As a theme song plays, a little girl, JoJo walks along a street, holding hands with an elderly grey-haired woman, Gran Gran. A man walking a dog, waves before being pulled away by the dog. It starts to rain. JoJo and Gran Gran hold green umbrellas and wear raincoats. It is springtime and pink blossoms bloom on trees in a park. Butterflies fly in a sunny blue sky. JoJo does a cartwheel and rolls down a hill. Gran Gran rolls down after her. JoJo tosses autumn leaves in the air. A man builds a snowman on a sidewalk. Gran Gran and JoJo walk by in coats and scarves. It is warmer weather and JoJo takes Gran Gran’s hand. Gran Gran opens a front gate to JoJo’s home.

A radio is on a windowsill. JoJo and Gran Gran sit at a kitchen table. JoJo works on a puzzle.
(Upbeat music playing on radio)
A radio host says, RISE AND SHINE AND DON'T FORGET TO WRAP UP BECAUSE IT'S COLD OUTSIDE TODAY. AND NOW WE HAVE A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM CAPTAIN CHLOE.
JoJo and Gran Gran say, CAPTAIN CHLOE!
On the radio, Captain Chloe says, AHOY THERE, ME HEARTIES!
Gran Gran and JoJo salute. Both say, AHOY!
Captain Chloe says, I, CAPTAIN CHLOE, WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE VERY FIRST CAPTAIN CHLOE FILM IS COMING TO A CINEMA NEAR YOU VERY SOON. AHARR!
Gran Gran and JoJo say, WOW!
(Gasping)
JoJo says, A CAPTAIN CHLOE FILM? COMING VERY SOON?
DOES THAT MEAN WE CAN WATCH IT TODAY, GRAN GRAN?
(Gran Gran chuckling)
Gran Gran says, I'M NOT SURE THE FILM IS COMING OUT THAT SOON, JOJO.
JoJo looks thoughtful. She says, WHAT ABOUT-- TOMORROW?
Gran Gran says, OH, I THINK WE'LL HAVE TO WAIT LONGER THAN THAT.
JoJo says, THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW.
Gran Gran picks up her tablet and says, HMM. IT SAYS HERE THAT WE
CAN WATCH THE FILM IN A WEEK.
JoJo says, THAT'S AGES AWAY!
JoJo turns to Panda and says, I WISH WE COULD WATCH THE CAPTAIN
CHLOE FILM TODAY, PANDA.
Gran Gran says, JOJO, I THINK IT'S TIME FOR A GRAN GRAN PLAN!
Gran Gran smiles.
Gran Gran says, THERE IS ONE WAY WE CAN WATCH A CAPTAIN CHLOE FILM TODAY.
Gran Gran swipes on her tablet, then says, WE CAN USE MY TABLET TO MAKE OUR OWN FILM.
(JoJo squealing)
A child with a pink headband says, IF I WAS IN A FILM I WOULD PROBABLY BE-- A UNICORN.
A child in yellow overalls says, I WOULD PROBABLY BE SINGING.
A child in a green striped shirt says, I'D LIKE TO MAKE A FILM ABOUT ME BEING A SUPERHERO.
A child in an orange shirt says, I WOULD BE GOOD IN A FILM 'CAUSE I'M A GOOD POSER, LIKE THIS.
The child in the orange shirt runs his hand through his blonde hair and winks.

