Dee pops up.

Dee giggles. She pops up with text that reads, Yakka Dee!.

People cheer, HOORAY!

A girl in a pink polka dot shirt says, SCOOTER.
Dee kneels beside a girl in a yellow sweater.

The girl shakes her head.

A purple scooter has black handle bars.

Dee wears a yellow helmet. She jumps on the scooter.
She says, OOH, PURPLE SCOOTER.
The purple scooter transforms into a blue scooter and Dee gasps.
She says, WHOA!

A boy kneels beside a pile of gift wrapped presents and a scooter with a bow.
He says, NEW SCOOTER.

A boy wearing an orange helmet holds the handle bars of a scooter.

The boy rides the scooter. A person in a yellow coat folds a scooter.
A girl in a blue coat says, FOLDING SCOOTER.
The girl and the woman in the yellow coat high five. Dee wears a yellow helmet while riding a scooter.
She says, HMM.
RIDING SCOOTER.
A monkey rides a scooter beside Dee.
The monkey says, WHEE!
Dee gasps.

A person follows two girls with a scooter up a sidewalk.

One of the girls sits on a seat on a scooter while the other girl pushes her. The girl on the seat laughs. A leopard rides a scooter. The leopard goes fast.
Dee says, FAST SCOOTER.
She gasps as the leopard speeds past her.
Dee says, USE YOUR BRAKES SCOOTER!
The leopard skids to a stop beside Dee.
Dee says, WHOA!
YEAH!
A family rides scooters.
A person says, SCOOTERS!
Dee honks a horn on her scooter.
She says, TOOT YOUR HOOTER SCOOTER.
Dee honks her horn again. A girl wearing a pink helmet rides a scooter on a sidewalk.
She says, HOPPING SCOOTER.
The girl does a jump with her scooter. A fox and penguin dance with their scooters under a spinning light.
The fox says, WHOO-HOO, YEAH!
Dee says, BOPPING SCOOTER.
The penguin says, YAY!
Dee races across a path with other kids on scooters.
Kids say, WHEE, WHOO-HOO!
Dee says, WE'RE ALL ON SCOOTERS!

The leopard speeds past Dee, who gasps.
