She holds up a bushel of bright green leaves.

Bebe holds up strands of green grass.

Bebe holds up branches from a bush.

Mo turns away from Bebe

She takes a bite out of a piece of bark.

Mo answers a video call on the tablet. Gavin the Canada goose swims in a pool of cranberries. He tosses one in the air and catches it in his beak.

(Chewing)

Gavin says,
MMM. OH! HEY, YOU TWO!

Bebe replies,
HI GAVIN!
WHERE ARE YOU
CALLING FROM?

Gavin answers,
WELL, TODAY I'M ON
A CRANBERRY FARM
IN THE PROVINCE OF
NEW BRUNSWICK!

Bebe responds,

Gavin says,

Mo and Bebe enter a restaurant kitchen. Mo breathes heavily.

Bebe says,

Chef Lee replies,

(Stomach growling)

Mo looks down at his stomach.

He says, WHOA.....

Chef Lee states,

Bebe replies,

Chef Lee says,

Bebe and Mo turn to one another with wide smiles.

Mo answers,

Chef Lee adds,

Mo replies,
AH, COOL!
SO, HOW'S THIS WORK?

Chef Lee responds,

PUT SOME CRISPY NOODLES

Chef Lee uses chopsticks to move crispy noodles from one bowl to another.

Mo says,
WO-HOO-HOO-HO!

Bebe adds,
AHHH, MY
MOUTH IS WATERING
ALREADY!

Mo says,
TIME TO DIG IN!

Chef Lee replies,
OH NOT YET!
WAIT, IT'S

FRESH VEGETABLES ON TOP.

Chef Lee uses chopsticks to place ginger, chilies, bean sprouts, and carrot on the crispy noodles.

Bebe and Mo look excited.

Mo says,
LOOKS GREAT.
HERE I GOOOOOO!

Chef Lee replies,
WAIT, WAIT,
IT'S NOT READY YET!
TAKE YOUR TIME!
TAKE YOUR TIME!
I'M GOING TO PUT
SOME MIXED NUTS IN.
AND THEN AFTER THAT, THE
FRESH HERBS FROM THE GARDEN.
LOOK AT THAT!
AND THEN, I'M PUTTING
THE DRESSING ON THE TOP.

Chef Lee drizzles a red dressing over noodles and vegetables.

Bebe responds,
HMMMMM! AHHHH!

Chef Lee adds,

ANOTHER PART...
...SOME CRISPY POTATOES.

Chef Lee stacks a pile of finely cut potato strings on top of the vegetables.

Chef Lee says, SESAME SEEDS.

Mo replies, WOW!

Chef Lee continues,
AND THEN
EDIBLE CONFETTI.

Chef Lee sprinkles pink, orange, and yellow flower petals over the dish.

He says, LOOK AT THAT!

Bebe replies,
WOW, THAT'S
SO COLOURFUL!

Chef Lee states,
AND I'M JUST GOING
TO MIX THE SALAD VERY WELL.

Mo responds,
OH, MIXY-MIXY TIME!

Chef Lee uses two sets of chopsticks to mix the ingredients.

Mo asks,
IS IT OK IF WE HAVE

Chef Lee answers,

NOW, YOU CAN DIG IN!

Bebe and Mo gasp. They rush to the dish and eat quickly. Chef Lee backs away as food flies into the air.

(Munching and slurping)

Chef Lee laughs.

Bebe says,

AH, THAT WAS
DEEEELISH!

Mo laughs.

He adds,
I'LL SAY!
THANKS SO MUCH FOR
MAKING THAT YUMMY
DISH FOR US, CHEF LEE!

Chef Lee replies,

ANY TIME IN MY KITCHEN!

Bebe turns to Mo.

She states,

HAVE ALL THESE REALLY
AMAZING FOODS
IN CANADA, EH MO?

Mo responds,

AMAZING PEOPLE TOO!

Chef Lee nods.

Bebe asks,
