Kit waves and says, MEOW!
The ball of yarn rolls away. Pup sits on a green rocking chair, knitting with the yarn.
The narrator says, HI PUP.
Pup says, WOOF!
Pup hands a purple toque to Kit. She strains to put it on her head over her hoodie.
(Kit grunts)
Kit smiles and proudly shows off the toque. It pops off her head.
(Light upbeat music)

Pup stands beside someone putting on a colorful pair of striped socks.

THESE SOCKS ARE MADE OF WOOL.
A young boy sledding in snow wears a blue jacket and a red wool toque. Pup rides on the sled in front of him.
The narrator says,
THIS HAT IS MADE OF WOOL.
A red plaid blanket is draped over the arm of a grey couch. Pup peeks out from behind the blanket.
The narrator says,
THIS BLANKET IS MADE OF WOOL.
The wool items are shown in the screens on the blue and purple background.
The narrator says,
WHAT WOOLLY THINGS DID PUP SEE?
WOOLY SOCKS.
A WOOLY HAT. AND A WOOLY
BLANKET.
(Cheering)

A thread of red yarn trails behind the elephant to a blonde-haired girl wearing a white t-shirt with red polka dots and red pants. The girl pulls the yarn. The sweater unravels around the elephant. Sunglasses appear over the elephant’s eyes.
(The elephant trumpets)
A brown-haired boy peeks out and waves as he stands in the crack of a giant ball of red yarn.
The narrator says,

(Light upbeat music)
Pup sits in the rocking chair knitting another purple toque.
Kit says, MEOW!
Pup says, WOOF!
Pup tosses the toque onto Kit’s head. It fits perfectly. Pup knits a scarf, a sweater, mittens, and socks, and tosses them all to Kit. She is covered in purple wool clothes.
The narrator says,
LET'S INVESTIGATE!
Kit and Pup wave pennants.
(Cheering)
A blonde-haired girl wearing glasses and a black shirt with white polka dots stands behind a large ball of orange wool.
A brown-haired boy wearing glasses and a red and white shirt stands behind a large ball of purple wool.

The girl weaves the orange wool through a loom.

The kids jump and cheer.
Kids sing, THE WORLD IS FULL OF VARIETY

MAGNETS AND METAL

Kit wears all the wool items Pup knitted. Kit and Pup play in the snow. Pup shivers in his hoodie. Kit wipes sweat off her brow. Kit gives Pup her toque. They smile.
