Maksim says, A QUARTER CUP
OR 60 ML OF COCONUT MILK.

Pradnesh says, A QUARTER CUP
OR 60 ML OF PINEAPPLE JUICE.

Maksim says, HALF A CUP OR 125 ML
OF FROZEN PINEAPPLE,
PLUS ONE CUP
OF FRESH PINEAPPLE.

Text reads, 1 cup – 250 ml fresh pineapple.

Pradnesh says, A QUARTER CUP
OR 60 ML OF SHREDDED COCONUT.

Maksim says, AND WE ARE READY FOR
THE FIVE INGREDIENT CHALLENGE!

In the kitchen, Maksim and Pradnesh have their ingredients and cutting boards on the counter with them. A kitchen appliance is between them.

Pradnesh says, FOR THIS RECIPE,
WE'RE GONNA USE
A FOOD PROCESSOR.

He points to the kitchen appliance.

He adds, BUT YOU CAN ALSO USE A BLENDER.
BUT NO MATTER WHAT YOU USE,
ALWAYS MAKE SURE
TO NOT PLUG IT IN
UNLESS YOU'RE USING IT,
AND UNPLUG IT AS SOON
AS YOU'RE DONE USING IT.

Maksim says, LET'S START BY TOSSING
THE FROZEN BANANAS.

He reaches into the fridge freezer.

He says, WE NEED TWO OF THEM.

Maksim unpeels a frozen banana. He adds it to another banana in the food processor.

Pradnesh says, LET'S DO THE SAME
WITH THE FROZEN PINEAPPLE.
WE NEED HALF A CUP OF THEM.

He scoops frozen pineapple into the food processor. Text reads, ½ cup [125 milliliters]. Maksim opens a bottle of milk.

He says, YOU'LL NEED TO ADD A QUARTER CUP
OF THE COCONUT MILK
TO THE MIXTURE.

Maksim pours the milk into a measuring cup. It spills over the edge.

Maksim and Pradnesh say, OH!

[Both laughing]

Maksim pours the milk into the food processor.

He says, NOW WE'LL DO THE SAME
WITH THE PINEAPPLE JUICE.
YOU NEED A QUARTER CUP.

Text reads, ¼ cup [60 milliliters]. Pradnesh pours pineapple juice into the food processor. He unpeels a banana.

He says, NOW, ONE FRESH BANANA.

Text reads, 1 banana.

Maksim says, IN YOUR BLENDER
OR PROCESSOR,
AND PROCESS UNTIL YOU HAVE
A NICE, SMOOTH MIXTURE.

Pradnesh puts the cover on the food processor then turns it on.

[Loud whirring]

[Maksim laughing]

Pradnesh grins. He turns off the food processor.

He says, IT'S READY!

Text reads, Ready!

Pradnesh says, LET'S TRANSFER THE MIXTURE
INTO A CONTAINER WITH A LID,
AND WE'LL KEEP IT IN THE FREEZER
UNTIL WE'RE READY TO SERVE.
IT SHOULD TAKE ABOUT TWO HOURS.

He pours the blended ingredients into a container. He puts a lid on the container. Maksim opens the freezer. Pradnesh slides the blended ingredients inside.

Pradnesh says, HIGH-FIVE.

He and Maksim high-five. They clean up the kitchen.

Pradnesh says, FOR THE GARNISH, WE'RE GOING
TO SLICE A FRESH BANANA
IN ABOUT SIX TO EIGHT PIECES.

He chops up a banana. Text reads, banana.

Maksim says, WE'RE ALSO GOING TO NEED
FRESH PINEAPPLE CUBES.
WE ASKED FOR HELP.

Text reads, 1 cup [250 milliliters]. Maksim puts a plate of pineapple cubes on the counter.

Pradnesh says, USING A WOOD SKEWER,
WE'RE GOING TO ADD
A PINEAPPLE SLICE,
A BANANA SLICE,
AND ANOTHER PINEAPPLE SLICE.

Pradnesh and Maksim put the fruit on wood skewers. Text reads, pineapple, banana, pineapple.

Text reads, Ready! Maksim holds the freezer door open. Pradnesh pulls out the blended nice cream ingredients.

Pradnesh says, SCOOP UP THE NICE CREAM,
PUT IT IN A BOWL,
AND SERVE IT WITH
THE FRUIT SKEWER.

He and Maksim scoop nice cream into bowls. They each have 2 fruit skewers in their bowls.

Maksim says, FOR THE FINAL TOUCH,
LET'S SPRINKLE A LITTLE BIT
OF SHREDDED COCONUT.

Text reads, ¼ cup [60 milliliters].

Pradnesh says, NOW IT'S TIME TO TASTE.

He and Maksim each try a spoonful of their nice cream. They nod.

Maksim says, MMM!
THIS IS GOOD ICE CREAM!

Pradnesh says, I THINK YOU MEAN NICE CREAM.
