In animation, two little hedgehogs do all kind of fun activities together. They go to parties, hop around the park with a bird, jump on water puddles in the rain and play soccer.

Nettie has lighter brown spines and a longer nose than Pins.

The hedgehogs walk in the garden.

Pinks shakes his head gesturing No.

SOMETHING'S BOUND TO TURN UP.

A blue ball rolls down.

The Narrator says WELL, WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT.
WHERE DO YOU SUPPOSE THAT CAME
FROM?
OH, HELLO THERE, QUINN.
IS THIS YOUR BALL, QUINN?

Quinn nods. Quinn wears red glasses.

The Narrator says WERE YOU PLAYING A GAME?
OOH, KICKBALL!
OH, WHAT DO YOU THINK NETTIE
AND PINS?
DO YOU WANT TO GO PLAY KICKBALL
WITH QUINN AND HER FRIENDS?

The hedgehogs turn into balls.

The Narrator says OH, DEAR.
QUINN, WE'LL HAVE TO GET BACK
TO YOU ON THAT.

Quinn leaves.

The Narrator says YOU DON'T WANT TO PLAY
KICKBALL?
WAIT, PINS, NETTIE, HAVE YOU
NEVER PLAYED KICKBALL BEFORE?
OH, I SEE NOW.
ARE YOU FEELING SHY ABOUT
PLAYING WITH QUINN AND HER
FRIENDS BECAUSE YOU'VE NEVER
PLAYED KICKBALL BEFORE?

They nod.

The Narrator says WELL, I'M A KICKBALL PLAYER
FROM WAY BACK.
HOW ABOUT WE GIVE IT A TRY
WITH JUST US AND THEN SEE HOW
YOU FEEL?

Nettie brings a ball.

The Narrator says SO, THAT'S A YES?
GREAT, SO, TO PLAY KICKBALL,
YOU, WELL, YOU KICK THE BALL.
NETTIE, YOU GO FIRST.
KICK THE BALL TO ME.
WOW, NETTIE!
GREAT KICK!
ARE YOU SURE YOU'VE NEVER
PLAYED THIS BEFORE?
OKAY, PINS, ARE YOU READY FOR
YOUR TURN?
OKAY, HERE COMES THE PITCH!

Pins turns into a ball.

The Narrator says STILL FEELING SHY, PINS?
THAT'S OKAY, YOU DON'T HAVE TO
PLAY KICKBALL IF YOU DON'T WANT
TO.
AH, OKAY, YOU DO WANT TO PLAY.

Pins returns to his normal shape and nods.

The Narrator says BUT KICKING IS MAYBE NOT FOR
YOU?
OOH, I KNOW, HOW ABOUT
PITCHING? THE PITCHER ROLLS THE
BALL TO THE KICKER.
WANT TO GIVE IT A TRY?
YOU CAN PITCH THE BALL TO
NETTIE.

They play.

The Narrator says WELL PLAYED BOTH OF YOU!
SO, HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT
PITCHING, PINS?
AND NETTIE, IT SEEMS LIKE YOU
HAVE A REAL KNACK FOR KICKING
NOW.
HOW WOULD YOU FEEL ABOUT
JOINING IN QUINN'S GAME?
ONLY IF YOU WANT TO.

Happy, they nod.

The Narrator says OKAY, THEN, LET'S DO THIS!

The hedgehogs, Quinn and her friend have fun.

The Narrator says WOO-HOO!
GO NETTIE!
GO PINS!
GO KICKBALL!
WOO-HOO!

(all squeaking)
