Kittens wave happily.
The narrator says, COOKIE, CANDY, AND PUDDING! KID-E-CATS!

In the living room of the Kid-E-Cats yellow two-storey house, the kittens sit on a carpet and watch television. Daddy cat and Mommy cat sit on a yellow sofa. Daddy cat looks at his cell phone, and Mommy cat reads beside him.
The narrator says, ONE DAY, DADDY WAS LISTENING TO MUSIC ON HIS PHONE.
[Booming, upbeat music plays]
Daddy cat says, HEY, DARLING, LISTEN TO WHAT I JUST FOUND.
[Turns music volume up, Mommy cat gasping]
Mommy cat puts down her book.
[Pages rustling]
Mommy cat says, SWEETIE PIE, IT'S THAT WONDERFUL SONG WE LOVED DANCING TO AT DANCE PARTIES WHEN WE WERE YOUNGER.
Mommy cat and Daddy cat dance beside the sofa.
[Upbeat music continues]
Cookie says, HEY, WHY DON'T WE THROW A DANCE PARTY OF OUR OWN?
Candy says, WE CAN INVITE OUT FRIENDS OVER SO ALL OF US CAN DANCE TOGETHER.
The kittens say, SO AWESOME.
[Happy music plays]
They hold hands and sing, MEWOW, MEWOW, MEWOW, MEWOW!
The narrator says, THAT VERY DAY, THE KITTENS' FRIENDS CAME OVER FOR THE PARTY.
Dart, Cupcake, and Mustard arrive at the house. They play in the kittens’ bedroom, and Dark puts a purple portable stereo on the floor.
[Thumping]
Dart says, I LOVE DANCING REALLY SUPER FAST. I BROUGHT SOME GREAT FAST DANCE TUNES.
[Clicking, fast dance music plays]
Cookie says, AWESOME!
Cookie, Dart, and Mustard dance. Candy, Pudding, and Cupcake stand still and watch.
[Fast dance music continues]
Cupcake ballet dances and wobbles.
Cupcake says, WHOA! HM.
Cupcake turns off the music.
[Clicking, music stops]
Dart says, HEY!
Cupcake says, I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO GET IT RIGHT, BUT I'M REALLY GOOD WHEN I TRY SLOW AND BEAUTIFUL DANCE MOVES.
Candy says, I WANT TO DO SLOW AND BEAUTIFUL DANCE MOVES AS WELL!
Candy puts a pink portable music player on the floor. She, Cupcake, and Pudding dance. Cookie, Dart, and Mustard watch.
[Clicking, slow orchestral music plays]
Dart asks, HOW CAN WE HAVE ONE DANCE PARTY IF EVERYONE'S DANCING DIFFERENTLY, THOUGH?
Cookie taps his foot.
Cookie says, HERE'S AN IDEA.
[Clicking, music stops]
Cookie says, LET'S SPLIT UP INTO DIFFERENT ROOMS, ALRIGHT?
The narrator says, AT FIRST, THE KITTENS HAD FUN DANCING IN DIFFERENT ROOMS, BUT THEN THEY GOT BORED.
In the kittens’ bedroom, Candy, Pudding, and Cupcake dance slowly.
[Slow orchestral music plays]
[Cupcake sighing]
Cupcake says, THEY'RE PROBABLY HAVING MORE FUN DOWN THERE.
Cupcake imagines Dart, Mustard, and Cookie dancing. Strobe lights move across the room.
[Slide whistles, fast dance music plays]
In reality, Dart and Cookie dance in the living room. Mustard stands by a doorway and looks up at the ceiling.
[Fast dance music plays]
Mustard says, I REALLY WANT TO DANCE WITH CUPCAKE. I BET THEY'RE HAVING A WONDERFUL DANCE PARTY UP THERE.
Mustard imagines Candy, Pudding, and Cupcake dancing. Flowers fall around them, and butterflies flutter past.
[Slide whistles, slow orchestral music plays, butterflies fluttering]
In reality, Cookie and Dart stop dancing and run to the doorway.
The narrator says, AND THE KITTENS REALIZED THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE SPLIT UP INTO DIFFERENT ROOMS.
