Roller Guinea gets out of a small teacup and pushes a lever. They get back into their cup.
[Roller Guinea squeaking, clattering, roller skates rattling]
Giggle says, THANK YOU, MY SUPERSTAR HELPER, ROLLER GUINEA!
The ride moves in a circle, and each teacup spins. Pockets and Yapette slide down a slide from the second storey of the house.
[Whirring, laughing, cheering, slide whistle]
Pockets says, FORWARD.
[Yapette barking]
Yapette leads Pockets to the ride.
[Upbeat music plays]
Pockets says, HEY, LOOK. YAPETTE FOUND MY HEART-SHAPED GLASSES.
Spin says, OH! WHAT DO YOU NEED THOSE FOR?
Pockets says, THEY'RE FOR LOOKING AT THINGS I REALLY LOVE.
[Yapette barking, Pockets giggling]
Pockets says, YES, LIKE YOU, YAPETTE.
Spin says, OH, YEAH, THAT'S GREAT, POCKETS!
The lever moves, and the ride stops.
[Clicking]
Spin says, HMM. I WISH I HAD A HELPER PET. ROLLER GUINEA HELPS GIGGLE, AND YAPETTE HELPS YOU.
[Yapette panting]
Pockets says, YAPETTE HELPS ME NOT TO BUMP INTO THINGS BECAUSE MY EYES DON'T SEE THE SAME AS YOURS.
Giggle says, AND ROLLER GUINEA HELPS ME BECAUSE HE FINDS SOME THINGS EASIER THAN ME.
Roller Guinea’s teacup spins.
[Roller Guinea squeaking, teacup whirring]
Spin says, I KNOW, BUT I STILL WANT A HELPER PET TO HELP ME WITH... UM, THINGS.
Giggle says, I KNOW! WHY DON'T WE MIX UP A HELPER PET ADVENTURE?
Pockets says, AND FIND A HELPER PET FOR YOU TO LOVE.
Spin says, YAY! A HELPER PET JUST FOR ME!
Lucky Loover Bird says, TIME TO PLAY.
[Gentle music plays]
Lucky Loover Bird stops swinging and opens a door in the tree trunk, revealing a ball cap with a blue pawprint.
[Gentle music plays, creaking]
In front of the house, the Mixmups gather around their mixing box. Spin drops a handful of pet treats into the box opening.
Spin says, PET TREATS!
[Rustling]
Pockets says, MY HEART GLASSES.
Pockets drops her eyeglasses into the box.
[Eyeglasses clattering]
Giggle says, SOME HELPER PET NOISES.
[Yapette barking, Roller Guinea squeaking]
Spin asks, WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED?
Lucky Loover Bird blows sparkles towards the Mixmups.
[Gentle music plays, sparkles chiming]
The clouds say, HM?
The Mixmups cheer, MAGIC SPARKLES!
[Yapette barks, rock music plays]
Spin uses the wooden spoon to stir inside the mixing box.
The Mixmups sing, MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE. MIX UP THE MAGIC, WOO-HOO, YIPPEE! MIX IT, TWIRL IT, WHIRL IT, HEY! TIME FOR SOME MAGIC, ADVENTURE AND PLAY. MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS, YEAH!
The Mixmups and the wooden spoon drop into the box. The box shrinks and disappears.
[Chiming, bonk]
The mixing box reappears in an empty white space, and the Mix-Ups and wooden spoon fly out. Spin catches the spoon. The box unfolds, and a pet re-homing centre appears. Leashes hang on a wall, birdhouses line a shelf, and fish swim in an aquarium.
[Rustling]
The Mixmups sing, MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS, MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE. YEAH.
The Mixmups say, WOW!
Giggle asks, WHAT IS THIS PLACE?
Spin replies, I DON'T KNOW!
Heart-shaped eyeglasses appear on each of the Mixmups’ faces.
[Chiming, giggling]
Lucky Loover Bird opens a door and enters the centre. They wear the ball cap and red shoes.
[Door clicking]
Lucky Loover Bird says, WHOO-WHEE! ONLY ME.
Giggle asks, WHO ARE YOU?
[Happy music plays]
Lucky Loover Bird says, TODAY, I AM A PET CARER. WELCOME TO MY PET RE-HOMING CENTRE. I HELP PETS FIND NEW OWNERS TO LOOK AFTER THEM.
