[Birds chirping, upbeat music plays]
A narrator says, IT'S A PEACEFUL SATURDAY MORNING IN HAPPY PLACE. TWINS CLOVER AND GINGER HAVE JUST WOKEN UP TO THE SOUNDS OF BIRDS CHIRPING.
Ginger says, GOOD MORNING, CLOVER.
Clover says, GOOD MORNING, GINGER.
The narrator says, BUT SHARING A ROOM WITH YOUR SIBLING ISN'T ALWAYS EASY. FOR CLOVER AND GINGER, THEY'RE ABOUT TO LEARN A LESSON IN LIVING TOGETHER PEACEFULLY.
Ginger says, WE SHOULD REALLY CLEAN UP AND ORGANIZE OUR ROOM TODAY.
Clover says, NAH, LET'S GO OUTSIDE AND PLAY.
Ginger says, I'D LIKE TO CLEAN UP FIRST.
Clover says, OH, SOME CRAB APPLES. YUMMY. I'M HUNGRY.
Clover chews a crab apple and then drops it on the floor.
[Munching, thumping]
Clover says, EWW! TOO SOUR.
Ginger says, CLOVER, WE SHOULD REALLY CLEAN UP.
Clover sniffs a nightstand and knocks over a bottle.
[Clattering]
Clover says, OOPS.
Ginger says, CLOVER, YOU'RE MAKING A MESS.
Clover says, THIS IS MY HALF OF THE ROOM. I CAN DO WHAT I WANT.
Ginger says, YEAH, BUT IT'S OUR ROOM. WE SHARE IT.
Clover jumps off her bed and walks to Ginger’s bed.
Ginger says, HEY, DON'T START MESSING UP MY SIDE OF THE ROOM.
Clover says, I'M NOT GOING TO MESS UP YOUR SIDE OF THE ROOM, BUT CAN I COME UP ON YOUR BED? IT LOOKS SO COMFORTABLE.
Ginger says, YEAH, BECAUSE I KEEP IT TIDY. REALLY? CLOVER, I DON'T WANT TO SHARE MY BED WITH YOU.
Clover climbs up onto Ginger’s bed and looks out the window.
Clover says, YOU HAVE SUCH A NICE VIEW FROM YOUR WINDOW. IT'S NOT FAIR THAT YOU HAVE THE BETTER SIDE OF THE ROOM.
Ginger says, GET OFF MY BED.
Ginger pushes Clover.
Clover says, HEY, DON'T PUSH ME.
Ginger jumps down the floor.
[Ginger grumbling]
Ginger says, FINE, I'LL CLEAN UP. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO TIDY UP YOUR SIDE OF THE ROOM, I WILL.
Ginger pulls a basket of books away from a wall.
Clover says, I LIKE IT THE WAY IT IS.
Ginger looks under Clover’s bed.
Ginger says, THERE IS SO MUCH JUNK UNDER HERE.
Clover knocks a cup off a nightstand beside Ginger’s bed.
[Thumping]
Clover says, OOPS. OH, NO!
Ginger says, CLOVER, YOU SPILLED MY SMOOTHIE ALL OVER THE FLOOR.
Clover says, I DIDN'T MEAN TO.
Ginger says, YOU'RE BEING REALLY DISRESPECTFUL. I DON'T LIKE LIVING IN A ROOM THAT'S MESSY AND DIRTY. WE SHARE A ROOM, SO WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO MAKE THIS WORK FOR BOTH OF US.
Clover says, WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL?
Ginger says, I LIKE TO KEEP THINGS TIDY. WHEN OUR ROOM IS CLEAN, I CAN THINK MORE CLEARLY AND IT'S EASIER TO FIND STUFF.
Clover says, YOU'RE RIGHT. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND MY SOCCER UNIFORM BECAUSE OF THE MESS.
Ginger asks, SO, ARE WE ON THE SAME TEAM NOW?
Clover says, YEP. LET'S ROLL UP OUR SLEEVES AND CLEAN THIS PLACE UP.
Ginger says, GREAT. THEN WHEN WE'RE DONE, WE CAN GO TO THE PARK.
Clover says, AND WE CAN PLAY SOCCER.
Ginger says, AND PLAY BASKETBALL.
Clover says, NAH, LET'S PLAY SOCCER.
Ginger says, BASKETBALL.
Clover says, SOCCER.
Ginger says, BASKETBALL.
Clover says, SOCCER.
On Clover’s bed, a book and a crab apple lie next to a violin. Clover sits on Ginger’s bed.
The narrator says, SISTERS GINGER AND CLOVER MAY LIKE DIFFERENT THINGS, BUT SHARING A ROOM MEANS LEARNING TO RESPECT ONE ANOTHER, AND THAT MAKES LIVING TOGETHER A WHOLE LOT HAPPIER.
