Maksim says, SIX TO EIGHT MEDIUM-SIZED
CARROTS...

Pradnesh says, HALF A CUP OR 125 ML
OF RAISINS...

Maksim says, A THIRD OF A CUP OR 80 ML
OF PLAIN YOGURT...

Pradnesh says, TWO TABLESPOONS OR 30 ML
OF HONEY...

Maksim says, TWO TEASPOONS OR 10 ML
OF LEMON JUICE.

Pradnesh says, AND WE ARE READY FOR THE
FIVE INGREDIENT CHALLENGE!

He stands beside Maksim in the kitchen.

He continues, WE'LL START BY PEELING
THE CARROTS USING A PEELER.

Maksim peels a carrot over a cutting board. Text reads, 6-8 carrots. He cuts off the end of the carrot.

He says, THERE YOU GO.

Maksim hands the peeled carrot to Pradnesh, then peels more carrots. He hands another peeled carrot to Pradnesh.

Pradnesh says, THANK YOU.

Maksim says, AND LAST ONE.

He gives Pradnesh the last peeled carrot.

Pradnesh says, NICE.

Maksim says, LET'S FEED THE COMPOST.

He puts the carrot peelings in a compost bin.

Maksim says, ONCE WE'RE DONE WITH THAT,
WE NEED TO GRATE THE CARROTS.

Pradnesh says, MAKE SURE THE GRATER IS
STABLE ON THE CUTTING BOARD.
IF IT MOVES, PLACE
THE CUTTING BOARD
ON TOP OF A DAMP TOWEL.

Maksim slides a damp towel underneath Pradnesh’s cutting board.

Pradnesh says, THANK YOU.

Maksim says, NO PROBLEM.

Pradnesh tries to move his cutting board. It stays in place.

Pradnesh says, READY TO GO!

He starts grating the peeled carrots with a box grater. Text reads, Grating in process…

Finally, Pradnesh says, THE LAST ONE!

He grates the last peeled carrot. Text reads, Last one…

Pradnesh says, ONCE THE CARROTS ARE ALL GRATED,
WE'LL TRANSFER THEM
INTO THIS BOWL.

Maksim places a glass bowl beside the box grater. Pradnesh removes the grater, revealing the shredded carrots.

Pradnesh says, OH! THAT'S A LOT.

He scoops the shredded carrot into the bowl.

Maksim says, WE ADD HALF A CUP OF RAISINS
TO THE CARROTS
AND MIX IT WELL.

He adds raisins to the bowl. Text reads, ½ Cup [125 milliliters]. Maksim misses the carrots and raisins together with a spoon. Pradnesh holds the bowl steady.

Pradnesh says, IN THIS SMALL BOWL,
WE'LL MAKE THE DRESSING.

He holds a small glass bowl. Maksim cuts a lemon in half. Text reads, 2 Teaspoons [10 milliliters].

Maksim says, WE NEED TWO TEASPOONS
OF LEMON JUICE.

Maksim squeezes lemon juice into a glass with a lemon squeezer.

[Squirting]

Maksim says, OH!

[Maksim and Pradnesh laughing]

Maksim pours his measurements of lemon juice to the small glass bowl.

He counts, ONE...
TWO!

Pradnesh says, LET'S ADD ONE THIRD OF A CUP
OF GREEK-STYLE YOGURT
TO THE DRESSING.

He adds yogurt to the small bowl. Text reads, 1/3 Cup [80 milliliters].

Maksim says, LAST, LET'S ADD TWO
TABLESPOONS OF HONEY.

He pours a tablespoon of honey into the small bowl. Text reads, 2 Tablespoons [30 milliliters]. Maksim scrapes remaining honey out of the measuring spoon with a spoon. He squeezes more honey into the measuring spoon.

Maksim says, TWO.

He adds the second measurement of honey.

He says, LET'S MIX IT WELL.

Pradnesh mixes the dressing ingredients together with a whisk.

Maksim says, AND NOW, MIX THE DRESSING WITH
THE CARROTS AND THE RAISINS.

He mixes the dressing into the bowl of shredded carrots and raisins.

Pradnesh says, I'M HUNGRY, GOOD THING
THAT IT'S LUNCH TIME.

Maksim scoops the finished salad into small bowls.

Pradnesh says, NICE.

He and Maksim try the carrot salad.

Maksim says, MMM!

He and Pradnesh nod.

Maksim says, THIS IS ONE GOOD SALAD.

Pradnesh says, AND THAT WAS TODAY'S
YUMMY RECIPE.
WHAT A CHALLENGE!

The two hosts smile.