[Spin gasping]
Spin says, I'M LOOKING FOR A NEW PET!
Lucky Loover Bird says, OH, REALLY? WHAT KIND OF PET?
Spin says, A HELPER PET.
Lucky Loover Bird asks, BUT TO HELP WITH WHAT?
Spin says, JUST TO HELP ME WITH... THINGS. POCKETS AND GIGGLE HAVE HELPER PETS, AND THEY'RE BRILLIANT. SO I'D REALLY LIKE ONE TOO.

The clouds smile and say, HM.
[Gentle music plays]
Lucky Loover Bird says, THIS IS GOLDIE.
A goldfish swims in the aquarium.
[Water bubbling]
The Mixmups exclaim, WOW!
Spin says, HMM. NOT SURE HOW HE COULD HELP ME WITH STUFF WHEN HE'S IN WATER, AND I'M OUT HERE.
Lucky Loover Bird says, HMM. NOT IN WATER. MEET VICK!
Spin asks, A STICK?!
A stick insect stands.
[Slide whistle, squeaking]
Lucky Loover Bird says, HE'S NOT A STICK! HE'S A STICK INSECT. AND HE DOESN'T LIVE IN WATER. HE'S PERFECT!
Spin says, UH, VICK'S GREAT, BUT HE'S A BIT SMALL. I'M NOT SURE HOW HE'D BE ABLE TO HELP ME WITH STUFF, EITHER.
Lucky Loover Bird says, AH, TOO SMALL.
[Vick squeaking]
Outside, Lucky Loover Bird says, MEET COLIN!
The Mixmups say, AN ELEPHANT!
[Spin giggling]
Spin says, HELLO, COLIN!
Colin blows Roller Guinea backwards.
[Colin trumpeting, Roller Guinea squealing, Giggle giggling]
Giggle says, COLIN WILL BE QUITE HELPFUL FOR LIFTING HEAVY THINGS.
Spin says, YEAH, BUT HE'S A LITTLE TOO BIG. AND HE'S NOT FURRY AND CUDDLY LIKE YAPETTE AND ROLLER GUINEA.
Colin blows Roller Guinea backwards.
[Colin trumpeting, Roller Guinea squealing, rattling]
Lucky Loover Bird says, FURRY AND CUDDLY, EH? HMM.
Roller Guinea looks at a long grey tail.
[Squeaking, gasping]
Giggle asks, WHOSE IS THAT TAIL?
Lucky Loover Bird says, WELL, LET'S FOLLOW IT AND SEE.
The Mixmups say, YES!
The clouds say, HMM?
The Mixmups and Lucky Loover Bird follow a long tail.
Spin asks, AH, WHAT IS IT? WHAT IS IT?
[Pockets giggling]
Pockets says, RELAX, SPIN. WHATEVER IT IS, IT'S IN THAT BUSH.
The Mixmups look in the bush.
[Gasping, slide whistle]
Lucky Loover Bird says, THIS IS BRIAN. A LONG-TAILED BOOFEROO. COULD A BOOFEROO BE YOUR HELPER PET?
Brian sleeps with his long tail piled behind him.
[Brian squeaking]
Spin says, YEAH! HE'S PERFECT! OH-HO-HO-HO! COME HERE, BRIAN!
Hearts appear around Spin’s head. Brian startles and runs up a tree. Spin chases him.
[Hearts popping, Brian squeaking, exciting music plays]
Spin asks, WHERE ARE YOU GOING, BRIAN?! COME BACK!
Lucky Loover Bird says, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA! SLOW DOWN, SPIN. WE SHOULD NEVER CHASE ANIMALS.
[Gentle music plays]
Spin says, BUT I WANT THE BOOFEROO! HE'S MY NEW HELPER PET.
Pockets says, I KNOW. LET'S LEAVE A TRAIL OF BISCUITS FOR THE BOOFEROO AND SEE IF IT WILL COME OUT.
Pockets places a trail of biscuits, leading from the tree to Lucky Loover Bird and the Mixmups.
Spin says, AWW, I HOPE IT WORKS.
Brian looks out of the treetop.
[Slide whistle, Brian sniffing]
Spin says, IT'S BRIAN!
