Jared lifts his hand to signal to JoJo. JoJo skates a stride, then falls and slides. She smiles and Jared helps her up.

Jared looks at JoJo and Gran Gran and calls. JoJo and Gran Gran start to skate, unsteadily. Jared looks nervous. JoJo and Gran Gran keep skating and move smoothly and steadily. Jared pumps his fist and smiles.

JoJo and Gran Gran skate past Jared and stop at the end boards.

Stave asks, HEY THERE.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN HELP
YOU BOTH WITH?
The girl answers, CAN YOU HELP US TO ICE-SKATE
BETTER, PLEASE?
Steve says, I'M SURE I CAN, GUYS.
The boy says, STEVE IS GOING TO HELP
US LEARN TO ICE-SKATE.
Steve says, SO, IF WE PUT ONE FOOT IN
FRONT OF THE OTHER, AND THEN
WHAT WE'RE GOING TO DO IS PUSH
SLOWLY OUT THIS WAY,
AND THEN SLOWLY OUT THIS WAY.
THAT'S AMAZING.
The children skate. The boy says,
EVERY TIME WE COME
ICE-SKATING, WE GET BETTER.
(The girl giggles)
The children skate faster and more steadily around the rink.
The boy says, WE'RE GLIDING ON THE ICE.
The girl skates and says, WE'LL COME BACK NEXT
TIME TO PRACTISE OUR ICE-SKATING
AGAIN.
The boy says, WE LOVE ICE-SKATING.
In animation, the skating figurine spins in the open music box.

Gran Gran says, I WON'T LEAVE IT SO LONG
BEFORE I GO ICE-SKATING AGAIN,
JOJO.
Gran Gran looks at old and new photos of her skating.
JoJo says, AND THE MORE WE PRACTISE, THE
BETTER WE WILL GET.
I LOVE YOU, GRAN GRAN.
Gran Gran says, I LOVE YOU TOO, JOJO.
JoJo and Gran Gran sit on the couch and hug.
