Kit and Pup play on a beach with a red shovel and pail.

Kit says, MEOW!

Pup says, WOOF!
Pup empties a sandcastle from the pail. A wave washes it away. A plastic water bottle washes up to Kit and Pup.
Pup looks at the bottle, then points past Kit. She turns, and they notice other bottles washing onto the beach.
Kit and Pup say, HMM.
A black-haired girl stands behind a table covered with beach toys and a yellow hardhat. The girl picks up the hardhat and knocks on it.
The narrator says, PLASTIC.
(Light upbeat music)
Kit and Pup wave and do stretches over a blue and purple background with a yellow star in the middle.

Kit picks up water bottles on the beach. She tosses them into the red pail which Pup is carrying. They notice a starfish.
Kit says, OOH. HMM.
Kit and Pup shake their heads and say, UH UH.
Kit picks up a water bottle and tosses it into the pail.
Kit and Pup twirl rapidly and change into superhero costumes.
The narrator says,
NOW FOR SOMETHING SUPER.

The narrator says,
CAN YOU THINK OF A WAY TO SORT
THESE PLASTIC OBJECTS?

A GARDEN HOSE.
THEY'RE ALL MADE OF PLASTIC.

The girl puts the bucket onto a blue circle beside Kit.
The narrator says,
THE PLASTIC BUCKET IS SEE-THRU.
BUT YOU CAN'T SEE THROUGH THE
BUILDER'S HAT.
The girl puts the hardhat onto a red circle beside Pup.
The narrator says, OR THE HOSE.
The girl puts the hose beside the hardhat.
The narrator says,
WE SORTED THE SEE-THRU PLASTIC
INTO KIT'S CIRCLE
AND THE PLASTIC THAT'S NOT SEE-THRU INTO PUP'S CIRCLE.
BUT CAN YOU THINK OF A
DIFFERENT WAY TO SORT THEM?
The girl knocks on the bucket and the hardhat and puts them onto the blue circle.
The narrator says,
THE BUCKET AND THE BUILDER'S
HAT ARE HARD.
IS THE HOSE HARD?
The girl squeezes the hose.
The narrator says,
NO, IT'S BENDY.
The girl puts the hose onto the red circle.
The narrator says,
THIS TIME, WE SORTED THE BENDY
PLASTIC INTO PUP'S CIRCLE.
AND THE HARD PLASTIC INTO KIT'S
CIRCLE.
WE DID IT.
WE FOUND DIFFERENT WAYS TO SORT
THE PLASTIC OBJECTS.
The girl jumps and cheers.
(Cheering)

Kit picks up the red pail which is full of plastic bottles.
Kit says, MEOW.
Pup notices a green recycling container on the beach.

Kit empties the pail into the recycling container. Pup gives Kit a high-five.
The narrator says,
BYE KIT. BYE PUP.
The woman sings,
