A wooden spoon floats from a magical blue mixing box decorated with yellow stars.

[Cheerful music plays]

Singers sing, MIXMUPS, HERE COME THE MIXMUPS. MIXMUPS, MIX, MIX, THE MIXMUPS. MIXMUPS, HERE COME THE MIXMUPS. OOH-OOH-OOH-OOH.

Text reads, “Mixmups.” The letter ‘i’ is replaced with the wooden spoon.

The Mixmups, Pockets, Spin and Giggle, pose beneath the text. Pockets is a blue bear with red pockets. She wears triangular red eyeglasses with a yellow star on each side. Spin is a red rabbit with a yellow lollipop-like antenna poking out beneath each of his ears. Giggle, who uses a wheelchair, is a yellow and light orange-striped cat. She holds Roller Guinea, a roller skate-wearing guinea pig, on her lap.

Yellow, red and orange confetti explodes in the air.

[Chiming, cheerful music continues]

The singers sing, MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE!

The Mixmups gather around the mixing box in front of the House.

Lucky Loover Bird stands beside a swing on a hilltop. Magical sparkles leave their trunk and flow towards the Mixmups. Roller Guinea and Yapette, Pocket’s guide dog, stand with them.

The singers sing, MIX IT, TWIRL IT, WHIRL IT, HEY! TIME FOR SOME MAGIC, ADVENTURE AND PLAY. MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS, HEY, HEY, HEY! MIXMUPS, HERE COME THE MIXMUPS. MIXMUPS, MIX, MIX, THE MIXMUPS. MIXMUPS, HERE COME THE MIXMUPS. MIX UP THE MAGIC, MIX UP THE MAGIC. MIX UP THE MAGIC WITH THE MIXMUPS.

Orange text reads, “Mixmups.” Lucky Loover Bird, Giggle, Roller Guinea, Pockets, Yapette and Spin pose and smile beneath the text.

Fluffy white clouds smile in a blue sky.

The clouds say, HMM.

[Upbeat music plays, birds squawk]

Lucky Loover Bird narrates, IN MIXINGTON VALLEY, THE MIXMUPS PLAY. WHAT KIND OF ADVENTURE WILL THEY MIX UP TODAY?

Text reads, “The Picky Picnic.” “Story by Rebecca Atkinson. Script by Miranda Walker.”

In the yard, beside the house, Spin and Pockets relax on a spinning cups ride. Yapette watches from beside the ride.

[Relaxing music plays]

Pockets says, THE SUN FEELS SO WARM. I LIKE IT.

Spin says, YEAH, IT'S GOOD THIS, INNIT?

[Clattering]

Giggle carries a picnic basket out of a blue and white striped shed.

Giggle says, HEY! I'VE GOT THE PICNIC THINGS.

Spin says, PICNIC THINGS? OH, I LOVE PICNICS.

Yapette pushes a lever and stops the ride. Spin exits the pink cup. Pockets picks up Yapette’s harness and follows Spin to Giggle.

[Whooshing, clicking]

Giggle says, IT'S A PICNIC KIND OF DAY. I'VE GOT A PICNIC BASKET, AND A RAINBOW PICNIC BLANKET.

Roller Guinea carries the picnic blanket on their head.

[Roller Guinea squealing]

In their tree house, Lucky Loover Bird glances out a window.

Lucky Loover Bird says, AH.

In front of the spinning cup ride, the Mixmups sit on the picnic blanket with empty plates. They pretend to eat.

[All sighing happily, cheerful music plays]

The Mixmups says, WHAT A DELICIOUS PICNIC.

Giggle says, MM, YUM, YUM, YUM, YUM, YUM.

Pockets says, STRAWBERRIES. MY FAVOURITE.

Spin says, NOM, NOM, NOM, NOM, NOM. YEAH, BUT I WISH WE COULD HAVE SOME REAL FOOD FOR OUR PICNIC.

[Pockets’ tummy growling]

Pockets says, ME TOO. I'VE GOT A RUMBLY TUMMY.

