JoJo says, HELLO, NEIL.

Neil says, VERY NICE TO MEET YOU, JOJO. YOU'RE ONE OF MY LAST DELIVERIES OF THE DAY, GRAN GRAN.

(Yawning)

Neil says, WON'T BE LONG BEFORE I'M READY FOR BED.

(Giggling)

JoJo says, READY FOR BED? BUT IT'S BREAKFAST TIME, NOT BEDTIME!

Neil says, NOT FOR ME, JOJO. I START WORK VERY EARLY, WHEN IT'S STILL NIGHT-TIME. SO, MY BEDTIME IS IN THE DAY-TIME.

JoJo says, HMM.

A child with brown hair in a long braid says, WELL, ONE OF MY FRIENDS WAS SAYING THAT HER DAD WORKS AT NIGHT, HE HAS HIS DINNER AT BREAKFAST AND HIS BREAKFAST AT DINNER.

A blonde-haired child says, WHAT DO YOU THINK IT WOULD BE LIKE TO SLEEP IN THE DAY?

A child in a blue sweater says, UM, WELL, I THINK, UM, IF YOU SLEEP IN THE DAY, YOU GOT, LIKE, MORE LIGHT AROUND YOU AND YOU CAN'T REALLY SLEEP.

(Music playing)

JoJo looks out a window at cars and people walking.

JoJo asks, GRAN GRAN, I THOUGHT GROWN-UPS WENT TO WORK IN THE DAY-TIME, LIKE MUMMY AND DADDY?

Gran Gran says, WELL, LOTS OF GROWN-UPS GO TO WORK IN THE DAY TIME, JOJO. BUT SOME GROWN-UPS GO TO WORK IN THE NIGHT-TIME. LIKE DOCTORS AND NURSES AND...

JoJo says, NEIL THE POSTIE?!

(Chuckling)

Gran Gran says, YES. NEIL THE POSTIE GETS UP WHEN IT'S STILL NIGHT-TIME, SO HE CAN DELIVER OUR POST IN THE MORNING. NOW, WHERE'S YOUR JACKET? NEIL THE POSTIE MIGHT BE GOING TO BED, BUT WE'VE GOT A BUSY DAY AHEAD OF US.

JoJo and Gran Gran walk along a sidewalk.

(Horn honking)

Jared unlocks his shop.

JoJo says, JARED!

Jared says, OH, GOOD MORNING, JOJO, GRAN GRAN!

Jared and JoJo slap hands and bump fists.

Jared says, I'M JUST OPENING MY SHOP.

JoJo asks, JARED, DID YOU KNOW THAT SOME GROWN-UPS GO TO WORK AT NIGHT-TIME? LIKE NEIL THE POSTIE.

Jared says, I KNOW. THE BAKER THAT BAKES MY BREAD WORKS DURING THE NIGHT-TIME, TOO, SO IT'S READY FOR ME TO SELL IN THE DAY.

Gran Gran says, I DON'T THINK SO, JOJO.

(Siren sounding)

An ambulance drives by.

Gran Gran says, OH, BUT PARAMEDICS WORK AT NIGHT-TIME.

JoJo asks, WHY?

Gran Gran says, BECAUSE THEY HELP PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD AN ACCIDENT OR ARE ILL AND SOMETIMES THAT CAN BE IN THE DAY-TIME AND SOMETIMES THAT CAN BE IN THE NIGHT-TIME.

(Bell ringing)

JoJo and Gran Gran sit on a bus. JoJo tosses Panda in the air and catches it.

JoJo says, HUP.

Gran Gran says, AND SOME BUS DRIVERS WORK AT NIGHT-TIME, TOO.

JoJo says, SO, THE GROWN-UPS WHO WORK AT NIGHT-TIME CAN GET HOME? THAT'S RIGHT.

(Bell ringing)

Gran Gran and JoJo get off the bus.

Gran Gran says, HERE WE GO, JOJO, OUR LAST STOP OF THE DAY - THE LIBRARY.

JoJo asks, GRAN GRAN?

Gran Gran says, MM-HMM?

JoJo asks, DOES TERRENCE THE LIBRARIAN WORK AT NIGHT-TIME?

Gran Gran says, WHY DON'T YOU ASK HIM?

JoJo and Gran Gran walk into a library. A man with short black hair, wearing a red sweater waves.

Terrence says, GOOD AFTERNOON, JOJO. HELLO, GRAN GRAN.

Gran Gran says, HELLO, TERRENCE. JOJO HAS A QUESTION FOR YOU.

Terrence says, OH.

JoJo says, ME AND PANDA WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU WORK AT NIGHT-TIME, LIKE NEIL THE POSTIE, AND THE PARAMEDICS, AND THE BUS DRIVER.

(Chuckling)

Terrence says, NO, THE LIBRARY IS ONLY OPEN DURING THE DAY-TIME, SO THAT'S WHEN I WORK HERE. BUT THE CLEANERS WORK AT NIGHT-TIME, WHEN THE LIBRARY IS CLOSED. SO, THEY CAN CLEAN THE LIBRARY WHEN NOBODY'S TRYING TO BORROW ANY BOOKS.

JoJo says, OH.

(Gasping)

JoJo says, OOH!

JoJo runs off.

Gran Gran asks, WHAT HAVE YOU SEEN JOJO?

JoJo runs to a display of pirate books.

JoJo says, GRAN GRAN, I'VE FOUND A BEDTIME STORY!

JoJo holds up a book with a pirate and dinosaur on the cover.

It is night-time. Jared locks up his shop as Gran Gran and JoJo walk over.

(Siren sounding in distance)

(Lock clicking)

JoJo says, JARED!

Jared says, HEY JOJO, GRAN GRAN! I'VE JUST FINISHED WORK. HAVE YOU HAD A BUSY DAY?

JoJo says, VERY BUSY. AND WE BORROWED A BEDTIME STORY FROM THE LIBRARY.

Jared says, OH!

JoJo says, AND JARED, DID YOU KNOW, EVEN THOUGH YOU'VE FINISHED WORK, SOME GROWN-UPS ARE ABOUT TO GO TO WORK!

(Chuckling)

Jared pulls a steel shutter down over the shop’s door.

(Straining)

An ambulance drives past.

JoJo says, LOOK, GRAN GRAN, IT'S A PARAMEDIC! I THINK WORKING AT NIGHT-TIME IS A VERY IMPORTANT JOB, PANDA.

(Music playing)

A computerized voice says, 50, 40, 30, 20...

Aaron says, THE WORLD DOESN'T STOP WHEN WE GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT BECAUSE LOTS AND LOTS OF PEOPLE ARE AT WORK... INCLUDING PEOPLE THAT DELIVER THE MILK...

A truck with milk bottles stops and a person in a blue uniform gets out and takes a bottle

Aaron says, SO IT'S HERE IN TIME FOR BREAKFAST.

The black-haired adult says, MORNING, AARON.

Aaron says, MORNING, MUMMY.

Mummy says, TIME TO WAKE UP NOW; IT'S BREAKFAST TIME. COME ON.
