[Playful orchestral music plays]
In an animation, Posy, a brown-haired mouse, steps forward.
She says, PIP!
Pip, a grey-haired rabbit, steps forward.
He says, POSY!
Pip and Posy grab each other’s hands and dance together. Pip wears a white and green striped, long-sleeved shirt and jeans. Posy wears a blue and red T-shirt with a blue and white polka dot skirt.
[Giggling]
Pip carries Posy on his back. Posy tosses her toy frog, Froggy, high in the air. She catches Froggy as Pip’s toy pig, Piggy, lands in Pip’s hand.
Pip says, OH!
[Giggling]
Posy says, COME ON!
She and Pip both say, LET'S PLAY!
[Giggling]
Pip and Posy run together. A title appears. It reads Pip and Posy.
[Gentle music plays]
At the park, Mo walks toward the playing spot. Pip stands by the climbing dome with Piggy and looks around. Another animal plays with a kite in the field behind the slide.
Pip says, HMM, CAN YOU SEE HER, PIGGY?
He climbs up the climbing dome and holds Piggy up high. Pip gently shakes Piggy’s head.
[Pip sighing]
Pip says, NOPE.
LATE AGAIN.
He looks across the park.
Pip says, OH, LOOK!
He spots a red and blue chalk butterfly drawing on the trail running through the park. Pip runs over and crouches beside the drawing
Pip says, PRETTY.
He sets Piggy down on the grass and grabs a red piece of chalk.
[Pip giggling]
Pip says, LET'S DRAW YOU A FRIEND.
He kneels on the trial. By the swing set, Jamila carries a satchel. Frankie follows her.
[Pip humming]
[Chalk scratching]
Pip draws a rough outline of a butterfly on the trail.
[Pip giggling]
Pip stands and says, MINE'S A BIT DIFFERENT.
Posy sneaks up behind Pip.
She shouts, BOO!
[Pip yelling]
Pip drops the chalk.
[Pip and Posy giggling]
Pip says, POSY!
Posy says, HI, PIP!
She spots the red and blue butterfly on the trail.
Posy says, WOW, PRETTY BUTTERFLY.
HOW DID YOU DO IT?
Pip says, OH, THIS?
I DIDN'T –
Posy says, ONLY A PIVOTAL PIP DRAWING
COULD BE SO GOOD!
Pip says, UH...
Pip steps back and stands over his red butterfly outline while Posy admires the red and blue butterfly.
Posy says, I LOVE THE COLOURS!
Posy picks up the red chalk.
Pip nods and says, MM-HMM.
[Posy gasping]
Posy says, LET'S SHOW FRANKIE AND
JAMILA!
She runs toward the swing set.
Pip says, WHAT?
NO, WAIT, POSY!
He grabs Piggy and chases after Posy.
At the swing set, Jamila and Frankie sit on the swings.
Posy runs over and says, FRANKIE, JAMILA, YOU HAVE TO
SEE PIP'S BUTTERFLY DRAWING!
Pip walks over with Piggy.
Jamila says, OH, SO YOU'RE THE MYSTERY
ARTIST.
Pip and Posy say, HUH?
They share a look.
Frankie says, WE JUST SAW A PRETTY DRAWING
OVER THERE!
She points toward the playing spot. Frankie and Jamila hop off their swings.
Frankie says, I'LL SHOW YOU.
She leads the way toward the playing spot. Jamila skips behind Frankie.
[Humming]
[Posy gasping]
Posy says, PIP, I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WERE
MORE!
She runs after Frankie and Jamila.
