A young monkey pops out from behind a rock in the forest.

A monkey with a flower in her hair pops up beside him.
[Giggling]
A narrator says, THIS IS THE STORY
OF TEE AND MO.
Tee and Mo wiggle their ears.
The narrator says, A LITTLE MONKEY AND HIS MONKEY
MUM.
Mo wears a purple skirt. She and Tee throw a yellow tablecloth over the rock.
The narrator says, WHO SOMETIMES WANT TO DO
DIFFERENT THINGS.
Mo holds up a pineapple. Tee giggles and holds up a tall sandwich.
The narrator says, BUT ALWAYS
END UP HAVING FUN TOGETHER.
Tee and Mo eat their snacks together. They toss aside their tablecloth and snacks and wave to their animal friends. Lily, a tiger cub, Tomo, a flying squirrel, Mr. Og, a warthog, and Heidi, a hippo. Tee hops into his moms arms and they smile.

Tee runs to the door.
[Excited laughing]

TO GREET THE GUESTS.

[Mo giggling]

Mo opens the door and smiles at Mr. Og.

Heidi appears behind Mr. Og.

Brown bear Bryn appears behind Heidi.

Mr. Og steps into the house and bumps into Tee.

He pauses in front of Tee. Tee offers Mr. Og his hand.

He shakes Tee’s hand.
The narrator says, A QUICK GROWN-UP HANDSHAKE.
TEE TAKES HIS JOB
VERY SERIOUSLY.
Tee continues shaking Mr. Og’s hand.
Mo says, TEE.
Mr. Og says, OH.
Tee says, OOH-AH.
He releases Mr. Og’s hand.
Mr. Og says, OH, AH, OINK-OINK.
[Tee giggling]
Mr.Og continues through the house. Heidi walks up to Tee.
Tee says, OOH-AH, HEIDI.
He offers Heidi his hand. Heidi picks up Tee and spins him around.
Tee gasps, OH!
WOAH!
The narrator says, HEIDI PREFERS A NICE BIG HUG.
Back on his feet, Tee looks dizzy. Bryn walks up to Tee as Heidi continues through the house. Tee holds out his hand.
He says, OOH-AH, BRYN.
Bryn says, HOO-RAH, TEE!
He lifts Tee off the ground as he shake’s Tee’s hand.
[Bryn chuckling]
Bryn pats Tee on the head.
Tee says, OOH.
The narrator says, NOW THAT WAS
A GROWN-UP HANDSHAKE.
Tee smiles and follows the adults through the house.
[Heidi and Bryn chatting]
The narrator says, IT LOOKS LIKE THEY'RE
GOING TO HAVE A FUN EVENING.
[Soft music plays]
The narrator says, I THINK IT'S PROBABLY TIME
TEE WAS OFF TO BED.
Tee stands between Heidi and Brynn. Mo joins Mr. Og.
Mr. Og says, MM-HMM.

[Tee gasping]

The narrator says, ALTHOUGH, LOOK!

Tee grabs the snack bowls off the table. He runs up to Mr. Og.

Tee holds up both bowls.

He smiles.

The narrator says, MR OG LOVES A NUT.
Mr. Og enjoys the snack.
[Crunching]

Tee offers Heidi and Bryn the nuts.

Heidi and Bryn continue their conversation. Tee frowns. He shakes the bowls.

They look at Tee.

Mr. Og takes a handful of nuts. Tee walks away with the bowls.

He shows Mo his handful of nuts.
Across the room, Bryn says, RAH-OR-ROO.
Tee offers Heidi and Bryn more nuts.
[Nuts rattling]
Heidi says, OH!.
Heidi and Bryn each take a nut.

Tee appears with the nuts. Mr. Og looks surprised.

Tee hurries away from Mr. Og and Mo.

Tee returns with a bowl of fruit.

Mr. Og glances at Mo.

Mo takes the bowl of fruit and hands it to Mr. Og. Tee looks disappointed.

[Crickets]
In Tee’s bedroom, moonlight shines through a window. Mo puts Tee in bed.
Tee sighs, OH.
Mo tucks Tee into bed. She kisses his head. Tee smiles and closes his eyes.
Mo says, OH-AH, TEE.
She walks away from the bed. Tee opens his eyes.
[Tee giggling quietly]
At the party, Bryn sits beside Mr. Og on the couch.
Bryn says, ROO-RAH-RAH-RAH, RAH.
Mr. Og says, OINK, OINK, OINK.
The narrator says, AT GROWN-UP EVENING PARTIES,
EVERYBODY LIKES
TALKING LIKE GROWN-UPS.
Tee appears with a big smile on his face.
[Tee giggling]
[Bryn and Mr. Og continue chatting]

Tee sneaks behind the couch. He jumps up behind Bryn and Mr. Og.

Mo walks into the room.

She walks away from the bed. Tee opens his eyes.

Heidi slaps Mr. Og on his back.

The adults turn to the doorway.

Tee holds his dinosaur toy in the doorway.

