Bondi floats on his back in the ocean with Frizzy, Gemma, Neville, and Pounce. On the beach, Frizzy puts on sunglasses and poses while Pounce, Neville, and Gemma watch the water.

The cadets sing, IF YOU GO WITH THE FLOW, IT'S ALWAYS MOVING. 'CAUSE THE SEA LIKES TO DANCE AND IT'S ALWAYS GROOVING. GO, GO, GO, GO, GO WITH THE FLOW IT'S THE MOTION OF THE OCEAN AND IT'S GO, GO, GO.

The cadets stand on their surfboards on top of a small wave. Pounce high-fives, Gemma. Frizzy high-fives Neville. On the water, Bondi stands on a surfboard. Sandy sits on her board and holds up her hands. The cadets float out on their surfboards. Waves push them to the shore.

The cadets sing, IT'S HOW THE WATER WORKS, SO DON'T THRASH ABOUT. IF YOU'RE STUCK IN A RIP AND YOU CAN GET OUT. IF YOU JUST STAY CALM AND FLOAT FOR A WHILE. YOU'LL GET BACK TO THE WAVES WITH A BIG OLD SMILE.

Gemma and Frizzy dance. Bondi grabs a surfboard and runs across the beach. He jumps into the water and paddles the boat with his hands.

Frizzy stands behind Big Trev on a surfboard. She shouts through a megaphone as he paddles with his hands. On shore, Frizzy looks at the water through binoculars. Gemma runs to a big red button and pushes it.

Pounce jumps into shallow water and swims. Ferdinand’s floating ring spins, and he falls into the ocean. The cadets practice moving their arms in the front crawl.

In the ocean, a dolphin plays with a beach ball. A helicopter hovers overhead as Dougie and Gemma ride on a board together. Wei and Pounce ride on a board behind them, with Sandy behind them. Frizzy stands on a surfboard in the front. Neville sits on his board in front of Dougie.