Brian retreats into the leaves.
[Brian squeaking. Leaves rustling]
Spin asks, WHERE ARE YOU GOING? WILL YOU BE MY HELPER PET?
Brian walks down the trunk towards Spin.
[Sniffing]
Spin says, OH, HE'S BACK! GIVE US A HUG, BRIAN!
Brian runs back up the tree.
[Slide whistle, squeaking]
Spin says, AWW. I WANTED THE BOOFEROO TO BE MY HELPER PET. BUT HE WON'T COME OUT, AND NOW I'M SAD.
The clouds say, HMM.
Lucky Loover Bird says, HMM. I WONDER IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE YOU COULD DO TO MAKE THE BOOFEROO COME OUT AND BE YOUR HELPER PET.
The Mixmups say, HMM.
In a flashback bubble, Spin chases Brian, a biscuit trail leads to the Mixmups, and Spin stands beneath Brian with outstretched arms.
[Popping, gentle music plays]
Pockets says, WE TRIED TO CATCH THE BOOFEROO, BUT HE JUST RAN AWAY.
Giggle says, THEN WE TRIED TO FEED THE BOOFEROO, BUT HE DIDN'T WANT OUR FOOD.
Spin says, AND I TRIED TO HUG THE BOOFEROO, BUT HE DIDN'T WANT A HUG.
The flashback bubble disappears.
[Popping]
Spin says, I DON'T THINK THE BOOFEROO WILL EVER BE MY HELPER PET.
[Yapette whining]
Pockets says, HMM. MAYBE THERE'S ANOTHER PET AROUND HERE THAT YOU'D LIKE.
[Yapette grunting]
Spin says, NO! I JUST WANTED BRIAN THE BOOFEROO.
[Groaning]
Spin says, I GIVE UP.
Spin lies on the ground. Brian pokes his head out of the treetop and looks down at Spin.
[Whooshing, boinging, sighing sadly, leaves rustling, slide whistle]
Giggle says, SPIN, LOOK!
Brian walks down the tree trunk.
[Gasping, squeaking]
Spin says, HE'S COMING DOWN.
Lucky Loover Bird says, BE GENTLE, SPIN, AND THE BOOFEROO WILL COME TO YOU.
[Brian squeaking]
Spin says, AWW. I LOVE YOU, BOOFEROO.
Brian sniffs Spin and then leans his head against Spin’s knee. Brian runs excitedly around Spin.
[Squeaking, sniffing]
Spin says, THE BOOFEROO DOES LIKE ME!
Brian licks Spin’s face.
[Gasping, giggling, slurping, cheerful music plays]
Pockets says, OH! WE FOUND A HELPER PET FOR SPIN.
Spin says, WE DID, BUT HOW DID HE HELP ME?
[Brian squeaking, hearts popping]
Pockets says, BECAUSE HE MADE YOU MORE RELAXED AND HAPPY, SPIN.
Giggle says, AND SOMETIMES, THAT'S ALL A HELPER PET NEEDS TO DO.
Spin cheers, YAY!
[Brian squeaking, gentle music plays]
Lucky Loover Bird says, YEP, AS I SAY, THERE'S ALWAYS ANOTHER WAY.
The clouds smile.
[Clouds grunting]
Spin says, OH, IT'S HOME TIME.
Spin picks up the glowing wooden spoon. The heart-shaped eyeglasses disappear, and Pockets’ triangular eyeglasses reappear on her face. The centre disappears as the mixing box folds back into a box.
[Chiming, upbeat music plays, whoosh, flapping]
Lucky Loover Bird says, TOODLE-OOH!
[Upbeat music plays]
Lucky Loover Bird waves to the Mixmups. Sparkles lift them and carry them back into the mixing box. The magical mixing box reappears in front of the Mixmups’ house. The Mixmups lift out of the box and land in the teacup ride. The wooden spoon flies out of the box, and Spin catches it.
Giggle says, THAT WAS A PET-TACULAR ADVENTURE!
Spin picks up a booferoo stuffy.
[Spin gasping, toy squeaking]
Spin says, A TOY BOOFEROO!
Pockets says, WOW!
[Giggling, gentle music plays]
Giggle says, HEY, ROLLER GUINEA, CAN YOU PUSH THE LEVER TO MAKE US GO AROUND?
