Dr. Cheddar, a puppet of a white mouse wearing a blue lab coat with a stethoscope around his neck, waves from a window on the top floor of one of the buildings.
An announcer says, YOU'LL FEEL

ASTRONAUT ANNIE IS BACK
FROM HER SPACE
MISSION TO SCHOOL.
Annie wears a paper bag on her head with a hole cut out. The bag is decorated as an astronaut helmet.
Dr. Cheddar says, I'LL BUZZ HER IN IN.
(Door buzzing)
On a security camera screen, Annie opens and walks in a wooden and glass front entrance door.
Dr. Cheddar says, HELLO, ASTRONAUT ANNIE.
AREN'T YOU FORGETTING SOMETHING?
Annie says, HUH?
Annie stands in a hallway and turns and looks at the front door, which is wide open.
Annie says, OH, I FORGOT TO CLOSE THE
SPACE DOOR. HMPH.
Dr. Cheddar says, ALWAYS
CLOSE THE DOOR BEHIND YOU
WHEN YOU COME INSIDE.
Annie closes the front door.
Annie says, MISSION CONTROL,
THE PROBLEM IS FIXED.
Dr. Cheddar says,
WATCH OUT FOR YOUR...
Annie trips as she starts to climb a stairway.
Annie says, WHOA!
Dr. Cheddar says, …BACKPACK.
Annie says, WHOA, I'M OKAY. I'M OKAY.
Annie looks behinds her. Plastic dishes, a colourful backpack, and muddy footprints are on the floor and a carpet.
Annie says, OH, WHOA!
MY LUNCH THINGS, MY
BACKPACK, THE CARPET!
MOM'S NOT GONNA LIKE THIS, OH!
Annie puts her hand up to her mouth.
Dr. Cheddar says, ANNIE, THIS IS
MISSION CONTROL.
LET'S TRAVEL BACK IN
TIME A FEW SECONDS
TO WHEN YOU FIRST
ENTERED YOUR HOUSE.
Annie says, COOL!
(Chime)
(Annie beeps)
Annie walks backwards from the stairway towards the front door. She stands in front of a wooden cabinet in the hallway.
Annie says, TIME TRAVEL COMPLETE.
Dr. Cheddar says, NOW, AS SOON AS YOU ENTER
YOUR HOUSE FROM OUTSIDE,
IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA TO
TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF FIRST.
Annie salutes and says, ROGER, MISSION CONTROL.
Dr. Cheddar says, OUTDOOR SHOES
ARE ONLY FOR WEARING OUTSIDE.
Annie takes off her shoes and puts them under the cabinet.
Annie says, MISSION COMPLETE.
OH, BUT I BETTER PUT MY
OUTER SPACE LUNCH CONTAINERS
AND BACKPACK AWAY, HUH?
Dr. Cheddar says, GOOD IDEA, CAPTAIN ANNIE.
Annie collects the lunch containers and puts them on a kitchen counter.
Dr. Cheddar says, I LIKE TO PUT MY THINGS
AWAY AS SOON AS I GET HOME
SO I CAN FIND THEM
WHEN I NEED THEM.
(Chime)
Annie says, MISSION COMPLETED.
OH, BUT HOUSTON…
(Annie breathing heavily)
Annie waves her hand in front of her face and leans back against a wall.
Annie says, WE HAVE A PROBLEM.
IT'S SO HOT IN HERE.
Dr. Cheddar says, YES, IT'S NICE
AND WARM INSIDE,
SO TAKING YOUR COAT
OFF IS A GOOD IDEA.
IS THERE SOMEWHERE YOU CAN
HANG YOUR SPACE JACKET?
Annie says, I SEE IT, SPACE CONTROL.
(Suspenseful music)
Annie takes off her jacket and hangs it on a coathook beside other coats.
Annie says, I DID IT!
(Annie’s voice echoes)
Annie says, THAT'S ONE SMALL STEP FOR A KID,
ONE GIANT LEAP FOR KID-KIND!
Dr. Cheddar says, ARE YOU
FORGETTING SOMETHING?
(Record scratch)
Annie says, RIGHT.
Dr. Cheddar says,
NOTHING A LITTLE BROOM
AND DUSTPAN CAN'T FIX.
IT'S AN EASY WAY TO
CLEAN UP A MESS FAST.
Annie uses a broom and dustpan to clean the muddy footprints in the hallway.
Annie says, MISSION COMPLETE.
Dr. Cheddar says, WELL DONE, ASTRONAUT ANNIE!
THIS IS MISSION
CONTROL AND DR. CHEDDAR