Pip says, NEITHER DID I.
He slowly follows the others. In the playing spot garden, a worm wiggles out of the dirt. A seagull lands in front of it.
[Wings flapping]
The seagull stares down at the worm. The seagull opens its beak.
[Giggling]
[Seagull squawking]
Frankie runs through the garden, and the seagull flies away.
[Seagull squawking]
[Giggling]
Posy follows Frankie through the garden. Jamila pauses, and the seagull lands on the handle of a shovel wedged in the dirt.
Jamila says, OH, HI!
I'VE NOT SEEN YOU BEFORE.
HMM.
I'LL HAVE TO THINK UP A NAME FOR
YOU.
[Seagull squawking]
Pip and Jamila join Posy and Frankie beside a blue and yellow bumblebee chalk drawing on the trail outside the playing spot porch.
Frankie says, TAH-DAH!
WE WONDERED WHO DREW IT, BUT NOW
WE KNOW PIP!
Pip says, OH, BUT I –
Posy says, I LOVE IT!
IT'S EVEN BETTER THAN YOUR
BUTTERFLY.
YOU'RE AMAZING!
[Pip chuckling nervously]
Posy puts the red piece of chalk in Pip’s paw.
Posy says, DRAW SOMETHING NEW!
Jamila says, YEAH, VICTORIA!
She points to the worm Victoria inching across the trail.
Pip says, UM, THAT'S...UH…
OH!
SORRY, SHE WOULDN'T STAY
STILL!
Jamila says, HMM, SHE IS VERY WRIGGLY.
[Posy gasping]
Posy says, DRAW ME, I'M REALLY GOOD AT
STANDING STILL!
She poses with her leg kicked out in front of the playing spot porch.
Posy says, BAH!
[Frankie and Jamila giggling]
Pip says, OH, BUT, UH, AN ARTIST CAN'T
DRAW UNTIL THEY HAVE...
He looks around.
Pip says, ...A SNACK!
Jamila pulls an apple out of her bag.
She says, APPLE?
Pip says, THANKS.
He looks around.
Pip says, OH, OH, I NEED THE LOO!
I'M DESPERATE!
He runs away.
Posy says, HUH?
Jamila takes a bite of her apple.
[Pip panting]
Pip runs into the playing centre and puts his back to the wall beside the door. He hugs Piggy close.
[Pip sighing]
Pip says, OH, PIGGY, WHAT AM I GOING TO
DO?
I CAN'T DRAW AS WELL AS THE
MYSTERY ARTIST.
WE COULD... JUST GO HOME!
Pip steps away from the door and walks toward the main entrance.
He says, THEN I WON'T HAVE TO DRAW
ANYTHING!
Pip pushes open the main door and walks outside.
[Pip giggling]
[Door squeaking]
[Pip yelping]
Posy, Frankie and Jamila stand outside.
Pip asks, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?
Posy says, LOOKING AT YOUR NEW PICTURE.
She points to a red and blue chalk ladybug on the cement platform.
Jamila says, SPOTALICIOUS!
Frankie says, BUT THIS WASN'T HERE EARLIER.
DID YOU DRAW THIS AND GO TO THE
LOO?
Pip says, UH...
Posy says, YEP!
PIP IS AN AMAZING ARTIST
AND HE'S SUPER SPEEDY!
Posy gives Pip the red chalk.
She says, TIME TO DRAW ME NOW!
Posy runs down the ramp and poses on one foot.
[Posy humming]
Posy says, BAH!
[Pip gulping nervously]
Pip crouches and touches the chalk to the cement.
[Pip sighing]
Pip says, I CAN'T DO IT.
Posy frowns and says, BUT WHY NOT?
Pip says, I – I'M NOT AS GOOD AS YOU
THINK.
Posy says, OF COURSE YOU ARE!