[Roller Guinea squeaking]
Spin says, NO, THERE'S NO NEED. MY HELPER PET CAN DO IT THIS TIME.
Spin flings the bofferoo’s tail at the lever. The tail wraps around it and pulls it.
[Giggling, toy squeaking, lever creaking, tail whooshing]
Spin says, THANK YOU, HELPER BOOFEROO! WHOO-HOO!
The teacups spin.
[Creaking, laughing]
Spin hugs his stuffy.
Spin says, AWW, I WONDER WHO LEFT YOU HERE.
At their treehouse, Lucky Loover Bird puts the ball cap back into the tree trunk and then sits on the swing.
[Creaking]

Outside, Lucky Loover Bird says, MEET COLIN!
The Mixmups say, AN ELEPHANT!
[Spin giggling]
Spin says, HELLO, COLIN!
Colin blows Roller Guinea backwards.
[Colin trumpeting, Roller Guinea squealing, Giggle giggling]
Giggle says, COLIN WILL BE QUITE HELPFUL FOR LIFTING HEAVY THINGS.
Spin says, YEAH, BUT HE'S A LITTLE TOO BIG. AND HE'S NOT FURRY AND CUDDLY LIKE YAPETTE AND ROLLER GUINEA.
Colin blows Roller Guinea backwards.
[Colin trumpeting, Roller Guinea squealing, rattling]
Lucky Loover Bird says, FURRY AND CUDDLY, EH? HMM.
Roller Guinea looks at a long grey tail.
[Squeaking, gasping]
Giggle asks, WHOSE IS THAT TAIL?
Lucky Loover Bird says, WELL, LET'S FOLLOW IT AND SEE.
The Mixmups say, YES!
The clouds say, HMM?
The Mixmups and Lucky Loover Bird follow a long tail.
Spin asks, AH, WHAT IS IT? WHAT IS IT?
[Pockets giggling]
Pockets says, RELAX, SPIN. WHATEVER IT IS, IT'S IN THAT BUSH.
The Mixmups look in the bush.
[Gasping, slide whistle]
Lucky Loover Bird says, THIS IS BRIAN. A LONG-TAILED BOOFEROO. COULD A BOOFEROO BE YOUR HELPER PET?
Brian sleeps with his long tail piled behind him.
[Brian squeaking]
Spin says, YEAH! HE'S PERFECT! OH-HO-HO-HO! COME HERE, BRIAN!
Hearts appear around Spin’s head. Brian startles and runs up a tree. Spin chases him.
[Hearts popping, Brian squeaking, exciting music plays]
Spin asks, WHERE ARE YOU GOING, BRIAN?! COME BACK!
Lucky Loover Bird says, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA! SLOW DOWN, SPIN. WE SHOULD NEVER CHASE ANIMALS.
[Gentle music plays]
Spin says, BUT I WANT THE BOOFEROO! HE'S MY NEW HELPER PET.
Pockets says, I KNOW. LET'S LEAVE A TRAIL OF BISCUITS FOR THE BOOFEROO AND SEE IF IT WILL COME OUT.
Pockets places a trail of biscuits, leading from the tree to Lucky Loover Bird and the Mixmups.
Spin says, AWW, I HOPE IT WORKS.
Brian looks out of the treetop.
[Slide whistle, Brian sniffing]
Spin says, IT'S BRIAN!
Brian retreats into the leaves.
[Brian squeaking. Leaves rustling]
Spin asks, WHERE ARE YOU GOING? WILL YOU BE MY HELPER PET?
Brian walks down the trunk towards Spin.
[Sniffing]
Spin says, OH, HE'S BACK! GIVE US A HUG, BRIAN!
Brian runs back up the tree.
[Slide whistle, squeaking]
Spin says, AWW. I WANTED THE BOOFEROO TO BE MY HELPER PET. BUT HE WON'T COME OUT, AND NOW I'M SAD.
The clouds say, HMM.
Lucky Loover Bird says, HMM. I WONDER IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE YOU COULD DO TO MAKE THE BOOFEROO COME OUT AND BE YOUR HELPER PET.
The Mixmups say, HMM.
In a flashback bubble, Spin chases Brian, a biscuit trail leads to the Mixmups, and Spin stands beneath Brian with outstretched arms.
