This game offers an excellent opportunity for children to experiment and observe through trial and error the effects of their actions on objects; in this case, geometric building blocks used to form a structure.Unlike most games and activities that involve building stable structures, this game engages a deeper level of thinking as it asks the player to apply their understanding of structural stability to quickly and efficiently cause a structure to become unstable. Players will be able to gain this understanding by observing what causes structures to fail, rather than succeed.In subsequent game levels, students also apply their understanding of the structural stability of different shapes (i.e., begin with rectangles and move on to triangles and circles).