Giggle says, I KNOW. LET'S MIX UP A PICNIC ADVENTURE AND FIND THE YUMMIEST PICNIC FOOD EVER.

Everyone cheers, YAY!

Pockets says, YES!

Lucky Loover Bird says, TIME TO PLAY.

[Gentle music plays]

Lucky Loover Bird rides in a lift to the ground. They open a door in the tree trunk and looks at a red tomato.

[Rattling, slide whistle, creaking]

The Mixmups drop ingredients into the mixing box.

[Upbeat music plays]

Spin says, PICNIC BASKET.

Pockets says, PICNIC BLANKET.

Giggle says, PICNIC EATING NOISES.

[Everyone munching]

Pockets says, WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED?

Lucky Loover Bird blows sparkles towards the Mixmups.

[Gentle music plays, sparkles chiming]

The Mixmups cheer, MAGIC SPARKLES!

The clouds say, HM?

[Yapette barks, rock music plays]

Giggle uses the wooden spoon to stir inside the mixing box.

The Mixmups sing, MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE. MIX UP THE MAGIC, WHOO-HOO, YIPPEE! MIX IT, TWIRL IT, WHIRL IT, HEY! TIME FOR SOME MAGIC, ADVENTURE AND PLAY. MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS, YEAH!

The Mixmups and the wooden spoon drop into the box. The box shrinks and disappears.

[Chiming, bonk]

The mixing box reappears in an empty white space, and the Mixmups and wooden spoon fly out. Giggle catches the spoon. The box unfolds, and potted tomato plants and two trees appear in a clearing. Trees grow on rolling hills behind the plants.

[Rustling, chiming, whooshing, rock music continues]

The Mixmups sing, MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS, MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE. YEAH.

[Music stops. Roller Guinea grunts]

The Mixmups say, WOW!

Giggle asks, WHAT'S THIS PLACE?

Spin replies, DON'T KNOW.

Small creatures pick tomatoes off the plants and put them in a yellow wagon. A picnic blanket appears under Spin’s arm.

[Creatures chattering, blooping, upbeat music plays, whooshing, Yapette grunting]

Spin says, OOH, PICNIC BLANKET!

Lucky Loover Bird runs to the Mixmups. They wear a red tomato-shaped hat.

[Rapid footsteps pattering, whooshing]

Lucky Loover Bird says, COOEY, LITTLE PIPS, ONLY ME.

Pocket says, UM, WHO ARE YOU?

Lucky Loover Bird says, TODAY, I'M MRS. TOMATO. WELCOME TO MY TOMATO FARM. WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE?

[Birds chirping, bright music plays]

Spin says, WE'RE HERE FOR A PICNIC.

Giggle says, BUT WE HAVEN'T GOT ANY FOOD TO EAT.

[Dramatic music plays]

Lucky Loover Bird, as Mrs. Tomato, says, OH, DEAR! WHY DON'T YOU SET UP THE BLANKET? AND I'LL FETCH FOOD FOR EVERYONE.

Pockets says, ALL RIGHT THEN, I'LL GRAB THIS END AND…

Pockets touches the blanket, and it disappears.

[Zapping]

The Mixmups say, OH! HUH? WHAT? WHERE'S IT GONE?

The blanket appears on the ground in front of the Mixmups.

[Zapping, all gasping]

Spin says, OOH, BRILLIANT!

Spin sits down on the blanket.

[Boinging]

The creatures pick the tomatoes. Yapette and Roller Guinea walk to a tomato plant, and Yapette sniffs a red tomato. A creature tries to pick Yapette’s red nose.

[Creatures chattering, Roller Guinea squealing, upbeat music plays, nose squeaking]

The creature picks a tomato and gestures at their own nose.

[Yapette barking, creature chattering, Yapette grunting, Roller Guinea squealing]

Roller Guinea falls on their back and wiggles their roller skates.

[Plinking]

The clouds say, MM.

Mrs. Tomato carries a picnic basket to the Mixmups.

Mrs. Tomato says, COOEY, ME AGAIN. WITH A BASKET OF PICNIC YUMMIES. YOU LIKE TOMATOES, DON'T YA?