Gran Gran adjusts the angle of the tablet.
Gran Gran stands and says, THERE. THAT'S THE CAMERA READY.
NOW, IF WE WANT TO MAKE OUR FILM EXTRA SPECIAL,
WE'LL NEED SOME HELP.
(Doorbell ringing)
Gran Gran opens her front door to Jared.
JoJo says, JARED!
Jared says, HEY, JOJO. GRAN GRAN!
Jared and JoJo slap hands and bump fists.
Jared says, THIS IS SO EXCITING. I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE IN A FILM.
Jared, Gran Gran and JoJo are in Gran Gran’s living room.
Jared says, WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT, JOJO?
JoJo says, CAPTAIN CHLOE! AND HUGO, THE GIANT DINOSAUR.
(Squeaking)
JoJo says, HE'S KEEPING PANDA IN—
JoJo says, THE BIG MOUNTAIN!
Jared says, THAT-- SOUNDS-- AWESOME. WHAT CHARACTER AM I PLAYING?
(Gran Gran giggling)
Jared wears a pirate hat and holds a stick with unicorn head on the end of it.
JoJo holds the tablet and says, YOU'RE BOTH PLAYING CAPTAIN CHLOE'S BEST PIRATE FRIENDS.
Gran Gran says, OKAY, JOJO.
WE'RE READY TO MAKE OUR FILM.
PRESS THE RED BUTTON TO BEGIN.
JoJo presses a red button on the tablet.
(Beeping)
JoJo says, THREE, TWO, ONE, ACTION!
Gran Gran steps forward and says, AHOY THERE! I'M PIRATE GRAN GRAN.
The tablet moves to show Jared.
JoJo whispers, JARED, IT'S YOUR TURN!
Jared says, OH!
Jared says, AND I'M PIRATE JARED. WE'RE HERE TO MEET CAPTAIN CHLOE!
Gran Gran whispers, JOJO, WHO'S PLAYING CAPTAIN CHLOE?
JoJo sets the tablet down and says, ME!
JoJo moves to stand by Jared and Gran Gran. JoJo says,
HELLO, PIRATES. IT'S TIME TO RESCUE PANDA!
The tablet falls and records a chair.
(JoJo gasping)
JoJo says, THE CAMERA FELL OVER. CAN WE START AGAIN, GRAN GRAN?
(Gran Gran chuckling)
Gran Gran says, OF COURSE. WHEN YOU MAKE A FILM, YOU CAN START
AGAIN AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT.
JoJo says, OKAY. PIRATE JARED?
Jared says, HMM?
JoJo whispers, YOU FORGOT YOUR UNICORN.
Jared says, OH, THANKS, JOJO.
Jared, Gran Gran and the unicorn are on a couch. JoJo says, THREE, TWO, ONE, ACTION!
JoJo presses the red button. She climbs onto the couch and picks up a spyglass. Jared and Gran Gran spread their arms and pretend to be sailing on a ship.
(JoJo laughing)
Panda is under a laundry basket.
JoJo says, HUGO THE DINOSAUR IS KEEPING PANDA TRAPPED!
JoJo says, THE SNOW IS MAKING THIS BIG MOUNTAIN HARD TO CLIMB!
JoJo is outside. She crawls along the ground. The tablet is tilted to look like JoJo is climbing uphill. Jared throws fake snow at JoJo.
JoJo looks at Panda and says, JUST ONE MORE BIT TO DO, PANDA.
JoJo says, THREE, TWO, ONE, ACTION!
JoJo lifts Panda out from under the laundry basket.
She says, I'VE SAVED YOU, PANDA!
Gran Gran holds Hugo and says, RAWR! RAWR!
(JoJo screaming)
JoJo runs with Panda while Gran Gran holds Hugo and chases her.
(JoJo laughing)

JoJo runs toward Jared, who is holding the tablet.

(Beep)

Jared taps the tablet.

Gran Gran moves a scene.

In the movie, JoJo and Gran Gran run in the backyard. Jared pretends to ride the unicorn. Hugo chases them. The unicorn chases Hugo. JoJo lifts the laundry basket and grabs Panda.

