A white guinea pig drives a red convertible. Harry, a shaggy black and white guinea pig, and Frankie, a light brown guinea pig, sit in a library. Clover and Ginger lie in a play tunnel.
[Cheerful music plays]
A singer sings, HOW DO YOU DO? IT'S NICE TO SEE YOU IN OUR HAPPY PLACE. OH, OH, IN OUR HAPPY PLACE.
Title: Happy Place.
[Happy country music plays]
Harry’s bedroom is tidy, with his top hat on top of a dress and a stack of blocks by the end of his bed. In his bathroom, he sits in a bubble bath.
A narrator says, HAVE YOU EVER NOTICED THAT WHEN YOUR SPACE IS CLEAN AND TIDY, YOU FEEL MORE CALM AND COMFORTABLE? THE CITIZENS OF HAPPY PLACE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN KEEPING THEIR TOWN CLEAN. HOWEVER, SOMETIMES IT'S CHALLENGING TO FIND THE MOTIVATION TO TIDY UP. LET'S FACE IT. DOING CHORES TAKES TIME, ENERGY, AND DISCIPLINE. TODAY, HARRY'S PARENTS HAVE TOLD HIM HE MUST CLEAN UP HIS ROOM OR HE WON'T BE ABLE TO HAVE FRANKIE OVER FOR A PLAY DATE.
Harry lies under his blanket and looks at his room. Blocks, paper, and toys are scattered across the floor, and his top hat is on top of a chair.
[Harry sighing]
Harry says, I DON'T WANNA CLEAN MY ROOM, I JUST WANNA HAVE A PLAY DATE WITH FRANKIE. I GUESS I'LL START BY PICKING UP EVERYTHING OFF THE FLOOR AND PUTTING ALL MY THINGS INTO THE RIGHT PLACE, AND ONCE I'M DONE, I CAN HAVE FRANKIE OVER. SO THAT'S MY MOTIVATION TO MOVE FAST.
Harry cleans his room.
[Magical twinkling]
Harry says, AND JUST LIKE MAGIC, MY ROOM IS CLEAN. TA-DA!
[Happy music plays]
Frankie says, I'M WAITING FOR HARRY TO CALL AND LET ME KNOW WHEN I CAN COME OVER. I DECIDED TO DO SOME CHORES AND TIDY UP IN THE MEANTIME. I START BY PICKING UP ALL THE DIRTY LAUNDRY OFF THE FLOOR AND PUTTING IT INTO THE WASHING MACHINE, AND THEN THE DRYER. THEN I DO SOME IRONING, FOLD THE CLOTHES AND PUT THEM AWAY. NEARLY DONE. I'VE ALSO SWEPT...
[Broom scraping]
Frankie says, DUSTED AND VACUUMED THE FLOORS.
A picture shows Frankie vacuuming a hardwood floor.
[Vacuum whirring]
Frankie says, FEELS GOOD.
[Phone ringing]
Frankie says, MUST BE HARRY. IT'S TIME FOR ME TO HEAD OVER FOR A PLAY DATE.
The narrator says, GOOD NEWS. IT'S TIME FOR A PLAY DATE.
[Birds chirping, insects chittering]
In Harry’s bedroom, he wears his top hat, and Frankie wears a pink hat with a feather and flower.
[Upbeat music plays]
Harry says, HI, FRANKIE. SORRY I MADE YOU WAIT.
Frankie says, NO PROBLEM. I DID A BUNCH OF CHORES AROUND THE HOUSE.
Harry says, I HAD TO CLEAN UP MY ROOM, AND I FOUND ALL KINDS OF THINGS THAT I THOUGHT I'D LOST, LIKE MY MAGIC WAND AND MY WATER BOTTLE.
Frankie says, GOOD JOB, HARRY. IT FEELS GREAT IN YOUR ROOM. I FEEL SO INSPIRED AFTER I CLEAN UP.
Harry says, BUT NOW I'M FEELING HANGRY. SHOULD WE GO OUT AND CELEBRATE?
Frankie says, YES. GREAT IDEA.
[Horn beeping, fun music plays]
Frankie says, OOH, THE ICE CREAM TRUCK. LET'S GO!
[Upbeat music plays]
Ginger stands behind the counter in the ice cream truck.
Frankie says, I WILL HAVE A VANILLA MILKSHAKE, PLEASE.
Harry says I'M HAVING AN ICE CREAM SUNDAE.
The narrator says, FRANKIE AND HARRY REWARD THEMSELVES WITH A LITTLE TREAT. WHY NOT, RIGHT? AFTER ALL, THEY WORKED UP QUITE AN APPETITE FROM ALL THAT HOUSEWORK. FOR FRANKIE AND HARRY, A LITTLE EXTRA HARD WORK, TIDYING UP, MADE FOR AN EXTRA SWEET PLAY DATE.
[Upbeat music plays]