[Basket rustles]

The Mixmups say, UM...

Pockets says, I LIKE TOMATO SAUCE.

Mrs. Tomato says WELL, IF YOU LIKE TOMATO SAUCE, THEN YOU'LL LOVE MY YUMMY TOMATO WEDGES. HERE YOU GO. YOU'LL ENJOY THESE.

Mrs. Tomato takes three plates with tomato wedges out of the basket and gives them to the Mixmups.

[Clanking plates, gentle music plays]

Pockets says, THEY DON'T LOOK LIKE TOMATO SAUCE.

Spin says, I DON'T KNOW TOMATO WEDGES.

Giggle says, THEY'RE NOT COOKED. I'VE NEVER HAD THEM LIKE THAT BEFORE.

Pockets puts down her plate.

[Clanking]

Pockets says, NO, THANK YOU.

[Yapette grunting]

Mrs. Tomato says, AW.

Roller Guinea sniffs the tomato wedges and roller skates away from the plate.

[Roller Guinea sniffing, squealing, roller-skates rattling]

Spin says, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE?

Mrs. Tomato says, OH, YEAH. I'VE GOT LOTS OF YUMMY THINGS IN THIS BISCUIT TIN.

[Rustling, thumping]

The Mixmups say, BISCUITS!

Mrs. Tomato takes the lid off the tin and shows the Mixmups pancakes with pieces of green tomatoes on the top.

[Clanking]

Mrs. Tomato says, EVEN BETTER! GREEN TOMATO PANCAKES.

Pockets says, UM...

[Unhappy music plays]

Spin grumbles, AH! I DON'T KNOW GREEN TOMATO PANCAKES.

Giggle says, I'M NOT SURE ABOUT GREEN THINGS.

Pockets says, TOMATOES AREN'T GREEN. ARE THEY?

Mrs. Tomato says, THERE'S A WHOLE RAINBOW OF TOMATOES. I GROW RED ONES, ORANGE ONES, PURPLE ONES, AND THESE GREEN ONES.

Mrs. Tomato runs from plant to plant.

[Footsteps pattering, whooshing, creature grumbling]

Giggle says, I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD GET TOMATOES IN ALL THOSE COLOURS.

Spin says, NO, BUT I STILL DON'T THINK WE'LL LIKE 'EM.

Mrs. Tomato says, HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU DON'T LIKE THEM IF YOU'VE NEVER TRIED THEM? HM, LET'S SEE. DOES ANYONE HERE LIKE SANDWICHES?

Mrs. Tomato takes a plate with a sandwich out of the picnic basket.

[Clinking]

The Mixmups cheer, YAY!

[Gentle music plays]

Pockets says, PHEW! WE LOVE SANDWICHES.

Giggle asks, WHAT SORT OF SANDWICHES ARE THEY?

Mrs. Tomato says, UH, TOMATO?

The Mixmups say, OH.

Mrs. Tomato says, WITH CHEESE!

[Yapette grumbling]

Mrs. Tomato says, YOU COULD TAKE THE TOMATO OUT.

Spin says, BUT THE TOMATOES HAVE...

The Mixmups say, TOUCHED THE BREAD.

Mrs. Tomato says, YES, BUT ONLY A LITTLE BIT.

The clouds have a yellow outline.

The clouds say, MM.

Giggle says, WE CAME FOR A YUMMY PICNIC, BUT THERE'S NOTHING WE LIKE TO EAT.

Mrs. Tomato says, OH, DEAR!

[Mixmups sighing, Yapette grunting]

Mrs. Tomato says, I WONDER IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE YOU COULD DO TO ENJOY THE PICNIC.

In a thought bubble, flashbacks show Mrs. Tomato offering tomato wedges, pancakes, and sandwiches.

[Popping, gentle music plays]

Spin says, HM. FIRST, YOU GAVE US RED TOMATO WEDGES, BUT WE'VE NEVER HAD TOMATO WEDGES BEFORE.