Everyone watches the movie on a projector screen.
In the movie, Jared says, THIS WAY!
JoJo says, YOU WERE A VERY GOOD PIRATE, JARED.
In the movie JoJo says, THERE ARE UNICORNS— AND TREASURE! WILL CAPTAIN CHLOE AND HER PIRATES EVER CLIMB THE BIG MOUNTAIN – AND RESCUE PANDA FROM HUGO THE DINOSAUR?
In the movie, JoJo and Gran Gran run in the backyard. Jared pretends to ride the unicorn. Hugo chases them. The unicorn chases Hugo. JoJo lifts the laundry basket and grabs Panda.
JoJo says, THE ANSWER IS YES. SEE IT ALL IN— CAPTAIN CHLOE AND THE GREAT PANDA RESCUE. THE END.
Gran Gran and Jared clap. Jared says, AWESOME!
Gran Gran says, HOW WONDERFUL, JOJO!
JoJo says, BEST FILM EVER!
A blonde-haired girl paints an orange brick wall.
A child says, WE'RE GOING TO MAKE A FILM.
A girl with a ponytail moves a potted plant in a yard.
A child says, WE'RE GETTING EVERYTHING READY FOR FILMING.
A boy in an orange shirt picks up a box with a top hat in it. The girl with a ponytail picks up a blue tablet.
The boy in the orange shirt says, I'VE GOT THE COSTUMES.
The girl with the ponytail says, I HAVE THE CAMERA.
The blonde-haired girl says, IT'S TIME TO START FILMING.
A child says, COME ON!
A child says, WE'RE GOING TO MAKE OUR FILM IN LITTLE PARTS!
The children grab superhero and magician costumes out of the box and put them on.
The children set up the painted wall.
A child says, OUR FILM IS GOING TO BE AWESOME.
The boy in the orange shirt says, THREE, TWO, ONE, ACTION!
The blonde-haired girl breaks through the wall.
The boy in the orange shirt says, CUT. LET'S MOVE ON.
A child says, NOW WE'RE GOING TO FILM THE NEXT PART.
The blonde-haired girl spreads a blue tarp on grass. Fake seaweed is added.
The blonde-haired girl shouts, ACTION!
The boy in the orange shirt puts on a fake black moustache, and says, MY PART NEXT. MUAHAHA!
The girl with the ponytail shouts, ACTION!
The boy in the orange shirt walks between plants, carrying a gold box.
The girl with the ponytail says, CUT! THAT'S A WRAP. LET'S GO PUT IT ALL TOGETHER.
A child says, THAT'S THE END OF FILMING!
The children narrate the movie.
THE WORLD IS FULL OF HEROES, BUT ONLY TWO ARE SUPER.
CAPTAIN SUPER STRONG, WITH AMAZING SUPER STRENGTH!
AND DISAPPEARER. WITH SUPER SPEED AND THE POWER TO DISAPPEAR.
(Popping sound)
The children continue, THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO CAN WIN BACK THE GOLDEN CHEST
FROM THE NAUGHTY, CHEEKY THIEF.
The boy in the orange shirt is dressed as a magician. He moves through greenery and looks around.
The children narrate, THEY WILL FLY THROUGH THE SKY, SWIM ACROSS THE SEA AND CLIMB TO THE HIGHEST HEIGHTS TO WIN BACK THE GOLDEN CHEST. WILL THEY EVER GET IT BACK?

(Applause)
A woman says, THAT WAS AMAZING. HIGH FIVE.
A child says, WE LOVED MAKING OUR OWN FILM.
The woman says, YEAH.
JoJo sits with Gran Gran on the couch.
JoJo says, I LOVED MAKING OUR OWN FILM, GRAN GRAN.
I WISH MUMMY AND DADDY COULD WATCH IT TOO.
Gran Gran says, THEY CAN! I'VE JUST SENT IT TO THEM ON
MY TABLET, SO YOU CAN WATCH IT WITH THEM WHEN YOU
GET HOME.
JoJo hugs Gran Gran and says, I LOVE YOU, GRAN GRAN.
Gran Gran says, I LOVE YOU TOO, JOJO.
(Theme music plays)
As the end credits roll, JoJo and Gran Gran walk through town and play in the park as the seasons change.
