Maksim says, THE EGGS WILL COOK LIKE THAT
AND WILL BE READY IN TEN MINUTES.
[Whoosh]

Pradnesh says, WHILE IT COOKS,
LET'S PREPARE A COLD BATH
FOR THE EGGS.
Maksim says, WE'LL FILL THIS BOWL
UP WITH WATER AND TWO CUPS OF
ICE CUBES!
[Clattering ice cubes]
Pradnesh says, THE EGGS ARE READY!
Maksim says, WITH A SLOTTED SPOON,
SCOOP THE EGGS AND PLACE THEM
IN THE COLD BATH TO STOP THEM
FROM COOKING FURTHER.
Pradnesh says, WE'LL LEAVE THEM IN
FOR ABOUT TWO MINUTES!

Maksim says, IN A MEDIUM BOWL,
LET'S ADD THE OTHER INGREDIENTS.

RINSE IT UNDER WATER TO GET RID
OF ALL THE PIECES OF THE SHELL.
[Water splashes]
Maksim says, WE GONNA CUT
THE EGGS IN HALF, LENGTHWISE.
Pradnesh says, THEN, WE'LL BEND
THE EGG IN ALL DIRECTIONS
TO LOOSEN UP THE YOLK.
TAKE IT OUT WITH A SMALL SPOON
AND TOSS IT INTO ANOTHER BOWL.
Maksim says, WHEN ALL THE YOLKS
ARE IN THE BOWL, MASH THEM
WITH THE OTHER INGREDIENTS,
USING A FORK.
[Clinking]
Pradnesh says, WHEN THE TEXTURE
IS NICE AND CREAMY, TRANSFER IT
INTO A SANDWICH BAG AND CUT A
SMALL HOLE IN ONE CORNER.
[Upbeat music continues, clanking]
Maksim says, WE WILL NOW FILL
THE EGG WHITES WITH THE MIXTURE
BY PRESSING ON THE BAG GENTLY.
LET'S SPRINKLE A DASH OF PAPRIKA
ON TOP... AND VOILÀ!
READY TO EAT!