Giggle says, THEN, YOU GAVE US GREEN TOMATO PANCAKES, BUT WE'VE NEVER SEEN GREEN TOMATOES BEFORE.

Pockets says, AND WE LOVE SANDWICHES, BUT THE TOMATO HAD TOUCHED THE BREAD.

The thought bubble pops and disappears.

[Popping]

Mrs. Tomato says, OH, DEAR.

[Birds chirping]

Giggle says, THERE IS LOTS TO EAT. IT'S JUST OOF. WE DON'T KNOW TOMATOES VERY WELL.

Mrs. Tomato gives each of the Mixmups a tomato.

Mrs. Tomato says, YOU COULD GET TO KNOW THEM AND MAYBE YOU'D LIKE THEM.

Giggle says, MM, OKAY. HELLO, LITTLE TOMATO. YOU'RE A…OOH, A PRETTY RED COLOUR.

[Upbeat music plays]

Pockets says, UM, HELLO, TOMATO. YOU FEEL SMOOTH. AND YOU SMELL…

[Sniffing]

Pockets says, OOH! NICE.

Spin says, OKAY, LITTLE RED TOMATO, LET'S GIVE YOU A TRY THEN.

The Mixmups try their tomatoes.

[Munching]

Spin says, UGH! YOU TASTE...ACTUALLY, REALLY YUMMY.

Pockets and Giggle agree, YES! YUMMY!

Spin holds a red tomato in front of each of his eyes. Giggle eats a pancake with green tomatoes. Pockets and Spin eat tomato and cheese sandwiches.

[Munching, rustling, upbeat music plays]

The outline around the clouds turns green.

[Chiming]

The clouds smile and say, MM.

Spin says, YUM, YUM. WE DID IT! WE HAD THE YUMMIEST PICNIC EVER!

[Birds chirping, Roller Guinea squeaking]

Giggle says, BECAUSE WE GOT TO KNOW TOMATOES.

Pockets says, AND THEY WERE ACTUALLY REALLY NICE.

Mrs. Tomato says, YEP, AS I SAY, "THERE'S ALWAYS ANOTHER WAY."

Giggle sits on her wheelchair, and sparkles burst from the side. She leans over and picks up the glowing wooden spoon, and trees and tomato plants disappear as the mixing box folds back into a box.

[Chiming, upbeat music plays, whoosh, flapping]

Giggle says, OOH, IT'S TIME TO GO.

Lucky Loover Bird waves to the Mixmups. Sparkles lift them and carry them back into the mixing box.

Lucky Loover Bird says, TOODLE-OO!

The magical mixing box reappears in front of the house. The Mixmups lift out of the box and land on the ground.

[Cheering]

The wooden spoon flies out of the box, and Giggle catches it.

[Slide whistle, boing, chiming]

Giggle says, WHAT A TOMENDOUS TOMATO PICNIC ADVENTURE. OOH!

In front of the shed, three potted tomato plants grow.

[Chiming, gasping]

Giggle says, LOOK.

Pockets says, RED TOMATO PLANTS.

[Upbeat music plays]

The Mixmups say, HELLO, TOMATOES.

Pockets says, WE LOVE TOMATOES NOW. MAYBE WE SHOULD TRY SOME OTHER NEW THINGS.

Giggle and Spin say, YES!

Spin picks a tomato.

[Popping]

Spin says, UH, BUT NOT SPROUTS. BLECH.

[Munching, Giggle laughing]

Giggle says, MAYBE YOU JUST NEED TO GET TO KNOW THEM, SPIN.

[Giggle laughing]

Spin says, YEAH, BUT I'LL STICK WITH TOMATOES FOR NOW. I WONDER WHO LEFT THEM HERE.

Lucky Loover Bird puts the red tomato in the tree trunk and closes the door. They ride the lift to the ground, get out, and sit on their swing.

[Creaking, gentle music plays, lift rattling, footsteps thumping]

Lucky Loover Bird says, MIXIN' UP ADVENTURES NEAR AND FAR, BUT HOME IS WHERE THE MIXMUPS ARE. BYE, MIXMUPS!

[Chiming, cheerful music plays]
