She wears a peach-coloured shirt under her blue denim overalls. A floral patterned scarf is tied around her head and pink earrings dandle to her shoulders.

A ladybug lands on a purple flower in front of Mandisa. A school bus travels down a road while a green dinosaur climbs on a bench and a penguin dances in a field.

A puppet fox and a cardboard robot jump into Mandisa’s hands while a giraffe leaps out from behind a bush.

The title reads, “Curious Crafting”.

Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple crayons streak across the screen.

Mandisa sits alone at a green table in a colourful craft room. Behind her, a purple wall features a pink flamingo with a very long neck. Crafts, markers, and crafting tools are displayed on shelves on the other walls.

A girl with long dark hair runs to Mandisa. She wears a bright pink sweater. A dark-haired boy sits on Mandisa’s right side. He wears a red and blue sweater.

Mandisa says,
HI, COLLETTE, HI VANIER!
HMMMM, WHAT CRAFT SHOULD WE
MAKE TODAY?

(Bubbles)

A colourful craft jellyfish lowers from the ceiling.

Collette, the dark-haired girl, replies,
A JELLYFISH.

Mandisa says.
NOT JUST ANY JELLYFISH.
THIS IS A SUN CATCHER.
YOU CAN PUT IT ON YOUR WINDOW
AND LET THE LIGHT SHINE THROUGH.
OK, LET'S GET STARTED.

The kids pick up craft supplies as they run around the room. They rush back to the table.

Mandisa says,
YOU'RE GOING TO NEED
GOOGLY EYES,
RIBBON, COLOURFUL TISSUE PAPER.
AND BLACK CONSTRUCTION PAPER
CUT IN THE SHAPE OF A JELLYFISH.

Pink scissors cut through green paper.

Mandisa sits with Collette and Vanier at the table.

Mandisa says,
OK, WE HAVE OUR CONTACT PAPER IN
FRONT OF US,
AND I HAVE YOUR JELLY
FISH OUTLINE
THAT I MADE FROM
CONSTRUCTION PAPER.
CAN YOU LAY THAT DOWN ONTO YOUR
STICKY PAPER?
GOOD JOB.

A green crayon makes a check mark.

Mandisa says,
NOW WE'RE GOING TO DECORATE OUR
JELLYFISH
USING TISSUE PAPER.
WHAT COLOUR WOULD YOU
LIKE TO USE?

Vanier answers, OH BLUE!

Mandisa replies,
OK.
SO YOU'RE GOING TO TAKE JUST A
FEW SHEETS
AND DECORATE INSIDE OF YOUR
JELLYFISH'S OUTLINE.

Collette says,
I WANT THESE ONES.

She picks up blue and pink tissue paper.

Mandisa replies,
OK, GREAT.
VANIER IS BLUE YOUR FAVOURITE
COLOUR?

Vanier answers,
YES AND BROWN
ARE BLACK.

Mandisa turns to Collette.

Mandisa asks,
HAVE YOU EVER SEEN A JELLYFISH
BEFORE?

Collette responds,
YEAH, FROM
THE MOVIE.

Vanier says, OH, I GET IT.

(Cartoon slide)

Googly eyes look at the jellyfish crafts.

Collette glues pink tissue paper to her jellyfish.

Vanier says,
OK, THE TISSUES
GO EVERYWHERE
AND YOU PUT IT
EVERYWHERE.
YEAH.

Collette says,
I'M GOING TO PUT IT
EVERYWHERE.

Mandisa replies,
I'M GOING TO LAY CONTACT PAPER
ON TOP, ALL RIGHT.
ALL DONE.
I'M GOING TO CUT OUT YOUR
JELLYFISH.

Mandisa picks up Collette’s jellyfish

Vanier says, NOW WE SEE IT.

Mandisa says,
THIS IS A GOOD PART FOR YOUR
MOM OR DAD TO HELP YOU WITH.

Vanier holds a purple bowl on his head.

He asks,
DO YOU LIKE MY HAT?

Mandisa says,
I DO LIKE YOUR HAT.
THERE YOU GO, COLLETTE.
THERE'S YOUR JELLYFISH.
AND HERE'S YOURS VANIER.

Vanier holds up his blue jellyfish.

He says, LOOK AT ME.

Mandisa says,
OK, NOW WE GET TO ADD
OUR TENTACLES TO OUR JELLYFISH.
FIRST, I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU
SOME DOUBLE-SIDED...

Collette says, TAPE!

Mandisa says,
AND WE'RE GOING TO STICK IT
AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR JELLYFISH.

Collette pokes her pink jellyfish.

She says, GLUES STICKY.

Mandisa says,
AND THEN YOU'RE GOING TO TAKE
SOME RIBBON
AND STICK ONE END INTO THE
DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE
JUST LIKE THAT.

The green crayon makes a check mark.

Collette pulls a pink ribbon out of an orange bowl.

She says,
OOOOOHHH, VERY LONG.

Mandisa asks,
WHAT COLOUR ARE YOU GOING TO
GRAB NOW COLLETTE?

Collette answers,
THIS LIGHTY
PINK COLOUR.

She tapes pink ribbons to her pink jellyfish.

Vanier says,
IT'S ALMOST READY
MY JELLYFISH.

Collette says,
I LIKE THE COLOURS
OF THE RAINBOW.

Vanier picks up his jellyfish.

He says,
LOOK, IS MY
JELLYFISH DONE?

Collette answers, NO.

Mandisa says,
NO.
WHAT DO WE NEED TO ADD NEXT?

Collette shouts, EYES!

Mandisa says,
THAT'S RIGHT.
SO THEY CAN SEE IN THE OCEAN.
BIG GOOGLY EYES HERE.

Vanier and Collette reach into a bowl full of googly eyes.

Collette says,
OH, I WANT BIG.

She glues the googly eyes on her jellyfish.

Vanier says,
BECAUSE I HAVE
THESE EYES

Collette waves her jellyfish in front of her.

Mandisa says,
YES WE'RE ALL DONE.
ALL RIGHT, LET'S HOLD THEM UP.
COLLETTE, WHAT DO YOU THINK
OF MY JELLYFISH FACE?

Mandisa holds her jellyfish in front of her face.

(Laughs)

Mandisa, Collette, and Vanier hold their jellyfish in front of their faces.

Vanier says,
LOOK AT MY
JELLYFISH FACE.

Mandisa says,
LET'S MAKE OUR JELLYFISH SWIM.

The dinosaur, the penguin, the robot, the fox, the giraffe, and the owl smile in the park. The school bus travels down the road.
