Music plays as Bamboo Love, the baby panda, sits on the large colourful word "Sports." Several different types of balls bounce around. The title of the show reads "Bamboo Loves Sports. Created by Tero Hollo."
A child says HI BAMBOO LOVE. WHAT SPORT WOULD YOU LOVE TO TRY TODAY?
Inside a large teal heart, the word "Basketball" appears.
The child says SWIMMING!
Inside a teal space, Bamboo Love hops around soaked, next to a watering can. She wears swimming goggles.
The child says BAMBOO LOVE, YOU'RE ALL WET!
Bamboo Love shakes herself dry.
The child says IT LOOKS LIKE YOU WERE HAVING FUN IN THE WATER. ARE YOU EXCITED TO TRY THE WATER SPORT OF SWIMMING?
She adjusts her swimming goggles and nods.
The child says LET'S GET STARTED! HEY, WHERE IS THE SWIMMING POOL?
Bamboo Love points, then runs to a large, full swimming pool. Lifeguard Elephant stands next to it wearing a lifesaver as a necklace.
The child says THAT'S A BIG SWIMMING POOL. AND THERE'S LIFEGUARD ELEPHANT. WHAT STROKE WILL YOU SWIM?
Bamboo Love looks confused. Penguin trots over to the pool.
The child says WHY, HELLO PENGUIN. WILL YOU BE COACHING BAMBOO LOVE IN THE SPORT OF SWIMMING.
Penguin nods and says CHIRP-CHIRP.
Penguin holds up a tablet showing a video of a panda and a penguin swimming across a pool.
The child says IN COMPETITIVE SWIMMING, ATHLETES SWIM AS FAST AS THEY CAN FROM ONE SIDE TO THE OTHER. FIRST TO FINISH, WINS.
Penguin swipes on the tablet screen and four videos of Bamboo Love swimming appear.
The child says SWIMMERS CAN CHOOSE FROM FOUR DIFFERENT STOKES.
The first video plays, in which Bamboo Love swims by stroking with her arms and kicking with her legs.
The child says FREESTYLE. A FRONT-CRAWLING SWIM WITH ARMS AND FLUTTER KICK USING YOUR FEET.
The second video plays, in which Bamboo Love swims by moving both her arms and legs in half-circular movements.
The child says BREASTSTROKE. BOTH ARMS MOVE IN HALF-CIRCULAR MOVEMENTS UNDERWATER AND LEGS DO WHIP-KICK.
The third video plays, in which Bamboo Love swims on her back, by kicking with her legs and paddling with alternate arms.
The child says BACKSTROKE, IS SWUM ON THE BACK BY ALTERNATING ARMS AND ALSO USES FLUTTER KICK.
The fourth video of plays, in which Bamboo Love swims by diving in and out of the water using both arms and kicking with both legs at once.
The child says AND THE BUTTERFLY. SWIMMERS USE BOTH ARMS TO PROPEL THEMSELVES FORWARD, LIKE A BUTTERFLY.
Bamboo Love runs in circles around the pool fluttering with her arms like a butterfly.
The child says I'M SORRY BAMBOO LOVE, I DIDN'T MEAN A REAL BUTTERFLY, I MEANT THE BUTTERFLY STROKE.
Bamboo Love giggles.
The child says I WONDER? WHICH SWIM STROKE WILL YOU TRY?
Bamboo Love strokes in the air using her arms.
The child says FRONT CRAWL-FREESTYLE! GREAT CHOICE. WHEN YOU HEAR A WHISTLE, IT MEANS GO.
Lifeguard Elephant blows a whistle.
The child says THEN SWIM TO THE OTHER SIDE AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
Bamboo Love climbs onto a platform on the edge of the pool
The child says TAKE YOUR MARK.
As Lifeguard Elephant blows a whistle, Bamboo Love dives into the pool and swims using front-crawl freestyle.
The child says YOU'RE DOING IT... A LITTLE BIT MORE. YOU'RE SWIMMING... ALMOST THERE.
Bamboo Love reaches the other side of the pool and smiles as she pants.
The child says YOU DID IT! COACH PENGUIN WANTS TO GIVE YOU SOME HELPFUL TIPS.
As Penguin holds up a tablet playing a video of Bamboo Love swimming, The child says WITH YOUR ARMS, REACH FORWARD AND PULL THE WATER BACK WHILE KICKING FOR A FAST AND SMOOTH SWIM. ARE YOU READY FOR A RACE? MAYBE WITH PENGUIN.
Bamboo Love and penguin climb onto two separate platforms.
The child says SWIMMERS TAKE YOUR MARKS...
As Lifeguard Elephant blows a whistle, Bamboo Love and Penguin dive into the pool and swims using front-crawl freestyle.
The child says AAAAND, THEY'RE OFF! PENGUIN IS MOVING FAST. BAMBOO LOVE IS CATCHING UP AND USING GOOD SWIM TECHNIQUE. KEEP KICKING!
Both friends reach the other side of the pool at the same time.
The child says WOW. THAT WAS A GOLD MEDAL RACE! YOU WERE BOTH GREAT AND PROVED GOOD TECHNIQUE HELPS YOU SWIM FASTER! TODAY WE LEARNED ABOUT SWIMMING. BAMBOO LOVE LEARNED THAT SWIMMING IS AN AQUATIC SPORT THAT NEEDS PROPER TECHNIQUE TO HELP YOU GO FASTER WITHOUT GETTING TIRED... AND... IT'S ALWAYS THE BEST TO SWIM WITH A FRIEND.
Music plays as the credits roll.