[Dinosaur squeaking]
The narrator says, WELL, THE GROWN-UP TALKING

TEE'S HAD ANOTHER IDEA.
Tee jumps into the room with his toys.

Mo turns to her guests and holds up a finger.

Her guests smile.

Mo turns to Tee. She looks disappointed.

Mo follows Tee out of the room. In Tee’s bedroom, Mo tucks Tee into bed. Tee closes his eyes.

She walks away from the bed. Tee opens his eyes.

Tee peaks into the living room.
[Tee giggling]
The narrator says, WELL, THE PUPPET PARTY
DIDN'T WORK, EITHER.
Tee looks at the boombox.

He grins and presses a button on the boombox.

Tee sits on a step of the staircase. He looks sad.

She gestures toward the party. Tee grins.

Mo turns to her guests and holds up a finger.

Her guests smile.
Bryn says, RA-ROO.
Mo turns to Tee. She looks disappointed.
[Mo clearing her throat]
Mo points to the hallway. Tee frowns.
The narrator says, COME ON, TEE.
[Tee groaning]
The narrator says, REMEMBER,
THIS PARTY'S FOR GROWN-UPS.
Mo follows Tee out of the room. In Tee’s bedroom, Mo tucks Tee into bed. Tee closes his eyes.
Mo says, OH-AH, TEE.
She walks away from the bed. Tee opens his eyes.
He says, AHA!
Tee peaks into the living room.
[Tee giggling]
The narrator says, WELL, THE PUPPET PARTY
DIDN'T WORK, EITHER.
Tee looks at the boombox.
He says, UH...
He grins and presses a button on the boombox.
He says, AHA!
[Upbeat music plays]
The narrator says, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE
TEE'S HAD ANOTHER IDEA.
Tee dances to the music.
[Party guests chatting]
Mo and her guests turn toward the music.
They say, HUH?
[Tee laughing]
The narrator says, TEE WANTS A DANCE PARTY!
Tee says, OOH-AH!
He points across the room. Heidi points to herself.
She says, OOH-OH?
Tee says, MM-HMM!
He nods.
Heidi says, ER...
The narrator says, OH, LOOK!
HEIDI'S GIVING IT A TRY!
Heidi dances awkwardly. She points across the room to Bryn.
Heidi says, OOH!
Bryn says, OH, ROO-RA!
He dances.
The narrator says, GOOD EFFORT, BRYN.
Bryn says, OH, ROO!
He points across the room to Mr. Og, who is eating a banana from the fruit bowl.
Mr. Og says, OH.
He sways on the spot.
The narrator says, OG'S GOT HIS HANDS FULL!
Mr. Og says, OINK.
Mo stops the music.
She says, TEE.
She crosses her arms.
Tee says, HUH?
Mo says, OOH-AH,
OOH-OOH, OOH-AH.
The narrator says, I THINK YOU REALLY
NEED TO SLEEP NOW.
[Tee groaning]
Tee walks out of the room.
Mo says, HMM.
The narrator says, I THINK TEE JUST REALLY
WANTS TO JOIN THE PARTY.
Tee sits on a step of the staircase. He looks sad.
Mo says, OH, TEE.
Tee says, OH-AH, OH-AH, OH.
The narrator says, TEE GOT SO EXCITED
HELPING MO,
HE'S JUST SAD
TO MISS ALL THE FUN.
Mo says, MMM. OH-AH.
She gestures toward the party. Tee grins.
[Tee giggling]
Tee nods.
The narrator says, LOOKS LIKE MO'S LETTING TEE
JOIN THE FUN AFTER ALL!
Mo returns to the party with Tee.
She says, OH-AH!
[Party guests chatting]
The party guests turn to Tee and Mo.
They say, OH!
Mo says, AH-OOH.
She turns to Tee.
Tee says, OH-AH!
He puts the music on and dances.
[Upbeat music plays]
The narrator says, AND TEE'S GONNA GET
HIS DANCE PARTY, TOO.
Tee says, OH-AH!
He points to Mo, who dances.
[Mo giggling]
Mo says, HOO-HA!
She points to Heidi, who dances.
Heidi says, OOH!
She points to Bryn, who dances like a robot.
[Bryn making robot sounds]
[Bryn laughing]
Bryn says, OW-OW!
He points to Mr. Og, who balances the fruit bowl between the horns on his head as he dances.
[Mr. Og chuckling]
Mr. Og says, OINK-OINK.
[Mo giggling]
The narrator says, MO PARTIES ARE FUN.
BUT TEE AND MO PARTIES
ARE THE BEST.
[Music continues]
Mo, Heidi, Bryn and Mr. Og dance together.
[Mo and the guests laughing]
The narrator says, HOLD ON. WHERE'S TEE?
On the couch, Tee sleeps with Action Ape and his dinosaur.
[Tee snoring]
The narrator says, LOOKS LIKE ALL THAT FUN
WAS TOO TIRING FOR TEE
AFTER ALL.
NIGHT-NIGHT, TEE.
[Cheerful music plays]
