As theme music plays, Polkaroo, a tall green creature with floppy ears wearing a yellow shirt with coloured polka dots, spins around, surrounded by coloured circles. Objects turn into shapes and numbers. Polkaroo waves.

[Child laughing]
Ridley, a boy wearing a light blue T-shirt, a striped hoodie, and a blue peaked hat, looks up and down.
Polkaroo stands near him and raises his arms, palms up.
A narrator says, HEY POLKAROO AND
RIDLEY! WHAT ARE YOU UP TO?
Ridley raises his arms palms up and says, WE WANNA' PLAY BUT WE
CAN'T FIND OUR BALLS.
[Boing]
Polkaroo raises his arms and says, POLKAROO!
The narrator says, LET'S GIVE POLKAROO A
FEW HINTS!
Polkaroo asks, POLKAROO?
The narrator says, I'LL TELL YOU TO LOOK
OVER OR UNDER
THINGS AS CLUES, AND
YOU'LL
FIND THEM IN NO TIME.
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO! POLKAROO!
Polkaroo and Ridley jump up and down and high five.
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO!
The narrator says, FIRST, LOOK OVER
YOUR SHOULDER.
Polkaroo looks over his left shoulder and says, POLKAROO!
The narrator says, OOPS, OVER YOUR OTHER
SHOULDER.
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO!
Polkaroo waves his arms and looks over his right shoulder at a metal bird feeder. Polkaroo says, POLKAROO!
The narrator says, YES! NOW LET'S TAKE A
LOOK UNDER THE BIRD FEEDER.
Polkaroo skips to a metal bird feeder. Polkaroo says, POLKAROO! POLKAROO!
Polkaroo bends and looks under the bird feeder and picks up a yellow ball. Polkaroo says, POLKAROO!
[Chimes ring]
[Cheering]
The narrator says, NICE! YOU'VE FOUND
THE FIRST BALL!
NOW LET'S CHECK BY
THE WHITE TABLE.
Ridley says, GOOD IDEA! LOOK,
POLKAROO.
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO!
The narrator says, LET'S START BY
LOOKING UNDER THE TABLE.
Ridley looks under the white table.
[Slide whistles]
The narrator says, NOT THERE!
HMMM... MAYBE OVER
THE BACK OF THE BLUE CHAIR.
Ridley looks on the seat of a blue highchair, next to the white table and picks up a blue ball.
Polkaroo jumps and cheers, POLKAROO!
Ridley jumps and cheers, WE GOT IT!
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO! POLKAROO!
Polkaroo and Ridley walk to a sandbox.
The narrator says, POLKAROO!
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO?
The narrator says, MAYBE YOU SHOULD LOOK
OVER THE EDGE OF THE
SANDBOX IN FRONT OF YOU!
Polkaroo bends down and looks in the sandbox. He finds, and picks up, a red ball.
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO!
POLKAROO! POLKAROO!
The narrator says, YAY! NOW RIDLEY,
CHECK UNDER THE YELLOW PAIL!
Ridley looks under an upside-down yellow pail in the sandbox. He finds, and picks up, a green ball.
[Chimes ring]
The narrator says, YOU FOUND IT!
[Cheering]
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO! POLKAROO!
The narrator says, THAT MAKES FOUR BALLS
TOTAL!
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO! POLKAROO!
POLKAROO!
Polkaroo and Ridley jump up and down, then put the balls on the ground in front of them.
The narrator says, YOU'VE BOTH LOOKED
OVER AND UNDER SO WELL...
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO! POLKAROO!
The narrator says, ... BUT THERE'S ONE
LAST BALL TO FIND!
[Record scratch]
Polkaroo says, POLKAROOO...
[Sad trombone plays]
The narrator says, WHERE'S THE ONE PLACE
YOU HAVEN'T CHECKED?
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO?
Polkaroo takes the peaked hat off Ridley’s head and finds a green ball in it.
Polkaroo says, POLKAROO!
The narrator says, THAT'S RIGHT!
IT WAS UNDER RIDLEY'S
HAT! YAY!
Polkaroo puts the peaked hat back on Ridley’s head.
[Cheering]
The narrator says, OVER! UNDER! WE DID IT!
Polkaroo skips away and says, POLKAROO! POLKAROO!
[Harp music]
Polka dots float by.
The narrator says, RIDLEY AND POLKAROO
LOOKED OVER
AND UNDER AND FOUND
ALL THE BALLS!