[Pip sighing sadly]

He hugs Piggy.

He looks away.

She leads the others down the trail.

Near the kiosk, Posy stops near more chalk art on the trail.

Pip says, LOOK!
The group look at a red and purple chalk ant.
Posy says, I'M A MARCHING ANT!
She marches further down the trail.
Posy says, DUM-DUM-DE-DUM.
[Others giggling]
Pip, Frankie and Jamila march behind Posy.
They say, DUM-DUM-DE-DUM.

Posy, Pip, Frankie and Jamila march further down the trail.

Posy spots a green and yellow chalk grasshopper on the trail and stops.

She holds a finger up on both sides of her head and jumps down the trail.

Frankie follows Jamila.
They both say, BOING, BOING, BOING.
Pip and Posy join Frankie and Jamila and they jump down the trail.
Everyone says, BOING, BOING, BOING.

Pip, Posy, Frankie and Jamila reach a purple and blue chalk dragonfly. They spread their arms and run around.
[Making buzzing sounds]
[Giggling]
Pip, Posy, Frankie and Jamila run down the trail with their arms out.
[Buzzing]
[Giggling]
Posy says, OH!
She and Pip stop and look down at the red and blue chalk butterfly.
Posy says, WE'RE BACK WHERE WE STARTED.
[Frankie and Jamila buzzing and giggling]
Frankie and Jamila catch up with Pip and Posy and frown.
Pip says, AWW, NOW WE'LL NEVER KNOW WHO
THE MYSTERY ARTIST IS.
[Pip sighing]
From nearby, Mo says, UM, HI.
Pip, Posy, Frankie and Jamila turn toward the playing centre main entrance where Mo stands with a box of chalk. Mo waves.
Mo asks, DID ONE OF YOU DRAW THIS?
He kneels and points to Pip’s drawing of Posy. Pip joins Mo.
Pip says, OH, YEAH, I DID.
Mo says, I LOVE HOW YOU DREW THE EYES.
Pip says, OH, UH, THANKS, MO.
Posy, Frankie and Jamila join Pip and Mo. Pip spots Mo’s box of chalk.
[Posy gasping]
Po says, MO!
ARE YOU THE MYSTERY ARTIST?
Mo says, UM, YEAH.
[Gasping]
Jamila says, OH, WOW!
Mo looks away shyly.
Jamila asks, CAN YOU DRAW SOMETHING ELSE?
Mo says, OH, UM, OKAY.

[Seagull squawking]
Jamila turns to the seagull standing on the porch.
She says, WHAT ARE YOU CHUCKLING AT?
OH, I KNOW!
I'LL CALL YOU CHUCKLES!
[Seagull squawking]
[Posy gasping]
Posy says, MO, DRAW CHUCKLES!
[Mo giggling]
Mo says, ALL RIGHT.
I'LL TRY!
He dumps his chalk out onto the trail at the bottom of the cement ramp. He grabs the pink chalk and starts drawing.
[Chalk scraping]
Pip and Posy share a smile and follow Mo down the ramp.
[Pip and Posy giggling]
Frankie and Jamila watch Mo draw. The seagull, Chuckles, lands between them. Mo looks from his outline of a seagull to Pip.
Mo asks, UM, COULD YOU DO THE EYES?
Pip says, OH!
He kneels beside Mo and takes the pink chalk from him.
[Mo giggling]
[Chalk scraping]
Pip draws eyes on the seagull.
Frankie asks, OH, CAN I COLOUR IN THE BEAK?
She grabs a piece of yellow chalk.
Mo says, YEAH!
Jamila says, CHUCKLES HAS A RED SPLOTCH ON
HERS.
Jamila grabs the red chalk.
She adds, IT'S PRETTY.
[Posy gasping]
Posy says, I'LL DO THE FEET!
She draws with blue chalk.
[Chalk scraping]
[Giggling]
Pip smiles at Mo.
Posy says, UM…

Chuckles walks over to the drawing.

[Seagull squawking]
[Posy gasping]
Posy says, MO, DRAW CHUCKLES!
[Mo giggling]
Mo says, ALL RIGHT.
I'LL TRY!
He dumps his chalk out onto the trail at the bottom of the cement ramp. He grabs the pink chalk and starts drawing.
[Chalk scraping]
Pip and Posy share a smile and follow Mo down the ramp.
[Pip and Posy giggling]
Frankie and Jamila watch Mo draw. The seagull, Chuckles, lands between them. Mo looks from his outline of a seagull to Pip.
Mo asks, UM, COULD YOU DO THE EYES?
Pip says, OH!
He kneels beside Mo and takes the pink chalk from him.
[Mo giggling]
[Chalk scraping]
Pip draws eyes on the seagull.
Frankie asks, OH, CAN I COLOUR IN THE BEAK?
She grabs a piece of yellow chalk.
Mo says, YEAH!
Jamila says, CHUCKLES HAS A RED SPLOTCH ON
HERS.
Jamila grabs the red chalk.
She adds, IT'S PRETTY.
[Posy gasping]
Posy says, I'LL DO THE FEET!
She draws with blue chalk.
[Chalk scraping]
[Giggling]
Pip smiles at Mo.
Posy says, UM…
[Posy giggling]
Posy says I'M NOT THAT GOOD AT FEET.
SO I'VE DONE WHEELS!
Chuckles walks over to the drawing.
[Chuckles squawking]
[Pip giggling]
Pip says SHE THINKS IT'S "WHEELY"
FUNNY!
[Posy laughing]
Posy says, LET'S MAKE IT EVEN FUNNIER!
The group of friends draw together.
Jamila says THAT LOOKS NICE, FRANKIE.
Pip says, OH, HOW ABOUT A HAT?