[Popping, gentle music plays]
Pockets says, WE TRIED TO CATCH THE BOOFEROO, BUT HE JUST RAN AWAY.
Giggle says, THEN WE TRIED TO FEED THE BOOFEROO, BUT HE DIDN'T WANT OUR FOOD.
Spin says, AND I TRIED TO HUG THE BOOFEROO, BUT HE DIDN'T WANT A HUG.
The flashback bubble disappears.
[Popping]
Spin says, I DON'T THINK THE BOOFEROO WILL EVER BE MY HELPER PET.
[Yapette whining]
Pockets says, HMM. MAYBE THERE'S ANOTHER PET AROUND HERE THAT YOU'D LIKE.
[Yapette grunting]
Spin says, NO! I JUST WANTED BRIAN THE BOOFEROO.
[Groaning]
Spin says, I GIVE UP.
Spin lies on the ground. Brian pokes his head out of the treetop and looks down at Spin.
[Whooshing, boinging, sighing sadly, leaves rustling, slide whistle]
Giggle says, SPIN, LOOK!
Brian walks down the tree trunk.
[Gasping, squeaking]
Spin says, HE'S COMING DOWN.
Lucky Loover Bird says, BE GENTLE, SPIN, AND THE BOOFEROO WILL COME TO YOU.
[Brian squeaking]
Spin says, AWW. I LOVE YOU, BOOFEROO.
Brian sniffs Spin and then leans his head against Spin’s knee. Brian runs excitedly around Spin.
[Squeaking, sniffing]
Spin says, THE BOOFEROO DOES LIKE ME!
Brian licks Spin’s face.
[Gasping, giggling, slurping, cheerful music plays]
Pockets says, OH! WE FOUND A HELPER PET FOR SPIN.
Spin says, WE DID, BUT HOW DID HE HELP ME?
[Brian squeaking, hearts popping]
Pockets says, BECAUSE HE MADE YOU MORE RELAXED AND HAPPY, SPIN.
Giggle says, AND SOMETIMES, THAT'S ALL A HELPER PET NEEDS TO DO.
Spin cheers, YAY!
[Brian squeaking, gentle music plays]
Lucky Loover Bird says, YEP, AS I SAY, THERE'S ALWAYS ANOTHER WAY.
The clouds smile.
[Clouds grunting]
Spin says, OH, IT'S HOME TIME.
Spin picks up the glowing wooden spoon. The heart-shaped eyeglasses disappear, and Pockets’ triangular eyeglasses reappear on her face. The centre disappears as the mixing box folds back into a box.
[Chiming, upbeat music plays, whoosh, flapping]
Lucky Loover Bird says, TOODLE-OOH!
[Upbeat music plays]
Lucky Loover Bird waves to the Mixmups. Sparkles lift them and carry them back into the mixing box. The magical mixing box reappears in front of the Mixmups’ house. The Mixmups lift out of the box and land in the teacup ride. The wooden spoon flies out of the box, and Spin catches it.
Giggle says, THAT WAS A PET-TACULAR ADVENTURE!
Spin picks up a booferoo stuffy.
[Spin gasping, toy squeaking]
Spin says, A TOY BOOFEROO!
Pockets says, WOW!
[Giggling, gentle music plays]
Giggle says, HEY, ROLLER GUINEA, CAN YOU PUSH THE LEVER TO MAKE US GO AROUND?
[Roller Guinea squeaking]
Spin says, NO, THERE'S NO NEED. MY HELPER PET CAN DO IT THIS TIME.
Spin flings the bofferoo’s tail at the lever. The tail wraps around it and pulls it.
[Giggling, toy squeaking, lever creaking, tail whooshing]
Spin says, THANK YOU, HELPER BOOFEROO! WHOO-HOO!
The teacups spin.
[Creaking, laughing]
Spin hugs his stuffy.
Spin says, AWW, I WONDER WHO LEFT YOU HERE.
At their treehouse, Lucky Loover Bird puts the ball cap back into the tree trunk and then sits on the swing.
[Creaking]
Lucky Loover Bird says, MIXING UP ADVENTURES, NEAR AND FAR, BUT HOME IS WHERE THE MIXMUPS ARE. BYE, MIXMUPS!
