[Bright music plays]

In his office, Dr. Cheddar puts on a pink bucket hat. The hat covers his eyes.

[Dr. Cheddar sighing]

Dr. Cheddar says, OH DEAR.
THIS ISN'T WHAT
I ORDERED AT ALL!

[Dr. Cheddar groaning]

Dr. Cheddar takes off the hat and puts it on his desk.

[Ringing]

Dr. Cheddar answers a call on his tablet.

He says, DR. CHEDDAR HERE TO
HELP YOU FEEL BETTER.

In a video call, Annie sits on a couch. She wears a colourful striped dress. She waves.

Annie says, HI, DR. CHEDDAR.

Dr. Cheddar says, HELLO, ANNIE.
MY, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DRESS.
IS IT NEW?

Annie says, YUP.
I JUST GOT IT.
AND NOW I'M GOING TO THE
PARK TO SHOW MY FRIENDS.

Dr. Cheddar says, THAT SOUNDS LIKE
A LOVELY IDEA.
I'M SURE YOU'LL HAVE
A GREAT TIME AT THE...

[Thunder rumbling]

Dr. Cheddar says, OH MY.

He looks around the office.

Annie says, HUH.

Outside, it rains.

Annie says, RAIN?
I CAN'T GO OUTSIDE IN THIS.
MY PARK DAY IS RUINED!

Dr. Cheddar says, OH NOW, NOW, ANNIE.
DON'T FRET.
THERE'S STILL LOTS OF
FUN TO BE HAD INDOORS.

Annie says, MAYBE.

She looks disappointed.

She says, BUT HOW WILL I SHOW
OFF MY NEW DRESS?

[Thunder rumbling]

Felix appears beside Annie.

He says, WHOA!
DID YOU HEAR THAT?
IT'S POURING OUTSIDE!

[Felix chuckling]

Felix says, HEY.
IS THAT A NEW DRESS?

Annie sadly says, YEAH.
THANKS.
I'M GONNA GO LOOK
OUT THE WINDOW.

She leaves.

Felix says, HMM?

[Sad piano music plays]

Felix says, ANNIE SEEMS REALLY SAD, DR. C.
DO YOU THINK THAT MAYBE SHE...

Felix looks distracted.

He says, HEY.
IS THAT A NEW HAT?

[Soft, cheerful music plays]

Dr. Cheddar says, YES, IT IS A NEW HAT.
I WAS GOING TO RETURN IT,
BUT NOW I THINK I MIGHT NEED IT
TO HELP CHEER ANNIE UP.

Annie looks out a window at the pouring rain.

[Felix clearing his throat]

Annie turns away from the window.

Felix announces, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!

Annie says, HUH?

She joins Felix by the couch. Felix wears a carrot costume and a blue tutu. He holds a small strainer like a microphone.

Felix says, WELCOME TO THE FIRST
EVER INDOOR RAINY DAY
FASHION SHOW PARADE!

Annie says, A FASHION SHOW?

Felix says, FIRST ON THE RUNWAY IS THE
FUNKIEST DOCTOR THIS SIDE
OF FUNKYTOWN, DR. CHEDDAR!

[Funky, upbeat music plays]

In his office, Dr. Cheddar rises from below his desk wearing his bucket hat, a purple wig, heart shaped sunglasses and a red robe.

Dr. Cheddar says, OKAY NOW!
HERE WE GO!
STRIKE A POSE!

He strikes different poses.

Annie asks, WHAT IS THIS?

Annie starts, WELL, SINCE YOU
COULDN'T GO OUTSIDE
AND DO A FASHION SHOW...

Dr. Cheddar finishes, …WE ARE BRINGING THE
FASHION SHOW INSIDE FOR YOU!
ALL RIGHT, NOW YOUR TURN, ANNIE!

Annie says, HUH?

Dr. Cheddar says, SHOW OFF THAT NEW
DRESS OF YOURS!

Felix and Dr. Cheddar dance.

[Funky music continues]

Annie dances.

She sings, OH, YEAH, YEAH, YEAH.

Dr. Cheddar says, YOU GOT IT!
YOU TOO NOW, FELIX!

Felix dances.

He cheers, YEAH!

[Felix and Annie humming]

Dr. Cheddar says, UNTIL NEXT TIME,
THIS IS DR. CHEDDAR,
HOPING YOU FEEL
BETTER ABOUT TURNING
RAINY DAYS INTO FUN DAYS!

[Thunder rumbling]

[Dr. Cheddar laughing]

Dr. Cheddar says, GOODBYE NOW!

[Dr. Cheddar laughing]

Dr. Cheddar dances.

[Soft music plays]

Felix, Dr. Cheddar and Annie watch fireworks go off in the sky at night.

They say, WOAH!

Dr. Cheddar says, WOW, LOVELY.
