE COMING!
[Tommy whimpering, Audrey grunting]
Audrey climbs the tree.
Audrey says, OH... OH
[Audrey grunting, high-pitched screeching,
Audrey pulls on the net.
Tommy says, STOP! YOU'RE HURTING HER, AUDREY!
Audrey says, I'M SORRY, LUCY!
Tommy says, I THINK WE NEED TO CALL PAT!
[Static crackling, upbeat music plays]
Audrey speaks into her walkie-talkie and says, PAT, THIS IS AUDREY. LUCY IS STUCK ON A BRANCH AND WE NEED YOUR HELP TO COME AND SAVE HER!
[Static crackling]
Pat, via walkie-talkie, says, YEAH, SURE! AND I'M SANTA CLAUSE'S REINDEER VET.
Audrey speaks into her walkie-talkie and says, PAT? PAT?!
Audrey asks, WHY WON'T SHE HELP US?!
Tommy shouts, TRY CALLING JONAS!
[Static crackling]
Audrey speaks into her walkie-talkie and says, JONAS! WE NEED YOUR HELP! LUCY—
[Static crackling]
Jonas, via walkie-talkie, says, I'VE GOT BAMBOO TO PLANT, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR YOUR WILD GOOSE CHASES!
[Static crackling, birds chirping]
Audrey says, AH! NO ONE BELIEVES US!
Tommy says, MAKES SENSE AFTER ALL THE SILLY PRANKS WE PULLED. WE NEED TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
[Whooshing, tense music plays]
Audrey jumps to the ground.
Audrey says, HMM! STAY HERE, JACK! IF SHE FALLS, YOU NEED TO CATCH HER!
[Jack vocalizing]
Jack stands beneath the tree with his hands out.
[Thunking, grunting, Karl laughing]
A cage falls on Tommy and Audrey.
Karl says, GOTCHA! I DID IT!
[Karl laughing, tense music plays]
Karl says, VENGEANCE IS SWEET!
Audrey says, YOU HAVE TO LET US GO! AN ANIMAL NEEDS OUR HELP!
Karl says, HMM, LET ME GUESS... DID A T-REX STUB ITS FOOT ON A ROCK? NICE TRY, KIDS, BUT I'M SMARTER NOW. THE HOUR OF VENGEANCE IS HERE, AND I'M GONNA BASK IN THE GLORY OF HER SWEET SONG!
[Karl laughing, Audrey grunting, whooshing, tapping]
Tommy taps a piece of the bamboo cage.
Tommy quietly says, THAT WON'T WORK. THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY OUT. KARL THINKS HE'S IMPRESSED US! WE HAVE TO SHOW HIM HE HASN'T.
Karl says, AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING, THE APPETIZER OF PAIN THAT YOU'LL NEVER, EVER FORGET FOREVER!
Audrey says, YEAH, WE GET IT! COULD WE HURRY THIS UP?
Audrey and Tommy lean on their elbows against the cage.
Karl says, OH? UH, WHADDYA MEAN?
Tommy says, YEAH. LET'S SEE YOUR EPIC VENGEANCE. WHAT IS IT?
Karl says, I WAS GONNA THROW SLIME BOMBS AT YOU.
[Splattering]
Tommy grabs a balloon slime bomb and throws it at himself.
Audrey says, 'KAY, NOW WHAT?
Karl says, UH, AND THEN I WAS GONNA MAKE YOU EAT THIS LARVA. WHICH, I ASSURE YOU, IS EDIBLE! HMM?
[Whooshing, squelching, Audrey sighing, gentle music plays]
Audrey takes the larva and looks at it.
Audrey says, FOR LUCY.
Karl says, STOP! IT'S OKAY, DON'T DO IT!
[Clattering, panting]
Karl opens the cage.
Karl says, ALRIGHT! WHERE'S THIS ANIMAL?
Audrey points and says, HMM!
[Thunking, Lucy chittering, whooshing, snipping, Audrey and Tommy whimpering]
Karl climbs a ladder to Lucy and removes small hedge clippers. Pat holds the bottom of the ladder.
Audrey asks, SO?
Karl says, HMM-HMM!
[Happy chittering, cheerful music plays]
Karl carries Lucy down the ladder and gives a thumbs-up.
Tommy says, AH! YES!
Audrey says, YES!
Pat says, THANKFULLY, YOU FOUND HER JUST IN TIME. ANY LONGER, AND SHE'D PROBABLY HAVE BROKEN HER WINGS.
[Smacking, giggling]
Audrey and Tommy smile and fist bump.
Audrey says, HOLD ON... YOU REALLY COULDN'T HEAR HER?
[Chittering, upbeat music plays]
Pat says, WELL, BATS COMMUNICATE WITH NOISES SO HIGH-PITCHED THAT NO ONE CAN REALLY HEAR THEM, EXCEPT CERTAIN ANIMALS AND YOUNG KIDS WHOSE EARS AREN'T FULLY DEVELOPED YET, AND WHO MAYBE HAVE THE ANNOYING HABIT OF PLAYING PRANKS!
[Tommy and Audrey giggling awkwardly, Pat laughing]
Pat says, WE'RE GONNA TAKE LUCY TO THE CLINIC. WELL DONE, KIDS!
Audrey asks, FEEL LIKE PLAYING A GAME OF HIDE-AND-SEEK? I'M NOT REALLY IN THE MOOD FOR PRANKS ANYMORE.
[Splattering]
Jonas throws slime bombs at Audrey and Tommy.
Tommy says, OH? UGH!
[Jonas laughing]
Jonas says, I GOT YOU! DID YOU REALLY THINK I WOULDN'T STRIKE BACK WHEN I HAD THE CHANCE? I MAY SEEM LIKE A SWEET WILDFLOWER, BUT NOW YOU'VE UNLEASHED MY THORNS!
[Jonas giggling]
Jonas runs away.
Audrey shouts, GET HIM!
Tommy says, YEAH!
