Hudson says, POLKAROO.
[Chimes ring]
Polkaroo appears beside Hudson and a dog, and says, POLKAROO!
The narrator says, OH THERE'S POLKAROO!

The narrator says, LOOK AT YOU - ALL
READY FOR A RUN!

SOME STRETCHING AND WARMUP

STARTS.
Polkaroo stretches and gasps, POLK- POLKAROO,

The narrator says, CHICA'S READY!
The dog, Chica, turns its head.
[Chica pants]

POLKAROO TO THE CONE, HUDSON,

FINISH FIRST.
Hudson says, ME, ME! NOT POLKAROO!

Polkaroo looks down at Hudson and points.
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO!
The narrator says, LET'S FIND OUT!
Polkaroo jumps, points at himself, and says, POLKAROO, POLKAROO,
POLKAROO, POLKAROO!
The narrator says, HUDSON'S READY TO
RACE!
Hudson says, I'M READY TO RACE!
The narrator says, IT'S A DEEEE-LIGHTFUL
DAY
FOR THE BIG RACE…
[Drum roll]

[Whistle blows]

Hudson and Polkaroo race.

SLOWING DOWN
AS HUDSON RACES TO
THE FINISH LINE!
SURPRISE! IS THAT
CHICA?!
Chica runs past Hudson and Polkaroo.

FIRST!

Polkaroo crosses the finish line and gasps, POLKAROO...
[Harp music]
Polka dots float by.

Chica wears a first-place ribbon.
The narrator says, SECOND!