Cookie says, WELL, LET'S GO HAVE A LOOK THEN.
Cookie leads Mustard and Dart to the stairs just as Candy, Pudding, and Cupcake run down.
Everyone says, OH!
Mustard says, WE WANT TO DANCE WITH YOU GUYS, TOGETHER.
Cupcake says, THAT'S WHAT WE WANT.
Pudding says, THEN LET'S GO TO THE LIVING ROOM AND DANCE OUR DIFFERENT DANCES WITH EACH OTHER.
Everyone says, YEAH!
In the living room, Candy and Dart put their portable music players on the carpet.
[Thunking]
Cookie says, LET'S LISTEN TO THE FAST MUSIC AND THE SLOW MUSIC AT THE SAME TIME, AND WE CAN DANCE TO WHICHEVER ONE WE WANT.
Cookie turns on both stereos and dances.
[Clicking, fast and slow music play at the same time, Cookie laughing]
Cupcake covers her ears.
Cupcake says, OH, THAT NOISE IS TERRIBLE.
Cookie says, HEY, HEY! HOW'S MY DANCING?
[Cookie laughing]
Candy says, I'M NOT SURE I'D CALL WHAT YOU'RE DOING THERE "DANCING."
Pudding says, I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW ON EARTH WE'RE SUPPOSED TO DANCE TO THAT.
Mommy cat says, KITTENS, WHAT'S THAT NOISE? PLEASE TURN THAT UNPLEASANT MUSIC OFF.
[Clicking, music stops]
Cookie says, SORRY, MOMMY. IT'S JUST THAT MUSTARD AND DART AND I DO WAY BETTER AT FAST DANCES.
Candy says, AND CUPCAKE, PUDDING, AND I CAN ONLY DO SLOW ONES.
[Clock ticking]
Pudding says, SO, WE DECIDED TO DANCE TO BOTH KINDS OF MUSIC, FAST AND SLOW, TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME.
Mommy cat says, OH, DARLING KITTENS, HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT HELPING EACH OTHER OUT WITH YOUR DANCING?
Candy says, I HAVE A REALLY GOOD IDEA. LET'S ALL TEACH EACH OTHER OUR DIFFERENT KINDS OF DANCING.
Mommy cat says, CANDY, THAT IS A GREAT IDEA, AND I HAVE SOME WONDERFUL MUSIC HERE.
Mommy cat taps the screen on her cell phone.
[Beeping, upbeat music plays]
Mommy cat says, IT HAS BOTH FAST AND SLOW SECTIONS.
Candy, Cupcake, and Pudding dance.
Candy says, STEP FORWARD, THEN STEP BACK, TURN AROUND, WAVE YOUR TAIL, AND BOW A LITTLE.
All of the kittens dance slowly.
[Music speeds up]
Cookie says, ALRIGHT, NOW EVERYONE JUMP UP AND DOWN AND WAVE YOUR ARMS AROUND, LIKE THIS!
[Kittens giggling]
Mommy cat says, THAT'S IT, NOW ALL YOU KITTENS HAVE LEARNED HOW TO DO MORE THAN JUST ONE SINGLE KIND OF DANCING.
[Happy music plays]
The kittens say, SO AWESOME.
They hold hands and sing, MEWOW, MEWOW, MEWOW, MEWOW!
Daddy cat says, HEY, WHAT SORT OF MUSIC ARE YOU PLAYING IN HERE?
[Daddy cat chuckling]
Daddy cat says, CARE TO DANCE WITH ME?
Mommy cat says, OH, DARLING, I'M VERY HAPPY YOU DECIDED TO DROP IN ON OUR WONDERFUL DANCE PARTY HERE.
[Both laughing]
Daddy cat turns up the music. He and Mommy cat dance together. The kittens dance on the carpet. The lights dim, and butterflies and flowers float around the dancers.
[Music gets louder]
The narrator says, SO, THE KITTENS LEARNED THAT THERE ARE LOTS OF DIFFERENT WAYS TO DANCE, AND THAT ANYONE CAN FIND THEIR GROOVE.
